Sum 41

One of the best shows I ve been to! Opening acts were great, Sum41 exceeded my expectations immensely! Couldn t have wanted a better show \\m/

Great show! Bizzy D looks the same as he did 15 years ago. Best venue i the cities. Super annoying that "fans" get there early and just stand inn the front row - the entire concert. What are they there for? They need to move for people actually enjoying the concert. They literally stood the entire time, didn't jump once, probably didn't even sing along.

Sum 41 is killer-love them. But House of Blues is not a great venue. I was in the balcony and could not see a thing! I got to glance here and there but it kinda sucks that there is reserved seating in front, so that already blocks most of the view. I probably won't go back there for another show....

I absolutely loved being able to listen to my childhood music. The vibes of most everyone were great, and the moshing was so fun. The only downside was that the show sold out so everyone got crammed and pushed over when a fan-favorite song was played such as "In Too Deep." But overall I really enjoyed myself and am proud to be one of the first people to see this tour, since they started in Chicago!!!

I am a little bias because I am a huge fan of sum 41, but it was awesome. Simply awesome. They had so much energy and the crowd was unreal. Been looking to see them since they stood me up at warped tour in Chicago in 2010. Anywho, I had the time of my life literally. Hope I can see them again sooner than later.

I'm now 31 years old. I listened to these guys in HS and college. I was surprised to see so many kids there that are into Sum. I know I'm not old but... I was in the balcony so I was removed from the sweaty teens/college kids but I enjoyed seeing what I used to look like at these events. Bottom line is they were awesome. They put on a great show. If they came back to Chicago, I'd be there!

I enjoyed Sum 41 a lot as well as I Am Dynamite! I could do without the guys in Sum 41 spitting on stage. I've never seen that done before & just seems very unnecessary. I'm no prude, it just makes them look foolish & cheap. Otherwise fun show & very high-energy!!!

Sum 41 sounded exactly as they did when they were young!! I would give this concert one hundred stars!!?

Sum 41 sounded great. Couldn't see a thing from our spot in the balcony. House of Blues really failed by selling tickets up there. The old adage "there is a sucker born every minute" certainly applied to me in this instance but I'll never make that mistake again. If they had any integrity, they'd offer refunds to people who bought those tickets. Also disappointed the band only had tour shirts in small and medium.

I used to listen to Sum 41 when I was in grade school and never was able to see them back then. This concert was awesome in every way. I was expecting them to just play through their Does this Look Infected album and a few hits then done. Instead they did that and much more. My favorite part was the encore when they started with queen then transitioned to Beastie boys. Their final song was fat lip which was perfect. Great concert and great band.

Awesome show. Sounded better live than recorded! These guys rocked it. (Too bad the show was over at 10 PM - All ages shows end too early)

Sum 41 was in great form for this show. They played virtually EVERY HIT from over the years after playing all songs from the themed album first. The "mosh pit" in front of the stage is for the kids - way too frentic for an old man like me:-) Disappointed in the acoustics a bit, but my friends claim I'm being too picky. Standing room only, place was packed!

Sum 41 was absolutely amazing!! They always put on a great show! The House of Blues venue however was not that great. Employees there are stuck up and treat the customers like crap. Very rude and unhappy. The place did not have a welcoming feeling at all.

Even though the band came out a little late, they played all the songs I wanted to hear. The venue was cozy and the other fans were having a good time. Very good concert.

I really liked that this show was in a smaller venue. More bands, like Sum, need to do shows like this. I also liked that they brought IAMDYNAMITE with them. It was my first time seeing them, or hearing about them for that matter and they sounded amazing! The only thing I had trouble with is that they didn't play alot of songs I was hoping for and it was their 10th anniversary of "Does this look infected?", they didn't play all of the songs from the record and didn't really emphasize thats the reason they were doing the tour. Other than that it was a great show.

This show was amazing. Played. Such a small venue and made it seem like they were realty part of the crowd. Derycks vocals were better than ever.

They were fine, but only played for 1h.... very short show! Furthermore, they advertised in their webpage that they would play the whole "Does this look infected?" as the tour is for the 10th anniversary of that album... and they didn't!! they played 6 songs of that album,.... !!! That really disappointed me.

Sum 41 put on an absolutely incredibly show. They are so fun to watch

I went to their show in Pomona and it was so amazing!!!!! So energetic, fun and just crazy, everyone was really pumped up. :)

Excellent performance from the boys. Good sound quality and Deryck can still belt out that punk. Guitar sound was a bit weak, but that was probably someone on the mixer's fault. They had a lot of crowd interaction, even brought 4 people on stage to see the show from the curtains, and brought another kid on to show Deryck how much he "sucks on guitar." It was a weekday venue so the capacity of HoB was small, they didn't even have the second floor open. The show felt a lot more personal with the amount of people there. Another great surprise from the show was the opening act of Frank Turner, who played an outstanding solo set.

I worried that the band wouldn't gel again after Dave's departure. But they have come together strong with new guitarist! They sounded like the old Sum again - perfection. The show was a great time. Filled with songs from all albums, including classics. Deryck was in rare form, getting everyone hyped. Good time was had by all.

the first band was young and inexperienced. Frank turner was great although I did not think he was a good choice for warm up to Sum 41. sum 41 - Derrick was awesome and totally played to the crowd. I think they should have played longer but for $ 20.00 I got my monies worth!

I loved this show. Fastest hour and a half ever. I love album anniversary shows and this one did not disappoint. Played the whole album and several other hits.

Sum 41 absolutely killed it at this show! The guys brought the energy and amazing musicality to Orlando. Sooooo stoked to have witnessed this!

The music was to perfection. Sum41 is a talented band that knows how to entertain. The opening bands seaway and superwhatever were awesome. I cannot wait until they tour again. I did the meet and greet. The only thing I did not like was waiting outside for 2hrs in the hot Florida weather and my makeup was getting too shiny.

I m glad that I was able to see my favorite band for the second time and the venue is close to home! I listened to the new music by the opening bands in Superwhatevr and Seaway and they were good. Sum 41 put on an amazing show with Frank Zummo had a drum solo and Tom Thacker started a guitar solo. It was awesome that Sum 41 opened with The Hell Song and confetti flowed through the air! They also did a cover of We Will Rock You by Queen with red and white balloons going around the venue. The show was amazing and I hope Sum 41 comes back to Revolution Live with other bands opening for them such as Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! and Rise Against.

Event was supposed to start at 6:30. After standing around till 7:15, not even the first opening band has set up. My boyfriend and I left because our feet were already tired from standing on the hard floor and we realized we didn t want to wait at least another hour to see Sum 41 :/ They should say the schedule of bands like doors open at 6:30, bands come on 7:30.

Just go an see them stop looking up reviews. Great time and people

In my opinion, the venue itself wasn t the best. However, SUM 41 put on an INCREDIBLE show and beyond worth the money.

What more can I say? Sum 41 put on an awesome performance and the show was amazing! Definitely worth seeing!

We had a blast! The sound quality was awesome. Band members engaged with the crowd, and it was so much better than I expected. I'll see them again if they're in the area.

I love going to anniversary shows because they're almost always full of serious fans only. People that know the album from start to finish. Sum 41 was amazing! The crowd had crazy energy. So much energy that my phone was knocked right out of my hand! I would like to say that the security staff at HOB is the best I ever seen: giving everyone water, collecting trash, providing a place for people to securely store their merch, and ensuring moshers/crowd surfers are safe. It was such a great show!

The Mayan theatre is one of the most amazing locations in LA, even when the prices at the bar are ridicoulas high. The first 2 bands preformed really well and then Sum41 totally rocked that place.

Sum 41 has amazing stage presence but, there's only so much they can do when the venue they are playing at leaves a lot to be desired. The sound was horrible at Neptune Theatre, I will not be going back and I won't be recommending this venue to anyone.

The venue was perfect! I'm not sure how much control they have over what venue they play but when I saw blink-182 it was at Key Arena and that totally ruined my experience. I'm glad this event was at Neptune Theater. The band was so down to earth. I actually felt that I got what I payed for and then some. The band even lowered the price of the "introduction to destruction" package. I got the vinyl, the poster, a picture with the band and early entry into the venue. The woman who took our pictures took two for all of us which was much appreciated because one was better than the other. We didn't have to wait that long in any of the lines and we waited outside the venue before the show. This was nice because we were then able to walk across the street and eat or get something to drink. This was something that was an issue at the Blink-182 concert in September so it was much appreciated that we were able to do this. There was only one person at the merch booth. The line was long but she was able to get everything done fast so it only took 10 minutes of waiting in line at most. Autographs were not part of the package however Sum-41 was nice enough to do a signing for EVERYONE at the end of the concert. I've heard they didn't do that in Portland or Chicago so I don't know where all they plan on doing it. It was such a great show! All the bands were interactive with the audience. The crowd was pretty mellow considering what type of music it is which was nice because I didn't leave the venue soaking wet in other people's sweat. Overall it was a great concert!

The performances were all amazing, the venue was great.

I knew this would likely be a good show, but wow. I was totally blown away. The band came out in full force and tore through "The Hell Song" and ripped into several hits from their vast array of music. They played for a good 90 minutes and the show was high octane and bursting with energy. It was obvious that Deryck and the guys were having a blast, and I would love to see this show again if I had the chance. Don't miss it!

First time for me at the Neptune and first time seeing Sum 41 live. Both were great. Neptune is old, but a great venue. I was surprised at how small it was but still good sound. The band was awesome. Glad to see them on the road again.

Saw SUM 41 about a dozen years ago, and was excited to see them again. Great energy, good flow, great mix of new and old and cover songs, and good warm-up bands made this a great concert. They're back!

I arrived late and missed the first band but Senses Fail was great like always and Sum 41 blew me away like they always do with a set full of energy and fun and passion P.S. you could meet and get autographs and pictures with the band after the show in the merch area, atleast at this show Buddy was around and Sum 41 came out!

This by far was the best concert I've been to so far. I went to the blink 182 concert, warped tour, and this one this year. They were both great too and also being pulled on stage at warped tour by sum 41 was amazing as well. But seeing them on their own concert and sum 41 interacting with the crowd definitely was amazing. I was also right in front of deryck to where I could've given him a high five. I tried but did get one! Haha *sad face* But it definitely was amazing time being there seeing them.

the sum 41 concert was great. great performance and good mosh pit and good crowd only think i didnt like was having to wait like 3 hours for sum 41 to come on the first band Happy Kid 8 was boring and not good the second band i liked and where fun because we started moshing and was more exciting the third band iamdynamite was not good and the guy sounded like shit by the time sum 41 came out i was pretty tired my and my feet were starting to hurt but i had a good time crowd surfing and moshing.

when sum 41 came out and deryck spit and started playing the hell song the whole crowd went insane and i moshed. there wasnt a dull moment and we moshed and jumped the whole concert. they played for a good hour and a half and it was the best time of my life. nothing could compare to it. if you ever have a chance to see sum live its something you shouldnt pass up. i would pay double what i payed to see them again they were that good.

Stage performance=amazing sound=almost exactly like studio overall, one of the best shows I've ever seen

Sum 41 is like a fine wine, getting better with age. Their performance was flawless. If you don't like crowd surfing or moshing I reccomend seats rather than standing room only.

I saw Sum 41 on Halloween, and it was an amazing show. The energy they had was some of the best I've seen. They really got the crowd going. Had all of the jumping, moshing, claping, yelling, lights, the whole thing. One of the top shows I've been to. This was their first show in America in two years - great to have them back in the states! They're definitely one of the bands new pop punk bands look to, and for good reason.

Amazing concert. Amazing performance. Amazing venue. Amazing crowd. Was everything I hoped for and much more!

Paid a fortune for the Meet and Greet. Band decided to push the time of meet and greet up an hour, e-mail notification of change in time went to spam and I missed it. No accommodations made when I showed up 30 min later. Was told by others meet and greet was a waste of money. No autographs, just one quick photo with band. Band never even spoke. Would not recommend this meet and greet. Show was good though. Band played great.

This was overall an amazing night. Sum 41 has been my favorite band for years and their album Does this Look Infected was my favorite album as well. They brought back all the vibes and showed so much excitement for the music throughout the whole show. This show fucking rocked!! #skumfuk

It was a great concept. Very energetic. Liked the covers of Black Sabbath. Very cool. Will see them again.

The group is high energy and a lot of fun but the musicality was killed by the Varsity's acoustics. I understand that it is a punk rock concert but turning every amp to eleven just allowed the concrete walls to echo the sounds and create dischord. Still a fun time but bring ear plugs.

Not a bad concert at all. They were one band from back in the day I had not seen yet and really wanted to. This was also my first time at the venue since it reopened. It clearly wasnt a top 10 of all time but we had a lot of fun overall

As usual Sum 41 gives you a true punk show and at a great price of you guessed 41 bucks!!! They played the entire album for the anniversary tour along with ballads and a drum solo. The mosh pit is back ! Not just a teenie bopper push pit but the real deal! Your paying more to park if Red Sox are in town than the tickets(55 avg), other than that have a punktastic time !

One of the best live bands I have seen. Dyreck is a great singer the guitars sounded great and the drummer frank is killer. Lots of crowd involvement and loads of fun. Would recommend to anybody this was great. Have fun in the pit.

i have been listening to sum 41 now for roughly 13 years and have always wanted to see them. i purchased the VIP experience to get the meet and greet with the band and was very excited about doing so. day of the show, i needed to show up to check in for the meet and greet for 3:30pm of which i did and was left standing in the rain until about 4:30. standing in line to finally meet the band we are told no autographs will be given and it is hand shakes and photos only. to finally meet the lead singer of a band that got me into music had my heart pumping, but shaking Deryck's hand threw me off because it was almost like he didnt want to be there or meet the fans. i was pretty disappointed overall with the meet and greet experience. the show however was phenomenal! the whole pit was jumping and pits going all over the place. he poured his heart and his soul into the songs to give the audience the best show they could possibly give. his energy was infectious and even interacted with the crowd quite a bit. overall i was very happy with how the show went.

There was confusion at the door with vip entrance. I never received and email with details. Some people weren t told to check in before being told to go to the vip line. We later had to check in and lose our spot in line. The show itself was great.

The staff was efficient and personable. The venue was a wonderful size. The band gave an amazing performance and the crowd was perfect. This was my son's first show in a venue like this and his first experience with a mosh pit. And what a mosh pit! High energy and the most polite pit I've ever witnessed. We both had an amazing time.

This was my second attempt. I made it to the venue at the Old Masquerade a few years ago, then came down with food poisoning from a wedding the night before. I never went inside, but went home. I was SO upset! When I saw I had a second chance, I took it!!! I was so very excited!!! They put on an awesome show!!!!!!!!!!

Parking was decent. And I just really like smaller venues. The acoustics were good. Overall a good experience, I would def come back to see other shows here!

They tore the house down.I would recommend to anyone.

Fabulous show! High energy and still perfect after 15 years.

Although I didn't care for the bands that opened for them when they came out to play I got an adrenaline rush that lasted through the whole show. They were amazing live and Im glad that I decided to buy those tickets!

Incredible show!!! Lots of energy, the band played for over an hour and a half which seems to be a rare thing now a days. Well worth the money. Would recommend seeing Sum 41 to any one and would see them again without hesitation!

This concert was fantastic. Sum 41 played a mix of newer songs and old favorites--they even played 30 seconds of 'What we're all about.' The encore was unforgettable. Everyone should see this band--so much energy, love, and talent in this band with heartbreaking lyrics and metal roots.

I mean I've seen the Stones, Who, ZZ Top, and a million other great bands but nobody put on a show like these guys. Nothing like reliving my angsty middle-school years. Best part is they played all their best stuff, not just new things.

The opening band, "Just Friends" was decent but it was very apparent they were just there as a result of a contest win. So.. MOVING ALONG to IAMDYNAMITE. FREAKING FANTASTIC! For a two man group the power and punch they pack is amazing. Sum 41 was outstanding, however it seems they are trying to cater to the high school crowd now. Having teenagers onstage jumping around is kind of distracting for 3/4 of the show. I think I am just getting old, my wife and I needed to sit down and were quickly stopped by the staff from going to the balcony where there were seats. 31 years later I am beginning to realize I need to start showing up late for shows, my body isn't what it used to be. Overall the show was FANTASTIC! The venue is decent as well.

The band had its day but they are CLEARLY "HAS BEENS" They were too high/drunk to perform mainly the lead singer! They were CRUDE and the profanity used was less than appealing. I get that they are a PUNK band but truly it was a MESS!! THE JOKER and his D listers! Hang it up boys, your time has come and gone.

It was absolutely amazing seeing Sum 41, they were everything I hoped for and played my favorite songs. I really can't complain about anything, it was so amazing to see a band I'd known since I was 10 and they really brought the energy. Intense.

The opening acts were far and behind better than sum 41. Add in the 12 year old crowd and over priced drinks and you get meh. Just friends the first act was awesome. They had lots of energy and wonderful music. You could understand the words unlike sum 41. The second act, dynomite was great as well. I will pursue these bands further and not the "grand" finale.

I thought the opening band called "Just Friends" were awesome. I would like to see more of them. What an up and comer. Sum 41 was good too.

Sum 41 was excellent.We had seen them before a year ago or so at the Roseland ballroom in NY city,but the sound system was terrible .It was so loud the vocals and music were distorted.I wanted to give them a second chance and I was not disappointed ,they were very good ,very energenic.The band was great but the Stone Pony only has one bathroom that is almost impossible to get to due to overcrowding,

I been listening to sum41 since middle school to high school being my music inspiration and having no other favorite band but them and seeing them live for the first time on sunday in front row with my 2 best friend and my other friend who share my feelings was amazing there's no words to describe it. knowing that it was change to the stone pony cuz the starland was close cuz of the hurricane

The doors opened early to the Stony Pony and with the main performers, Sum 41, brought three incredible opening acts. Once Sum 41 hit the stage, the audience went insane and the band definitely brought all they had. Coming from a longtime fan, I can tell you Sum 41 are better than ever before. They played their greatest hits, interacted with the audience and believe me, the crowd didn't slow down for one second with the jumping and moshing. Honoring ten years since the release of their "Does This Look Infected?" album, it was definitely a way to commemorate the decade and all the memories. This was definitely one of the greatest shows I've ever attended.

Show was amazing played every good song they ever wrote

The event was changed to stone pony on a Sunday night, which isn't anyone's fault but hurricane Sandy's, but the stone pony is not a venue for anyone shorter than say 6' tall. Besides that, Sum41 was supposed to play "Does This Look Infected" in its entirety (the 10yr anniversary of said album tour,) but stopped after the 6/12th song. Boo. I was very disappointed. They also played 3 new songs which was very annoying considering they didn't fall under the "all the hits" or "Does This Look Infected" categories. This will probably be the last time I go to a Sum41 specific event.

Although I would have liked to seen opening bands that I had heard of before but regardless Sum 41 was A-freaking-mazing! They played both old and new songs and their set list was awesome! I saw them at warped tour in 2010? (maybe 2011) and they only got to play maybe 3 songs but here they played at least 10. I was in heaven! They also had a huge mosh pit going that was one of the best pits I've seen!

I had a really great time at the Paradise Rock Club. Sum 41 was amazing and they put on one hell of a show! The opening act IAMDYNAMITE was awesome too! The atmosphere was great, beer was cheap, only thing that was bad was the curfew was at 10pm.
