Neighborhood Awards Weekend

OMG what a show! This was the best part of all the events. Steve is a fool but a good, entertaining fool. U just had to be there. I cried so hard & through out the award show. Babyface singing & song selection was a wonderful surprise. He stole the show. Usher did such a good job but a lot of ppl started leaving during his set because it was passed 12am. Steve had set rules for the winners but had to add more rules after ever winner acceptance speech. Per steve's request Tamela Mann started singing during a break. She sounded just like her CD. Sheryl Underwood had me on the flr laughing. That damn Tommy ain't right! U just shoulda been there! I truly like having 3 performers this yr doing a mini concert instead of 6 ppl doing 1 song apiece. The only bad thing is the award show ended around 12:45am which means it ran into the VIP party. The VIP party was 9pm until 2pm w/ Doug E Fresh & Salt/Pepa. I had tickets for the VIP party but didn't get a chance to go. Either Steve & 'em need to get better w/time management (that would be hard to do since a lot of the magic happen spontaneously ) or don't have the VIP party at all.

Steve Harvey was absolutely hilarious, and I never thought he was that funny watching him on TV. He's a great inspiration to young men and women, and older ones, too. The event is very organized and well put together. Only thing I didn't like was the seating at the awards show because I had tickets that were far away and high up, the place was a bit scary to climb and watch from that high. Also, the blue carpet should be a bit closer to the stars. Otherwise, it was great watching the morning show live with great performances, Family Feud was fun and the expo had great designers, there. The expo's should've had performances, too but they had celebrity row and it intervened with a couple of other things that I wanted to do. Great overall experience as far as the hotel, employees were nice and helpful, lots of staff. Wear comfortable shoes!!

Absolutely loved this amazing experience! Grown folks doing grown folks ish!!!! The last thing I was expecting to see was live performances at the Steve Harvey morning show!!! The expo was incredible with so many vendors and so much to do! I danced, I shopped, I loved it!!! I can't wait for next years Hoodie awards!!!!!

It was my first time at the Hoodie Awards and I loved it. This was one of the best events I have been to in a while. I love seeing black people coming together and having a good time. Charlie Wilson and Doug E Fresh showed up and showed out for the Freedom Friday Party. The actual awards show was faaar more than expected. O-Jays, Angie Stone, Joe, Nore (knew and from Dallas) and then FANTASIA!! They put on a show that was the bomb. Steve still has a ways to go with some of the little details...lighting, sound, time in between changes on stage, and exits. The exits were the worst. They need to plan better ways for people to leave without looking like a caddle run out of the arena.

Congratulations to the winners and all the nominees. Fantasia did the damn thing and stole the show at the end. She tore the house out with her beautiful singing and pure emotion. I love Steve Harvey and the morning show and their uplifting of all people... all the time. Ain't God good...All the time!!!

I have a wonderful time!!!! The events were entertaining and affordable. I was impressed at how friendly and helpful the staff was and how well organized the event was. For the amount of people that attended, there was no confusion. The celebrity's were friendly and didn't mind talking to you and taking pictures. There was ample room for everyone to enjoy without being crowed together and the venues were spacious and clean.

The whole weekend was amazing from start to finish.

Steve Harvey did an amazing job hosting the event, he was hilarious. Then to have all of the actors/actresses and artist perform such as Usher, Babyface, Tyreast and a wonderful surprise solo 'Take Me to the King' I've attended this event 8 times and each year it continues to be bigger and better!

Second year at tenting the neighborhood awards show and every time I have a ball. Steve and Tommy are fools....u actually get to take pics with most of the stars and that's a plus.... They don't mind coming out a greet people

The best time of a vacation although I didn't sleep I had soooo much fun. I must tell everyone if you have not gone to the Neighborhood Awards it's a must, put it on your bucket list FAST! I will be returning... Seriously this awards show need to be on TV. I really have nothing bad to say about the entire weekend, I just need some sleep... I also got to meet Margie Harvey and took a quick pic with her I ask and she said yes. The hell with security what a great person she is.

I can see how the event has evolved over the years. Lots of effort has been put into planning the event and making it successful. Thank you Mr. Harvey!

Steve Harvey is Hilarious.... It was so Wonderful seeing ordinary people get recognized for doing extraordinary things.

Nice event. Expo and Awards show were really good. The concerts were okay. Venue was huge.

With everything that went wrong from plane, hotel and rental car....MISHAPS......The show made my day, especially David Mann & Lavelle Crawford.....

The initial events were unorganized. There was little to no security at the comedy show Thursday night. Participants were left to self-police and self-organized at entry. The actual list of activities for the expo were not available until Friday, therefore we had no idea what we were doing Friday morning. The working staff had no clue as to what events were happening and the exact location(s), participants were left to figure it out. The awards show was very entertaining, well attended and organized. Overall, when the agenda was available, it was really enjoyable. Hopefully, the program will get off to a better start next year.

A Great and Totally Awesome show and performance!!

BBD came out and sang, danced the entire time they were on stage. They included the audience in all the songs singing along. They had so much energy and had the crowd HYPE.

I enjoyed every moment of the Expo and all the booths that were there...I shopped till I dropped! I saw celebrities and enjoyed the State Farm exhibits also I enjoyed the seminars and the gospel competition too. Parking was very accessible and the traffic outside the arena and convention center was very controlled. I am from Florida and I will come again next year! I really enjoyed myself and my girlfriends did too! Thanks to Steve Harvey for bringing the Neighbor Hood Awards to the ATL!

it would have been great if Steve Harvey could have appeared on stage for a few minutes rather in the very small area on the Arena floor on Saturday There should have been more seating for the Greek Show The schedule of activities should be closer to the front of the program that was in the red State Farm bag

Steve Harvey hosting and keeping it "Real"! Good people, good music, Comedians, Celebs and a lot of laughter in one room! The Step Show was no joke, serious stepping. Simply an Amazing moment to cherish being my first time. Next year I will be back. :-)

I enjoyed everything the EXPO, film screening, the white party, the awards show and the Gospel competition. I wish I coould have gone to Tommy's comedy show I heard it was off the chain. I'll be getting there on Thursday next year so I can see the morning show. My one suggestion is have seating for the step show then everyone can see.

I truly enjoyed myself at the 2014 Neighborhood Awards in Atlanta Georgia. The people in Atlanta were very nice helpful as we occupied their city for a few days. Mr. Harvey left no stone unturned for his invited guest. A Plenty of everything for everybody. I would recommend attending this award show and I will go again.

I enjoyed myself from Friday-Sunday afternoon. All the vendors present were very nice and had really great products and services. The Ford area was off the chain , excitement non-stop; I even test drove one of the vehicles and enjoyed every minute. What can I say about Coca-Cola, LOVE my name on the can . Meeting the entertainers up close and personal, AWESOME!! If you missed it, you missed a treat!!!! Can t wait until 2015!!!

This expo was worth every dollar spent. There were excellent vendors, who had a lot to share. Fun time with State Farm and Coco Cola, lots of giveaways and good spirited people.

This Award Show was so Outstanding, Steve Harvey really did his thing. Recognizing the regular blue collar workers was Super.. Those nominees, and winners felt like a Queen or King for the Nite. I will continue to go to this event yearly. You will be entertained the entire time....

I arrived on Thursday night to the awesome surprise to be staying at the same hotel as The O'Jays and other artists>>>>>On to the next day with the Steve Harvey moring show live broadcast. It was great. Then to Michael Jai White's new movie and he had an Q&A session afterwards. The seminars were all outstanding as well as the vendors. A lot of giveaways. White night and the comedy show off the chain...KEM and The Mighty Mighty O'Jays!!!----no words would do justice on how exceptional they were. Next day was the Act like a Success seminar with none other than Steve Harvey himself. Then the awards show and after party. Anthony Hamilton took pictures with everyone that attended.....if you missed yours...-----Where were you!!! The weekend was packed with activities and stars.... networking..... AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!

This was my first time attending the Neighborhood Awards Show. I must say, I had a blast from beginning to end. The awards show alone was well worth the money. Comedy show/concert/award show was very entertaining. In closing, the moment that stole the show was Mr. Brown (David Mann) vs Lavell Crawford!! Hilarious!

This awards show touched on so many areas that I probably won't have enough room to write. It was a concert, a comedy show, a scripted and unscripted play and then some, not to mention an opportunity to honor and acknowledge everyday people doing great things! I already can't wait until the 2015 show... If tickets were on sale now, I'd definitely buy them. Kudos to you Mr. Harvey and the rest of your team that put together such an awesome, powerful, fun, and entertaining event!!

Facility was very spacious and accommodating. Acoustics were great.

I really enjoyed the show, Steve and his wife. I enjoyed seeing yolando and Davis mann....kem was amazing and the ojays did an awesome job...I was really touched by the lady that buried her son 8 months ago and was still paying for his burial. ...This is an event I would attend every year.

Kem was great as usual, he took the show to another level of excitement. The O'Jays still bringing down the house as if they were back in the day. They still had the energy that rock the house.

Next year I will experience the total package, based on The All White Party.The environment presented was grown and sexy. I danced from the start until I walked out the door. This was the best White Party I have attended. The location of the event in Atlanta was great, but I recommend selecting a day outside other local events to accommodate parking. The Neighborhood Awards will be a reoccurring yearly event for me. It would be nice to have a change of venue ever so often. The event was family oriented and phenomenon. History was exhibited over the weekend. A BIG shout-out too Steve Harvey and the family!

I'm a Kem fan. To see where he's come from to now. That soothing voice is today's Marvin Gaye. Love it. The O'Jays, OMG! Still have it. Enjoyed jamming with Grown ans Sexy people.

Enjoy the crowd, the location and the climate. Everyone came out and had a good time. The city was suitable for the events. I'll be back next year.

So glad to be back in Las Vegas. The entire weekend was nice. MGM's Casino concert venue was far better than Mandalay Bay Casino.

This event was so great. It exceeded my expectations. It all looked so beautiful and the venue was illuminated by everyone being dressed in white! Awesome! Can't wait to go again next year!!!

We loved every aspect of the weekend! All of the events were well worth the time and money spent. Meeting new friends highlighted the entire weekend - plans to meet back up 'together' are already in place. Keep the entertainers coming...... bring more to the "Celebrity Row" so we can experience them even closer.

The entire weekend was so eventful. All of the shows were Great!!! It just goes to show that Black folks can definitely gather together, be respectful and cordial to one another without incident. Not all of us are chaotic and full of drama. We can dress up & know how to act. And our Black men know they look sharp when they come outa those jeans, T-shirts, & sneakers & throw on their "Sunday Best". You know what I'm talking about.

Will attend next year, best show ever , the people who worked the event was very helpful !

The show was AMAZING! KEM kicked it off and got us all fired up. Then Frankie topped the night off with his most memorable tracks. It was my first time seeing him live and I was blown away! We met and partied with some great people sitting by us... We sang and danced all night long! And like a good neighbor, State Farm was there! LOL!

I attended the Freedom concert and All white party; also the Neighborhood Awards and was completely satisfied. I laughed from the beginning to the end, enjoyed the city, and the structure of the event was phenomenal. All the entainers were great!! I enjoyed seeing many of my favorite entertainers like Tamar, Mary Mary, Kem, Maze, Fantasia, Marvin Sapp, Yolanda Adams and the legendary Chaka Khan. Cheryl Underwood, George Wallace, Earthquake, Kim Whitley were hilarious I laughed so hard I went hoarse. Steve Harvey has truly put on a stellar event and I reccomend to at least go once, I did and I plan on returning every year!!!!!!

This is always a star-studded event, and I always have the best time. This is my 3rd year going, and will continue to attend

The hoddie awards was what was happenning in VEGAS this weekend...Steve Harvey Rocked and the people showed up in numbers....

It was a very unforgettable experience. I invited others and I'm sure that they also had the time of their life! I believe we all will continue to be regulars at the Hoodies (or Neighborhood Awards) as it will be called in the future.

The 2011 Hoodie Awards Show weekend in Las Vegas, Aug. 11-14 was Awesome!. I can't wait for next year's event. See you there!

The Hoodies was a very, very nice event. My husband and I had a good time and we're still talking about it. I've been telling all my friends and family how nice it was. I especially enjoyed the Freedom Friday Party. Looking foward to next year!

So damn good and I will be back with my two daughter,niece and cousin. I can't not wait for the date for next year date. I'm so the and will be stay at the Mandalay Bay Resort.

Words can't explain the amount of fun to be had at the Hoodies. This was my second year and I didn't think last year's experience could be topped, but it was. We had so much fun at the "White Party," "Hoodies" and the "Lion King" performance. We skipped the beach party because our bodies were not ready to be presented in that way, but next year we will be in shape. Friday afternoon and Saturday morning seminars were icing on the cake. Next time we "must" make time to go to see George Wallace at the Flamingo. We are looking forward to attending again next year.

This was my first time attending the Hoodie Awards. I had heard nothing but good things about the show. But, BOY I had no idea just how well this show was put together. From the Freedom Friday Party, The Awards Show, to The Beach Party it was none stop fun. And that wasnt all of weekends events. Charlie Wilson was worth the price of admission alone. And then you had Doug E Fresh, The O'Jays, Angie Stone, Fantasia, Joe, and Keith Sweat......What??? Oh did I mention Vegas. Well when as show is so good that mentioning Vegas, Mandalay Bay and the rest of the strip is an afterthought you know that it was The BEST DAM THING GOING! Steve Harvey was the perfect host. He attended all of the events and didn't just put his name on a product. He stood by it. And that means a lot for someone of his status. This will most definitely be a annual trip.

I am accustomed to a grown and classy affair. This year was anything but that! The Freedom White Party was a hot mess. First of all, Tommy stated on the air Don t come up in there with yo off white. Some people missed the memo. I saw people with an array of rainbow colors looking like they were going to a family reunion picnic. Neyo s comment about being paid to host and NOT perform was just ghetto. Jodeci was high as a kite: late, missed all his notes, stumbled on stage, and addressed the ATL audience as Birmingham fans. They would have sounded better lip syncing. Erika Badu sounded like she was practicing in her basement! She needed to Call Tyrone to come pick her up! It was painful to see and watch. There was no need to purchase a 3-day weekend EXPO pass when clearly you could ve circled the venue in one day; however, it would ve taken several days to circulate because of the long lines. Steve, if you want to protect your Brand and keep it classy, take it back to LV. I live in ATL and will NOT be returning. The Award Show was off tha chain!

That is, thanks mostly to the host, Mr. Steve Harvey. He's an idiot. It was a long show, but he never seemed drained or too tired for one second. He did an awesome awesome funny job of hosting. He also with emotion, appropriately addressed some current issues of today. It was my first time at the Hoodie Awards, as well as my first time to see Mr. Harvey's Radio Show family. I don't usually like Nephew Tommy, but I even found him funny.

It was more of a concern rather than a Party. There were too many chairs in the room. The dance area was a small wooden floor towards the stage where performers were singing. The rest of the room for thousands of people had chairs all over the place. You were only able to dance in place in front of your chair. Not what we expected at all.

I loved it. It was like a Gospel show, comedy show and award show all wrapped up in one package. I enjoyed every minute of it and I do not think I laughed so hard in all my life. I will love to go again and I know I will.

The show was horrible. Steve you had a bunch of old drunks on the stage trying to sing, grabbing themselves and just looking discusting. Then you had Erykah Badu. First of all, we waited more than 30 minutes for her to arrive at the show. Then there were three calls for her to come on stage before she actually came out. Once on stage, she tried to sing, and she made several attempts at dancing and joking, but she was the worst. How could you justify taking our money and giving us such poor performers. It may not be your fault that you hired these people who did not perform well, but it is your responsibility to all the people who support you. I am a huge supporter of Steve Harvey and the Steve Harvey Morning Show. I listen to you every morning, I love your inspirational messages, but this was an awful thing to do to people who support you and have supported you for years. I am sure you received a report on how the show was and you knew that there were a lot of people who were disappointed in the show. I really and truly expected to hear you say something about the miserable show you left us with, but nothing. I took someone with me who had never gone to the Neighborhood Awards, she spent a lot of time finding the right white outfit and to get there and pay money for what you gave us was not good. This was my last Freedom Friday Party. I will not allow you to disappoint me and take my money again. A Very Very Disappointed Supporter

The freedom friday party was nice, but wasn't what I expected. Jodeci was horrible. We couldn't understand half the words they were singing. The music was too loud therefore Jodeci had to scream over the music to sing (or rather howl). They sound very bad. I thought the freedom friday party was going to be set up like a dance club party. I didn't realize there were seats like a concert. Erika Badu was good. I would come back again depending on who is on the schedule to perform.

The Expo was nice. I really enjoyed all the vendors that were available. A wonderful experience for my first time. I will be there again next year.

The Award Ceremony was wonderful. I really enjoyed my weekend in Atlanta. This was the first time I attended the Steve Harvey Neighborhood Weekend. The workshops were wonderful I had attended. I had the opportunity to see Nephew Tommy and Junior at the State Farm Insurance Company booth. The Family Fued Show was so awesome.

The comedy show nephew Tommy was good and the actual award show was the bomb however I hated spending $200 in parking in ATL

I never could have thought that I would see Babyface, Tyrese, and Usher on the same show anywhere. Every aspect of the show was great. Steve Harvey was outstanding!!!!

We arrived on Thursday and left Sunday morning so the review does not cover Sunday events. We all agreed that if we go again we will go Thursday to Monday. This was a ladies weekend event that I planned for me and 3 of my friends. The Hotel selections were great all within walking distance of the the action. Thursday's comedy show was hilarious. I recommend that for sure. We skipped the expo and White Party on Friday to explore Atlanta- we had a ball shopping and club hopping!! Saturday we did the expo, step show and awards, We tried to do other things but the lines were too long. The people directing you to various places had inaccurate info and it was just too crowded and confusing. The booths were too close together but they venders were nice. We purchased sorority stuff and hair products.It is worth it to check it out. Didn't enjoy the step show. Being in a sorority I expected something different...Junior was funny but the performers were lacking. The awards ceremony went to long but the performances were excellent and made it worth the cost and because of timing of activities with so much overlapping we could not see the blue carpet. I haven't decided if I would go back. It needs to be better organized.

Doug E is still the BOMB! He continues to rock the mic like no other. Salt & Pepper still got it going on! Those chicks looked amazing! The DJ between performers helped us remember all the ole school jams from back in the day. I spent most of the night on the dance floor.

I enjoyed the entire weekend of food, shopping and entertainment. The award show was the highlight. I loved BabyFace and Tyrese. The best part was the acknowledgment of those in the community making a difference. I loved it!!

Babyface killed it. Steve Harvey was hilarious as usual. It was a great night although it ran a little long.

I arrived at the Freedom Friday party around midnight due to my friend missing her flight from Austin TX. She arrived in Atlanta at 9:30p. By the time she got dressed and we arrived to the GA World Congress Center it was midnight. We told the party was at capacity and no longer allowing entry. I was confused because you could clearly see masses of people leaving the party. I appreciate that our tickets were refunded but highly disappointed that the party was over sold!

The shopping isles was too congested! A lot of unused space along the perimeter.

We really enjoyed the expo! Seen and met many influential individuals which is why I gave it a 4. Some events were a bit unorganized and space to attend events were limited. We purchased Freedom Friday tickets months in advance and was not permitted to enter. Not certain what happened but someone double sold tickets. We were not refunded our full amount that we paid and spent time organizing our trip specifically to attend this party to only be disappointed. This was our first time attending the Neighborhood Awards weekend, with the poor planning that we received we may not attend another one. Hopefully they will get it together.

It was good to see the community come together for the event. By the 2nd day, you had seen everything several times.

Please can it go back to Nevada.There is only so much expo to enjoy.After the first day its a bore

First time at the Neighborhood Awards and attended the expo on Friday. I really enjoyed the vendors and movie screenings. The vibe was vibrant and fun. I think there should be more food options and places to sit and eat on the expo floor.

I had a great time. Nephew Tommy was hilarious. Steve Harvey was great! I will come back again but I would do some things differently. The gospel show was great too. The food choices were not that good and very expensive. Water and soda over priced. I will eat outside of the venues next time. But all of the entertainment was great. The white party could have been more of a party because we went into the same room as other functions where there were a lot of seats. No room for dancing.

This was well worth the cost, the live morning show was the best thing that I have ever attended. Steve and the crew were great and not to mention the celebrity guest, we had no idea it was going to be like this, it was amazing. The Family Fued Show was just as amazing, I have always loved Family Fued but I can't watch another show without Steve being the host. The neighborhood awards weeked is the greatest. I never laughed so much in my life, I couldn't even talk the next day. This is a must attend event. I will attend again.

I have nothing to compare this awards ceremony to. If I decide to go again, I will have a better review. I enjoyed it but had to leave the venue at 12:30am during the Usher performance because it went so long and my group was hungry. The artist were terrific and Steve was extremely funny. The problem was just the fact that it started late. We had to wait outside in the heat (one woman passed out and had the have the perimedics called). There was some time during the ceremony that Steve had to do a time stretch filler. This event was supposed to start at 7:30 and end at 10 started after 8 then had various things in between that made it stretch longer and we left before it was over. I do not recommend going there on an empty stomach . I will say that if you can eat concession stand food in your nicer dress up clothes you will be OK. Value for the money is great because we had 4 major acts perform - Babyface, Tamela Mann( surprise), Tyrese, Usher as well as celebrity guest appearances.This is a sports arena and the seats were very close and tight. Felt weird and unbalanced to stand . Not exactly the greatest seats for the event. The view was decent and the sound was excellent and since we had to screens to watch you didn't miss any action on stage

After the first day, I did not go back. It wasn't anything there really worth buying or doing.

The show was awesome! Parking was easy and traffic was great. I can't wait til next year!

The party was a bit disappointing. There were long lags between the acts. Jodeci was terrible--his lyrics were unintelligible and he appeared to be "out of it" Not at all what I expected.

The show itself was well organized, the performing talent was exceptional--especially Babyface, who was off the chain! The only daunting aspect was difficulty getting a taxi after the event was over due to poor communication between the venue and the city/taxicab companies.

The expo was affordable and fun. There was always something to do. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

I thought the Expo last year was sorry but, it was the first year in Atlanta. I came this year expecting that they had made the changes to make it better. WRONG!!! Why couldn't you pass out the bags without having to stand in line for so long to log into the State Farm computers. Other conventions pass out bags at the registration desk. I have State Farm accounts in 2 states. Why did I need to log into their computers to get a bag. There was a sanitation issue with the hats and other costumes used for pictures at State Farm. Whomever thought of having to stand in line and go through that rat maze to get a different arm band each day to get into the Expo needs to be fined and then fired! There were no programs available on Saturday that would let me know what was going on where and at what time during the Expo.The folks in the yellow shirts spent too much time socializing with each other and knew less than nothing about what and where things were going on-giving out incorrect information! There were 2 bright spots-The Burst TV program previews and the Choir competition! There won't be a 3rd time for me in Atlanta-- have been to the one in Vegas!

I thought the expo brought a lot of positivity to the event. There was a plethora of vendor boths. I thought I could see them all in the 3 days and still did not get to them all. I've been to similar events and this expo was by far the best I've seen. Very well organized and put together.

Unfortunately, the awards show went over 2 hours which limited our time at the VIP after party. Allowing us to see only 2 acts. Planning should probably be changed in the future.

As a first timeer to this event. I would highly recommend this event. It was very positive and inspiring. The many aspects of the event gave everyone many options to choose from. There was so much going on I didn't get to many of the venues that I planned to visit. I'm already making plans to attend next year. Now that I know what to expect.

The All Whiite Freedom Friday party was nice with all of the live entertainment as well as the DJ in between the sessions.

This event didn't really live up to our expectation. We attended this event in Las Vegas a few years ago, and had a great time. It was wonderful to see everyone dressed in their white, and ready to have fun. We didn't care for the set-up of the room. All of the rows of chairs were not what we were expecting. In Vegas, we saw beautiful couches and loung areas with white drapery. Erica Badu's performance was nice. Jodeci still isn't up to par. I applaud the event planners efforts to give them a chance to resurface, but they were a waste of money! It would have been nice if Ne-Yo would have performed at least 2 songs.

This Party was all that we expected and more. Doug E. Fresh really did an amazing job entertaining the crowd. But the DJ, he keep the crowd alert and partying the entire 3 hours we were there awaiting the awards show crowd to make their way to the event, prior to the party starting. We were not board at all waiting for them. Salt-N-Pepa then did their things. We were up on our feet all night!

This was my second year attending. The show was phenomenal The line to get in one door was extrememly long. I did not like the metal door entrance, while searching through your pocketbook. There was too much down time in the beginning. The lines to get into the other events were extremely long. There should have been food sold at the After party

It was good. A lot of vendors. It should have had more food choices to buy from. It was more than I expected.

This was a very good show. I loved it. Each performer/comic did an awesome job and kept the audience laughing. I like how Tommy had a variety of acts. Overall great show. I only have 1 complaint. We entered the show from one side of the Center but was made to exit on the opposite side and it was raining that night. The guard was very rude making everyone exit not caring that it was raining and people were trying to figure out where they were and why they could not exit the same way they entered, or at least closer especially since it was raining.

The neighborhood awards weekend was just totally awesome!! Love the expo and Curobiks!! The best of the best is the award show on Saturday! I will try n attend every year. Steve n his crew are amazing n great! The whole weekend was great. Everyone should attend!!

In April 2015, I purchased tickets for the All White party for Friday night & After-Party for Saturday night. The event was over sold & could not get into the All White Party. Fire Marshall shut it down. Saturday party/concert was supposed to started at 10pm. The award show ran late. Doug E. Fresh did hit the stage till after 1pm. I didn't get chance to see Salt-N-Peppa. Since I purchased my ticket, I've been looking forward to that weekend. Didn't go off as planned, DISAPPOINTED!! The Expo was cool.

Venue of music was outstanding! We had a awesome time. Ready for next year.

It seem like mostly every winner Steve had to come up with another rule because of the mistake the "winners" made.
