This was our 2nd Art of Rap concert. We attended last year's show at the same venue. The venue is small and personable and has great acoustics! I especially appreciate that being surrounded by tall buildings keeps the venue from being blasted by the sun during concerts! My only complaint about the venue is the chairs are small and uncomfy. Regarding the concert itself ... amazing line up! Art of Rap always has great artists. Was incredible to see Mobb Deep's last performance with Prodigy (RIP). My only complaint is the same issue I had from last year's event. It's really irritating as a consumer, to spend my money to come watch the show and have a great time, only to have the concert promoter/creator get on stage throughout the show and basically talk crap about the crowd needing to buy drinks, buy tickets and spend more money. It's really tacky and just kills the whole vibe.

Best concert of 2017 hands down. They don't make REAL hip hop like they used to.

The Concert was Awesome. Ice-T killed the vibe. He was so lame. He didn't need to be up there with the other acts. I highly suggest to keep it East Coast like they did. If you wanted to add a West Coast rapper to keep the energy going that was there, they should have went with Ice Cube.
