Hello there, First time in N-Y city, it was a must to come here and see a match ! What was cool : The reception, people help you with pleasure for seating or any other asks ! The animation around the game was funny ! What was not cool : The match quality... I was disapointed. OK Knicks and Nets are low classment but it's still the NBA ! So much misses, not a great moment. Also the MSG was 50% full. Not great for creating a good ambiance !

Can't recall ever attending an event at Madison Square Garden where attendees rooted for the visiting team. Can't recall ever attending an event anywhere that was delayed because a coach who had been ejected refused to leave. An unusual and highly entertaining experience.

One of my pet hates are venues that do not allow you to take in food yet charge an arm and a leg for unpalatable, unhealthy cuisine ... and this is yet another venue of that ilk! The game was fantastic and we had a great time (and highly recommend), but ended up with an empty wallet and heartburn due to their poor catering standards!

As we prepare for another NBA season, while I think that we shouldn't just give up on this season for next year's free-agency, the Knicks debut at the garden was less than great. Their shooting looked very rusty, and was kind of a concern. Hopefully by the time the season begins, they will have it together. If I had to judge the Knicks strictly based upon lastnight's performance... I think that we're looking at a 30-35 win season. Hopefully I'm wrong. But I am a huge NY Knicks fan!!! So lets get it together boys!!!

This was the first time I have ever sat on one of the "Chase Bridges" which were added during the 2011-14 Transformation of Madison Square Garden. The view from the Bridge is unique -- you are looking down upon the action. You feel closer to the action than you are because of the angle of view. You are very close to the iconic ceiling of the arena, and you if you walk around the entire Bridge area, you get a close-up view of all the commemorative banners. It's worth sitting on the Bridge once for the novelty of it.

Went for a holiday to New York and went to the basketball at MSG for our first time. The venue was great, really well set out and the game was amazing, particularly as the knicks got the winner with less than a second left on the clock! Plenty of entertainment on throughout and the game is so fast paced that it's never boring, even the Mrs loved it and she really wasn't expecting to! Will go again next time we go. Bar stool seats were great. We weren't sure what to expect. Even though they're high up the view is brilliant as no one in front of u and u have the little bar to put your drinks on!

Being a Englishman basketball is not my sport of choice, however I can honestly say that my experience was 1st rate from start to finish! Ease of access for English events can be a nightmare, not at Madison Square Gardens; no crowd issues and straight to my seat! This was my first time seeing a Knicks game. The Knicks are finally back to being a semi-competitive team, and they were playing the Warriors, one of the best teams in history so I figured I would go see them. Before the game, I went to eat at Pizza Suprema, didn't regret it. Far as the event itself, I really liked the seat that I had. It was in the middle of a row which made it awkward to leave and come back but the view was great. I could see all the action on the court. The people around me took away from the experience a little. Being forced to listen to two guys talk about work the entire game wasn't ideal, but the game wasn't very competitive in the end so I understand. Overall, no regrets going and really happy with my seat.

Well whenever you are in NYC you should try and get to see The Knicks at Madison Square Garden, its part of what New York is all about. "The Gardens" are as big a part of NYC as the Stat.ue of Liberty or the Empire State.......a must see. If you can catch a basketball game there even better. The size of the arena, the roars of the crowd the razzamatazz and showmanship outdoes even the best of Broadway especially for sports fans

Fab City. Excellent Stadium. Easy to find. Good Bars and places to eat near by. Very friendly staff. Plus a Great Atmosphere. Food & Drink was nice in the Square but a little pricey. If your travelling from abroad make sure you take your passport if you want a beer while watching the game as they don't accept your UK driving licence. Luckily the guy sitting next to me got my mate and I some beers if not we would of been stuck. If you want Knicks merchandise get it before the game from a NY sports store as your pay a premium for the same stuff inside the stadium Knicks store.

We were visiting the Big Apple for a week and with a nine year old fanatical basketball fan / player with us this was a must do event. Overall though it wasn't as good as I expected. Atmosphere was poor, as was pre game entertainment (aside from the team intros headed by the Blue Man Group). It didn't help that the Knicks played badly either and lost. We also went to an NHL Ice Hockey game at the same venue which was ten times better in atmosphere, presentation and entertainment. Oh, and the guy on the beer tap tried to rip me off for $10 short changing me - greedy, greedy, greedy!

Great experience to be there on Christmas Day. I'd do it again.This section I was asked to assist the ushers and spectators in passing food and money. I don't mind helping but it was annoying the amount of times I had to help them. MSG should make this a more fluid process. I love my knicks but they need to work on their defense and free throws, I was disappointed by their performance. The hype crew that shoots the tshirt into the crowd kept sending shirts into the same area all night. That was also very disappointing.

My boyfriend and I went to watch this game on his birthday and had the best time! The game started at 7:30pm but we got there 10 min late and honestly did not miss much . Even though the knicks lost by one point to washington , they still played well. the stadium is clean , and staffs treat all fans well . I can't wait to visit soon .

I wouldn't know where to start describing how great this was. This was the first time going to a basket ball game. So glad I went to see the Knicks. First of all the played so well and won big time. I loved the entertainment between the quarters - kiss cam, dance cam and of course the marriage proposal. My daughter was quite impressed to see the two members of "One direction" were there and as we had good seats we saw them as they went out. MSG is a great venue and I will definitely be back when I return to New York. Go see the Knicks - even if you're not a basket ball fan - you will be one after.

First night of the season, we got our tickets on first day available to the public and thought we'd be in the gods, unable to see anything. How wrong I was - fantastic view on bar stools despite being near the back and free T-shirts as it was opening night to boot. Madison Square Gardens has just gone through a major refurbishment and it is stunning. The whole experience was fantastic, one of the highlights of our trip to NY this time. Despite buying the tickets whilst in the UK, collection was easy on the day so don't let this put you off. If you can get tickets do, you'll have a wonderful time.

There is honestly no bad seat in the Garden and Sunday's game against the Pistons was no exception. I think the MSG does a create job of keeping fans engaged with the games, and there's always something exciting going during timeouts or halftime. Be prepared for a tight squeeze however; I feel like the renovation brought on smaller seats and tighter rows, so if you have long legs make sure your are ready for a cramped game!

The event was perfect!! On time, no lines, perfect place to watch and seats, as well as the entertainments during the breaks!!! Great!!! Totally and highly recommended!

We booked this basketball game at MSG for my birthday treat whilst we were in New York visiting not knowing what to expect as none of the party of eight had ever been to a basketball game before. All the party agreed it was a great evening, atmosphere electric, game fast flowing, seats and view fantastic. Would recommend this event to everybody as a one of experience.
