The show was approx. two hours. The first 90 min were songs from the 30's, 40's and 50's, all the songs were beautiful and the Corona Symphony Orchestra was amazing. In addition to the horns and strings, Natalie's rhythm section was on fire! Her guitar player was amazing. Natalie, your show was truly "unforgettable..."

For a lady that just had kidney surgery, her performance was awe inspiring! She performed for 2 hours, with only a 5 min wardrobe change near the end. Natalie is just awesome, there is no other way to discribe her. Her interaction with the audience was light hearted and entertaining.

You girls owe your shorts to Natalie. She was smooth, pitch-perfect, and genuinly happy to be singing, all while not coming off as some better than y'all diva. I can say I was not a big fan of hers, but my wife asked me to go. And I'm thrilled to say that I really enjoyed myself watching this brave performer knocking it out so close after her kidney transplant operation. I would tell anyone to see her.

We enjoyed Ms. Cole's singing, but did not understand why the orchestra played by itself for 40 minutes, then took a 20 minute break before Ms. Cole appeared on the stage. We also didn't care to see her brother and his group singing. I guess you could say we just went to see Natalie Cole.

Natalie was totally right on...though a bit nervous for the first 20 minutes. She seem to be holding back in the beginning and as the evening went she gained confidence and strength. When she finally started to share about her experiences during the past 18 months and how God had blessed her "Twice", she became a powerful performer and communicator. An incredible performance at the Hollywood Bowl by Natalie Cole! She is truly an inspiration having undergone complete kidney failure and a kidney transplant this last year. And yet she gave a show of such energy, verve, and incredible music! She sang beautiful slow and hot jazz, ballads of love and duets with her father, Nat King Cole. She had the audience in the palm of her hand. What a performer!

Natalie was as great as ever. Probably even better. She never missed a note and the songs she selected were without a doubt wonderful and exciting. It was like she had never been away. Some entertainers try to make a comeback (actually, she was never really gone) and there is something missing. Not with Natalie. Her music made you glad that there were strings and singing. As far as I am concerned, she is in the same level as Sinatra and Bennett when it comes to singing the classics. I don't know of any female singer that can compare with them. One of the most wonderful and entertaining evenings that I have enjoyed in quite a while

Last night I got the blessing of a lifetime when I saw Natalie in concert at the Hollywood Bowl. I have seen her on numerous occasions but last night was magcal and spiritual. First of all that was my first time having seats so close to the stage at the Bowl. Then Natalie stepped out onto the stage in a "BAD" purple long length dress. I'll be honest that this was an incredible concert. After all that she went through mentally and spiritual regarding her illness, her voice is soooooo power and strong. Again, I was truly blessed to have witnessed this awesome performance by an awesome performer!!!!!

This show was EXCELLENT. Natalie Cole gave a 1 night only concert in Atlanta. Her voice was clear, powerful and engaging. The show starts off with a collection of jazz standards, then she sing a country song,followed by her R&B classic hits and concludes with powerful gospel number. The finale is another classic R&B hit. Natalie's musical director was a woman and she had an amazing band. She was really generous with one of her background singers. She let her lead a heart stirring, feet taping gospel song. It was AMAZING! Bottom line, if Natalie Cole comes to your, go see her. They don't make talented singers like her anymore.

I have seen Natalie Cole probably 8 times in the last 20 years. I thought that this was probably her best performance. Her song selection was perfect! She did a number of tunes from the Unforgettable album and a number of other American songbook classics. Her voice was spectacular. Only downside is that the show was only about 70 minutes.

She still has a great voice but made no effort to "connect" with the audience. It is not always just about the music but being able to use a talent to reach out to people. The show was short for the cost of the tickets. Her band was average as well as the back up singers. There was little to no showmanship.

I'm only 22, but I study these old artists who put such an untouchable vibe on their songs - Natalie is DEFINITELY in the top 5! I cannot stop singing and listening to "This Will Be'" (An Everlasting Love), neither can I stop the images of "Unforgettable" from running through my mind after being etched across my heart. Of course, these are not the only songs she executed with mere ease and sheer excellence despite being obviously ill, and in a somewhat weakened condition. Natalie Cole was awesome (Including the orchestra, combo and background vocalists)! When the lady opened her mouth melodic joy and perfection flowed flawlessly!!! I have not seen Ms. Cole since 1979 and it was if her voice was held in a time capsule to preserve her perfect pitch and awesome range.

Natalie Cole put on an amazing show last night at the Hollywood Bowl! She looked absolutely stunning and was clearly happy to be on stage after enduring her recent kidney transplant. She began the show with the classic standards that have come to define her as a singer! Obviously, it was a treat to see her singing along with her father on Unforgettable! She had some wonderful arrangements and her backup singers provided her some great vocals! She ended the last portion of her performance with some of her more popular R&B hits which were crowd pleasers! She's BACK!!

Natalie Cole came onstage and continued without intermission part of the Great American Songbook that her father, her mother and all the great artists she had the chance to meet over her lifetime. Natalie Cole gave a treasure trove of Music and History. Her voice, her timing has only improved with time. I could have sat there for hours more as she brought us into her life and to her music. WOW. She is a don't miss!!

We were not sure just what to expect out of the youthful 65 year old Natalie Cole but believe me she was nothing short of spectacular! Her voice still superb & as clear as a bell spot on every note, every lyric, every emotion. She was heart felt & easily related to the large audience, you felt as though you were up close & personal in a night club feel if you will. She introduced every song with some wonderful insight & dear memories.The flash back videos of her youth & her Dad were wonderful. We could have listened to her all night, please have her back as soon as possible so we can attend front row this time!!

"This Will Be" the last time I ever go see her. It was obvious from her performance that she is very ill. Not sure why she is exposing herself to the torture of a concert tour, when her health is in such decline. I have every CD that she ever made, I grew up on her music that is why I chose to attend this concert. She was constantly out of breath, and seemed winded, she sat through almost the entire concert. She can no longer hit her notes; song ballads by every other artist and only sang maybe 3-4 of her own songs. Her poor vocals were drowned out by the band and her back-up singers, was not a good concert at all.

Nice. We weren't close, so we depended on the side screens which were kind of disappointing. They seemed to be focused on the guitar player more than Natalie Cole. I did love the "duets" with her father.

Natalie Cole is a performer. No lights. No puppets. No smoke and bombs. She reminds us of why we should encourage the entertainers of today to be more than...noise. Natalie walked out to the center of the stage and, for two hours, held the audience captive as she did old standards and blues, a Latin set, duets with her father, and the stuff that took her to the top of the charts. We need to support these national treasures as a way to say 'thank you' for the songs, for the albums, for helping me tell my wife how I love her. With all of that being said, if you have an opportunity to see Natalie Cole, you won't be disappointed.

Natalie Cole and her band were respectively REALLY amazing, but unfortunately even though she indicated at one point to turn her mike up a bit, her voice was mixed way too low, and in spite of her having a really powerful voice, much of the time we could hardly hear her. Even the back up singers were louder than her. It's a pity, because a really great show was spoiled by bad sound.

Natalie Cole, a consummate professional and talented artist met and exceeded my hopes and expectations for providing a memorable evening. First....the theater was beautiful and the seats were comfortable. The show didn't start on time because people were still taking seats past the appointed hour. The orchestra was excellent and well conducted. She sang many standards, old favorites, and mixed medleys. Acoustics were great for the genre. What else can be said....a marvelous, exciting experience!!

THANK YOU TOWN HALL. What an amazing venue and an amazing show. I saw Kenny G there two weeks ago, who was fabulous and Natalie Cole was even better. Her voice is heavenly. She is personable and seeing videos of her dad and family brought tears to my eyes. She sounds better than ever. I wish the show was longer. The only thing that could have made it better is if Kenny G and Natalie Cole performed together! I love this venue and look forward to other shows. It's such a great size. Not a Madison Square Garden. This is really up close and personal. LOVE IT!
