Have been a fan of Caldwell for years & decided to see him LIVE for first time! Was delighted with the 2 hr. event, his amazing unique VOICE band members & the obvious numerous song titles. Also noticed Caldwell never tired or shortened his songs during performances which is what some artists do. Great audience participation!! Would have liked to have gotten an autograph but line was too lenghly & my timing had run out! Otherwise, a wonderful gift to ourselves as a Wedding Anniversary of 11 years. The JJ's

Excellent concert.... great band and songs. Everyone wanted more particularly Caldwell's other hits such as Jamaica, don't ask my neighbor, Baby its could outside.... yet one cannot cram a career in 90 minutes.

I've waited years to see Bobby Caldwell live and he did not disappoint! A fantastic show--his vocals live sound exactly like his studio stuff and his latest sax player Andrew Neu was extremely talented! I'd come back time and again to see Bobby's show!

I've heard Mr Caldwell sing at different venues and he is always outstanding. I enjoyed hearing him at BB King's because even though it was a large room it seemed intimate. The food was decent also. I just wish he would come to South Jersey, maybe the Jewel Box at Borgata.....

Seeing Bobby perform year after year...knowing his show inside and out, I can help to say that he just gets better with each passing year! Went to the 7:30pm show, what a great event which was totally unforgetable. It was great to see people of all ages...some very young enjoying the best of the best!

This was a great concert. Its amazing how many Bobby Caldwell songs I remembered. He's a wonderful songwriter and his band was terrific, the sax player in particular. Its a great act to catch, if you love crooners. He can still belt out a song. I would have given this 5 stars, but was disappointed that the concert only lasted 1 hour. The venue seemed to have restrictions, as there was a third show that evening, featuring another group. I left wanting to hear at least another 20 minutes of his music.

First of all I love Bobby Caldwell and traveled from Atlanta to see him. BB Kings is a wonderful venue. I look forward to going back. The food and service was great. Next time I will reserve a booth.

We saw Bobby Caldwell perform in Honolulu as part of a multi-artist "Smooth Jazz Night" and he did about 9 songs. Simply not enough! We were just thankful that he finally came to perform in Hawaii. Our next wish is that we could see an entire show of Bobby (and his band). Without question he is our (3 in our family) favorite male singer.

The show was awesome. Bobby played songs spanning his entire career even songs he wrote for other artists. The band was awesome as well.

Great show, great dinner, great desserts, great drinks and great seats! All in all it was an enjoyable evening.

Enjoyed seeing Bobby Caldwell at BBKings in NYC. He always does a great show and knows how to interact with his audience. Sang many of my favorite songs and even one that I had never heard before. BB Kings has a lot of rules - you can't seat beside the person you attended with, must sit across from them - you must spend $10 a piece - you have to "tip" the coat check person in advance.... Other than that nice club with nice staff.

We had a great time. The band was incredible. Bobby continues to deliver superb music and perfomances. I would recommend anyone to see him live.

Amazing show! As his website reads, "electrifying" performance! Bobby was in great form and his voice is unchanged since recording many hits 30 years ago. And his band was superb, both vocals and instruments. We attended the 7pm show and almost stayed for the 10pm show.

Just another unforgettable performance by the great Bobby Caldwell. The atmosphere was perfect, the music was perfect and the event couldnt have been more exciting.

What can I say about Bobby that hasn't already been said. He is still as good as ever, still has the power, the energy and loves to engage his audience. His voice show no signs of wear and Bobby will never mail it in. You always get the real deal, 100%, he holds nothing back. His band was phenominal and the background vocals were superb. He treated us with a cross section of his many hits and milestones from his career. He is a multi talented musician and a prolific song writer. We traveled in from Long Island and would do it any time Bobby elects to play a gig there. All in all.........a great night.

From the moment he started until the moment he finished, it was all I hoped it would be and more. The only thing missing was his fedora.

First time at BB Kings...great venue, very intimate. Acoustics were fabulous. Have not seen nor heard much of BC since CD101.9 went off the air (such a shame) for both! He was right on last night. His band was incredible, the Sax Player....looks like Bobby is going to lose another one! :) His back up singers...incredible! Enjoyed it thoroughly.

A night at BB King with Bobby Caldwell was a pleasure from start to finish for me and my gentleman friend. As a former CD101.9 listener, it gave me a chance to relive the quality of music once displayed. The singing and the band were exceptional. Bobby's voice was strong and true to the life.. He sounded like the recordings. I loved the intimacy the venue presented. It felt like we were in our living room enjoying the show. The BB King wait staff were friendly and warm in their service. Overall, I had a great time and look forward to attending future events at BB King Bobby Caldwell, you were magnificent and keep up the great entertaining... God bless you

Great Show, Great song List, Great Band, between 7:30 PM and 9 PM it was the greatest show on earth!

This is a no brainer. Bobby Caldwell is the quintessential entertainer of all time. From the first song to the last it was an absolutely amazing, amazing performance. I'm still flying high from hearing all of my favorites by Bobby. My only complaint is that he didn't perform until the after hours of the morning because I surely would have stayed and ditched work!! I have and will continue to recommend seeing Bobby Caldwell live wherever he's performing cause Bobby Caldwell is all that!!!

Bobby Caldwell was very good, he sounded great, I had seen him over 15 years ago and sounds as good, great energy. But B B Kings the food was lousy and way overpriced I would recommend that you eat somewhere else.

We'd seen Bobby perform a few years ago as part of a Smooth Jazz Concert in Honolulu. Since he was not the only artist that night--although he was the headliner--he did maybe 8-9 numbers. We enjoyed that show, but were determined to see him again ALONE in his own show. When we learned a few months ago that he'd be in Las Vegas, we immediately planned our annual Vegas trip around his show. I loved every minute of the show! Bobby's patter was fun and interesting. I especially enjoy learning the background of the individual songs. As for the band and Bobby's vocals, it was first class all the way, and we were not disappointed! It was worth every single mile we traveled from Hawaii to see him! The only small disappointment was that he didn't play any of my favorites, but that's no biggie since any song he sings is worth listening to, IMHO. Side note: We had to take a cab from Downtown to get there. No problem even though the driver ignored my suggestion that he take the freeway, it cost $30+tip. However, after the show (and the meet-and-greet, which we thank Bobby and his band members for!), we asked the valet to call a cab. He did and came back saying the local taxi was "backed up"--it was a Saturday night and a busy long weekend. He asked if we'd like one of their drivers to take us to back to town and suggested we pay him what we paid for the cab over. That was great! BTW, the driver took the freeway. So my suggestion is you may want to pre-arrange a ride or rent a car to be safe, since the Santa Fe Station is 11 miles north of Downtown (and even farther from the Strip). The casino/hotel was very nice and the Feast Buffet was very good. If you sign up for the players' club card, it was only $13 or so. I thought it was even better than Main Street's buffet, which we love.

7th time over 20 years seeing Bobby, never a doubt! What a voice, what a performance

Bobby Caldwell played a selection of his greatest hits and a few new ones to keep us teased and wanting more. It was romantic and enjoyable. The band didnt waste time playing solo parts all night and the solo was just long enough to enjoy. The band all seemed to work together and have fun. The attempt to get a drink of any kind almost ruined the whole night. The line forms where people are trying to enter and exit and right on seats. Then with only two people sometimes three working the line never moved. Once I recieved the drink I wondered why I waited anyway.

This was my third visit to a BOBBY CALDWELL presentation and he never disappoints. He is an amazing singer, musician and songwriter who reminds us that great talent is still among us\u2026you just have to search it out! His band members are equally great\u2026.everyone an artist who could hold his own if he had to. Put them together and you have an evening of unforgettable music and you never want it to end. I was mesmerized and loved every minute of the show. I would go again and again.

Bobby Caldwell and his band performed well. The sax player was good (not great) but I thought he imposed himself a bit too much in what appeared to be an attempt to overshadow Caldwell. Backup musicians s/b embellishments--not the whole show. Caldwell has a nice presentation and I enjoyed his stories and anecdotes between songs. He has a good voice and is a versatile musician and songwriter. Now for the bad part. I have been to various Station venues at least ten times and the Chrome Room three times. They have good sound equipment, but they need to FIND PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO OPERATE IT! A GOOD SOUND MIX IS NOT FULL CRANK ON ALL CHANNELS! C'mon guys. Get it together. Your venues are relatively small and this is not heavy metal. Tone it down so the subtleties of the instrumentation can be heard. And if you're going to amplify the drums, put the kit behind a sound block. Drums and bass are almost always too much. Caused me to leave the Keiko Matsui and Hiroshima performances prematurely. I could go on but I think you get my drift.

Bobby's voice is still great - which can't be said for all performers of this age. I wasn't sure I would like the newer tracks, but they were very enjoyable. The alto sax was amazing, the band had great vocals....this was one of the better concerts I've been to lately.

What a fabulous group of musicians Bobby has gathered - music from the oldies, to jazz, to rock, and who remembered that Bobby wrote so much music for others. Outrageous. Bobby's still got it, folks. Sings like a crooner and plays instruments like a young stud. And that sax player, Andrew Neu? Where have you been? Tore the house down. Wow. If you missed that show -- don't miss the next one.

I have been a Bobby Caldwell fan from the moment I heard What You Won't Do For Love in the late 70s when I was a little girl! This was the first time I was able to catch him live at a stage show and he did not disappoint! His voice sounds just as incredible and strong as it did back in the day! What an amazing talent! The band was also incredible especially his Sax player, Andrew Neu! Awesome!

I got an email to see Bobby Caldwell and I said, "Who?" The email said he did light jazz and Rat Pack stuff, which I love, so I decided to give it a shot...for Valentine's Day! When I told my husband, he said, "Who?" Anyway, we went and enjoyed that show sooo much! He not only has a beautiful voice, but he is just a great entertainer. There was plenty of audience interaction and laughs. Found out he was part of the Everly Bros and wrote for the likes of Pebo Bryson, Bozz Skaggs, etc. I would definitely recommend his show to anybody who loves GOOD music and likes to be entertained. Bobby still has a great voice and is a great musician. I enjoyed the concert even though the acoustics and the sound technician for the venue were a bit to be desired. The first couple of songs were barely audible over the instruments making me think that Bobby's voice was not good at all, but after a while the sound technician seemed to get the correct levels for the performance. It almost seemed as if there was not a sound check before the concert. Bobby can still rock it and everyone around me was in the groove.

The sound was awful, completely overpowering Bobby Caldwell's voice. The singing wasn't all that great so maybe there was a reason to drown him out. Finally, he needs to get a decent hairpiece. I have one of his cds and it is wonderful. This concert was such a disappointment.

Bb kings was good as well as the food I just wished bobby Caldwell sang some songs from the where is the love album. Didn't sing one that would have been nice but still nice to see

Everytime we've seen him we feel his shows get better and better. We talked with him backstage, Morty, Cheryl, Pasquale and Jan! He was so entertaining and there isn't a bad seat in the house, unlike the Jazz Cruises we've seen him on.

There are not too many multi-talented stars left today who can work a room like the greats who are no longer with us. Bobby can sing any style music and sing it well.

Bobby has been my FAVORITE singer for 2+ decades! His voice has profound range and versatility. From Sinatra to POP and R&B, he masters each genre with such ease and excellence. BOBBY IS THE GUY TO SEE AND HEAR. Just can't get enough! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!! Michael Buble, who? There's simply no comparison. It's Bobby, hands down!!

I waited 20+ year to see \\ hear this man in person, & it was BEYOND worth the wait, as it was the SHOW of SHOWS; if he reads this, trust me, he'll know who's writing it... He is VERY audience friendly, VERY funny, & has quite the sense of humour; he is the total package. The first CD I bought was, "Heart Of Mine," & I bought my first CD player b\\c of him. Back in the day before it was called a, "Bucket List," it was called a, "To Do List," & the ONLY thing on mine was to see Bobby Caldwell; that being said, I could actually die now a happy woman. I NEVER have to see another concert as long as I live. Yes, I know how kooky I sound, but he is just my absolute favourite artist ever. The audience got to meet him afterward. I think @ first he thought I was a loon, but then realised I was just treating him like the "diva" he is, & that I am the ULTIMATE fan. I'll never be the same. Bobby Caldwell is a fantastic performer with a great voice!! In a Frank Sinatra and style and in someways better. A true artist that should be playing to an audience in a larger venue. I would see him again ina heart beat!!

Everything about Bobby and his band was awesome and amazing. The sound quality was not as good as the other venue I saw him in -- Catalina Grille in Hollywood. The sound quality of this venue was not as clear at all! Other than that--I loved every minute!

Such a great concert. Look forward to his returning to Vegas to see him again. His new album sounds promising, of course.

It was great! The only thing bad was the noise from the bar. They should put that outside. Was very distracting!

Although I have been a fan of jazz vocalists for decades, I didn't really know much about Bobby Caldwell, who has been around for years and is very eclectic in his tastes and abilities. I was stunned by how good the show was and kicking myself for not having discovered him sooner. We had great seats, close to the stage, and could appreciate everything from the intimacy of his ballads to the sweat on the brow when he was jamming on the up-tempo numbers. His versatility and natural talent is remarkable. The entire audience seemed to appreciate that we were there for a special evening. I think it helped that we were at the second (10pm) show, where it seemed that the band and Bobby were more relaxed and really let loose.

Another terrific performance by Bobby and excellent band His peerless sax man blew the crowd away while he blew thru the fans much to their delight His hour and forty minute set that started promptly at 8 moved the energetic crowd Bobby also announced a new album being released by his sax player He brought his fun and usually dry sense of humor with him and thanked the crowd and was wowed by The Vegas Fans Hopefully he will be back for a return engagement very soon

An absolute terrific show. The entire band are tremendous musicians and superb vocalists. The sound is smooth, elegant, and keeps you moving. Bobby's voice is uncanny. He just doesn't miss a note and his range is ridiculous. You come to see Bobby but everyone in the act has multiple moments to shine and shine they do! You appreciate how gifted these musicians are. All and all, a tremendous show.

Saw the Bobby Caldwell show @ Sunset Station in Henderson, NV. It's a really good show, the band members are very talented. Seemed to capture the audience with a little history behind each song. His most popular that brought him notoriety is still sung by a lot of entertainers today, along with a lot of karaoke singers. Bobby Caldwell is underrated amongst many listeners today. He's not flashy, he doesn't need 10-100 dancers on stage to bring the"wow" to the show. He and his band are the "WOW". I would see him again.

Excellent show. Bobby played a variety of his hits running the gamut of his great career. Concert was well worth it. Not to be missed if you get a chance to see him.

Wow, he knocks me out every time I see him. His musicians are awesome and it seems like its secondhand to him to do a show like this. At times, he seemed like he just wanted to get off the stage, but then, again he came through with all his great songs.

I have seen Bobby Caldwell a number of times between Las Vegas and Florida. This show was great although not the best that I have seen him. Musicianship was outrageous. Loved the choice of songs. Purchased the new CD after the show, must say, not a bug fan. A total departure from his cool smooth diverse voice.

This was a suprise for wife and we were unsure about the venue. Bobby Caldwell is one her favorite Artist and His performance was EXCELLENT!!! The Venue was very intimate and accousticly enchanting.

Didnt really know what to anticipate but I had it in my head to see Mr Caldwell perform. The ticket price was reasonable and Sunset Station isnt far from my place. I had to call off work, but no big whoop there. Ok,the show was good. The room,Club Madrid was nice and the backing musicians were capable. particularly the horn and keyboard player. Mr Caldwell sang well and was engaging w/the crowd. He did a fine rendition of the song that I most associate him with,"What you do for love". At the end of the show, I was pleased.

It was great to see Bobby Caldwell at the Mount Airy Casino, I have been a fan for a very long time. He sounded great (just like his recordings) and his band sounded great also. I'm glad I got the see him in person, its been over 20 yrs since I last saw him. I had a great time.

Amazing show with talented band. Have seen Bobby Caldwell in concert before, and absolutely enjoy his music, smooth and easy. Our seats were great, and the cost of the show, was reasonable.

First part was wonderful Fusion Jazz with great performance by alto sax. Second part was big band sound and was just great. If you loved the Chairman of the Board you loved this. We all miss Frank

Bobby Caldwell never disappoints and this concert was a special treat for those of us who have only seen him perform with a small jazz band at a much smaller venue. Bobby and company jumped right in to many of the songs I've enjoyed from his several cd's. Many reviewers have commented on Andrew Neu's sax solo and their praises are spot on - his solo was one of the highlights, indeed. Personally, I want to send a big "thank you" to Bobby for pulling in a group of very talented local musicians for the big band. The second act was the Big Band portion of the show and the sound was deep, rich and the perfect complement to his choice of "American Musical Standards". Bobby's rendition of Beyond the Sea was a treat, as it's a favorite song that connects times past and family no longer with us to the present. Bobby's classy personality and great sense of humor transformed the Pantages Theater into a romantic and fun-filled evening with hints of a smokey cocktail lounge and martinis mixed to perfection.

The sax player was very talented but the whole first set was him wailing away in extended, tiring solos. The rest of the band was average and Bobby can't sing anymore. The second set was much better musically, with a really great big band sound but it was too short and Bobby seriously lacks range. He's a very weak singer and the music and musicians deserve better.

Bobby never disappoints. His 1st set was incredible and after hearing one song off his upcoming album we will be purchasing as soon as it's released. He was a little off pitch in a couple songs but hey, it's live music and a persons voice isn't a machine. 2nd set was many tunes of Blue Condition with the band which was as awesome as it was almost 20 years ago. Could have used a little tweaking on the sound board, but it got better as the show went on. He has incredibly talented musicians touring with him. Overall, a great show. Bobby is so personable and ranks right up there as one of the top entertainers in my book.

Just as my title says Bobby Caldwell is a CLASS ACT. I love , crave good real music and look forward to when Bobby Caldwell is performing. As usual he did not disappoint and put on a stellar show singing ALL the hits I love especially My Flame with playing the piano only. He brought the house down as only he can do and he is still so sexy! Great show, awesome performer.

Went to See Bobby Caldwell at the Santa Fe Station Chrome Showroom. As usual, Bobby and Band were phenomenal. Mr. Caldwell serves up his brand of deliciously flavored R&B, Blue Eyed Soul,Songbook Classics, Top 40, all the flavors you could want and he does it with what many so called artist today lack....CLASS. Besides his amazing catalog of music, he also is very,very gracious to the people attending his shows and thanks us endlessly for attending and supporting his artistry. And at the end of the shows he makes himself available for autographs and small talk which is very uncommon these days. All in all it was a tremendous show and I would recommend anyone who has not had a chance to see him go now! I travel across the country and receive Bobby's newsletter letting me know when and where he is performing. You can bet that anytime he is in a place I am traveling I will take the time to catch his show. Thank you Mr. Caldwell!

Bobby Caldwell was in great voice, with a comprehensive selection of songs. It was the type of music should be able to sit, sip some wine or whatever and simply relax. HOWEVER, While Bobby Caldwell and the band were great musically, the venue was a little problematic and distracting. Particularly with people using the flash on their cameras. And there were some people actually holding conversations, loudly, and laughing during the performances

The lounge was perfect, the band was great, the selection of songs was good, however, the singing was short of good. I went on line and listened to Bobby on line before ordering the tickets and he sounded great,but at the show I was not as impressed. But, he definitely has a following of people who love him and other than the singing he has a great show.

Enjoyed the performance very much! Every member of the band exhibited talent that was awesome, highly recommend!
