It was a good game with the Aces winning but the only draw back was with the referee, he made a bad call at the end of the game the aces managed to overcome.

It was a great game, the youth of the Aces team was a major factor. The only thing I didn't like about this game, is that Ticketmaster listed the game as starting at 7:30 PM. They were 10 minutes through the 1st period at 7:20 PM. The Will Call also sucks at this venue, if you purchase your tickets through ticketmaster, they send you to the box office line, as the will call is only for tickets purchased through the Aces clubhouse.

The game was good especially for one of the first games of the season. I believe the Aces are trying to become a Team but still need some work. It does upset me that the coach changed the whole Aces Team. Our Team was great and now it is brand new again. I believe it was a huge mistake to do what he did. I have no respect for this individual, he messes with too many of the players and the folks who love watching the Aces games. There truly is no rhyme or reason for what he is doing - so confusing and distressing.

This was my very first hockey game! A couple good brawls but no teeth knocked out. Can guarantee I'll be at the first official game. I think I'm hooked. Nice to see the cancer awareness affiliation.

Game was awesome. First period down by two. We worried that it would be a short night at the Sullivan, but our Aces stepped up and started to play. We won 5-2!! Love the crowd and excitement at the Aces game. The announcer is the best, lots of give-aways and the Sullivan is a great hockey arena! Go Aces!

Great stadium, good seat, if you're a smoker the "wet" section has an outdoor place to smoke. The beer guys walk around during the first two periods but if you want one after the third period you have to walk to the stand. They had good drunk food for those that get too intoxicated.

Great game, I enjoyed the action and the pregame festivities. And yes, I was a bit dissappointed with the immediate break up of the fights. I know we are there to watch the hockey game and it was a very good game to watch the teams seemed evenly matched and I enjoyed it immensely. But I am old school I guess and I enjoyed the fights as well. Babrbaric I know but it got the adenalin pumping and added to the thrill. I don't particularly like fighting but for some reason (chalk it to regression) I do enjoy it with my hockey.

Fairly slow start but once the boys in blue started rolling it was lights out for the condors. The officiating was too tight though didn't allow for any fights at all, which as everyone knows is an essential part of the fan experience but we won and that made up for it.

The game was fun to watch, parents around us with small children were not interested in watching game, was disappointing since tickets were not cheap. I was expecting normal reserved seats for $30+ per seat and got crappy old folding chairs!! Those should not be used in the name of profit.

The game it self was good, but my seats were not! I used the Ticket Master chart that says whether or not the view is obstructed. The site said it was clear but, I had to look through a hand railing the entire game and paid a premium to do it! I bought 2 tickets at almost $40.00 . I wasn't very happy about that!!!!!

Everything from the Nate Thompson's game-changing performance to the electricity of the all the fans was awesome! This being my first ever attendance of a hockey game, I would definitely recommend this event to anyone.

This is a graet arena to see Minor League Hockey in! I doubt there is a bad seat in the house, and the mood of the crowd is lively. Getting in and out of the arena is very easy. Taxi service is lacking.....we expected a herd of cabs outside, but there weren't ANY.

I thought that this was an awesome event. The sullivan arena had great seats, and the atmosphere was pretty similar to all hockey games, good fan support, bring a cowbell.

The game was great. I was dissappointed to hear the crowd boo the Colorado team when they were introduced. I was taught that was poor sportsmanship. I got tickets behind the press box. Big Mistake.You have to go up to the 9th row to be able to see the rink well. There were pleanty of MT seats, so we moved to a better location later on when we were sure that no one else was going to sit there. Had a great time.

This was our 4th time to see the Aces play, the game was great. They entertained us, and our 4 yr old for the most part. The game was great, they won, and we all left happy! If you have been to other arenas/stadiums this one will rate low on your list as far as food, variety of drinks, atmosphere, etc.... but overall it's an easy to get around, family friendly place.

What started as a trip just to get out of the house during these long winter days. turned into a great family day watching the Aces Game against the Steelhead. Needless to say the whole family came out with smiles on their faces and Cowbells in their hands. What a great reasonably priced event to attend as a family and just have a good time. We also drug along another family of four with us they also had never been to a hockey game or watched one on tv like us. they also had a great time.

The Aces lost, due mostly to the boneheaded play by the goalie that left an open net AND the ref-puck garbage call that disallowed an Aces goal in the 3rd. It was an okay showing by the Aces, but their inability to pass effectively and maintain puck control, especially in the defensive zone, are obvious areas that need improvement. Can't wait for the next time I get to see them on home ice.

I enjoyed the game and the venue is great for hockey. The local fans are really supportive of the team (I was visiting from Seattle) and it wasn't far from where I was staying in downtown Anchorage.

I'm not on here so much to talk about the Aces game so much as the ordering process. It goes without saying that an Aces game is an excellent was to spend the evening. I tried something new and ordered the tickets online and picked them up at will-call. The process from start to pick-up was very convenient. I took my kids and sat on the "dry" side just to be safe. All-in-all, great night.

We went to a Jr hockey game several years ago and it was a joke because of all the fights and we haven't been back since. The ACE's game Friday night was awesome and we will be back. Other than a filthy mouthed punk setting directly behind us (in section 144L Row 15, seat 105) it was a very good game. We are going again June 2nd so hope it is as good as Friday nights game.

I brought my 7 year old son with to congratulate my son on pulling his act together at school and (finally) not getting written up. The seats next to the penalty box were great for watching the game. We got to do some fun things with Boomer (my son danced & I did the 3 Stooges eye block moves) & he got a t-shirt from Boomer. The Aces played hard towards the end & finally scored to even the score & then scored again to win the game. Go Aces!!

My sons and I had a great time at the Aces playoff game with Vegas. Even though it wasn't a sellout (surprisingly enough) the playoff atmosphere was electric and a good time was had by all (unless perhaps you were a Vegas fan). Not a bad seat in the house and the hockey was outstanding.

We had a great time seeing the Aces play hockey during our visit to Anchorage and would go to another game if they were in town. The crowd was into it, but not too crazy,. The arena is going to be due for an update soon, but it was clean & had enough restrooms and concessions. Good entertainment.

Good venue, great hockey ! ECHL at its finest. These guys give it their all every time. They can skate, pass and shoot. They fight just as hard as they play. Always a good time.

Chose best available seats and it put us directly behind the penalty box where the glass has not been cleaned in years. Can't see into the corners. An "obstructed view" notice should be tagged with these seats.
