Ladies Night R&B Super Jam

I took my girl to the concert and is was cool. She had a blast and sang her heart out lol

Ok so last night I attended Ladies Night R & B Superfest. Upon entry of the building was horrible! Long, long lines only 1 hour before the concert. Then once we got inside the building another set of really long lines to go through the Metal Detectors. Even after those two long sets of lines, you have a long line struggle to get to the doors of the concert venue. It was horrible!!! So I didn't reach my seat until 8:05, the show was supposed to start at 8pm. I promise you that show didn't start until almost 9 o'clock. Once the show started, the sound kept going out! It went out on Tank, BBD, it all around sucked!!! The sound system in Barclays sucks!! The venue was sold out but Barclays sure didn't use that money on the sound. They were doing sound checks throughout the entire night. Sound checks should've been from early in the day, and they should've perfected that sound prior to the performances!!! I feel that my Legendary R&B groups were disrespected by the sound quality. The performances were great...too bad we could barely hear the performers. I will never attend a concert at Barclays again.

This Event was TERRIBLE!!! The sound SUCKED, the artists spent most of their stage time asking for the sound of the music or quality of their mics to be improved & venue security allowed people from other areas in the arena to run to the front of the stage blocking the view & aisle/walkway of people who spent good money for great seats!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Born & Raised in Harlem, NY but I'd much rather spend my hard earned $$ to go elsewhere!!! Attended a few shows at arenas in Jersey (NJPAC & The Prudential Center) & the experience was 100% better all around!!!

The show started an hour late. The production was terrible. The music kept messing up. They lost sound so many times during the show,

Let me first start off by saying that I love Barclays. I've been to numerous events here and typically have a great time. However, my last outing was far from great. I purchased tickets to Ladies Night R&B Super Jam as a Valentine's Day gift for my girlfriend because she loves old school R&B. However, I can't really say that either of us enjoyed the performances that night. There were not only numerous and obvious sound quality issues which detracted from the show, but the event was just very poorly organized. There were objects--I'm guessing they were ceiling speakers--that came down and blocked the screen, which made it impossible to see anything. You had sound control struggling to determine which mics to keep on and which mics to turn off. You had the audio completely die while Bell Biv Devoe was performing. The DJ was asinine. And the setup and transitions between artists was abysmal. I deeply regret having paid money for this.

This concert was amazing!!!!!!! Faith rocked it and BBD and their dancers ALWAYS bring it. Mr. Cee kept the crowd on its feet with classics that will never die. Although the set for Bobby Brown was messed up, it was good to hear him singing Roni. Xscape was great as well...Latocha knows how to move a crowd. They were all great.

Great line up of Super Stars! Sound system sucked. Tank stated, "I sound like I'm playing out of a transistor radio. Fix my s**t!" Fortunately, the piano he eventually played was connected to a different system. BBD walked off stage, frustrated with the sound system. Microphones weren't working during certain intervals. The DJ didn't have a problem when he was playing, but I didn't come there for the DJ. I really wanted a refund by the end of the night. it seemed like amateur night with the sound system. I would not recommend this venue to a friend until they correct the very thing that ties you to the music. I felt like I wasted my money. Terrible! Completely Disappointed! Issue Refunds!

This is my second event at the Barclays and getting into the venue is always a chore. They need a more organized and efficient system for getting folks into the venue. The Ladies Night event was nice, except the sound kept on going out for almost all of the performers. Was there no sound check?? BBD dancing up a storm and singing - guess what no sound? Tank singing and the music sounds like he's in a bottle? Just horrible. The show was sold out. Do better!

Anyone who attends a show at the Barclays is spending good money. How come the sound system was so poor? From the first act (Tank) it was downhill. You could see the various artist frustration and anger about the sound. Lights going out during BBD, the intermissions were too long, just not the night for a post Valentines Day weekend

The artists was amazing. Only when the sound and microphones was working.

I was really looking forward to this concert BUT the Barclays Center screwed it all with a poor sound system...shame because it could have been a great concert.

I was not pleased with the recent concert at Barclays Center the sound system made it difficult to hear the artist's performing honestly I would prefer a rebate on my purchase.

The sound in the show cut out on BBD. Tank who started the show stopped his performance for 20 minutes to talk until they got the sound right which they did not. there was too long of a wait between each artist. Bobby Brown did not go on until 1:30am and more than half of the people left by then.

The sound quality of every artist was TERRIBLE. I will never go back to this venue again.

This was my worst every experience at the Barclays. I spent over $300 on floor seats to see the worse concert ever. Artist walked off the stage. Faith Evens, BBD and Xscape. The music shut down for 10 mins when BBD was on stage performing. They put Lil Cease on stage out the blue to cover Faith Evens time because she walked off. All the artist only perform 3 to 4 songs each and left the stage. This event was a total rip off. I need my money back or free tickets for another concert.

The concert was TERRIBLE! The engineers did a horrific job with the sound system. Will NEVER attend another concert here!

I don't blame any of the Artists. Each and every artist had a problem with the Mic. Whatever company was in charge of the Sound,Mic,etc needs to be terminated I sent a total of $300 and the Dj was the best act. Totally unacceptable. This was my 2nd and last concert in the Barclay Center

The show was very good but, it started an hour late and the sound system was terrible. They just couldn t seem to get it right. Even the artists were complaining.

The sound was not good but they eventually got it together. The line to get in was long and chaotic. Wasn't even a line, just a crowd of people. Once inside it was better.

They show had alot of sound issues.we could not here Tank and BBD...

The artists were great but the microphones messed up on two acts which I was upset about. The show was also very long but overall it was enjoyable.

The only thing I can say that was bad about the concert was the sound and they started an hour late possibly because there was a problem with the sound and the sound people were trying to fix it

Music was just bad not one performance was good glad I only paid 80 dollars

DJ Mister Cee was on point all night long however the sound system for all the acts were disappointing bad sound for everyone Blackstreet was the best because they were singing acapella some of the time the show started an hour late. Tank's time ran out because of the poor sound then he was able to get his piano turned on and able to play a song or two Faith Evans mic was horrible. Jojo and KC sounded horrible and because of all the technical difficulties BBD had to restart their session. It was my first time at the Barclays and I'm not sure if I will return I was unable to see Xscape perform and Bobby Brown because I had to leave to catch the train back to another state

The lineup was great but the sound was horrible and the long wait for the sound to get right. Plus the ticket said it would start at 8pm and it didn't start until 9:15pm.

But the sound system sucks. The sound system was so bad that even the artist complained. I paid $158*2

It was good but i was disappointed about the syem shutting off and no intermission just long waits for next performances

I was really looking forward to seeing all the performers but it turned out badly if it wasn t for the Dj playing in between each performance it would ve been a total loss. It s a shame that with all of the money we spend on tickets that they still didn t have the sound system on point it was horrible. We deserved better and the performers deserved better.

The show was just lousy. Waste of times and money. Talk about wanting a refund!!!

Very upset I purchased 6 tickets for $153 and was not satisfied the audio was messed up and it delayed the concert even the artist were upset the show started an hour late and didn't end till 130am people were leaving early

The line up was perfect all the performers did their best, there was a few issues with the sound however the performers worked through it and gave it their best.

This was my first and last visit to the Barclays Center. Staff was unprofessional, the sound system was extremely bad, entertainers that can actually sing, very well, sounded horrible /their sound was not audible.The 1st act(Tank) stopped singing because his mic went out. The last act was Bobby Brown and it took staff, 45 mins to set up for him, which made him late as a result, half of the audience grew tired of waiting and left.

Whoever is in charge of the music needs to do better. Its not fair to the Artist and it's not fair to the fans. Please do better with the .music. Artist should not have to tell them to fix his music. I go to many concerts a year but this was bad. The doors also opened very late

I was very disappointed. They had to fix the mic before every performance after they started an hour late. Ki-Ci left the stage during the song If you think you're lonely now even if he was the lead singer to that song and had the nerve to say over the mic that he fooled us. No you you fooled yourself. I would rather you lip sync than leave the stage. for the technical difficulty alone they get 1 star from me .

The sound went out during Bell biv devoe for about 15 min, the show started an hour late. I left at 12:30 and there were still 2 acts left. The sound was terrible all night, waste of money

Show started late , ended late , sound was interrupted , bad quality . The private conversations amongst the ushers were constant and very disruptive .

My friends and I were looking forward to an awesome night of music to celebrate Galentine s Day. Instead we felt like we were at an amateur night event. For starters the concert was set to start at 8 and the doors opened like 10 minutes before. We sat in our seats for another hour or so before the first act came out. Tank was the first act and his music sounded like a radio under water. He stopped the performance for approximately 8 minutes waiting for it to be fixed and it wasn t. For the rest of the acts that followed there were issues with their music, the microphones not working, long breaks between sets. You could hear one person in the group and not another. It wa so bad that during BBD s Performance the power completely went out, no music, no microphones working, just dead for a few minutes, nothing!!! A Total Disappointment. It was a complete mess and I expected much more at Barclays Center. The one silver lining was DJ Mr. Cee, his music and energy kept us going. Kudos to him!! But I will think twice before attending another concert at Barclays.

This was the worst concert I have been to in my entire life. Sound system was terrible and even went out at times. Even one of the artists Tank said music was terrible

This was a spectacular line up of performers! Unfortunately waiting in the long line and being re-directed around the Barclay Stadium was not cool in the blistering cold weather. Once seated inside, right from the beginning with Tank's performance the sound was HORRIBLE so terrible Tank only performed one-two songs he complained the entire time as his remaining time was used to fix the sound. Well, that started with the decline and downhill of SOUND for the remainder of the show. At one point we couldn't even hear BBD's performance. It was just awful. Too many delays in between and too many sound problems. Its unfortunate the sound put a damper on the show, as the performers(Faith, KcJoJo, Xscape) were incredible despite having to sing through all of Barclay's sound issues which is why I only gave it 2 stars.

This was the worst show I have every been too. Not organized not well plan. Wanted my dam money back for the seats I paid for

Ridiculous that s all I m going to say . They should have done sound check before coming out .

The place is very nice, it was snowy wet day so waiting outside was not ideal. Had to wait another 30 mins once inside and the sound was off most of the night. The acts took too long to come out between sets. Show started very late wished it was better organized.

It was an horrible experience. It was badly organized. The sound check sucks... Most of all the Man event attraction Mr. Bobby Brown was horrible. Made people waited for at least an hour before performing. No wonder that Mr C. did not introduce him on the stage.. Not good at all....

The artist had to keep stopping the show to get the sound right the whole night very bad date my wife bday not happy!

The performances was good but they kept having microphone issues. Too many intermission and the concert took too long.

The entire event was great despite the small technical difficulties with the sound other than that I enjoyed the show. It felt like a kid again in the 90s when music was the best and was actual music. All the artist were good from Tank to Bobby Brown. There was one artist I didn't recognize but he was good. The DJ in between each artist was live and kept the crowd pumped playing all the hits from 90s and 2000s, he had everyone standing and dancing. It was my first time to Barclay Center and it was comfortable and impressive, the only thing was waiting to get into the stadium. I didn't realize once you enter the door your right there at the security check point and past that directly in the center where you could here the concert. Overall great show and venue!

I really loved the acts that came and performed. Mint condition did not show but Stokely (the lead singer of MC) made up for that! I think the sound was horrible Tank and BBD have to stop and restart their performance. Another gripe was that the show started an hour after 8pm start time. So unfortunately I wasn t able to see Bobby Brown as everyone act was pushed back due to mishaps with the sound system and artist having to restart. Faith, Tank, BBD, Blackstreet, Stokley, Xscape 3 minus Kandi were all great!! All star line up. Everyone did good otherwise.

The audio was horrible. Too much bass. Mic was way louder than the music overall the sound team failed. Numerous artist could not be heard due to mics losing sound which called for several delays in the show which did not end til 145am. Not to mention the show didn t start til 915pm and had a start time of 8pm. I wish I could get my money back. By the time the last exact came on I was dozing off in my seat. DJ mr cee was the best part of the show. He definitely kept the crowd at bay. But overall my experience was bad. Even entering the building was unorganized. I will make sure it s a top promoter before I attend another event like this.

The show as an hour late.There were microphone issues. The music was loud causing you not to hear the artist at times. The delays caused the show to end late. Tank cursed excessively. But I had great seats and I'm happy that I went.

The concert was poorly organized, and while the artists were good they were only singing 3 songs if that and when the mics were actually working. The sound system was going off every other song and the concert went from 8:40 - 1:30am. Let's do the math, 8 artists and about 4 songs each, how long should a concert last? this was not worth the $200 I paid, I would love to get my money back but knowing them that's probably not going to happen.

Not only did it start late but the sound was horrible so they had to stop and start thru certain performances. Due to the delay I had to leave because it was going on 1am so I missed a performance. Unacceptable

This concert was a disappointment to me because I have been to Barclays Center for many concerts and never had a bad experience at all. First of all we could not get to our seats because they were still doing sound check and we had to wait. Then the concert started late and the first performer Tank s sound was horrible. Then when BBD came on their sound went out halfway during their performance. As a result I left and did not get to see Xscape, Bobby Brown, or the rest of BBD s performance. This concert really left a bad taste in my mouth and is making me consider whether I should attend another event at Barclays Center.

This was the worst concert I have ever been to. It was as if no sound check was done , no one had any clue what they were doing and they were just winging it. The Microphones worked when they wanted too, the artist walk off the stage after there performance as though they had no care in the world. Definitely not worth the money I paid. A refund of some sort needs to be done

I would never attend a any event given by TORRES production. The show was suppose to start at 8:00 it was delayed due to tech problems. After every act there was a tech problem. So this made the concert very drawn out. It took Bobby Brown over 45 minutes to get on stage. So this made the concert very drawn out and late

It was good to hear real music again. Escape really did their thing, Kc and Jojo as well. Everybody was good. Bobby Brown should consider retirement.
