What an excellent show. Every person in the band was great. Kim and Peter both sounded excellent. I can't wait to see them again. We love Kim Mitchell. He has so much charisma and his shows are a lot of fun.

good concert - Prism played everything you'd want to hear, all their hits. Could have done without the annoying solos tho. And Kim Mitchell is always a consistent good performance. $7 drinks was not appreciated though.

Venue was ok bit great, opening band was ok, very enthusiastic but vocals need work. Kim Mitchell kicked ass! He is an amazing guitar player and loved the show!

My husband and I enjoyed this show. We waited along time for Kim to come to our neck of the woods. I being the wife absolutely LOVE Kim Mitchell and my husband thinks he is an outstanding performer. We definitely recommend the Bears Den for any concert.

Let me start out with a quick word about the venue. I've been to hundreds of concerts in lots of different venues in my life. I have to say that The Bear's Den at Seneca Niagara Casino (were I saw this show) has to be my favorite. It is small and intimate. The sound is great! Plus every seat affords you an excellent view of the performers. Now lets talk about Kim Mitchell and his band. Including this show I've seen Kim four times. All four shows have been several years apart, and the set lists have been very diverse. Of course he played most of his hits, Go for a soda, Rock N Roll Duty, Patio Lanterns and Lager and Ale, but he also dug deep for a bunch of songs. It was nice to hear a couple Max Webster songs, Paradise Skies and Blue River Liquor Shine. He also dug into his solo arsenal. Getting to hear In My Shoes was a treat as well as a cool version of Alana Loves Me with Peter Fredette doing vocal duties. The band was solid as usual. Featuring as I mentioned Peter Fredette on Bass and vocals, Chris Sutherland on drums and vocals, and Ray Coburn on keyboards. Of course what can I say about Kim Mitchell. The guy is a legend. In my opinion he is one of the most under rated guitar players in the world. Don't believe me? Check out any of his solo album work. There is just blazing guitar work all over his recordings. This was easily the best of the four times I've seen Kim and the guys play. Do yourself a favor and take in a Kim Mitchell show if you ever get the opportunity!

I've seen Kim 4 other times but the show at the bears den was simply the best...

We were so excited when we heard Kim was coming to Niagra Falls Casino! Waited a long time it seemed. Would definitely see HIM again :) And would recommend the Bears Den to friends and family. Like Kim Mitchell said it was like having a concert right in your own living room...awesome...

Kim and Peter sounded incredible. They changed up a few songs and it was great.

This was a great concert. The first set was tunes from his Max Webster days, not my favorite part, but the second set was all his and it was great,

I have seen Kim every year I can remember since 79' and I love it every time. He did two sets opening the 11 song set of Max with High Class in Borrowed shoes, included a couple of "Moon" classics and for the second year in a row, A well received Toronto Tontos. He closed the first set with The Party and the always great Battlescar. Opening the "Solo" set with a fast paced Lager and Ale straight into the soulful Rocklandwonderland with longtime bassist/vocalist Peter Fredette shaking the whole room with his melodic basslines. They turned the always great "I am a wild party" into a Chicken/Zepplin Gumbo that fired up the near capacity crowd before hitting the big five of That's the Hold, All We Are, Rock-n-Roll Duty and encore's of Patio Lantern's and Go For Soda. Kim has played the Tralf for several years now the day after Thanksgiving and like family, I look forward to the tradition.

For those who know Kim's music, the show would've only galvanized an already determined fact: Kim Mitchell is one of the most under-appreciated musicians this side of the Pecos (wherever the hell they are). For those who don't know Kim's music, the show would've given pause to the notion, "Why in hell have I not listened to this guy?"

I have seen him for 9 years in a row and 4 of them have been at the Tralf and man KIMBO ROCKS!!!!!! Hes so awesome and still has it. He sounds better now then he did 30 years ago =D if you like Kim Mitchell or Max Webster GO SEE HIM!!!!! He does it all!!!!

Kim Mitchell jammed for nearly 2hours leaving me wanting more. I recommend this show to all!!!

If you loved Max Webster you have to see this show. The band sounded great and they had a fun time playing all the old Max Webster tunes.

I wish Kim and the band stayed on more... but It was a great show as always a great Thanksgiving tradition. I called my friend from St. Kitts and he came down and loved it!

I've seen Kim more times than I can count anymore. I heard it said awhile ago that the man is incapable of puttting on a bad show. I couldn't agree more. This show brought back all the good old Max tunes that the crowd responded to in a big way - unbelievable! Words can't describe the magic that was in that room - one of his favorite venues.

i was there for kim mitchell not max webster. disappointed show was way too short. i was there several years ago for him and it was great. this was a waste of my time and money. Not a huge max webster fan. love kim mitchell music

We happened to see Kim twice outdoors-NY EVE (freezing) and at ARTPARK (warm). They put on nice outdoor concerts too. It would be great if they did a MAX WEBSTER -final tour thing. I'm not knockig the new guys, just would like to see McCracken, Watkinson and the oldie songs you don't hear.

Went to see Kim Mitchell at the Tralf in Buffalo it was my first time seeing him in concert and I was not disappointed at all. Kim Mitchell has that kick ass rock sound that makes him different from a lot of artists now. Will definately see him again when he comes back around.

In a cloud of dust and a mighty High Ho Silver ! Holy good God did this man and his band ever Rock The House ! Right from the git-go ! Starting off with Rockland Wonderland which pretty much set the atmosphere for the whole Kim Mitchell show ! Kim Mitchell , with a appeal to a variety of ages , hasn't lost a bit of spark ! I was enthralled at once ! With his song , I am a Wild Party , hit the nail right on the head ! It was a WILD PARTY ! Nothing boring about this entertainer who knows exactly what his audience wants in a rock show ! I would argue with anyone who would say that Kim Mitchell could not stand up to any American rock star . As a matter of fact, music , lyrics , showmanship , hands down one of the best . I went to this concert expecting a good time and was treated to the best i had ever had the pleasure to experience. Hell , the band and Kim even took the time to shake our hands ! The band ? What a band ! I dont know what else to say except , if you ever have the chance to see Kim Mitchell in concert , make it your next priority !!
