iHeartRadio Music Festival

Excellent venue. They knew it would be hot, offered plenty of drinks & food + free water to deal with the 100° weather. The artists stayed according to schedule. Security was on top of their game. The speakers sounded amazing (not too loud or distorted, as they can get at concerts) & there were plenty of places to get some a/c relief.

Totally worth it, we had a blast and it was worth the drive and the price was great. The only complaint I have is it was a mission to get water. Unless you waited in a super ridiculous line for a sponsor tent or paid like 5$ it was just insane. It was sooooo hot the least they could do was give out some water.

The iHeartRadio Festival Village is an absolute must. Not only did my sister and I see our favorite artists (5 Seconds of Summer and Iggy Azalea) but we also got to jam with Nico and Vince, Lil Jon, Fences and surprise guest MACKLEMORE. Talk about an event. There was a lot of things to do when you weren't watching whomever was performing and loads of free things. Including water! My sister and I also got to meet Vanessa Nitty, Lil Jon and Sam Pepper. I plan on attending next year if the line up is just as an good as it was this year! HEADS UP: make sure to drink lots of water, especially when in the crowd as it gets very cramped and you can begin to fill lightheaded. Also, if you're into Youtubers and Viners, like my sister is, there were a lot of them hanging out and willing to take pictures.

Night one was good but the time for each artist was to short. These are big names and they should be allowed to play for 40-45 minutes each. No reason to have all the DJ s, let the artists play longer. Show would have been better if John Mayer did not have to cancel. Jay - Z should not have been the closing act, should have been someone more universal such as Carrie Underwood. Excellent blend of all genres and of all types of music

Steven Tyler (with special guest Jeff Beck). - Love them, excellent opening! Nicki Minaj. - Funny with and attitude that I love. Rascal Flatts. - Not a fan, but they were great. Jennifer Lopez. - She is just a great dancer and a performance... Do not sing live. Sublime With Rome. - People love them... but I'm not a fan. David Guetta (with special guest Usher). - Love them both!!!!!!! Kenny Chesney. - More than great and I don't like country. Lady Gaga (with special guest Sting). - Excellent, super, excellent!!! Great duo... superb show... as always. DJ Pauly D. - I was surprise... He knows how to move up people. DJ Prostyle. - He talks to much... we want more music from him. Nicole Scherzinger. - Powerful voice.

Great show, great talent and a great time. Hope there will be one next year!

The iHeart Radio Music Festival Day 2 was an unbelievable show! Started out with Steven Tyler rocking the house. Jennifer Lopez got everyone up on their feet, as did David Guetta & it was one big party! Lady Gaga gave an exceptional performance to end an incredible show. So happy we made the trip to Vegas to be a part of this amazing experience!

Amazing show! It was worth every penny. iHeart Radio must do this again. I would bring my kids and friends.

From beginning to end the show was packed with music, dance and high level I was mesmerized for 41/2 hours even though some of the music was not my usual genre. I would fly to Las Vegas again just for one day (from Hawaii) to see a show of this caliber.

i have never used the word epic...until now.....totally amazing...took my 15 yr old son and i don't think he will ever forget it....best $$$ spent....great great time

The whole night was amazing. It was very well organized and presented. The talent line up was spectacular. I have attended music festivals in the past, but none that covered so many genres and such great talent. My only regret was not buying tickets for both nights!

This was the most amazing mix of artists and they were all AMAZING!!! If you get the chance to attend (hopefully they will have it again) I recommend you find a way to go!!! GAGA was AWESOME!!!! J.Lo was spectacular!!!

I completely enjoyed the whole concert. All the acts were great, I would totally recommend it if the concert continues every year.

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN TO SUCH AN AMAZING CONCERT. THE ARTIST SELECTION WAS ONE OF A KIND AND THEIR SET LISTS HAD ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. A DEFINITE CROWD PLEASING NIGHT!!!!!!

So much more than I expected every performer did at least 4 numbers. I could have done without Karmin and not a big fan of Jane'sAddiction. But, loved Black Eyed Pease, Kelly, Carrie, Burno, Coldplay, Alicia, and Jay- Z. What a great way to see all the best musical artists!

This was the most amazing event. The lighting and special effects were amazing, we actually were ablei to attend both nights of the event.

Unlike most music festivals, iHeart Radio is in one venue with one stage. You see shorter sets from ranging from 4 songs to 45 minutes. There is no running from stage to stage fighting crowds, it's all music with small entertainment bits between. The stage is set like a big lazy Susan with a false back splitting it in half. That way, the next artist is being set in the back while another performs in front. Then the whole thing rotates and it's time for next artist. Of course you can't see the set up in the back because of the false back. Janes addiction was outstanding, the power and talent of David Guetta was a total surprise, coldplay showed again what makes them musical royalty, Bruno Mars is at the start of what promises to be a long career and I could go on an on. What I liked in particular what that I was exposed to artists and genres I probably would not have chosen. A great way to launch an app that does the same thing. Thanks iHeart Radio! I heart you!

Best concert I have ever been to. This concert will go down in the History Books as the forefront of a new trend of concerts to come! Well worth the thousand miles it took to get here!

The lineup, the surprise guests and the show was awesome.

I took my daugther to this event and she had a great time seeing some of her favorite artists in person for the first time. She really enjoyed the performances of Big Sean, Trey Songz, Demi Lovato, Tove Lo, Shawn Mendes, Nick Jonas and Lee Brice. Even though she does not know who the artists are for the 2016 iHeart Daytime Festival, she wants to come back here next year. The vendors at this event did a very nice job as well. My daughter enjoyed the gifts each of the vendors provided at their booths. One thing I enjoyed was the opportunity to take pictures with my daughter at the various vendors booths. These pictures will bring back fond memories with my daughter from this event.

The festival was great and the performances at Daytime Village were great. Would love to go again.

This music festival leaves me breathless every year. Its insane how good of a spot you can get and how many huge artists you can see in person for such a great price! I have yet to be disappointed!

Overall, had an awesome time! Photo booths are always fun! The one water station was fine, but being that it was almost 100 degrees outside a couple of ice machines would have been awesome for those of us that took a reusable water bottle. Extra shaded areas would also be great for next years festival, maybe some fans with mist, rotatating shde that goes with the movement of the sun.

No comment on the music.. if you liked them cool. Just a big corporate sponsored event w/massive lines to get a free shirt from Macys or a fan from Pepsi.. why anyone waits in a long-azz line in the sun for that stuff is beyond me. VERY cool tho that they recognized the Vegas heat and gave out free waters/pops!! respect for that!! but.. to me the biggest suck was the food.. horrible fair type junk..unless you were vip oh no then they had their own food trucks maybe 20 yards from the crappy food i was forced to buy. Vegas has tons of food trucks.. why not have some for everybody and sure let the vip's have theirs too?

I had a lot of fun. Tons of vendors and lots of fun give aways. The bands were awesome as well as the staff. Only recommendation would be more cooling stations to actually wet your body (vegas is hot) and the only free water station had hot water and was hidden in the corner where it wasnt visible. Food prices were a little outrageous but understandable.

The festival is a whole weekend and unfortunately I bought this ticket thinking I could participate in everything. It strictly works for the outdoor portion of the event, which is uncomfortably hot. It was so bad that people were retreating for shelter and we're waiting in hour long lines for some shade and complimentary water. The sun was directly overhead from the stage and so most people didn't even see the artists. The MCs were terrible!! I heard political jokes, lots of awkward laughing, and annoying chit chat conversation.

George Ezra was the best performer hands down! He danced and sang so amazingly beautiful. He is the most gorgeous and talented singer out there at the moment! Why did he only have 10 minutes? He has to be invited back next year and has to have at least an hour or just have a show some place here in Las Vegas, NV.

I've been to many concerts and festivals but iHeart is by far my favorite. Strongly recommend it to anyone who wants a good time.

The Daytime Village was a lot of fun. A bunch of really great artists all in one place putting on one incredible show. The weather was hot but that didn't stop people from showing up. I knew a lot of the songs that were played but hearing them live is a completely different feeling. It was great. I would recommend to anyone.

Once The Who backed out this was a nonevent and not worth the price of admission.

The Daytime Village was amazing. They had tons of free giveaways, including water and snow cones to help everyone keep cool. They had several picture booths with instant printing and digital options. The artists were given ample time to perform. Each artist sang at least 3 songs and the wait time between artists minimal. The only thing I would have liked to see more of was shaded areas. It was very, very, VERY hot in Vegas and I would have appreciated more shade. I would definitely do this again in coming years. I had a freaking blast.

I've never been to the actual Music Festival before. The atmosphere and setup were electric. It was so much fun and the seats were fantastic. I just wish there was a little more variety from who was at the Daytime Village. There were quite a few overlaps of who was at the village and who played the festival that night.

This is my second year going to the iHeartRadio Village. I must say the bands are always awesome. They put on a great show. The setup however, I felt was lacking from last year. There seemed to be more "free" activities and interactive booths to visit. This year had some great new additions but I think, in terms of booths, last year was better.

The Pros : This was a fun event! Great lineup of artists! Nice short performances, good food, freebies you name it, great crowd. The Cons : This event is in the hot dessert sun, no shade or covers by the stage. Saw a couple folks go down from the heat, needs tents or something. While the lineup was revealed, the exact order artists were playing in was not revealed so I missed a couple of performances I really wanted to see! It would be nice if this list order would be made available before the event then we can be present for artists we love! Otherwise good times!!

What a wonderful experience! I would recommend anyone to attend an iHeart Radio Music Fest at least once in their lifetime!

The lineup and performers were awesome and timely, performing about four songs each.. but let's cut to it: It was too darn hot. While it's impossible for them to control the weather (unless it's for the Olympics), the set-up was extremely poor. The only way to shade yourself from the scorching sun was to burn yourself in it first by waiting in extremely long lines to get into sponsors' tents and pop-up buildings. With that many, and popular sponsors, at least have some misters/fans/tents set up for people to not overheat as they did. As you walked around you would see people sitting on the ground in the shade of a vendor booth. There were also two balconies from which you could view the stage, but there was a limited amount of people who could be up there at once. They had fair kind of food available and drink vendors (very long lines in the sun for these too). All in all, could have been organized better. Worth it to go if your favorite artists are playing, especially for the price. Just come prepared with a liter of water, lots sunscreen, and a hat. Oh and cash.

This event was the worst event I have ever been to we waited 45 min to get a drink the tents were super non organized once we finally got our drinks order the girl could not figure out how to work the cash register to run a card! Then we waited in line for another hr to get food and once we finally got to the front of the line and ordered they asked us if we had cash cause there credit card machines were down! So we waited all that time and couldn't even get our food. We watched 2 acts then left out of frustration from the event

This was the third year in a row I went to iHeart - and it wasn't as good as previous festivals. The Who and Janet Jackson cancelling really hurt with no replacements or marque surprises. It is still fun - but not as good as in the past.

The concert venue was excellent, well organized, centrally located and on the public transportation route. Inside the venue the stage and sound system were good and having artificial turf on the asphalt for people to set on was a novel idea. Venders were located around the perimeter and rest rooms were plentiful and easy to find. The major problem for me and I believe most was the lack of shade, it was 90+ degrees, we cooked in the bright sunshine and heat. .People were huddled around the venders buildings looking for shade. Other major problem for me, $9.00 for a domestic beer, calling it gouging would be very generous. I didn't recognize any of the bands playing but many of the younger folks in the crowd did and sang along with the musicians. My major complaint was no shade, fix this for next year and I'll be back.

No shade. seriously it was 112 out and no shade or cooling fans anywhere except in sponsor tents which had hour long lines to get in and then you missed bands. I had to leave before even seeing walk the moon who i came for.

From the vendors/sponsors to the food trucks to the AMAZING performers on stage everything was perfect!!! So easy and cheap to have this awesome all ages experience! Its was hotter than hell, but the water station was always flowing, most of the vendors/sponsors had ice cream to give away, and everyone was really really nice!

We had an incredible time at the Daytime Village. I-heart radio did this one 1st class with grass, plenty of space to spread out or get close to the stage if you wanted. Plenty of cold water and great beer selection: Bud Lime! Perfect location. Can't wait till next year to go again. This is a "must" event in my many concert going experiences. Great SOUND! They should do the whole weekend outside GA Standing Only.

I really enjoyed the Daytime Village at the iHeartRadio Music Festival, the only problem I had was I did not know the order of performances until I arrived at the Village, therefore, I missed the one performance I had my heart on watching.

Though it was hot outside, the performances were amazing!! Will definitely go again!

This was my third time attending the iHeartRadio Festival Village and I usually give it 5 stars however this year it was too CROWDED. I wouldn't mind paying more for this event if they allowed less people. There have been improvements over the past 3 years however there is still not enough shade and LV is hot. Please bring back free water in different stations. I couldn't enjoy the booths because the lines were too long and absolutely no shade while waiting in lines. This year the Village was average. I will try it one more year but if improvements in the number of shaded areas and water availability are not made I will not continue to go or recommend to friends.

This concert was amazing! I've never been to a festival that was so organized and manage the artist time so effectively. I love how they started and ended when scheduled; I love that the stage rotated and made it easier for bands to change set ups. This was my diet iheartradio festival and I will be back! Oh and the sunscreen and free water was a great bonus! I wish other events like this would provide such things. My only wig is for more tents for shaded areas.

I can't wait to go back next year! So worth everything

the i heart radio village at the lot (outdoor event) was so amazing and so much fun. it was a good day for sure. i have to say i was only expecting there to be only one stage. there was 2 stages and we were there specifically to see the band perry, miley cyrus and avril lavigne so i wasn't sure what stage to run to. luckily we did go to the right stage that the band perry, miley cyrus and avril lavigne played on and we had a great spot. the band perry as usual were outstanding. miley cyrus looked so beautiful and sounded amazing. she was so much fun. and avril lavigne was incredible and shared some of her new music which i'm very excited about. the ticket price's for this event were reasonable and it was a great time had by all. i hope they do this again next year. sharon andersen.

What an amazing experience!! Outdoor venues are the best for concerts!! Every artist sounded amazing! Very impressed with amount of free swag and performances all for under $30.00! Hope I heart village happens again in 2014!!

We had a really nice time at this outdoor event. It was boiling hot outside yet we made the best of it. Would have liked more shade but it was fine. Artists were great abs alternating between stages kept things moving along nicely. The custom tshirt long was extremely long and we did not attempt to get on line. All other giveaway lines were manageable. Food choices were good. Didn't realize event was off MGM property. Shuttles back to hotel took too long. We walked back instead. Do it again. I would try it over and over in the future, only if I didn't get concert seats.

This was the best all day concert! Every performance was top knotch! The Master Card tent ROCKED!! There was plenty to do between acts. It was easy to get in and out. Security was everywhere. There was a good variety in the acts. I am really short and all the people took cell phone pix. I had to take mine from the HUGE screen and they were ok. They were right side up on the camera but got turned during upload..sorry! With two stages, you could choose where you wanted to be for each show. I had so much fun and made new friends! Thanks i♥radio for a super show!!

I went to see Avril mainly but I was really impressed with how close we were to the stage. It is unforgettable. Avril and Miley were amazing. There was a lot of free stuff also.

Amazing performances and some suprise appearances like Nessa from Girlcode and Danity Kane! It was like a fair atmosphere. Besides the performances, just walking around hanging out was a great time. Pepsi, State farm, and Mastercard were there giving away free stuff. There were photobooths and foodtrucks. I even got a chosen for a free meet and greet with Cher Llyod who was super nice! The only downside was that everyone wanted to see Miley, so it got overly crowded and I didn't get a good view of her. It was also extremely hot at times. I seen a few people that were affected by the heat and taking out on stretchers. All in all, it was worth way more than the $25 I paid and gave me a great reason to go to Vegas for the weekend. Would do it all over next year if they have it.

Absolute best decision I made to attend this festival.

I bought my seats presale, which was prob a mistake, seeing as they were second to last row. The seating chart didn't state that or i would have spent more for better seats. It was an awesome show, none the less. Steven Tyler was good, Niki Minaj was bad, Sublime with Rome was awesome, sounded like Bradley. My GF liked Kenny Chesney and Rascal Flats, David Guietta was good, although under appreciated (he had usher as a guest) J-LO brought the energy + a long remix of her old school songs, Lady Gaga brought even more energy and was off the chain. Long set, then she performed with Sting, which was good. Seacrest hosted (albeit rare) and even Justin Timberlake made an appearance.

Where to start. Black Eyed Peas kicked right up front. Kelly Clarkston mezmerized the crowd. Bruno Mars aka the Martian was the surprise of the night. This Kid will be a MEGA Star in the Years to come. Carry Underwood was Phenomal. Coldplay was my personal Favorite of the night. They are just too good for words to express. Jaynes Addiction had a light show to die for. Look up the difinition for the word Class Act and you'll see Alicia Keys picture. She was incredible. Jay-Z closed the show and rightly so. He owned the audience and captivated the crowd for a full 45 minutes. This was the event of the decade. The rotating stage was a sight to behold. Thank You IHeart Radio!

Wow...Jammed packed night of music! Love the iHeart Radio Music Festival and having it in Las Vegas ---Bonus! This was my first time going to this event, but it will not be my last!! If you get the chance and can afford the pricey tickets---you will not be disappointed...there is music for everyone to enjoy!

I can't write enough praise about iHeart Radio concerts. Every year they seem to out do themselves. More than amazing acts, and many celebrity appearances and introductions. This is my third year attending and every year is better than the last. This year, my mind was blown with P Diddy's performance, Lil Wanye's performance, Fall Out Boy's performance, J Lo, Demi Lovato, The Weeknd, Sam Smith's voice was so beautiful! I would recommend ANYONE to go to this concert. Although it may be pricey for some it is WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

Bought these for my 15 yr. old and she and her friends had an amazing time!!

Great set up and venue, however it was extremely too hot out to enjoy the event.

The first night of the I heart music festival was great except the section we were setting in had a blinding light that was suppose to illuminate the I heart sign. It never changed positions the entire show. The section we were in and a section on the other side of the arena had the same problem. We finally moved after we realized there were some empty seats in another section. As far as the music Sam Smith and Cold Play took this night. Kanye West was the worst performer of the night. Thank goodness he was the last performer that night so after about 30 minutes of his performance, if you want to call it that, we left.

This is my second year attending iHeartRadio. This year was absolutely amazing. I was able to attend both shows. If you are a music fan, it is a MUST to put on your bucket list, it is that great!!! From the confetti of stars during Coldplay's set, James Corden's conga line during Duran Duran's performance, and guest after guest joining Puff Daddy's set, incredible! The music was awesome! Also introduced to artists like The Weeknd, Tove Lo, and Sam Smith, it was a great line-up.

I've never gone to the iHeart Radio festivals until this year & maaann was it awesome! Great environment (except the hot weather!), atmosphere was just awesome. Just alot of people listening to popular & rising star artists. Food was expensive, but the portion/size made up for it. Too bad there wasn't backstage/VIP passes to meet the artists. Maybe next year there should be, but limited amounts of course. I would've loved to have met Tori Kelly! & several others! Lastly, I recommend having Charlie Puth in the lineup for next year!

Trey Songz gave us ladies fire, and the dudes got some heat from his dancers! We enjoyed every steamy moment!! Loved the show!!!!

So much fun, great artists! Many activities to do, it was like a fair! things were a little expensive, and it was super hot, the sun was intense! But other than that everything was awesome! But the artist could have done special things...like Demi and Nick have a song together...they should have performed it!!!

The performers were awesome, the stage area and sound system was amazing and the village was a lot of fun. Suggest explaining the wrist band scanning/incentive thing to first timers in the future as 5 of the 7 hours went by before we found out about the game. It was very hot and although there were water stations and some shade areas these were all located too far from the viewing area in front of the stage. It was impossible to get water to drink unless one gave up their place in front of the stage and no-one is going to do that while waiting for Demi or their other favorites to come on. When entering the Village any bottled water carried that was not the brand of the water company signed as one of the sponsors was not allowed in and even for their brand only one bottle was permitted. It was 102º!! Lastly, with 15 performers everyone is standing in the hot sun for hours and it is really brutal to make everyone wait 30 minutes for the Headliners to come on when they take their turns. It did not really build excitement, but rather just tested everyones' endurance and a fair number of people had to have medical help from too much heat.

I'd heard a song or two by Echosmith before, but didn't really know who they were. They were so much fun to watch perform and I love their sound!

I didn't know of Shawn Mendez or Zell Day before the festival but fell in love with them. Everything was amazing but we got burnt it was so hot. I'm still peeling.

We traveled from Denver to Vegas for the iHeartRadio Daytime Village Festival. The line up was GREAT and the best part is you really could see the stage from most everywhere in the space. The part we were most grateful for was the discovery of the roof top shaded area above the Buffalo Wild Wings bar. As it was 98*+ that day in dead sun and no shade to be found, this was the perfect vantage point where you could safely sit down and watch the show, and lets face it, not pass out from heat exhaustion. There were plenty of food and drink options available. And fun sponsor things like the rain wall, chill room and recharging stations. The unfortunate thing about hanging on the roof top of the Buffalo Wild Wings space was we were unable to ignore the terribly loud sponsor guy below going on repeat the entire day about the oh so hot buffalo wings they were making people devour for some sort of prize. It was difficult to hear the actual bands on stage at times...The restroom set up was well done, and actually maintained during the day! You can imagine the possible condition of port-a-potties after 8+ hours and 22,000 people. But they had a crew going through and cleaning them and refilling toilet paper etc. which was MUCH appreciated. There was also free shuttles from MGM to the Village, although we would have happily walked had we known the actual location of the village was not at the MGM itself. There were more than enough staff, medical, and police on site, which ended up being needed from time to time due to the heat and people passing out. WORST moment would have been the only OBVIOUS lip singing that occurred which was Demi Lovato... Her performance was beyond disappointing but everyone else was very personable and entertaining to watch! Over all, the experience was great! Would 100% go again.

It was a good event. I thought it should have been better advertised though that it was outdoors so we could have been better prepared. Also, it should have been known that the actual event was not at the MGM but was at another location and there are no actual seats.

The event itself was amazing. Not only was there a large stage and plenty of room for the crowd, but there was good food and many other attractions as well. The layout was very easy to navigate, and it was hard to get lost. When I arrived, however, I was disappointed to find that the food offered was very unhealthy, and there were very few vegetarian options. Also, the weather was EXTREMELY HOT. If you decide to go, make sure to wear a high SPF sunscreen and reapply constantly, and don't bring any hot articles of clothing because they will be useless.

Alright, so the acts this year were amazing. Tori Kelly, Demi Lovato, Walk the Moon, and Echosmith were a couple of my favorites. The Struts were an interesting band to watch as well. I went with my sisters and cousins and we got there at 10:30ish and thanks to the Shuttle at Mandalay, we were dropped right next to the security check point. So we secured our place in the crowd and stayed there from 10:4ish, till 2:00ish, when Tori Kelly's set finished up. After that, we got fed up with the crowd and decided to enjoy the show from a distance, where we weren't completely surrounded by the masses. The rest of the acts were enjoyable and we took some time to walk around and visit some of the booths, the Dippin Dots and the one selling the frozen Minute Maid things being my favorite. I wish there was an ice station to get ice because the water bottles we had turned into some hot water and that was not enjoyable. The biggest pet peeve I had was that in the list of items to bring/not bring, it said you couldn't bring an umbrella. Now that was just plain dumb! Why would they force us to stay out in the heat without any sort of shade?! I swear my skin was just cooking as we stayed in that sun for almost 7 hours! Next time, I'm definitely bringing an umbrella cause that was just ridiculous!

The event was organized well. Having said that, weather did play an important role - it was too hot so having misters and shades around would've been helpful. Free water and ice at pepsi booth ran out in a couple of hours. Rain or shine - shade would be great and misters for a hot day!!

This was our 2nd year -we take our girls-7 & 10 with us. The set up was better than the previous year- but we really missed the freebies if Pepsi & water stations. No one would even sell us ice for our girls. The water slide was sorely missed! I strongly suggest you bring that back- there were twice as many kids this year as last. Even though i came prepared with seating and cool packs for the girls-the little one still was over heated- saw many people that way- the water slide and other cooling stations from the year before prevented that. Still lots of fun and will more than likely return next year- great festival for a great price!

Soooo much fun. I had a blast. I loved all of the vendors and the free stuff.

I was astonished at the low price for this show. It was totally worth it because the artists were relevant and their sets were short enough to truly enjoy. I wish there were more covered spots to beat the heat, but otherwise it was a great show.

Everything was amazing, all the performers were on point.

It was so much fun. Definitely one of the best concerts I've ever been to.

It was an awesome show. The VIP suites were very nice. Music was great. Lee Brice, Nick Jonas, and Hozier did amazing!

The event was done very well. Lots of booths, interactive, photo ops, food venders and restrooms. Only recommendation would be to have more shaded areas. I attended the event with my wife, son and two daughters. It was very hot and a couple of shaded areas would have helped.

I think that the concert overall was pretty great. The only thing is that if you don't do well in the heat reconsider the event because since it's during the day it is really hot and there aren't that many shady areas. The areas that do have shade are usually overcrowded and super busy due to it being a sold out event. The lineup was pretty great so it was worth it in that sense! Get there early to get to the front!

Daytime village was a blast! there are a lot of free giveaways and interactive booths throughout the event. I too went and looked at reviews to see if it was worth money. I recommend getting a hotel at MGM. the festival was built around the center, so they offered FREE shuttles to the venue, which is really nice because taxi rides add up quickly and really break the bank! Line up is a great variety. They play their biggest songs and get off. turnover between artist is super quick, using the rotating platform is truly the best way to switch acts so no long intermission.

Great artists and lots of fun. The vendors did run out of water and it was super hot, so I would recommend MORE H2O next year. Also, have some water fountains to stay hydrated. Overall, a great experience with my daughter for her birthday!!

A last minute cancelation by Janet Jackson and a low energy crowd led to a disappointing night in Las Vegas. The pacing of the show seemed slow as compared to prior events and it felt more like a TV taping than a concert.

The artist were great but there wasn't enough shade, and the heat was exhausting. I didn't stay for the entire show, and I'm glad I didn't because Big Sean only performed one song and he was the last act. The tickets stated there would be assigned seats but the only place to sit was on the artificial grass.
