The show was great, really funny. Loved the games and loved watching people go up and play them. Wish there was more seating room.

It was the best show ever so bummed I missed it but I did not get full info on the tickets and I did not know I could go at six sense I was a VIP and I heard sometimes he talks before the show and I didn t get that opportunity to ask him what I ve wanted to ask him for years that mad me sad but OMG SEATS WHERE AMAZING it was so funny!

My kids have watched Jacksepticeye for years, so we were ecstatic when his show came to Kansas City. I was unsure of what to expect because it's been kept pretty under wraps. Of course, I won't spoil anything, but the show was a wonderful experience. It was an intimate moment between Jack and his fans. It had a wonderful message behind it with lots of laughs and nostalgia along the way. The connection between Jack and his audience really sets the mood for a great night. If you watch Jack, or have kids that watch him, it is absolutely worth getting tickets. I went with my kids and we all had a blast.

It was really nice. It wasn't what i was expecting but it was so much fun.

These tickets were bought so that I would have some quality time with my daughter. Little did I know it was an awsome experince. Learning a lot more ways to teach about live experience. I am in love with Jack and his PMA which has given me a new prospective as a single mom. Thanks for everything. Going to this event was worth it.

This show was a blast to go to and so much fun! It was a very intimate venue and felt close even from the balcony. And the little cafe outside was a must! Would absolutely love to do it again!

Great show! Very comfortable venue in every way. The staff at The Ryman were very professional and on top of it!! Had hundreds of people seated so quickly and comfortably!!

Jack was funny, fun, and put a lot of thought into his show. He had a very positive and motivating message that he gave through video games and life stories. Even my 44 year old brother who doesn't watch nor like YouTube really enjoyed watching the show. I look forward to see him again one day.

My kids really enjoyed the event, but I feel like the VIP tickets were a waste of money. They got balcony seats, didn t get to meet him, get any autographs, or get anything different than people who purchased regular tickets other than a small poster and sitting in on a Q&A session. And people who purchased regular tickets got to sit closer and had the opportunity to go up on stage with him. Being a part of a Q&A session and getting a small poster was not worth the $80 price difference.

Jack did amazing! It was inspirational and funny!!

Amazing show! What you see on YouTube is what you get in real life. Playing games in real time with his community was surreal. Lots of fun stories with a lot of life lessons. Continues to spread PMA.

Sean was fantastic! He was funny, engaging, and best of all, his show had a great message! We say PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) all the time in our home because of Sean. I would highly recommend his show to every fan! I love that he asks everyone to put away their cameras and phones, and enjoy the show, but still takes 5 minutes at the beginning to "pose" for pictures! What a fantastic idea.

I thoroughly enjoyed this show and if Jacksepticeye (Sean) ever comes through again, I will most definitely be going again. I really hope he does and I'm getting a seat closer than I already was. Pretty much any seat you get is going to be close.

I was unfamiliar with Jack Septiceye before my grandson asked to go to this show. I was very pleased with the show. "Jack" was charming, entertaining, funny and uplifting. He had some audience participation, which keeps everyone excited. I have become a real fan and recommend this show to everyone!

All I knew about this guy was my little girl loved his YouTube channel, I thought I was sure to sleep thru this show, boy was i wrong. While providing comedy jack also taught a life lesson to young children. Way to go Jack, you have earned my respect.

It was nice! Comedy mixed with some feel-good pep talk. The audience participation was a very nice touch. Good time, would go again!

What can I say? The show was amazing, the venue was fantastic and it was probably the best day of my life.

The show was much more of a biography than one of his usually youtube videos, but does have games and audience interaction. I enjoyed it and the humor. Not the best for small children due to adult humor and cursing. Any of Jack's regular fans would enjoy this show.

It was funny, inspirational, entertaining and all around FANTASTIC!! I wish I could see it again.

As a parent I really didn't know much about Jack except for the research I did on my own. I was pleasantly surprised at what a great show it was and how entertaining he was. He had a great message for the kids and adults. I would recommend his show to anyone. There is some adult language but nothing outrageous.

This was the best night of my life. Nothing will ever compare to seeing my hero on stage.

The show was amazing and Jack did everything that the crowd expected him to be. Funny, goofy, childlike, and his little Irish self!

He does use a lot of profanity so if you don't want your kids to hear that, well.... this show isn't for you. But he does have a good self empowering show.

The venue itself is great. The sound carried really well and I was never left wondering what was said even though I was pretty far back. Jack ROCKED it though. I laughed and chanted so much I barely had a voice when I left. I was in stitches the whole way through, but the whole point of the show stuck with me too. Seriously, I recommend the HDWGH Tour to ANYONE. It's worth it. It really is.

As expected, Sean McLoughlin or as he is better known as Jacksepticeye, did a phenomenal job during his event. I highly recommend his fans go to see his show. One recommendation I would like to suggest to Ticketmaster and event organizers would be to change the name of Meet and Greet to Q and A session. I was looking forward to meeting Sean in person after purchasing the VIP ticket that included a Meet and Greet. Sadly, only random people in the audience were given the opportunity to ask him questions. Nonetheless, I wholeheartedly continue to support Sean in his work and will go to see him again the next time he comes to the United States. The Ryman Auditorium venue was beautiful and has great acoustics. I also appreciated the fact that you are allowed to purchase food and drinks and take them into the auditorium during the show.

Even though I went alone, I felt comfortable expressing myself in a room of people I didn't know (rare site). This show made me feel a part of something much bigger, and I could see it. Lighting was fantastic. Vernon was the BOMB! Seán was himself, which made everything worth it.

The show was incredible! The pacing of it was good, and overall I had a wonderful time.

I don't know if I've ever laughed so hard. Jack has such a powerful stage presence now, it's amazing! I've never felt anything like it.

The show was fantastic and everything we hoped it would be. Very funny and my kid loved it. If you can you should definitely go and see him. Well worth every penny. The venue was not so good though. Parking was a nightmare and was worried the whole time that my car would be towed for parking on a side street a .5 mile away. Bathrooms out side the venue were non existent. It took 2.5 hours to get to the venue which is normally an hour for us especially on a Wednesday. I will just say that we were in utter pain by the time we parked because there was no where to stop to pee on the way. We left at 4:30 for an 8:00 show giving us plenty of time for a stop, traffic and parking. Opening the venue a little earlier would have helped with the huge line waiting to get in. Not impressed with the handeling of the crowd at all. Venues underestimate how popular these shows are especially sold out ones. I wish they would get there act together when it comes to their customers. We also depend on them to at least provide the convenience of a bathroom once the horror show of the travel is over. Not then being forced to wait outside in tears for hours too. Unless it is a show we HAVE to see I will take a rain check on going to this venue again. The employees were fantastic inside and the theater was beautiful. The seats were nice and had plenty of room not to feel so squished in which is usually not the case with older theaters. So all in all it was a nice place just a bad spot and execution of a sold out show.

Jack was great! Kept the energy up and they way he interacted with the fans on stage was great!

Seeing Jack in person was nothing short of incredible. It was a dream come true and something I will remember for a lifetime. I don't think a single person in the audience wasn't smiling from ear to ear. The show was relevant and funny, and the energy that Jack put out to the crowd was reflected back tenfold. He knows his fans so intimately that it was like talking to a long term friend. My partner and I are definitely looking forward to seeing him again the next time he's back in town!

Took our teenagers to see jacksepticeye, wasnt really sure what to expect from a YouTuber in a live show. The show was GREAT! Jack was really funny and put on a great show. Entertaining for all of us (even parents). Especially enjoyed the Happy Wheels part of the show.

Ive been a long time fan of Jack's amd to see him live was such a great experience. The small venue made it feel so intimate and the staff was great, trying to help everyone the best they could despite guest frustration. The food was okay, but I recomend hitting the cafe before hand or after, or any of the other amazing food places around city walk. Overall a great night and I cant wait for Jack's next tour!

Beyond worth every penny. Jack is truly amazing at what he does and it shows. I loved the tour and everything about it.

Jacksepticeyes How Did We Get Here tour was awessome. He went through his story about what got him started in gaming with to how we as his YouTube followers helped influence and shape his career in YouTube. He was extremely funny and very personable. His show was interactive bringing fans on stage to play games with him. If Jack were to come back to hardrock I d recommend it to everyone to go see him. Just don t bring a backpack, you may be able to get into universal with it but it s not allowed at the venue.

This show was incredible and my sides hurt afterwards. It's real, it's fun, and it was such a good insight into one of my truly favorite people! Hearing stories about Sean's past and his upbringing and how he got into youtube and gaming was incredible. It's really a heartwarming, funny, fun time. You won't regret going!!

I wasn't sure what Jacksepticeye would be presenting on, but I was not disappointed. The show was funny, genuine, and held a great, positive message for people of all ages. I hope he comes back again!

He was positive, motivational message and interactive with the crowd. The kids in our group LOVED it! We felt the ticket prices were reasonable. Our only complaint is the adult seating was NOT comfortable (he's 6'6" 307) - next time we'll ask for assistance or a wheelchair.

The venue's appearance was amazing. The Egyptian theme was unique and cool. The lighting was bright enough to provide great visibility while also being dim enough to avoid hurting the eyes. However, the seating was cramped and the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable, at least in the floor sections. There were lots of people squeezed in. The show was wonderful and encouraging. Jacksepticeye (Sean) knows how to make people laugh and he's very charismatic and heartfelt. It was wonderful to see him in person, and not just through a screen. His life was very interesting and his story of pulling out of depression and making something of himself is an encouragement to everyone. However, there was a good deal more cussing than I was expecting. 4/5 Stars--Nice-looking venue with good lighting but cramped and uncomfortable seating; funny and uplifting show with a bit too much cussing; NOT recommended for anyone under the age of 13.

My sister and I are still in shock from seeing Jack. We've loved him for a long time, and having this experience was worth every penny. The show was fun, unique, and quirky, just like Jack. But it was warm as well. He makes you feel welcome and important, so does the community that was built around him, and that's why this show was so much fun!

I loved the way the performer worked his life story into the fun he was trying to give to the audience. His encouragement of the audience to never give up on dreams was the added icing to the already tasty cake.

So Fun! Jacksepticeye is great! Highly recommended :)

The experience was unforgettable! There were jokes and stories told that were real gut busters, and I was sad when it ended - wanted more! I would go again, but it was a story to be told once. Just know it's so worth it to see in person.

An amazing performer and an even more amazing person

It was so much fun! I had an amazing time. Jack is hilarious and did such a great job. The Fillmore was beautiful. The tech crew did a good job changing the lights along with whatever Jack was doing. All the staff I talked to were nice and helpful. They made it very easy to get inside and find your seat.

Jacksepticeye (Sean) was absolutely amazing to see in person! He has been my favorite YouTuber for a while but after this experience I love him even more! He was absolutely incredible!

Me and a friend were lucky enough to get VIP tickets to his Detroit show on May 29th and had such a great time! I was able to talk to him and have some of the best seats in the house. Such an incredible experience and would definitely go again :)

This show was phenomenal! Loved every minute!! Jack always gives a wonderful show, but this one was a bit more personal and has a wonderful meaning behind it. I took my daughter and my mom and both enjoyed it as well! His PMA message really hit home with my 15-year-old and I have seen a major positive change in her mood. Thank you Jack for a wonderful show!

This show was absolutely enjoyable in its entirety. The message was one of inspiration and thankfulness. The show was nonstop entertainment. Add to that the fact that my daughter was picked to go on stage and play a game with Jack, put the whole experience to the next level. Even if she hadn t got on stage I would still say it s an amazing show. We need more people in the world to think like Jack (not be him) just have a positive mental attitude PMA. The world would be a better place. I m glad I made the decision to take my kids to the show to laugh have a good time and hear a good message. As my daughter says, we need more people to fill peoples buckets and be a bucket filler not be a bucket dipper. All in all I recommend even those who don t know who Jack is and don t watch YouTube to go see this show.

Jacksepticeye is as entertaining in person as he is online. Being able to see my hero was the coolest thing I ve been able to do and I will never forget it. I even took my dad, who had never seen a single YouTube video of jacks, and he still had a great time as well.

This is the first show I've taken my three adolescent boys to that involved a hero of theirs. Their reactions were priceless; I've never seen them so excited, happy and enthralled. Jacksepticeye's performance did not disappoint. He's a good storyteller. He was great at engaging the crowd. He invited audience members up to the stage to play a round or two of his favorite video games (yes, for you fans, including and especially Happy Wheels). He used enough of his standard Youtube lines to make the kids feel like Jacksepticeye Club insiders, and he dropped enough F-bombs to make 13 year-old boys feel like they were getting away with something naughty, without sacrificing the otherwise-family-friendliness of his show. Highly recommend. The venue was wonderful. 2,200 fans packed into this tall and glamorous venue, screaming at the top of their lungs. The seats were comfortable and the venue staff were helpful and very pleasant. Highly recommend.

The wait outside before the show was pleasant enough, the Canadian air was very warm from the exposed sun and the people were friendly; parents accompanying their tween and teen children. Once inside, the lines moved well enough for soda and popcorn, the seats were okay and the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement. Jacksepticeye appeared onstage to hysterical screams from the underage fanatics and gave him a hearty welcome. During the show, audience members were called up to the stage to play video games and chit chat. The content of the actual show was weak, not unlike tea that needs more time to steep and it ended abruptly, leaving an unfinished impression. One message that Sean was able to make clear to the audience was; follow your dreams.

If you love Jack online you will love him even more in person! The show was very well put together and kept me laughing the whole time! Even if you don t watch his videos this show has something for everyone!

I was very disappointed with this event, and the fact that virtually no information was provided ahead of time made it that way. We paid an extra $60 a piece for VIP and NO INFORMATION regarding what VIP entailed was given until just a few days prior to the event. We even contacted the venue, which will only answer questions via email by the way, and were told only Ticket Master would provide details a few days before the event. Come to find out after already buying plane tickets that we had to be there 2 hours ahead of time which made getting there on time a nightmare. If I had known VIP included a poster and a pre-show Q&A, I wouldn't have spent the extra money. You can't sell something to people without an explanation of what they're buying. The show itself was okay but not worth $100 for a Q&A and watching kids play video games on stage.

I did not know what to expect when my daughter asked to go to this concert. Jacksepticeye was inspirational, funny and touching. I now understand why my daughter is so enamored with him.

As a parent, I was aware of what my Daughter was watching on YouTube. I drove her 3 hrs away to see Jack. Sat through the roughly 2 hr show and drove back. He does cuss, it is just stories about his life but my Daughter thought it was inspiring and uplifting and I won "Daddy" points. It was done well.
