Joan Jett & the Blackhearts

Joan Jett was very good but Styx were great sound, lighting energy. Both bands brought it. Holmdel is a great venue

Joan Jett and the Blackhearts never disappoint. Band was tight and vocals were spot on. Always enjoy catching her when she comes to my area.

This concert was extremely enjoyable. The opening act, Tesla, was unknown by many but were pleasurable to listen to and extremely energetic. Styx was on next and they had a magnificent stage presence. Their set was organized very well, and included many of their hit songs with a sprinkle of very nice new material. Joan Jett and the Blackhearts closed out the night, and you could tell they're what people were there for. Their set was also filled with hits with fewer newer songs, but they gave a very strong performance as well. PNC was a good venue to hold this concert in, I've gone there a lot and I always have a good time. I must say that the only thing that annoyed me was people walking back and forth to get drinks during the concert, obstructing my view. Not cool! Overall, the performance was one that I will not forget.

JJ's shows are famously great, and this one was no exception. Who says girls can't rock? The high point for me was her cover of Iggy's "I Wanna Be Your Dog." I also enjoyed the very diverse, mellow crowd. The building was full of smiles, good will, and tolerance.

Great concert! She sounds and looks just as good now as she did the first time I saw her in the 80"s!

While this was my 5th time seeing Joan Jett live, she NEVER disappoints! She sounds & looks GREAT! LOVE her show, even though she always leaves you wanting more! Her show generally runs about an hour & 20 min, wouldn't mind if the show was longer! Will see her everytime she comes to town!

Joan has a ton of raw energy that comes through in her live performance. She has a special way of getting the audience involved and making everybody there feel like part of the show. There were a couple times I would swear she was singing directly to me.

Fantastic show from an epic performer. Nice mix of classic stuff, Runaways, and a few from her new album.

What a fun show, you forget how many hits she had until your listen to all of them! She looks amazing and still shred's on the guitar, go see the show. Don't cheeze out and get the cheap seats, get up closer. Only problem with the show was the delay on the monitors from real time, not the best venue I have been to be a stretch, but can't complain with her performance at all. Stayed at the Casino hotel and the knocked an extra $50 off the room for going to the show, so that rocked as well.

This was my daughters first concert and she was blown away. Rock on Joan Jett!

Took the family to Busch gardens in Tampa and was excited to find Joan Jett would be performing. Rolled over a few minutes late with Bad Reputation already under way and enjoyed about 75 minutes of music Music sounded great and Joan looks fantastic

At 52, Joan Jett can still belt out the tunes! Her voice sounded great and so did the band.

Joan Jett was awesome!!!! She put on a great show. I've been a fan for about 25 years and it was impressive. Probably the best concert I've seen in a long while. She engaged the crowd and sounded great. I was sad to see the show end. I will definately go see her again and would recommend her show to others.

Wasn't sure what to expect exactly, but I knew I loved her songs. She did an awesome job and keep the crowd going. The concert was only 90 minutes long but well worth the $$$. Joan looks amazing and sounds amazing. It was a good time.

She played all the favorites and some newer tunes as well! She sounded great, looked great, and definitely put on a great show. I would love to see her again!

I purchased these tickets for our kids. Both girls are big fans of Joan. They went together and came home with rave reviews. Very pleased they enjoyed it so much.

The concert was fabulous. She has such a great voice and certainly doesn't stop rocking-even when the frozen pipes in the ceiling burst and water came pouring down on our section and the one behind us. Unfortunate turn of events at the venue, but Joan Jett and the Blackhearts are worth every penny.

The Joan Jett concert was truly unforgettable. The concert was so much fun. I never thought I would see Joan Jett when I was only 14 years old. I loved every minute. Although the gift shop was a bit dissapointing, I still came away with many souvenirs! The price was great, and I would've paid anything for the experiance I had. I can't wait to see Joan Jett in concert again, and hopefully that'll be soon!!

We had'nt been to a concert for many years. Joan Jett and the Blackhearts put on an excellent show bringing back alot of good memories from when we were younger people,what a great show!

I waited 30 years to hear this group and my only regret is it took so long .

The show was excellent, however, the sprinkler system went off in our section and we got soaked. Other than that it was a great time.

I Can't Explain How Amazing It Was Because No Amout Of Words Can Describe Her Presence On Stage, Her Sound, Her Look, Her Fierceness Is Like No Other! You Really Have To See It For Yourself. This lady has an amazing voice. Love her style and her songs! Joan started the concert with one of her best song "Bad Reputation"- ended with "I hate Myself for Loving you"- In between nothing but good music and even threw in a few new ones from her upcoming album. She doesn't fail to amaze and my entire family (Including my 6 year-old) was dancing and singing along. Would totally pay to see her show once again! Did I mention that My Husband was not a fan but couldn't leave once the concert started? He couldn't stop talking about how he was glad he didn't leave- She's just impressive

I thought the place is going to be bigger, but its actually kinda small, but no biggy , Everything was great, its an outdoor theater, no rain, perfect weather! and great energy ! Joan jett still looks good even though shes old now, also , still has the same rock n roll voice since 1979 !! :) i purchased the tix and got a free admission to the OC fair !! I had so much fun in the concert as well in the Fair !!! :) ! recommend this to everyone ! Go see her live !! SHe's a rock n roll Queen !

Had a great time at the Joant Jett show 7-25-13. Its always a great summer venue when the fair comes to town and a good concert follows. Joan still sounds amazing after all these years, she played three new songs off of a upcoming album and i liked them all. Just wish the voulume was louder at the Pacific Amp! otherwisw it was a terrific rock and roll evening.

Joan Jett was so amazing....hard to describe! We have waited years to see her! Actually cried when she came out and started to sing. A night we will never forget!!!

Having just come from 2 huge production shows, this event felt much smaller, more intimate, and it was purely about the music. No moving sets, no stunts, no costume changes, no fog ... well, you get the idea. The Blackhearts are a tight band. The sound was fabulous! The energy was amazing and the set moved quickly from song to song. They had the audience singing, dancing, and clapping along. Great guitar driven rock with a hint of punk.

Joan Jett still has the energy and she still had the pipes! The sound wad good and the venue was great. Loved the show!!

You cannot beat Joan Jett for kikass down and dirty bluesy rock n Roll.....She delivers from start to finish and plays everything anyone would ever want her to play. The new music sounded just as good as the old stuff. Couldn't have asked for more, and the ticket prices were very reasonable.

I attended Joan Jett and the Blackhearts concert 03/20/2013. It was AMAZING! A friend of ours bumped our seats up to the second row and Joan didn't disappoint! The concert wasn't the longest I've ever attended but in the one and a half hours that she performed she sang almost all of my favorite songs of hers and a few new ones that are sure to be hits when she releases her next album. Joan appeals to such a wide demographic and you can tell she still loves what she does and so does her band. Would for sure pay to go see them again!

Joan is a 1 of a kind. She has rocked hard since the beginning, and she still does!!! I will go to every show she plays within at least 100 miles from me, in Foley AL. I last saw her in Oct 2012 & as usual she was AWESOME!!!

From small clubs in NYC to the casino stage, Joan always brings her A game. In good voice, having fun and playin hard are still trademarks of her gigs.

Im not actually a Joan Jett fan, I went with my best friend, but the show was actually pretty good. The casino was having problems with the sound system. Joan was awesome. She played all her hits from the Runaways and her earlier stuff. Not usually my thing, but not bad.

The concert was awsome! She played all her older songs and stilled rocked. Loved Crimson and Clover!

The concert was great and location was very good! Joan rocked the stage and it was a phenominal concert! Great birthday gift for my best friend.

I never saw Joan in concert before but was impressed by her voice and how tight she and her band were. I was also impressed by how polite the crowd was as we stood at the stage during the performance. The casino staff were also very courteous through out the event and although it is a way out from Tucson it was very easy to get in and out of the parking area.

We've always been light fans of Joan Jett over the years, but never had the opportunity to see her in person. So, when we heard she was appearing in Tampa we said, "Why not?" We walked in, grabbed a couple drinks, and wandered up to the stage, really not expecting that much. She. Blew. The. Roof. Off. The. Place. She looked great, her energy was amazing and she didn't let up for about two sold hours. Oh, and her band sounded awesome too. It was like being at a big party! We even got a guitar pick with "Joan Jett and the Blackhearts" on it...bonus! If you're a old fan, new fan or just wanna have a great time, go see Joan Jett! You won't be disappointed!

She plays all her hits (which are more than you remember), a lot of great covers, and the stuff from her latest album Sinner is fantastic. The Blackhearts play and sound terrific. And Joan Jett looks AMAZING. She interacts with the crowd throughout her set, winking and smiling to make you feel like she's singing the songs directly to you.

Joan is still Rockin'! The show was great - her voice was right on, the lead guitar is one of the best playing and the rest of the band are - Great!! It was a fun event; Joan connected with the crowd and played all the songs and is still into the music.

The show was awesome! Older and newer songs mixed in together, kept the crowd yelling for more! Joan hasn't changed at all and has managed to stay a sexy rocker chick the whole time!

I've always love Joan but for one reason or another I've never seen her live. I now kick myself for having waited this long. She is a phenomenal artist and is incredible live. I can't wait for her to come back so I can see her again.

I saw Joan Jett at Black Bear Casino in Carlton MN on Jan. 22nd 2011. It was by far the best concert I have ever been to. She maybe 52, but she doesnt look or sound like it. She sounds just like the albums. I LOVE YOU JOAN JETT!!!! Come back to Minnesota soon!

Tesla and Styx were outstanding and super professional. Joan Jett was a major disappointment

Tesla was incredible, vintage sounding. Not to be out done Styx was even better as the sun set. Joan Jett took it higher. Playing hits and new music. She owned the beach.

She exploded on stage showing the crowd she s just as good as she ever was! Plus we heard some new tunes.

We drove from Houston just for this show and it was so worth the drive!!! Ms. Jett sounds as amazing today as she did when I was first introduced to her music in the 80's! and she looks AMAZING!

The shows were AMAZING!!!!, Joan Jett puts her all into every show and this night she had 2 back to back shows...not really sure what Neveragain50 is talking about in their review but I was lucky enough to go to both shows on this evening and both shows were freaking killer!!! Joan was on point all night, her band is extremely tight and She sang all of her hits at both shows, Bad Reputation, Cherry Bomb, Do You Wanna Touch Me, Fake Friends, Light of Day, I Love Rock and Roll, Crimson and Clover and I Hate Myself For Loving You. as well as a few only favorites like the first song she ever wrote a Runaways tune called "you Drive Me Wild and she even sang her newest song "Fresh Start" .Joan Jett puts on one of the best live shows today! If you have a chance to see her live, GO you WILL NOT be disappointed!!

Pano hall is small and comfortable. All seating is close distance to stage. Unable to dance front stage unless you have front row tickets. Joan Jett still has it, she was down to earth and crowd friendly. Had a great time ringing in the new year with Joan and the Blackhearts!

Such a fun show of high energy rock and roll...always wanted to see her live and will do it again...wish they would have played a bit longer...!

This was the 3rd time we have enjoyed her concerts since July 2016. This was the best yet! The arena was great, despite being a tent on the beach. Joan, still sexy as ever, and The Blackhearts were engaging with the audience, more so than the 2x before. The crowd was way more involved and really got into the music. Just a great show!!!

Rock & Roll Hall of Famer, Joan Jett (and The Blackhearts) really rocked at Morongo Casino on 3/31/2017! Awesome performances of all their familiar hits along with other entertaining songs showed why she's stayed relevant in the music biz for so long. Good venue too!

Thoroughly enjoyed attending Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. The seating was terriic and the show started right on time. She played all her hits and some new songs and had the crowd standing and dancing in the aisles. Cant wait until she comes back to Lake Charles again. Thank you Joan Jett for a great night! Excellent time! Penns Peak has great acoustics, and every seat is a good one. Joan Jett and her band put on an excellent show! I loved being able to see the band from the balcony without being squashed by everyone below! The view was amazing, the sound great, and able to dance without getting in anyone's way.

Was totally excited to see Joan Jett and the black hearts again . This was my favorite and first concert ever in 1982. They sounded better now than they did 30!years ago. Joan is awesome and amazing

Great show in the best punk rock vain, hard and fast. Joan has a great voice for rock and live she's the best. Great audience contact, really really seams to appreciate her fans. Fun greatest hits set with a heavy dose of new material.

They put on a great show, playing the old rockers and some of the new stuff. Perfect mix. I thought the show was a little short but it was still good.

First time at the event center. Joan Jett came on, and what can I say, she was freaking amazing. She has not lost a thing, and delivered a stellar performance! I couldn't believe how GREAT she looked, rocked and sounded! A definite blast from the past..............

She was amazing, as always. I loved that there was no opening act to suffer through. The venue was nice and the sound was great. Joan was full of energy and did new material as well as other classics. Only down side was that she isn't doing AC/DC anymore.

This was my 4th time to see Joan Jett and the Blackhearts! If I am lucky, it won't be the last. I came in about 10 minutes late, but I feel like I was right on time because she was getting us warmed up for "Do You Wanna Touch?" I love Joan's songs and personality so much. She really is a woman I respect a lot. She isn't ashamed to talk about sexuality or feelings and can do so while kicking some serious @$$! Her band is also super solid and you can tell they enjoy what they are doing up there! Over all, I danced and headbanged the entire time and there was never a dull moment. :)

She is INCREDIBLE!!! Joan Jett sounds just as incredible now as she does on recording 40 years ago. She had such an energy and ran around the stage playing her guitar. She is so tiny in person but is most definitely larger than life. She played a lot from her new album (which is amazing) and all the songs from the last 40 years that you grew up on. Joan Jett made eye contact with everyone that was in front of her and I may have forgotten how to breathe when she winked at me. She is rock n roll.

Concert was good but from our seats didn't realize that there was a keyboard player, due to speakers in the way.

Joan Jett, Styx and Tesla together - a great lineup. While Tesla might not have the hits that Styx and Joan Jett have, they're still a great band. They rock! It's too bad they never became a household name like so many others. They're just as good! Styx, in my opinion should have been the headliner. That's just my opinion of course. They were great as usual. They're such a fun band to see live. They all look like they're really having a great time. I only wish they would have played longer. But not being the headliner, that's what happens. Instead of getting their whole show, it's just their hits - which there's nothing wrong with of course, it just would have been nice to hear some of the other songs they do when they headline. Joan Jett was great also. Just as good as Styx. I'm not saying Styx is better, they're both great! I just prefer Styx. Her band was great as was she. They played just about all of their hits with a few surprises thrown in. What I probably like most about her songs is the drumming. It's not the usual high- hat snare thing that most rock bands use. There's a lot of tom use that sets their rhythms apart. A lot of fun and very hard not to want to get up and dance or whatever it is music makes you do. Definitely a show worth seeing!

These older bands still really kick butt! Styx and Joan Jett sound amazing. Did not see Tesla. Styx stood out with the energy they showed and members of my group really enjoyed them. Was disappointed Joan Jett did not give an encore. Overall the music sounded terrific, enjoyed lots of favorites, and everyone had a fun time.

I only went to see Styx. They are as great as they have ever been and it is clear that they are really enjoying themselves up there.
