I love Autechre's music, but this "concert" was terrible. The stage was pitch black for the entire show. It was so dark we couldn't even see whether they were on stage. In fact, there's no way they could have seen their equipment, so I kind of suspect they just popped in a CD, flipped off the lights and walked away. The point of a concert is to actually see the band perform and feel the energy of the live performance. If they're just going to play us pre-recorded music in the dark, I can listen to that at home any time I want for free. Why on earth would I pay money to stand in a crowded hot club for this? This "concert" was a total waste of money in my opinion. Definitely the worst show I've been to.
