Carlos Vives was full of energy, life and overall good vibes on stage. His personality and charisma shines to his fans. I truly enjoyed his concert and his special guests were an added treat to all.

Great throughout the performance. The protocol to enter and exit the premises was very good.

I had not seen carlos vives live in soooo long. He's one of my favorite artists. Unfortunately he sounds better in a record than live. Aside from that, there were some sound issues and the band and artist often sounded off key. A great show nevertheless. A new artist wouldn't get away with these flaws though.

Went to the concert, the seats were amazing. The screen could of been a little bigger and it would of been nice for him to come back on stage and sing one more song.

The Concert was everything I expected and more. I love Carlos Vives' music and was so looking forward to this evening. I was on my feet dancing the entire duration of the show. I was very impressed that both Fonseca and Wisin joined Carlos Vives during the show. Wow, three excellent performers! Definitely got my moneys worth. When is he coming back? Loved It!

Everything was super. It was what I expected. The place was full and it looks like people was having fun as well.

First time I attend to a Carlos Vives live show, the only issue I had was the sound of his voice was awful. I guess they didn't test the sound or the microphone before the show because it sounded really bad. Luckily it didn't happened with Fonseca his voice was clear and beautiful as always, also non of the other artist had a problem with the sound of their voices.

Excellent show, full of surprises. As I said before: you can't sit, because you will be dancing and cheering all night!

The concert was amazing. I'll do this again anytime. The only problem was the sound. We couldn't barely understand what he was saying or singing. Besides this, we had a great time.

It was awful! Not only it started over hour and a half late, but audio was terrible, music was so loud you couldn't hear Carlos Vives' voice or understand what he was singing or saying. I paid over 600 for 4 tickets to take my mother and my sister for Mothers' Day and I was so disappointed and embarrassed that I only wished I would have done something else for them. I was a waste of money and time!

Great artist. The songs were great. Some of his best hits. His solidarity with the Venezuelan crisis was heart moving. This was my birthday present to my wife and she loved. The sound was terrible. Poor definition of the instruments, the base was distorted. Also, the opening show was a bad choice: a DJ playing the same music you are about to here??? Why not promote a new local band?

I give 4 star to the event because the Sound was bad, as bad as always. I'm not sure if is the miami arena's sound or Carlos vives's sound but two carlos vives's concerts there and poor sound in both. I was sitting in two different seats and in both the sound was strident. Carlos very good as always.

Carlos Vives is a truly phenomenal artist. However, the quality control of his staff is truly questionable. Throughout the entire concert, the bass was so loud that when he spoke or sang, you could not discern the words he was saying. Even during the moments there was no music played and he was talking to the crowd. Every time I went to get food of to the restroom, the only topic of conversation everyone was having was regarding how bad the sound was. So, I was in a way with relief that it wasn't me being picky. But it was very sad to see so many people mentioning it.

It's the best concert I've ever been. Carlos Vives is a person so charismatic that he love his audience ... for me he is the best!!!!!

Many reviews have been written already for this Carlos Vives concert and there were many excellent reviews and many reviews that were not good at all, mainly due to the poor sound system. Personally, I don't know what the people who loved the concert were listening to. I suppose the beat and the loud music was enough to satisfy them and they enjoyed dancing in their seats. I paid $400 for a concert that started over an hour late and opened up with a song where the music so overpowered Carlis Vives, that even with him screaming, he could not be heard. My girlfriend and I are both musicians and we both love Carlos Vives, but this concert was the absolute worst one that either of us have attended. We left the concert after about 45 minutes, because everything started to sound the same and became painful to listen to. I don't know who the sound engineers were, but apparently tthey had no idea what they were doing. Everything was completely overdriven and out of balance. We kept hoping that someone in the crew would at some point fix the sound, but to no avail....it didn't happen. Also, just to top it off, this was a surprise birthday gift for my girlfriend, who is from Bogota Colombia. She didn't know where I was taking her until we pulled up to the arena and she saw Carlos Vives name on the marquis. She was so thrilled with the prospect of seeing him live, which was a first for the both of us. What a dissappointment when we couldn't enjoy anything about his concert. Volume cranked up so loud that everything was completely distorted with an annoying echo-like feedback and couldn't appreciate his voice at all. A total waste of $400 and our time traveling from Palm Beach. Never again! We'll continue listening to Carlos Vives on our own sound systems.

Carlos never disappoints!! The man has unbelievable energy and charisma. Can't wait to see him live again.

The good music, the energy and good vibe were present throughout the entire concert. It was a super fun concert and dancing was a must... cool event.

I do not particularly like to dance, however the atmosphere during the concert was contagiously joyful and dancing was unavoidable. I danced all throughout the concert with the people around us we did an impromptu dancing group and it was the most fun I had in decades!

He is a legend and continues to be!! I will see him every time he is in L.A.!!

He invited a few individuals on to the stage during the show, let audience members take selfies with him, brought attention to important world events, paid homage to great musicians in song, and filled the theatre with his amazing music.

Most attendees were hispanic but saw also americans. Carlos Vives promotes in an excellent way the Colombian "Vallenato" folklore. Carlos Vives made an emotional tribute to Juan Gabriel performing his famous song "No tengo dinero" and moving its armonia to the "Vallenato" folklore. Excellent show including new songs like "La danza de la Bicicleta".Top recommendation.

This was my first Hollywood Bowl concert. I'm an Angelino native and I can't believe how amazing this place is. Carlos Vives and his band gave a heck of a performance.

Amazing show... I loved his music before seeing him in concert but now I love it even more. He is so passionate and gives 1000%. Every single song he sang had everyone on their feet dancing. I am waiting for him to return to the NYC area to see him again. You will not be disappointed. Loved the show!!!

The concert was awesome, he did all the playlist of his greatest songs... He played with soccer balls, many high level artists went up with him to the stage, and was all great but In the last part of the concert, he was really rude, he just finished, went it, and the lights turned on, Would've been better if he says goodbye and interact a little more with the public at the end of his presentation.

I loved the concert i felt so excited and emotional because i miss my home town. And him being Colombian it was really good to see and feel that feeling again. There were lots of pepole there not just from colombia but from other countries. But everyone started dancing non stop. It was very energetic i loved it soooooo much.

I thought someone else was going to open up for him like fonseca or something but he didn't. It was raining so I think that's why he was an hour late. His performances were really good but the sound was not great. I couldnt here the drums(tambores' and the flute I couldnt hear at all from the speakers. The track of each song was stronger than the real instruments. i was disappointed.

This is my 3rd time attending his concerts, and I will go back next year for the 4th time. This time around he invited to perform with him Fonseca, Cabas, and Wisin! What a wonderful and unexpected surprise. Unlike his previous concerts, he did not sing a compilation of his all time hits, which I greatly missed. He is an amazing artist, and person as well! See you next year Carlos!

Either Carlos was too tired from his Miami show the night before or he is just getting old. His performance was dull, not very exciting. His voice was not clear and the band's sound was not that great. He did not sing "Carito." That's disappointing.

Show itself was amazing, Carlos is so charismatic that everyone enjoys the event. However, sound of this event was not perfect. When he was talking, we could barely understand what he was saying, his voice was not clear. Sound system could be improved definitely.

Carlos makes you want to be a colombian. Everyone got up to dance from beginning to the end.

I love Carlos Vives, but he disappointed me for two reasons: 1. He did not recognize Central Americans at the concert. He recognized everyone, except for us and it hurts when you have followed someone's career. 2. He didn't play his older music much! I wish he would have played Que Diera. But honestly those things can be fixed, he is still an amazing performer, but the venue was horrible in the sense that they did not even provide napkins to wipe the seats, they were wet because of the rain and they didn't even provide napkins, it made the concert horrible :(

We sat about in the middle. I wish they would have shown Carlos Vives more on the screens. We saw mostly the instrument players and dancers on the big screens which I personally did not care for. I paid for a carlos vives concert, so I want to see Carlos Vives!!!

Amazing performance & overall Amazing concert! A must go to concert! Carlos Vives performance was amazing, sound/effects were also great and his music is just so contagious. Everyone was happy, dancing, and in a joyful mood to sing, dance, celebrate & embrace our Latino culture. I will definitely attend his next concert, whenever that may be.

When he started to sing, it was wonderful, but after the second or third song, he started to introduced his orchestra, going one by one, but each of them play their instrument for long, long time not letting Carlos sing his song, it was forever. Also, he talked too much and did not sing enough for people get satisfied. He is great, but he talk too much and he does not perform much, his concert was much more instrument than singing!!!

First time at that venue. The event was well organized, even after the show, it took us only a few minutes to leave the parking lot. Carlos Vives was incredible; charismatic and invested 100% into giving his funs an unforgettable show. I have seen him 3 times already and he never disappoints.
