Meek Mill

Philadelphia rapper Robert Williams, who performs as Meek Mill, broke out in 2012, after he signed with Rick Ross' Maybach Music Group and released his first solo album, Dreams and Nightmares. The album, which followed a string of increasingly popular mixtapes and singles he'd been unleashing since 2006, hit No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and solidified his standing as one of the top young guns on the MMG roster. Meek -- who was raised by his mother after age five, when his father was shot to death, also got himself on the rap mogul track by creating his own record label, Dream Chasers Records, which by 2013 had released mixtapes by rappers including Loui V.

Meek Mill would have been good enough on his own, but first Wale comes out and raps a handful of songs, adding bars here and there throughout the night, and Jeremih adds some nice singing, but then Drake comes out during "Amen" and the place went crazy. He only sang The Motto and HYFR in addition to Amen, but seriously what else could you have asked for? Seeing Meek, Wale, and Drake on stage at the same time was crazy. Meek and his crew were so pumped up and really got the crowd into it. Dopeness. #stayschemin

i was there at 6:30 and left at 9:30 and never saw him. i stood there for three hours and heard the dj play the same songs two and three times... i heard he was on by 9:45 and off by 10:30. horribbleeeeee.

Meek Mill put on a great show and the opening artists were really good, I actually got pictures with both opening acts cause of the small venue. It was more personal experience than most large scale concerts. Very fun, recommend.

I love Meek Mill. I've been a fan of his since Flamers 3. Seeing him perform made me respect him even more. You can tell he cares about his fans and he put a lot into his performance. Unlike other artists I went to see he performed for a good 45 min. The only reason I gave him 4 stars is because we waited almost a hour for him to come out after his opening acts. Other than this his performance was 5 stars.

This concert was AMAZING!!! Meek Mill and DJ Drama really did it to STL. They were crowd workers and so were there opening acts! The venue was perfect for a concert and I wouldn't hesitate to return! I mean great drinks and food allowed to be delivered!! AWESOME!

Show time was 7. Meek mills didn't get on stage until about 930. He was only on stage for about 30 minutes. Jeezy followed. He he only performed 1 song off of his new album. and he slurred over some of his lyrics. That's my boo and I love him but I was expecting more......

Jeezy and Meek Mill (definitely Mr. Mill) didn't put on a GOOD show. Some people were booing! And I'm so happy I didn't get the general admission floor "seats". There wasn't even any chairs. No wonder why this event didn't even come close to selling out. Save your money!

I love the artist. I hated that we waited 2.5 hours for them to come to stage. The crowd was too much, pushing over the ushers, running to the floor, weed smoke everywhere. It wasn't an ideal concert for me. I attend at least5 concerts a year and this hands down was the worse. I left early

This was the best show I have seen in a long time and I do a lot of shows lol..the club open at 9and they let you in starting at 9 which is 3 ***already...meek mill came out about 12:30 and put on a good show..another star*..the bartenders are amazing I asked for a surprise Lol and that's what I got that one cup had me nice..I go to another bartender asked for the same thing...BaM drunk lol but well worth it another star..I would ho over and over again and next time I'm bringing more friends..so love this place.

Alright so I've been to a lot of concerts and this one was average. Of course I'm a huge MGK fan and he never disappoints! Meek mill was cool and the surprise appearance by French Montana was cool. It was a good show.

This concert was way more than what I expected. I didn't ally care too much to attend and knowing it was an 18 & up event didn't entice me at all. However, once I got there I really enjoyed myself. The crowd wasn't rowdy and the show was GREAT! I would definitely attend another Meek Mill concert.

This concert was a real smooth event overall. I felt like Ace Hood went so hard! He was the best part of the show. But was a little dissappointed by Meek Mill to be honest. He didnt even do some of the songs that his TRUE fans love! All in all it was still a good concert but I went with several people and they all felt the same about Meek Mill's performance.

Recently attended the Meek Mill concert and was super disappointed in him. First he was late and second had no stage presents, he stood in one spot for the most of the show. I have been to at least 10 shows at the Filmore and this show was the first time I ever left early! I am no longer a Meek Mill fan! Oh and the icing on the cake for the last 15 minutes he was even singing other peoples songs! Whack!

This show was great. Loved the performance that both tyga and meek mill gave. Tyga had more of a stage presence and engaging the audience. Seating was great It was good for me to be able to take my lil brother to his first concert and to be in vip. He is a huge meek millz and tyga fan. He is always rapping their songs. I would like for artist to start selling backstage passes to have a meet and greet with artist. I didn't like the fact that the bar closed early.

Loved this concert. Meek Mill was alright but Tyga set it off! My husband, sister in law, her boyfriend and I drove an hour and 15 minutes to see this concert. We were rushing like crazy because the ticket said it started at 7 pm and we didn't leave until 7 pm. Seems like we got there right in time! The opening acts were still on stage and Meek Mill came out about 15 minutes later. He rapped his songs but didn't get the crowd as excited as Tyga did! Between Meek Mill and Tyga there was an aggravating silence...Seems like they couldn't get the sound right or they were stalling till Tyga was ready but when he hit the stage it was well worth the wait! We all enjoyed ourselves!!!!!!!

The Concert was suppose to Start at 6:30 PM we didnt get let into the venue untill 7 and than we had to wait for meek to come on stage for 3hours. 3 hours just standing in a hot room packed out shoulder to shoulder , i dont know why he took so long but my back was in alot of pain waiting that long for meek to show up but it was well worth it in the end He brought out all of Slaughterhouse , Machine Gun Kelly , Rick Ross , and Busta Rhymes and the DJ all Night Was DJ DRAMA so it was well worth it I guess but the waiting was insane!

It was nice and full of surprises guests I just wish there weren't so many breaks before the performers came on stage. The entertainer was boring and I was ready to see the next act. Of the 4 hour show, at least 2 hours were spent entertaining the audience.

The artists were more focused on advertising their "new songs" than keeping the crowd involved. Play the songs everyone knows and likes not what they haven't heard and can't hear in a concert. No one wants to think at a concert, just have a good time. Now I see why ticket sales were so low. This lineup wasn't the best. T.I. was the best performer in this lineup. I like Rick Ross but performing does not seem to be his strong suit. Sales were so low they moved us down to the 100 level and closed off several sections. Overall it was ok, but I would not see this lineup again.

The show was supposed to start at 8 and the dj kept telling us meek was on his way for almost 2 and a half hours. He finally came out at 10:20 and only performed for 30 minutes. will say though that when Meek was performing it was lit. He hyped the crowd up so much and is an excellent performer. He played all his hits and had the whole venue going crazy. It was just too short for $80.

This music festival is starting to gain some traction here in Atlanta. The Artist lineup is getting better and the music engineers are pretty good. Weather is unpredictable so the rain and the muddy grounds were mostly forgivable. If not for the occasional microphone problems and the stampede during the Kevin Gates set it would definitely be a five star event. The ladies were out in force looking good as usual.

This event was great except the venue and the rain. The set up and performances get two thumbs up, but the venue and the concessions were terrible. Maybe if this event is held somewhere else it would be even more great!!! Also, there was too much time in between each performance. I loved the line-up though!!!!
