NEMHF 2009 was the last time I left a concert exhausted from awesomeness. The Ramones are my favorite band but they broke up when I was a child so I never got to see them. After that show I don't feel so bad about it anymore. It felt like being at one of those concerts I've watched on my DVDs. Andrew WK put so much party energy into it the place was electric. I can't say enough about it. If you are in an upcoming city drop everything and go.

I am a Ramones lover since the mid 70's. Their shows were one of a kind events, the memories of which I will always cherish. This show was as close to theirs as is humanly possible. 1-2-3-4! 35-40 songs in a row, no time to catch your breath in between. Every hit or good song you can remember. Andrew WK was perfect. Sounded like Joey sometimes but using his own style he paid homage to the history of this iconic band.

It was my first time at the stone pony for anything, and how lucky was I to see a a Ramone perform! The two opening acts were fun, the dj playing music in the background did a great job, but the Blitzkrieg???? So much FUN!!! There were people of all ages dancing and singing to the classics. Marky, Andrew WK and the rest didn't skip a beat and kept us entertained. After the show, the band took time out to say hi to us fans, and I swear I cried tears of joy.... I MET A RAMONE!!!

While it was cool seeing Marky Ramone and see him playing drums, that was it. Sorry to say it was no better, or worse, than seeing any other band cover Ramones songs. Other than Marky being there, it's not the Ramones.

I've seen Marky many times during & since his Ramones days, and I gotta say the guy just keeps getting BETTER! Could have watched him drum for another 2 hours. He was clearly the star of the show, and his drumming is AMAZING! He is without a doubt the most incredibly talented drummer of our day. The book is great, too! Highly recommend it, it has lots of nostalgia, new information and insights, and is a thoroughly enjoyable read.

Song after song after song, the band was in top form. The energy was amazing--great NYC crowd! Andrew W.K. was awesome and did a wonderful job covering the songs. Maybe he should consider changing his name to Andy Ramone? Our tix were non-premium, so we were on the floor, and chose to stand mid-way to the back of the room. Close enough to see the hard-core fans up front and feel the wall of sound. But not so close that we got swept away with all the activity up close to the stage. Sound level was perfect.

Marky Ramone's Blitzkrieg show with Andrew W.K. was a blast from the past. These guys absolutely rocked the house with almost NONSTOP hits from the Ramones. I mean, Marky's arms are so pumped - the man is a machine! You think it's easy to keep that Ramones motor revving at 6,000 rpm? Seriously, Marky looked and sounded better than ever! Andrew W.K. may not be Joey, but let me tell you he's got incredible stage presence and unbelievable stamina. Not a break for a drop of water - just song after (1,2,3,4!) song for an hour and a half. Andrew worked his lungs out to make sure the crowd had a BALL. The rest of the lineup were an excellent guitarist & bassist (who harmonized & counted off like DeeDee) and the overall sound of the songs was right on. I couldn't wipe the smile off my face when they did Rock'n'Roll High School and I Don't Care. Brought me back... This is a real treat & if you remember the Ramones you gotta see this show.

This was one of the best shows that I have ever been to. The Ramones have always been one of my all time favorite bands, and Andrew WK is one of my favorite singers, so when I heard Marky and Andrew would be playing together I knew I would have to buy tickets. The show was AWESOME! They played over 30 different Ramones songs, nonstop for a little over 90 minutes. They opened with Rockaway Beach, which is my favorite Ramones Song, and then the fun just never stopped. I hope they do it again, because I would go 100 more times.

Great show, Andrew WK sounded great on vocals, and the band was tight. If you like The Ramones then you are not going to be disappointed by this show. The crushed through probably 40 Ramones songs, very little banter in between, all music. If you're going expecting any Andrew WK tracks, I would only recommend going if you won't be heartbroken not hearing any. I was going to listen to Ramones music so I loved it, but if you want to hear "It's Time To Party", "Party Hard", or "She Is Beautiful" this is not the show for you.

I am so psyched for this show. I was blown away by Marky and Michale when I got the chance to see them. Their non stop energy is the closest thing i've experienced since seeing Ramones the fifty plus shows I've had the pleasure of seeing. Thank you Marky and Michale, you are the best. I will see you at the show... Ramones 4ever

I saw the Blitzkreig in Europe this summer. It was one of the best shows ever. Michael Graves from the Misfits is the singer and the hour and a half set was incredible. You can go on youtube and see for yourself. I am lucky to live in New York and can experience this a second time.

Sick of Marky Ramone badmouthing CJ and Richie Ramone. CJ Ramone WAS A singer in the real Ramones . Marky Ramone says "he was the baby of the group" That is a LIE. CJ is WAY younger than Marky Ramone who is 59 NOT 55! Marky Ramone was born on July 15, 1952. THAT IS THE TRUTH just ask his identical twin brother Fred Bell (also 59).

It would be solid if Marky, CJ, and Daniel Ray toured together. I saw CJ at the Brighton Bar in Long Branch, NJ and it was solid! I think it would be a nice treat to Ramones fans to have CJ and Marky on stage together along with Mr. Rey.

Simply AMAZING! This is the closest thing to seeing the RAMONES. I've been a Ramones fan since I was 12 years old and thanks to Marky Ramones Blitzkrieg, I got to hear my favorite band's songs live again. It gave us more energy to keep playing Ramones songs in our local band here in Orlando. Check out some videos on YouTube under ucampeon98.
