Guns N' Roses

I wasn t a huge GnR fan until I saw them at Dodger stadium last year. That show made me like them...this was something on a completely different level. I freaking LOVE this band after the two Forum shows that I was privileged to see! I can t imagine a better lineup for the band and it wouldn t work without Axl Rose...he is an amazing singer and performer that blew my mind. The venue was fantastic and our floor seats made it all the better to enjoy the give it all show that this was!

I saw them 3 years ago. The show was great! Chinnesse it is not a good album, that it is true, but they play the original Guns n´Roses song´s too! It is not possible to ask himto have the same energy that he had at 90´s. But he still have his amazing voice, and He invited Sebastian to sing My Michelle.. maybe, they are playing together another one, I don´t know, but If I could go to see them again and again. I will be there, By SURE!! I love them. GN´R and Sebastian!!

Good Concert. Not so much for the new band... THEY SUCK... But the old set list is sooo good. Yes... Axl's voice changed a lot... It's not bad.. But it's not what it used to be. Yes... The new songs sound like old country songs mixed with nine inch nails... Imagine Nine inch nails singing some song about being dumped on your ass and still being in love with the same bitch ... That's Chinese Democracy for you... But NO - It was not bad. The old setlist was very good. Welcome to the Jungle, You could be mine, Night train, Paradise City... What irritated me with AXL is that everything sounds ROBOTIC... It's like he's not having fun... Even the breathing pattern in the end of You could be mine is repeated in every show... The same way... Like he's not even trying to sing it the way it is. I would recomend this show for Guns n' Roses fans... Because Guns is good no matter what... My heart breaks when I say that... But the Genious that was AXL Rose has changed a lot... Now... He's just copying himself and putting on a predictable show...

Ok, so I've been to hundreds of concerts, and I like GnR, but they are not my favorite band, and I have seen them several times back in the day. But this concert was absolutely one of the best I have ever been to. It was 3-1/2 hours of nothing but GnR and the show and the music was just amazing. I don't think GnR could have ever pulled this off in the 80's. Not only are they sober, but musically they are so much better than ever. Wish I could experience this show all over again!

Guns N' Rose's where the best they could have been that night...I would say they are the Pinnacle of what a Hard Rock band could and should be. Slash was amazing and Axl's voice was spot on, yes there was some moments that his voice cracked, but for his age, man he was great. Duff sounded like the Punk rocker that he is, with him singing "Attitude". I spent more money for my ticket to be on the floor about 20 rows back, and I was kicking myself for buying that ticket, but once GnR came on, it was worth it.

One of the best show I seen No other performer just GNR playing all there old and new hits for 4 hours.

When we were sent an email before the concert, stating... Just a reminder that the show is "An Evening With Guns N' Roses". There is no support act, and showtime is 7:30PM... I couldn t have been happier! Normally having to wait, until what feels like forever, for the Guns and Roses concerts to begin, it felt like an early Christmas gift and definitely a post- Thanksgiving world of gratitude that the show began before 8pm! The reunion of Guns and Roses (minus Izzy) already restored my faith in miracles... and now after the last year and a half on their Not in This Lifetime Tour journey, I was praying that they still had some energy and power in their punch! Not one single ounce of fiber in my body was disappointed. Axl, Slash and Duff were all in, 100% - and so was Richard, Frank, Dizzy and Melissa! For over 3 1/2 hours of Wall to Wall classic GNR, nothing in this lifetime will ever be better. I could have closed my eyes and been right back at one of their concerts from the 90 s, except now they ve all matured and have honed in their appreciation and respect for their fans so when they come out, onto the stage they bring it 100% and you don t need to sit in fear that something might go wrong because, now, it won t. Whatever money you have to spend on tickets, the experience is beyond priceless. My only disappointment now, is that it s over! Forever, a GNR fan❤️

One of the best concerts we've ever been!!! Gn'R were amazing!!! More than 3 hours show of the best songs, it was hypnotising. So happy we went! And the Oakland Arena is great too, very organized.

It's the show they should have put on back in the late 80s/early 90s. Finally, a great GNR show for the ages. Who has said rock is dead? With this show, GNR proves that rock isn't only very much alive but relevant. GNR raises a giant middle finger to todays pop modern music of mediocrity like no other band of an earlier generation has. Not content to just play nostalgia to an audience, what Guns has done here is brought the true energy and meaning to hard rock to those who may have forgotten or never knew and made the music new again It's an "in your face", "ram it down" experience not to be missed. I hope that it leads to the beginning of a resurgence for the genre.

Definitely one of their best performances. I saw them last year and in 1992. This was their best performance out of the three imo. The setlist was awesome. My only gripe is the bass was too loud and the acoustics in the Oakland arena are not very good but great performance by GnR. cheers TyT.

This was one of the best concerts I have been to. (I have been to many many great artists shows) G&R's put on such a tremendous show and blew everyone away. My expectations were not very high because I thought time would have gotten to the group (as it does to all of us) and so I was not expecting an AMAZING performance from the group but an entertaining one none the less. Well I couldn't have been more wrong. these guys KILLED it and gave more than 3 hrs of kick as G & R music....Unbelievable. So good.

The band was tight and very professional. Sequences flowed and they played for 3.5 hrs until they were exhausted. Slash was amazing. His solo mid concert that lead to sweet child of mine was like being in a rollercoaster that finally landed Home. How crazy that this band was broken up and now we get to see them in a well produced show. Fireworks and lighting was a real enhancement to the music. I can t wait to go again.

Guns and Roses played from 8:30 to midnite which is unheard of. They were on my bucket list of bands to see before I died and they didn't disappoint. They could have sung anything and I would have been impressed because their sound hasn't changed. Axl continues to be the best lead singer and Slash continues to be the best guitarist ever. I could watch Guns and Roses all night. When they sang "Knocking on Heavens on Door" I started crying. I couldn't help myself. It was beautiful and they were wonderful. I would go see them again if they came to Sac again!

This was absolutely amazing, couldn't have been more excited considering I never thought I'd get to see them and only wanted to since I was in 6th grade... I'm now 40. They were phenomenal and so fun. GNR got me through some hard times and I will never ever forget this amazing show.

Saw them in KC June of '16, in St. Louis in July '17, Little Rock in August, and Tulsa in November. Each show was as good as the first, and better than they were in '91-'92. Absolutely excellent. Anyone who wouldn't go see this show is a fool.

This was worth the 28 year wait to see Guns N Roses! Axl was all over the stage and sounded awesome. The whole band was there minus the original drummer but the show was electric and numbing!! Love it , thank you Guns N' Roses band for the night that will always make me smile!

We would recommend anyone that loves music to take the time do a show with your spouse and enjoy bridgestone and their wonderful staff. Hands down overall a 10 hit out of the ball park. The best show I ve seen in years! They were firing on all cylinders for the entire 4 hr. experience! Tour should ve been called Tour of a lifetime instead of Not in this lifetime! Thanks for an amazing time!

My son and I went to see GNR at the UC and we both enjoyed an awesome night. The show was amazing, the sound was great and the band rocked. Everyone around us sang and danced for the nearly 4 hour concert. Favorite moments; My son, a big Beatles fan, was amazed by "Live and let Die". I loved how Axl got the whole UC to sing "Knocking on Heavens Door" then 1 second pause. Then cowbells. Then the band ripped into Nighttrain. And Axl easily sang above all the noise. Amazing! Thank you Axl and Slash and Duff for a Great night. Can't wait for the 2018 Concert!!

I have seen GNR over 12 times now and I have been a huge fan since \u201887. The guys (and gal) have so much energy as if they are in their 20 s still. Their show is intoxicating..... they play 30+songs. The night is something you won t ever forget! Promise. AND THEY SHOW UP ON TIME!

The show was originally at 8 and then they changed it to 7:30 but Guns N Roses didn't come on till after 8. LOL. Axl Rose is not the same voice but Slash still rocks! Had tickets in 1992 to see them when they cancelled because there was a warrant out for Axle's arrest, hahaa. I'm glad we got to see them though because this is probably going to be their last tour together..

Even though he has to warm up his vocals. The band was amazing Axel became his former self after a few songs and slash is a flat out amazing. I would go to the show again.

It would be too much to ask for Izzy and either Steven or Matt to rejoin Guns for a whole tour, but I ve got to say, it was plenty enough for me that Axl, Slash, and Duff were there- totally made it worthwhile. Plus Richard Fortus is pretty badass and performs like he s an original. Yes Axl s voice is certainly fading but after more than 3 decades of screeching lyrics I ll give him a hell of a pass and say this show was worth the wait and worth the price. They played for like 3 1/2 hours and, word to the wise, had no opening band. So our mistake (and many others ) was showing up for the 7:30 show a little after 7:00 then it taking over 45min to walk to the venue and get through the lines going in. We ended up walking in just when they started song number 4 and this was probably around 8:00. So when they say the show starts at 7:30, they aren t joking. Who knew Gn R could start a show on time? All in all, would definitely recommend, would definitely go again.

You would never know these guys are in their 50s... they rocked their butts off for 4 straight hours and sounded just as they did in the 90s! Pleasantly surprised!

Simply put the whole band put on a fantastic show, musically sounded a lot like 90 s Illusion era GNR. Axl Rose was in top form vocally, Slash, Duff & the rest of the band are all class act musicians and all did a fantastic job.

GnR was ok.... Not worth the 150 per ticket I paid.... Slash guitar was good but the vocals of Axel were muffled and hardly understandable. I was probably 20 years too late in seeing them

The show was nothing short of amazing! 3 1/2 hours of kick @ss rock! The show just got better as it went on. A must see!

Show was even better than expected. Band played great, Axl sounded good, integral songs were all covered and then some including tributes to the late Glenn Campbell and Chris Cornell. Lots of guitar solos, presumably due to Axl's ageing pipes and lungs, but it's Slash so nobody minded much. Lineup included Axl, Slash, and Duff, along with the guitar player and drummer formerly of Psychadelic Furs who each held their own. Keyboardists Dizzy Reed, and Melissa Reese also on keys, as well as percussion, computers, etc., rounded out the lineup. There was no warm-up act. The band played for three hours pretty much non-stop except for one short encore break. Axl appears to be in much better shape, both physically and vocally, than was rumored at the onset of the tour. The Verizon Center, or whatever they're calling it this week, is not the best place to see a band accoustics-wise, especially a loud rock/metal band. Unfortunately, these big shows (Van Halen, Guns N' Roses, etc.) are never going to play the smaller pavillions, (even though KISS, AC/DC, and Aerosmith all have <shrug>) so it's catch is catch can. However, the "tinny" acousitcs and feedback that go along with an arena such as this are worth putting up with to see this show.

No opening band, no intermission, 3 hours of everything GNR you love. Where do they get their energy?! That was worth every penny.

Great show. Started at 8 and they played forn3 1/2 hours. Non stop, no long monologue. They played all the great songs and a few not a big. Definitely an unforgettable show.

I dont know how old these guys are now, but besides axl you really couldnt tell they were an 80 s band. They killed it. Slash literally played for 3 hrs straight - his fingers were bleedibg. He is a virtuoso on the guitar. High energy show, seats at msg were incredible.

In the past, GNR were notorious for being late or not even arriving on stage for their concerts so I did not know what to expect this evening. However after receiving email confirmations from MSG, the show was to start at 7:40pm promptly and without an opening band. GNR hit the stage at around 7:50pm so I'm glad that they at least kept their promise to pay on time!! The music from the band was really great and all musician's were on key including Axl himself on the piano for two tunes. There were 7 musicians on stage but I couldn't figure out what the two keyboardist were doing or playing when certain songs only had guitars and bass as instruments playing. Slash, Duff and Richard were all amazing playing their instruments and striking every note. Slash's guitar solo was terrific as well! If you are thinking that Axl will sound the same like he did 25+ years ago, then you are in for a disappointment. Axl simply cannot sing some of his songs with his high pitched voice anymore. The first 45 minutes he was great, but his voice started to get hoarse towards the midpoint to the end of the concert. His vocals for November Rain did not sound that good either. Anyway, this didn't matter as it was the music that everyone came here for! But this concert was long! It was over 3 hours with really no breaks in between songs! It's amazing that they kept on going and must have pumped out around 28 or 30 songs at that rate! There was no opening band for them either which made it a GNR music night only! The sound and lightning effects were terrific and the videos in the background were fun to watch while the band was playing. Overall, I am glad that I went since I never seen them play live before.

An incredible show, in the mecca of historic performances, by one of the all-time best rock and roll bands.

Show was unbelievable. This was my second show of their tour first being in Foxboro MA. This time axle was more active running around almost all night. Probably do to the healing of his foot. His voice was amazing the band was great and still playing hard for 3+ hours. Not to mention axle obvious weight loss. Proves after 23 years apart that they are 1 of best bands ever and axle is top 3 front man of all time.

Their chemistry was great, it was unforgettable. No politics, JUST MUSIC and their best songs, One hit after another - I took my 10 year old son and he was mesmerized!!! I will never miss a GNR event!!!!!

Had an amazing experience seeing guns n roses from the 4th row! Worth every penny and was one of the best nights of my life.

Axl is looking good and is showing his A game. Slash always brings his A game and has not aged a day.No wonder he is one of the top guitarists in the world.The rest of the band members are awesome too.The pyrotechnics and the other effects were outstanding.This was my second GNR concert and it won't be my last.I love Guns N Roses.

Gun N Roses played a 3.5 hour set. All the members were enthusiastic and performed well. The sound and seats were great. Always love going to Prudential for rock shows.

As a person in 2nd year remission GnR's music REALLY helped me. I cried happy tears & kept screaming "Thank You" @ Prudential because this group without knowing gave me strength through music! Thank You Slash I get blown away by your talent.

The GNR crew are at the top of their game. What a great nite and they just keep playing for 3 hours. I am Hoping for a new album.....

Everything about this show was flawless....ticketmaster was amazing!!! ...kept me Informed from start to finish and also THANKED me for coming!!! That is unbelievable!!!!!.....parking was adjacent to the building....had a walk thru So you didn't have to step outside to enter the venue.... Great show....great company to do business with....what more can one ask for!!!!! If I could I would rate this review 10 STARS!!!!!!

What a night ! Easy to get to by train. Excellent seating. Clean venue and nice staff. GUNS AND ROSES ROCKED THE PLACE! Stood the entire time ! An amazing night. Saw them outside last year in Phil. This was so much better ! Better sound and they sounded amazing after all their time on the road. Just got better and better !!

A lot of people have complained about the sound, which yes, wasn't that great. But a lot of people aren't talking about how great of a show Guns put on. For Axl to be 55 and running around stage for 3 hours, he sounded pretty damn amazing. And Slash, well, I'm speechless. In between his solos and his blaring riffs, he was great. The rest of the band did amazing as well. The lights, fireworks, and pyros were also great, would definately attend another show.

Guns n Roses sounded Great! They played a lengthy setlist and sang most of their hits! Overall just awsome!!! 5 stars for the show!!! I give the venue a 4star because the seating chart looked a little different at the show than it did on website!

Amazing Concert! My brother and I saw GnR 21 years ago in Houston and tried to schedule the event last year as a anniversary/reunion of that concert. When I found out that GnR and ZZ Top would be together, I knew it had to happen! Two excellent groups to re-live our youth!

My wife and I drove several hours to see GnR in San Antonio and it was AMAZING!!! If they are going to perform anywhere close to where you live, I suggest you purchase the tickets and go to their concert. GnR gave an AWESOME performance that my wife and I would DEFINITELY go see them again should they come back this way (closer to the Mexico/USA border or San Antonio again). Thanks GnR!!! you guys really rocked in SA!!!

Traffic management and security were horrible. It took an hour and forty-five minutes to go 11 miles to get to the venue and then another 30 minutes to get through security. ZZTop was supposed to start at 7:30 but went on at 7:00 and by the time we finally got to our seats at 8:05 their performance was over and they had left the stage. Guns and Rises came on at 8:30 and the kindest review would be to say their performance was a cacaphony of noise. Nothing but uncoordinated guitar work with Axle Rose screaming for an hour and a half when we finally left. Very disappointed

GnR started playing at 8:25 and didn't stop until 11:45. I'm very happy they put their differences aside to put on one heck of a tour.

2nd time I've seen GNR on this tour both shows absolutely incredible. These guys pour their heart into it and the show is awesome. In San Antonio, the band was hitting their last stop on this part of the tour (headed to South America for a month now). Band absolutely rocked it and played some extra at the end.

I never thought it would happen, and it did, my favorite childhood band. Proof that time catches up to all of us. But what an amazing feeling, to know almost every song, to see them live. Still stands true, boys wanna be them, girls wanna do them. The ultimate true rock band! All the musicians were on point, Although on guitar, Richard Fortus proved to be a better guitarist than Slash(technique), Slash stole the show because, come on, he's SLASH! AXL's voice delivered in the first five songs, but sadly couldn't keep up. The rest of thr concert Mickey Mouse on lead vocals for the rest of the show. It totally rocked. The stage was set forward causing the realignment of 1800 fans. We were moved from our section row 1 that we had purchased in December to another sec row 10.

The band was awesome! They put on a great show and played for 3.5 hours. The energy and sound were fantastic!
