We took my 6 year grandson to his 1st rock concert and this show was just perfect for him to enjoy the experience of one. Jason and the band were fabulous with a vocalist that was spot on to the original Robert Plant music we all remember. Pix taken from behind him as he rocked during the concert; his silhouette showing just how much he enjoyed the band's performance!.

I really thought they nailed it. The singer might look like Daughtry but he sounds like Plant, eerily on some songs. The guitarist was able to reproduce Page live virtually note for note. The background videos were good, the crowd participation was the best of any concert I've attended (swaying to the music, singing, just totally into it). If you just close your eyes for a moment you can imagine you are there at a real Zeppelin concert. In Merrillville from the 2nd set the crowd was on its feet for the duration and surged toward the stage. One of the best concerts Ive ever been to and Ive seen them from Nugent, Ac/DC with Bon Scott, Scorpions, Van Halen, Stevie Ray, Metallica, etc. Great show. Better than anticipated. Wish I could go again.

Jason and the band Rocked It! It was the finest reenactment of Led Zeppelin music I'd ever seen. Jason Definitley inherited his fathers Fine Genes along with some of Mom's I"m sure. He is quite the musician and the rest of the band are also some of the finest musicians I've ever seen! This was truly a concert that any Led Zeppelin Fan would not want to miss. His honor to his father gave me chills it was put together superbly Bonzo is Very Proud no doubt!

If you love Led Zeppelin do not miss this show! They were incredible! I saw Zeppelin when I was sixteen at the Chicago Stadium back in 1977 and I'd have to say Jason's band sounded better than the original. I'm sure part of it was better acoustics at the Star Plaza but make no mistake these guys are phenomenal. I hope they return next year so I can take my two sons.

I will start by admitting that I am not a Led Zeppelin fan (heresy I know) - however, I really enjoyed Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Experience. Jason Bonham is a world class drummer and the lead guitarist is amazingly talented. Jason Bonham put together a very classy, very real tribute to his father and the music of Led Zeppelin. His father would be proud. The only part that was strange was the crowd - I mean really - who sits down during the majority of a rock show? Stand up and get into the music people!! Also - why all the coming and going during the music. What is so important that you have to get up and down several times during the show?

I didn't want it to end. It was the closest thing I'll get to watching the original Led Zeppelin. They sounded so much like Led Zeppelin. The videos and words from Jason Bonham really added to it. I could feel the honor he was portraying in his Dad's memory. It was everything I hoped it would be. I had great seats at a comfortable theatre and it was so fun. I'd go again and again if they'd come back!

First two songs I couldn't d discern any instrument from the other or hear the vocals! The person on the mixer board must have heard it too as the 3rd song was much better and the sound/mixing got even better as the show progressed. Most expect the live performance to be like one has heard on the radio over the years but any live performance can't duplicate the many tracks recorded and mastered in the studio. With what they have to work with on stage they did do an extremely GOOD job of presenting our long loved original Rock'n songs! They will NEVER die we hope and Jason is helping the cause! Visual clips on the stage sized screen behind the performers was a nice touch too, specially the home movies of Jason with family growing up with the influence of his father. If gas was cheaper and my car had fewer miles I would have driven to the next venue to experience the Experience again!

Jason Bonham and company did an amazing job playing tribute to one of rock'n'rolls greatest groups. If you close your eyes, it's just so easy to imagine you're actually at a Led Zeppelin concert. The vintage footage of Jason and Bonzo on the screen behind the stage was a nice extra I didn't expect, but much appreciated. They played so many of the great songs, and I wish they could have played them all, but no one plays an eight hour show.

Since John Bonham died in the fall of 1980 just after they had announced their tour dates and we were getting ready to go camp overnight in line for tickets, I've never had the chance to see Led Zeppelin, but this was as close as you can get. The show was awesome. Great musicians. Great video footage. Excellent set list. If you're a Zeppelin fan, you should go!

I was born to late, missed the great music of the 60s and 70s and although the magic of digital media has allowed me to listen to that great music time and time again, I never got to see the music I loved live. This was probably the closest I was going to get to see Led Zepplin music played live and I wasn't going to miss it. It was good, better than I expected and I was really impressed with the song choices and that they pulled them off. It took a little while but they brought the crowd to the feet. It may not have been the real Zepplin and it may not have been 20K plus, but I left the show excited and impressed

i thought it was a rock show, but for a second or so wasn't sure. I have never seen someone told to sit down but , thankfully jason corrected this a few songs later! The sound music and vocals were very good, and the lead guitar player was super. The show was slightly less than polished which gave it much more of a 70's feel to it . The photos were a very nice touch and i would have liked to see more but availability may be an issue but thamk you to jason and his family for all they offered.

I was a little nervous about spending $50 for the Jason Bonham Led Zeppelin experience since some tribute bands are musically solid but lack the energy of the original performers. After the first song, I knew that there would be no issues with good music and energy from this performance. Solid setlist of songs, and great musicians made this show something very special.Band started promptly at 730PM, there was no warm up band. Go see this band, you wont regret it.

Wow. Jason and his lads were fanatical about reproducing the Zepplin sound whileat the same time throwing in some of their personalities into it. Only bummer was The big screen live video which had an annoying, to the point of distraction time lag. Checking out the crowd, which ranged from tweens to pensioners, everybody had a smile on his/her face knowing we were all there to celebrate the music. The mix was solid, the lighting was there to illuminate and nothing more. This was a meat and potatoes classic rock triple A cut meal.

With the nostalgic photos of his dad and the full sound of his band, it's a couple of hours of pure happiness!! John Bonham was an amazing drummer and Jason praises him throughout the show. I just hope he realizes he is equally as talented as his father and deserves all the success in the universe!!! Going to see them again in June. Counting down the days!! Go see this band!! Cheers!!!

This was our 2nd time seeing this band, they opened for Cheap Trick and Foreigner this summer. When we saw they were playing this venue, I jumped on getting good seats for us and our almost 8 year old son who was enthralled with the drum sound of Jason. Their new guitarist throws you back to a young Jimmy Page. Their singer does an amazing job with the Robert Plant singing. this time they had a keyboardist to join the bassist and they really take the show up to another level. We thought the sound was a bit too high and could have been turned down some to sound even better. I know there are many cover bands out there, but this is Bonzo's son and this is the show you need to figure out a way to go see. We loved it from start to end. To hear Jasons stories of his dad at both shows meant a lot to us.

I saw the real Led Zeppelin too, and I am here to tell you, Jason Bonham's band is THE next best. Certainly NOT a tribute band level. Jason Bonham isn't trying to reenact the band, but to give the closest possible feeling of what the live version of a Led Zeppelin concert was like when Robert Plant was fronting the boys. Every musician in this band is excellent - and of course Jason on drums is second to nobody. We sat/stood 2nd row from the front, and the sound physically thundered through our bodies. It was an emotional and almost religious-like experience to hear these musicians play these LZ songs to perfection. Jason Bonham is a man who seems to understand the legacy that was handed down to him, and he carries the torch with a sense of humble pride when he speaks of his dad and the LZ band. But when he plays, it's with thunderous delight, and I LOVE watching him bring the world the LZE!

I am so grateful that Jason is carrying on the legacy of Led Zeppelin music with the JBLZE project! Everything about this performance was great! The setlist, the sound, and the light show were all top-notch! There is no denying that Jason inherited the drumming gene and spirit of his late father, John. I am also thankful that Jason offers a meet-and-greet upgrade at his shows. It was a pleasure to meet him! I was also very impressed by the staff and the layout of the Orpheum Theater in Madison, WI. I have been a fan of Led Zeppelin since 1973, at the tender age of 14. Although I didn't get the live experience when Zep was together, I couldn't imagine their music sounding better than Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Experience! The approximate 5 minute drum solo Jason did with the accompanying archive video of his father, John was MAGNIFICENT! Jason played along not for note with his father's image! Perfection, Jason! Wow! Amazing! What an experience! Jason Bonham and band pour their hearts and souls into replicating Led Zeppelin in a most authentic way. The show demonstrated the many sides of the legendary band. Sound production was unlike anything I have heard before and I have been to many shows. Days later, I am still blown away by the performance. Jason Bonham is a phenomenal musician and story teller. I am sure Bonzo is looking down upon his son and the tribute he has created with pride and joy. The arc of the show was on point. You start be getting smacked in the head with some of Zep's hard rockin' songs, eventually things slow down a bit and even get acoustic and then BAMMMM everyone is up and rockin' their a$$ off!

The show was great. I have been an avid Zeppelin fan all of my life and was dissappointed that I was never able to see them live. I did see Plant- Page many years ago, and that show was memorable. I felt after seeing Jason's show, that it was as close to seeing the group in their hayday as I will ever get. The music was right on the money, note for note, phrase by phrase just the way you remember the songs to be. Jasons drumming was nothing short of phenominal. When he played it was hard to believe just how much he sounded like his dad. I kept having flashbacks of that little boy playing with his dad on the song remains the same. His presence definately elevated the event from just a zep cover band to an event to remember. The rest of the members played with such intensity and accuracy as to pay tribute to a band that really had no equal then as well as now. The only draw back to the show was technical problems that seemed to plaque the band. Jason's microphone not working when he first came out and spoke to the audience. At times the video was focused on irrelevant viewpoints .......such as showing the singer when a key jimmy page moment was in progress. A better use of the videos would have been to show more pics of Jason with his dad or of zeppelin in the heat of the moment. The stories Jason shared in between the songs were incredible. You wanted him to keep going and tell more about what it was like to grow up the son of a rock Icon. All and all the band was fantastic and left you wanting more. I know jason's truly in demand these days, playing with Phil Collins and all, he is forging his own legacy while carrying out his heritage. The fact that he would even be considered to play with "Phill Collins" one of the best Rock drummers alive today is telling as to just how good a musician he has become. We can only hope that Jason will continue to stage shows such as this for many years to come. I know their will always be a market for Zeppelin's music and Jason's the best and only releveant person qualified to fill the void. Rock-on Jason, hope to see you again next time around.

If you're like me and never saw Zep live you've always hoped to see the remaining members head out on the road. One thing is for sure, Zep can't be replaced but their music never gets old. With that in mind I made a conscious choice to see this show for three reasons. 1) Jason Bonham's name was on the line. 2) Jason played with Zep at the O2 show. 3) $55 was a fair price for any really good cover band. The best way to sum it up is it took five musicians to pull off a show that use to take four. Until you see these guys preform live you can't appreciate how complicated some of the Zep arrangement really are. I've seen three cover bands in my life, two bands that covered Floyd and these guys. I thought one band was OK, thought one band was good and thought one band was great. These guys are great. On the constructive side there were three things that stood out. 1) They opened with the "Immigrant Song". It was so loud that it sounded muddy. The soundboard recognized the error of their way and quickly dialed in the sound for "No Quarter". 2) They played all songs note for note except for the guitar solo on the Fool In the Rain . It's a very complicated solo but I thought the effects and solo were both a little off. 3) The show was a little short. There was no cover band, they came on at 7:45 and we were in the bar across the street by 10:15 PM. Keep in mind that Jason tells a few stories in between songs and that cut back on playing time but some of the stories were interesting, funny, and at times touching. Jason, if you read this give your supporters a solid 3 hours! I really appreciated the variety in their set list, it makes you realize how deep Zep s catalog is and with Robert Plant s apparent blessing these guys could tour for many years if they desire. My buddies and I agreed that it's likely the closest we'll ever get to experience Zep live and we d all go back and see them again.

I expected to like it, but I ended up loving it--far exceeded my expectations. They didn't look like Led Zeppelin, but they sound like them! The band performed superbly; each member was great. The lead singer sounded like Robert Plant in his prime--he didn't struggle with a single note. Jason is a great drummer and his dad would be proud. The band played "In the Light." I never thought in my lifetime that I'd get to hear that song live (requires the guitar to be played with a bow) and they did did an excellent job! The set list was well selected and included a few surprises. Jason's stories about being the son of the greatest drummer ever were icing on the cake. The band played for two hours. Given the huge encore call from the audience, I kind of expected the encore to be much longer and was a bit disappointed when they didn't return for another. If they come around again, I will DEFINITELY go again. Hopefully, they will change up the setlist to offer a new experience.

Celebrating my birthday the concert was incredibly enjoyable reminding me of my first Led Zeppelin concert experience in Chicago in 1970. I loved it and can't wait for their return

These guys made no pretense that they anything more than a tribute to Jason's dad and the original music. They were spot on and true to the style and experience of Led Zeppelin. No costumes or props, just a straight up good time rock and roll concert with some of the best music ever recorded. This was a smaller venue and the chemistry was just right for this type of show. People dancing in the isles, head banging, clapping and singing along. A good time was had by all!

The show didn't start til after 8 but it was worth the wait. The band did both led zep and led zep II and some hits like since I've been loving you, Kashmir, black dog etc the crowd was fantastic and showed the band much love. Jason even shared some footage of his father and made it alil emotional. Lights were amazing sound was on pint it felt like I was listening to the cd. I would recommend this to any Led Zeppelin fan. Only disappointment was they didn't play the immagrant song it would of been nice to hear that song amount the hits they played, other than that it was unforgettable and I will see them again when they come back to Albany.

Hand-picking the musicians to fill out the rest of the group, Jason Bonham carries on his family's legacy with a painstaking recreation of Led Zeppelin's unique and varied musical style. The original group may never be heard again, but this is the bloodline, and Jason carries the torch proudly and faithfully. Musically, every detail was right on the nuggets. It is strange to see a bald man singing lead vocals, but the singer does a great job emulating Robert Plant. The guitarist is versed in Zeppelin lore, knowing every note, but also switching to the proper guitar for each song. Two other members fill out the band on bass and keyboards. Performance featured a nice mix of hard-hitting classics, deep cuts, and acoustic pieces.

An excellent tribute to Bonzo the beast and to Led Zeppelin! The lead singer had a real good voice, the lead guitarist was spot on; amazing talent, keyboard and bassist were just as awesome. Bringing it all together; with style and tremendous enthusiasm, Jason Bonham!

I definitely experienced Led Zeppelin. I could not believe how good the vocals were. They must have went through thousands of people to get someone who sounded this good. Most of the time if you closed your eyes you could not tell the difference. I would do it again and again. I do wish the show went on longer.

Been to a lot of Concerts in my years but this one was tops. John Bonham of Led Zep fame was great. Jason takes his talent to a whole nother level. The band is a master piece of talent. They played for 3 hours. Can't say enough for these guys simply rock. Kudos to Jason, Band, and Crew they put on a show.

What a showman Jason is. He does a phenomenal job paying tribute to his father and Zep overall. His band mates are excellent musicians and are really passionate about what there doing. Not just anyone can carry out a Led Zeppelin set. These guys are off the charts and could be a much bigger venue if they wanted it to be.... Thanks to Jason and his band for the best experience next to seeing Led...

Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Experience was amazing! Every note was played to the "T". It was especially touching when Jason made a tribute to his Dad. The venue was great...I don't think there's a bad seat in the house and the sound was awesome! The ticket prices were reasonable, and the bar tenders were friendly and generous with the pour. Overall our "Experience" was amazing!

My only experience of ever seeing my all time favorite band was in '85 at Live Aid seeing 'Almost Zeppelin'. Went last night (7/3/2013) to Heart/Bonham and let me just say WOW. Expected a good show, saw them the Kennedy Center Honors, but being there live gave me goose bumps when they played Stairway. I hope they tour again and again.

Best concert I've been to, ever. No joke, it was like hearing Zeppelin. He is doing so many good songs, and he's playing his dad's long drum solo exactly like it should be...in sync and side-by-side with his dad on the big projection screen. Truly epic....my mind was blown.

The video screens lit up displaying all the legends of Rock & Roll, that infamous percussive beat that's well known thruout the kingdom began and the band launched into the most well known Led Zeppelin song of all time...Rock & Roll. Jason Bonham Tony Catania James Dylan Dorian Heartsong Stephen LeBlanc... let the crowd at the Electric Factory know from the start what it was they came here for. It all broke down when Jason did the tribute to his Father. It was extremely emotional moment for many. Jason and the band provided us with a musical roller coaster ride of Led Zeppelin music played to perfection.

I guess I was spoiled when I saw them 2 years ago at the Pantages. I could close my eyes and it was like listening to the original L.Z. of the 70's. This time around it was like a real good cover band, without as much heart and soul. Part of my dissapointment might have been the venue. I did have excellent seats. First row in the second section. At times the sound was not up to par. Lead guitar was not pronounced at times. Vocals were not as clear as they should have been. Jason's drumming is excellent, but at times also not as pronounced as it should have been. There was also a little too much dialogue with the audience this time around. I realize they can't do everyone's favorite songs in totality, but... to leave out "Dazed And Confused"? The signature violin bow to not be present? "How Many More Times" easily could have replaced a tune or two from the later album choices and would have been more widely accepted, I feel. Since I'm venting my feelings... What's up with the true fans? Am I the only one who is there for the music? It was like a county fair. People constantly walking around through the entire show, standing, talking, smoking, texting and drinking. The Greek staff looking the other way and not preventing all these things. I guess I'm getting senile and not able to change with the times. Oh well, at least it didn't rain. It almost did. Overall, on my report scale, I gave the show a "C".

Enjoyed this band VERY MUCH. I ve seen the Classic Albums Live shows many times (and love them to death) however, Jason Bonham and crew just blow the CAL folks to smithereens. Tony, the lead guitar player, played right in front of us and we were just awestruck at his ability to play all the classics as good as the original (saw L.Z. back in the day) The only thing that could have been better was the lack of the audience idiot that was sitting next to me and my wife. This guy was loud and annoying as a two year old that just wouldn t shut up. Dude, when you are drunk and loud, especially during the quite parts of a song, it s really annoying. Did you get it when the people behind us clapped when you were asked to leave? LOL. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend seeing these guys when you get the chance. If you want to be able to hear at all the next three days you might want to bring something to help stem the potential hearing damage. WOW. Loud AND sounding GREAT!

Gotta admit I was prepared for a tribute band and my expectations were not too high. Initially, I was impressed by the personalization of the show; very heartfelt and emotional. It didn't come off as an attempt to capitalize. The setlist was amazing and really captured Bonham's talent. The rest of the band was quite impressive...I did not see Zeppelin in the 70's but I could imagine that this show was pretty close. The venue was perfect, not too large. The crowd was diverse from long hair to grey hair to no hair and a few kids, surprisingly. This show had me rocking in my seat, cheering on my feet and feeling satisfied. A "Must See" for every Zeppelin fan. I'll be watching for Part 2!

Jason Bonham was so awesome live. I have been a Led Zeppelin fan for 30 years. I was going to see them in concert at the age of 13, but unfortunate Bonzo died that fall. I was devastated over his death, he was my ideal. I grew up playing my drums to Zep! I cried just seeing the love Jason had for his father. He was a big part in Jason's life. Jason truly put his heart and soul in this concert. He wanted his dad to be proud of what he accomplished as a percussionist. Well Jason, "I can absolutely say that your father is proud of what you have done." It was the best concert I have seen , and I have seen many concerts. It was as if you were seeing Zeppelin in concert. Wonderful job Jason, and his band. It would be a dream come true to met Jason Bonham in person. Thank you Jason for the experience of a life time.

As soon as the home videos from Jason Bonham and his family's personal collection started I knew this was going to be an unforgetable performance. Beside the fact that the music was so good, the love that Jason has for his Father was passed on to all of us. From the home video's, private photo collections and personal stories of John, Jason made everyone feel that we were all a part of someone great. It saddens me that we lost someone so talented as John at such an early age and even more that Jason missed out on so much with his Father. Jason has done a superb job of honoring him. The stories he told, the photo's and more importantly his voice when he spoke of his Dad all told us how loved and missed John has been. There is no doubt in my mind that John watches from above the son who so looked up to his Father and has now stepped into his Fathers shoes and is honoring his memory. To Jason Bonham: Hats off to you for stepping up to the plate and taking on such a grand project. People have accused you of riding on your Dad's name but they need to go to one of your concerts and see for themselves that you're only intention is to pay tribute a man simply known to you as Dad. Now for the rest of the show! The music was awsome! If you closed your eyes you would swear you were hearing Robert Plant singing. The rest of the band members were equally talented and all put together made for a very, unforgetable show. We drove 3 1/2 hours to see this show and will definately go again! If you're a Led Zeppelin fan like we are, don't miss the chance to get up close and personal with a legend. And one last thing: you definately don't want to miss seeing video of Jason as a child dancing with John and Pat watching ever so proud!! Keep dancing buddy!!

Thank you Sonzo- Son of Bonzo - not only for putting this show together, but also for sharing your thoughts, feelings and insights on your dad. Thank you for starting your US tour in MPLS., what a great treat. I was lucky enough to experiance LZ perform in the 70's. I didn't go to you show to try and simulate those experiences, I went to meet and watch you play and maybe pick up of few tips on your dad's drumming technique. Mission accomplished; thanks for the lessons! The added bonus was the fantastic music and sound. The band was great, especially Tony Catania, the lead guitar player; exceptional! If anyone has any connection to Led Zeppelin or to John Henry Bonhom, this show is a must see, if only to share in the life and talent of JHB, the greatest rock and roll drummer of all time. Thank you Sonzo! Good luck and God speed to you, your family and your crew.

It took the band 2-3 songs to get warmed up. At first I thought we were in for a so-so show. But I was so wrong!! Minnesota - being the first stop in the US tour, they might have been a little nervous... They played two sets with a 15 minute intermission, totaling 3 hours! The old family films of Jason and his Dad were emotional for the audience & Jason himself. Really great stuff !! The lead guitar is AWESOME, The music is authentic, and the lead singer's tone is damn close to Robert Plant. I was lucky enough to have seen The Zep twice in the '70's.... Thank You Jason for rekindling some great memories.

I had the best time at this show. Jason Bonham is amazing on the drums, and his father would be very, very proud. The other musicians did an outstanding job playing and singing the parts of Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, & John Paul Jones. I enjoyed everything about the tribute! My only regret is that the setlist didn't include Fool in the Rain, but I'm over it :)

I must say I can remember where and what I was doing in 1980 when I heard about John's death. I along with many fans was looking forward to seeing Led Zeppelin in late 1980 or early 1981. This show, for me was 30 plus years in the waiting. I have seen the Page and Plant tours, I have attended over 200 concerts and this one will remain among the best. The venue was perfect as Jason rocked everyone in the building with a very personal touch to kick off his 1st US show and the fans let him know how appreciated we were for him launching this tour. The band was very solid and well rehearsed. I closed my eyes, sat back and just listened many times and let the music take me back. Jason was spectacular on percussion and although no one can touch Robert Plant when he signs, the lead singer came close a few times but just a bit lower in voice and range. Overall a great vocal sound to the show. All the band members had highlighted solos during the show. I would definitely recommend you get tickets and see this show while you have an opportunity.

Yeah, it wasn't Led Zeppelin, but who cares. The lead guitarist was fantastic. He played the notes and did it with style and grace. He even looked like a 28 year old Jimmy Page. The singer did a commendable job too. The songs were tight and well rehearsed. The sound system was excellent. But the best part was the way they integrated the mystique of John Bonham into the whole show. Memorable video clips, both poignant and humorous set off the stage performance in a mesmerizing culmination of past and present. I would highly recommend this show to anyone who loves the music of Led Zeppelin. Way to go Jason! I think your papa would be proud.

Jason Botham show is amazing and the best Led Zeppelin tribute show. I wish he would tour more on his own. It's the most amazing show just as you are seeing Led Zeppelin it self.
