My wife and I have been going to Duck basketball games for years with total delight at each game. This game experience was a disappointment in process only. The game itself was outstanding. Where we were disappointed was during the process of obtaining tickets and the refreshments. Obtaining tickets online was laborious and frustrating through the new ticketmaster venue. It took several attempts to finalize the purchase. The parking pass was another obstacle. After four attempts online, we finally called the ticket office at the university and made the purchase. Parking was fine as well as after game traffic control. The food was not good. We had our usual hot dogs and dogs on a stick which both tasted foul. The sodas were fine. Up until this game, all of our experiences at the Matthew Knight Arena have been outstanding. Something has changed. :-(
