My family and I went to Salt Lake City for vacation and we are big fans of minor league baseball. We have a 9-game mini season pass with the Aberdeen Ironbirds in Maryland, and looked to see if there was a minor league team in SLC. We were pleased to see that the LA Angels had a AAA farm team, the Salt Lake Bees. We were even more pleased that even with terrible weather overhead (rain/thunder/lightning), the Bees never had a rain delay. We decided to stick it out with a few hundred people, and watched a great game!

My grandson and I drove from West Wendover to attend the game. Had a great time and the Bees won! Only problem, which no one had any control over, was the weather. We went to an afternoon game and it was very, very hot. I felt sorry for the people that hadn't brought sunscreen. Aside from that, it was wonderful.

This was an amazing deal! We got our tickets on sale for $6.50 and had great seats between third base and homeplate. The weather co-operated and it was a gorgeous night. The Bees game was pretty good - lots of fun for the kids to watch and lots of activities to keep them entertained between innings. The fireworks after the game were fabulous! It was military appreciation week, and the songs they played paid homage to our troops while we watched the sky erupt in a beautiful display of color. Just a wonderful evening!

Unfortunately the game I went to was during Air Force Week and it rained big time. It was so bad that we could no longer sit even with an umbrella. I wish they offered "rain checks" because we really do like going to the games and enjoy watching The Bees play.

The Bees had their hands full with Emile Rogers on the mound. With a 95+ fastball, he quickly went thru 3 scoreless innings against a puzzled Bee lineup. But the bats finally came alive to score a few runs. After a few changeups, curve balls, sliders, Rogers thru a few more fast balls that were clocked at 100 mph and 104 mph. Eric Young went yard after the second pitch of the game. Not bad for lead off. In his second at bat, he worked the count to his favor and jacked his second homer for 3 rbi's. Then it got ugly when he was beaned by Sullivan. Sullivan and Coach got an early shower for this incident.

Me and my family went to watch the Bees play the cubs. The game was realy exciting with several home runs. Nice warm day, beautiful ball park. Great defense, and the bees won. Awesome. Had a real great time!!!

love the game and S. D. Chicken but the Batting helmets was a bust... only 500 at game!! My grandkids and I got there early and still did not get helmets..it was a joke! Really like fire work games,Chicago Dogs and Beer could use a little break on prices... ticket prices are OK but if sponsors cannot supply several thousand helmets then don't let them do it!!!! My grandchildren were heartbroken

Watching the Salt Lake Bees play, sitting in the great stadium with the unbeatable view of the mountains in the background, a good cold beer, and riding TRAX to and from the game is a great way to spend a Summer evening in Salt Lake. It would have been even more pleasant if the people behind us hadn't talked loudly and incessantly for all 10 innings about matchmaking, kids had been more closely supervised by their parents, and attendees had disposed of their own trash after they finished eating their food. What happened to the guest services people that used to show attendees where their seats are?

Great seats and accommodations, pleasant weather, super fans, and an entertaining evening out for our family and grandchildren. Never a dull moment with the SL BEE Mascot, the San Diego Chicken, and a dancing dinosaur sandwiched in between (and during) the 10 innings of play. Despite the extra-inning loss by the Bees, both teams played well and it was well worth the money spent for seats and refreshments. We plan to attend more often! Great job!!

Park is a very nice ball field, and it has great views of the mountains. All who attend have a good view of the playing field. Club has many varied events to keep the non fan interested. Club mascot also kept the goofs attention. Concessions are pricey. But the tickets are a very nice and economical value.

The game started out slow due to excellent defense by both teams. However, during the last three innings there was plenty of exciting action including a line shot foul ball that hit a spectator in the face. Fortunately, she was able to leave on her own feet with an icepack held against her eye and nose region. This ballpark has a spectacular view and every seat has it's advantages. Great family or business entertainment.

Baseball has lost the "draw" of its "glory days", but it is still my favorite sport. MLB is not close enough to enjoy here, but this is a much better experience than most major league parks. The atmosphere is wonderful and getting "choice" tickets is not difficult. I am more a fan of the game, than of the team, but that makes it even better. I can enjoy good plays and good hits no matter which team brings their "A" game.

Unorganized. They had us wait in line for over an hour to go onto the field for fireworks. When we finally got to the field they said there were too many people and wouldn t let us on. We sat in random seats, not together and then about 10 min later they let more people on the field. The music to the show wasn t good and we left before it was done. We will not go back.

We are new to Utah and haven't been to a game yet. Our family was here from New York so we thought we would all go to a game for a fun event for all of us (6 adults, 2 teens, 3 7-9yr olds, and a 2 year old). We had such a great time! There was something fun going on every minute. The fireworks were a great bonus. The stands, concession areas and bathrooms were all very clean. We will definitely be back ourselves, and will recommend it to everyone we know.

A perfect night. Free peanuts and cracker jacks, 10-5 win for the Bees. Sean Rodriguez and two home runs and a double. To top it all off a fire works display and the end of the game. It was the perfect birthday gift for my son. What a great way to get some time together. He used to play for me in High School many years ago.

This was my first time at a baseball game. I bought the tickets for my husbands birthday and we had a wonderful time. Parking was a breeze. The stadium was easy to find. The game was engaging and easy to follow. There were so many food options it was hard to choose. My husbands only complaint was he wished he could have ordered beer in larger cups.

Great night! Great tickets! Very kid oriented! We went on safetly night and it was so fun! They handed out a backpack to each kid and then gave each kid a really nice bike helmet. There were tons of free things for the kids and a fun train ride. We bought our tickets on a deal day and expected bad seats but we were 9 rows up right on the 3rd base line. It was so much fun! I can't wait to do it again!

The game was a very competitive and fun game to watch. Salt Lake pitched and played very well against Memphis. The game came down to the wire as the Bees won in the bottom of the 9th with 2 outs in the inning.

Five of us from The Netherlands are on vacation in the Wild West and went to this ball game and had a great time. The atmosphere was really relaxed (no hooligans as we have sometimes at Dutch soccer games). The game itself was fun, because it was a close match with several Bees' home runs and some exciting moments (a foul ball went through the window of the radio commentator's booth and one batter's bat broke in two after he swinged and hit the ball). Between innings, an Elvis-imitator stirred up the crowd with some karaoke. And of course our 15-year old, who plays baseball at home with the Domstad Dodgers in Utrecht, The Netherlands, bought a Bees baseball and cap for a souvenir. He tried to obtain an autograph from one of the players on his baseball, but they left the field immediately after the game was over. That was a bit of a bummer; perhaps the team could make some room for that in the future, if I could make a recommendation.

I know management tried to provide entertainment and the only thing making up for the dissapointment in not having the Bees play was the great ticket package offered to compensate for the game not being played. Yes, there was a game but it was between high school all star teams based in Utah, it wasn't what I came for. The fireworks were great though.

very disappointing end to a traditional holiday that my family and I share. The substitue game from little league boys was so boring with no action at all, it makes me hesitant to plan this again. The vouchers were nice but there are not many home games left. All in all a big let down.

I haven't been to a Bees game this year. I had family in town from California, so we thought it would be nice to take my 2 young nephews to the game since they love baseball and fireworks. In fact, they come every year so we thought it could be the start of a tradition. It won't. Granted, much of it wasn't management's fault. I know the other team had flu concerns. Fine, I asked when we got in what time would be the fireworks. They said about 9:30. At 9:40 I asked again and was told after 7 full innings of watching prospects play. It was the top of the 4th! That would mean at least another hour since they didn't start this joke of a game until 8:15. We left immediately and we weren't alone. A horrible time had by all.

We were very disappointed when we showed up to find that the game had been postponed. This was an event that my family had been looking forward to. It has become a tradition to go to the 24th of July game and then watch the fireworks. Then when we went to go see about getting our vouchers because of the missed game, we were told we had to come back the next day. We drove an hour to get to the game. This was not very convenient for us; basically not an option. My 13 year old was in tears because he was so looking forward to the game.
