I had such a great time at the festival! I would say this had to be one of the best lineups from RBRM, Nas, Goodie Mobba, Youngbloodz, et al it was so worth the money! I think it made better sense to combine the days into 2. Unforgettable...Thank you!

A show not to miss from start to finish... lil Kim and Nas showed why their legends of the game! Don't ever miss a Nas performance if he is near your city.......

Nas performed for an hour. He was very appreciative of the audience's love for his art. He gave it all and then some. I love him even more.

Best concert ive seen in years. Nas is my all time favorite artist and Damian Marley is really coming along to be a superb artist. Two greats one stage, you cant beat that. Marley did all of his hits, Nas did half of Illmatic and more. Not to mention Nas's DJ Green Lantern was there. Great show words cant explain, you shouldnt have missed it.

Nas and Damian performed together at First Ave to promote their new album together, Distant Relatives, which was scheduled to release on June 23rd, but has yet to hit the stores. As disappointing as the push back was, Nas and Damian are both excellent live. Unfortunately there was no opening act, which left a friend of mine sitting around drinking from 8:30 to 10:30 with little entertainment.

Nas and Damien Marley were both fabolous and full of energy. They fed off each on stage and used each others songs and beats to make combine into a great entertaining show. I'm so glad I went and will absolutly go to another event held by either performer.

we waited for two and a half hours after door open to start the show, venue was packed, and nas and damian marley came on stage together, with less emphasis on their works as individual artists. live band was nice but their music was easily confused with the dj set. overall the show was alright, we left early and don't feel like we missed out.

Although Nas and Marley were ridiculously late, the show was absolutely amazing. I love that they didn't mess around with no-name openers, Nas just came out and started right away. They Kicked it off with some of their old hits, and then transitioned into the material they've been working on for their new album, distant relatives. absolutely fantastic.

I had mixed feelings when I heard these two were together but they didn't disappoint! They both had great sets except when NaS did "One Mic." That was his only bad song but it was also the song I was looking forward to the most. Overall I would definitely recommend it.

It couldn't have been better!!! I love Nas and I love 1st Ave.

Solid show. Even split among solo sets and collaborative set. Chemistry between the two is ridiculous. No performances by Nas of tracks from Untitled, though.

Would give this show a million stars. Perfect weather. The artist were on time. The venue was clean. Go for VIP parking. I was only in traffic after the show for about 2 mins. Of course Esco put on a show, he's a legend! NAS performed every song! He never disappoints. Jeezy was dope. The crowd was hype he performed all his hits. They both have this crazy energy on stage. It was awesome to see both on the same stage.

Nas, gave an excellent show. He sounded just like his recordings. And he gave a great narrative. He also made us believe the show was over after during the entire album of focus (Illmatic). Then he went on a lyrical rampage and pleased the whole audience. I would pay to see him again.

He was ratchet but y'all know that's how DMX rolls. LOL

Classic hip hop show. Dmx has the energy of a 20 yr old. He really puts on a show. ANas was classic. Wish he wouldvlve actually rmembered his old music. But as a fan I still rocked with him.

NAS is a true legend and a great MC, The show was perfect for new years eve, all the street and gangster "shit" was out the door even though i smelled ganja in ny's famous radio city hall, i wanted some too, It was pure entertainment. the crowd was amazing and i ll definitely see NAS again.

This was my first time seeing the Don live, and where better to witness a legend at work than on his home turf! Fitted in a tux, Nas promptly hit the stage at 11pm to the raging applause of a sold-out Radio City audience......and did not once exit the stage for 1h15m. While I'm doubtful any of the attendees that night were new converts to the streets disciple, even an avid Nas fan like myself had forgotten just how many lyrical gems he has graced Hip-Hop with over his multi-decade career. [Word to his latest classic album title] Mr. Jones was evidently having a good time. Thank You, Nas.

Nas NYE!! Awesome show! Loved that he performed some new songs off his current album "Life is good" but really enjoyed that he performed his older cuts from "Illmatic". NY state of mind is my all time favorite!!

Had a blast!! It was like a huge party lol. Bought in the New Year there didn't expect it to go that long. The Elle Verner girl was a bit boring didn't know her songs or who she was but it was a blast hearing Nas. He didn't cover as much sings as I would have expected but he is human and not a robot so we can't expect him to do it all.

A great "give it all you have" performance by Nas and his band! Wonderful set visuals and sound quality as well. Kudos to to the sound technician and the Radio City Music Hall staff!

Nas was, is and always will be the God of HipHop! This show was unbelievable and awesome, and Nas kept up the hype til the end. Wonderful way to end one year and begin another. I cannot wait for his next concert because I will be there!

Great show. Was impressed that it started on time. Really enjoyed Jhene Aioko and her presence definitely started the show off in a positive way. Nas had incredible energy with a good mix of his classics and new music. He interacted with the crowd well and gave a great performance. However, Lauryn Hill completely changed the energy. Couldn't hear her (or her backup) over the music. She was acting a little strange and as it continued huge groups of people left. I've never left a concert early but my head was throbbing and she hadn't performed anything I could even recognize because her music was so loud and sped up.

Great show! However I thought Nas was headlining but he was the opening act. People cleared out when Lauryn was performing. She played a lot of her classics but to a different style of music. Nas was incredible!

This is my 2nd time seeing Nas and it was another classic performance from my favorite rapper!! The energy in the Norva was crazy that night, great concert!!

The concert was amazing! Nas delivered excellently and really got the crowd hyped up and involved them in various songs! Ms.Hill is my idol, however I was somewhat disappointed to her 45 minute late arrival, no apology, attitude on stage, and her performance. They were a bit to rockish and I was expecting something more calm from her. Her talent is unbelievable though and I think that was a concert not to be missed.

The show was amazing! Emerging artist Jhene Aiko was awesome! Love her music and her lyrics. And although I wasnt there for Nas because I have seen him perform before he still puts on a dope show! And the highlight of my life *drum roll* MS. LAURYN HILL!!! She was everything I hoped her to be and more. I thought I would never see her live, she has always been my inspiration and idol since I was a young girl! She is truly a beautiful masterpiece! She put on one hell of a show! I am so blessed that I wss able to experience it! Ill never forget that night!

This was a great night out. Nas and Lauren were very engaged with the audience. I loved the live band and singer who accompanied the artist. I had a wonderful time.

Just absolutely terrible. Lauryn hill came out after a terrible DJ "warmed up the crowd." We didn't pay for a 40 minute DJ set and could have paid much less to see a better DJ at a club. Lauryn can out to a good bit of fanfare and the crowd was ready. She did, however, enter into a set of songs that we barely knew and for those songs we did know, she performed newer versions that were hardly recognizable. We left to hang out in the lobby until she was done... We weren't the only ones who did. I spoke to others and they agreed. Nas was a good bit better but we simply lost interest and went home. Nas should get a better opener. Waste of $$$.

Nas killed it!!! As expected... I didn't really care for the band behind Lauryn Hill... it was too loud and overpowered her voice. The guitar and drums behind Nas though were awesome...He didn't rely solely on the live band, he used the video screen and dj to take us back in time, through his New York State of Mind!!! Nas did a nice combination of new joints as well as the classics that made him our favorite rapper! #VoiceGone!!!

Best concert I've ever been to! It was great. It may have been a little harder to follow Lauryn Hill's songs because they were with different beats and tempos but it was still great to see her perform. As of Nas it was a lot easier to follow and a lot more live, but you expect that from the headliner. They performed most of the classics and Nas's current songs from his Life Is Good album. The bands were amazing as well. Overall it was a great experience that I'll remember!!

one of the best concerts i've attended at this venue especially to be in the standing room only area! nas opened up performed for abt 1 hour and 1/2! great interaction with the crowd band was super dope! i was super skeptical about lauryn hill especially since i'd heard she showed an hour late to the dallas show 2 days earlier. that hour could've been the hour inbetween her and nas' sets. his band broke down all their equipment and then her's set all of their equipment up. none the less when she came out it was truly like watching a legend in action. i was nervous bc of the reviews i had seen on her, that she is ALWAYS late and will perform a few songs and then jet. this WAS NOT the case true we waited abt 45 minutes in between sets BUT it was well worth it! she performed a rendition to just about every song from the miseducation of lauryn hill. i could tell after the 3rd remixed song the audience started to grow "irritated" bc they couldn't sing along. but for me it was just amazing to hear her runs and watch her perform. eventually she performed a new song and then most of the hits from her fugee days those weren't "remixed" and the crowd got back in it. all in all she performed a little under 2 hours! she came on at about 10:30 we left the venue at 12:15ish. tickets say small personal cameras allowed but i saw people in there with dslr cameras and they WEREN'T professional photographers.

The event was great. Nas put on an awesome show. Worth every penny!!

some of us have real jobs, meaning we can't be out till the coed come home. If the show time is 8:00pm how bout the show not really start till 30-40 mins after the fact. For the life of me I don't understand why the artist musicians can't just use the same equipment: ie drums, keys, turn tables. Instead of havin us wait 40mins to switch out sets. I thought all keyboards had the same number of keys

That favorite cereal that you haven't had in years just came to your town and is on sale...from Live at the BBQ to Daughters...stretching over 20 years of classics...as one patron said to me after the show...he even did "Eye for an Eye" by Mobb Deep feat. NaS...Greatest lyricist to ever wear the crown! Peace to DJ Green Lantern.

Had a blast..Drove up from the BX to see God Son...Performance couldof been a lil longer but still was satisfied..... After concert the MGM was rocking..They had a DJ spinning classics and the drinks were flowing....

This was the best outside concert that I have ever been to! The weather was nice, and Chene Parks set up on the water is a great atmosphere in itself. DMX was way better than expected and his energy and crowd interaction were just awesome. Nas was great and together that just put on an awesome show. Let me not forget that Dj Steady Rock shut the crowd down with his music before and in between acts!!!

This concert was the best concert I have been to so far. I saw Damian and Nas in Brooklyn last summer on the Distant Relatives tour, and at that time it was my favorite concert so far, but this one was epic. They are so incredible live, and the music is just so good.

The crowd performance was on point... the crowd was a blast and the music was phenomenal. Wouldnt change a thing. But I would definitely love to RELIVE it!

The combination of these two fabulous artist was phenomenal. Nas and Damian had incrediable stage presents throughout the preformance. Everybody was rocking and singing their songs. It couldn't have been a more perfect experience on a perfect day in Central Park. I wish I could go back and repeat that day all over again.

Its hard not to call this the best concert ever considering it was the only concert i've ever been to, however, the entire night was incredible. Will Smith made a surprise guest appearance at the beginning of the show to introduce Nas and Jr. Gong and then from there the entertainment never stopped. They played a good mix of songs from the Distant Relatives album and then Nas threw in some of his classics from back in the day. The guy with the flag was definitely amazing in his own right. How he could manange 2 hours of jumping and spinning is beyond me. Even with such a diverse crowd of fans it seemed like everyone came together to support a great show. The thick billows of smoke emanating from all sides might have helped things a bit too. ;)

show was great, bar prices actually weren't expensive! Sound in the electric factory is extremely good and me and my friends had an amazing experience.

This was the second time that my sister and I saw this dynamic duo. The first time we saw them was last year and I didn't know what to expect from the show and it turned out to be the best show that I attended out of the 10+ shows that I attended last year. This year I heard that just a few days before that the were coming back here and decided to get tickets for it because I couldn't miss it- and I'm glad I didn't! The venue that this was at was absolutely beautiful with amazing views of the Strip- but it was very confusing on how to get to it and my sister and I, as well as we found out from many others, that we weren't the only ones who had been walking around for an hour trying to find it! But once we found it and walked out to the pool area it was well worth finding, but waiting for two hours before Nas and Damian Marley came out was very tiring since we were already tired out from trying to find the venue. But after over 2 hours with no opening act in between, just a bunch of reggae songs, as well as a few rap songs being played for our entertainment, the Nas and Damian Marley DJ finally came on and rocked it hard for the ten minutes that he was on. He played a lot of old school rap and reggae as well, and the crowd was into it. He told us that they were all in Portugal the day before, so I assumed that's why they were late, but two hours is excessive- and everyone agreed. Nas and Damian Marley finally came out and rocked it hard starting with one of my favorites by them, As We Enter, and I jumped around hard as I was finally energetic once again! The show was similar to the one from last year but this time I knew a lot of the songs more and their songs have powerful meanings and messages in them and people really need to listen to the words of them instead of only liking the beats to them. Like last year, they gave each other time alone on the stage and whether together on stage or solo, they rocked the crowd all night! And since the Cosmopolitan has the big jumbo screen on the Strip, people on the Strip could see the whole show for free! They did do an encore after the show and that's when a fight broke out to the right of me since I was right up front, LOL, but for the most part the crowd was civil, considering the fact of how long we had to wait to see them perform. But I love this duo and as long as they keep coming out with good music with the kind of messages that they have in them I will always keep seeing them!

I am mesmerized by Damian Marley. He is so humble and yet so proud. His voice is incredible and his lyrics are life changing. He is a great voice for the world of music. I haven't been listening much to NAS but after seeing him in concert now twice with Jr. GOng, I am going to look into some more of his music and get really into it.

These two in concert have the most amazing energy. I have never seen two artist vibe off of each other with such great skill. They played an amazing set. Long and full of excitement! This collaboration must go down in history.

Watching them together was a dream come true .It was just so frustrating that we had to wait more than 3 hours (standing!) The organizers of the event did a horrible job.By the time the show started our energy was soooo drain from standing .They said the show would start 5.30pm it started 8.30pm.The least the organizers could had said was the real time of the show;i would had go for a beer until the show time,but they keep saying that Nas and Marley would be at any time at the stage,and why would i want to hear D.J s for all those hours.I love hip hop, but i could had listen to those tunes with a cold beer (relaxing) at my house.I went there to see Damian Marley and Nas ,not stand for hours listening D.J s .When the artist finally show up ,it was a party.But next time please be truth with the time.Peace

If you ever thought for a moment that Nas and or Damian Marley weren't great pereformers you need to reevaluate what a great show really is. The only thing i would have suggested is to have a local act open up the show.

This concert was amazing it made my summer it is definitely a moment I will remember for the rest of my life. There was sooooooooooooo much good energy in the crowd and that made Damian and Nas take it to a higher level. I waited 3 hrs in line then when we got in it was all worth it the view of Manhattan from the waterfront is amazing. The set started with bobby konders and Jabba from hot 97 reggae show they played some good dancehall and reaggae music then they played hip hop the crowd seemed to like it alot (i'm not a big hip hop fan but I like it as well) then this guy scifer( wromg spelling) from hot 97 as well came on he took it wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back with his hip hop jams he was really great. Then Damian and Nas came on opening with As we enter crowd start jumping and it was crazy from then till the end everyone around me was amazing we were singing together and having a great time.

Amazing show. Nas and Damian performed very well together and you can see the chemistry both have gained. Each song performed from Distant Relatives was great. Nas short set was alright but you can tell he got winded during it because he couldnt finish a full verse lol, but that wasnt the case for the DR tracks.. he spit the fire.

He put on a good show, performed for a hour and the crowd was Lit.

Nick Grant put on a solid opening set followed by Wale whose performance was full of energy. Nas overall performance had the whole venue on their feet the entire set enjoying the classic setlist. Nas opened up with "Get Down" and went through the essentials from his discography. He performed classics such as "Nas Is Like", "Stillmatic (Intro)", and a few b-side songs that he rarely performs in concert. He performed "Project Windows", an acapella version of the 1st verse of "Purple". Great energy, great mixing of the original samples and video clips from DJ Green Latern. A dope show!

We need to give our Legends flowers while they can still smell them. Nas is a living Legend!!! I rapped every lyric from every song he performed. I was on my feet the whole concert. Had a great time, and will buy Nas tickets everytime the Legend is in Orlando. One Luv!

Nas was absolutely amazing! I couldn t have asked for a better concert. I have been to a lot of concerts for several different genres of music and Nas will be one I will always remember. He s so inspiring!!! He even touched my hand which made my day!!!

Nas was cool he brought back some old memories. Jeezy was cool too he did a lot of his song in 30 to 40 sec skits ... Which was kinda frustrating cuz all his songs were bangers and I couldn't enjoy them like I wanted to. But it was a big turn out .

Nas carried the audience down memory lane with an effortless finesse, he still got it. Great performance, until a gentleman in plaid began to gyrate randomly in the crowd behind us & other young ladies, and then a 6 ft man came behind my friend the "birthday boy" & began to dip into his back pocket to steal his iPhone. We had to leave the concert early, as we no longer felt comfortable. We love you Nas, but love are safety more. $400+ Tickets, plus the room we booked to enjoy ourselves, wasn't so enjoyable.
