My husband and I are glad to have been a part of this amazing Superfest. We really enjoyed "The Chicago Mass Choir," "Rance Allen Group", "Deitrick Haddon" and many more artist. Wendy Raquel Robinson was a wonderful host. Whenever she was on stage, she made the "in between times" fun -- meaning waiting for the next group to come on stage. Rance Allen looks like an identical twin to my deceased uncle, who was also my best friend. I didn't even know they were going to be there until we arrived. I cried when Rance walked out because of the similarities -- size, walk, ,talk and singing voice. Those tears were of joy. Detrick Haddon was off the hook. I actually went out and purchased his CD.

A very uplifting evening with praise and worship in the mist of song performances. We truly had church and were blessed to be a part of such a Blessing event, i believe there was something for everybody whether you were 18 or 80. I hope this opportunity comes this way again as it was repeated in New York but if not I think I will keep a watch out for whatever city it goes to next year. Be Bless

The venue (Morgan State University) was fantastic but the event itself was horrid. The pauses between performances were unbearably long and it was clear that the audience was an afterthought. Midway through the first half, I began to think that they had invited an audience solely to recoup portions of their cost in creating the TV special. Additionally, they didn't accurately advertise which acts would be there on each night. Finally, the event was a show, not worship. We left at the intermission. I would recommend that no one go to this horrific event.

I was so excited to attend the Super Fest. Although myself and a few other members in the crown, whom I did not know were a bit frustrated having to give Raquel all of the unneeded applauses. I was also disappointed with the fact that Hezekiah Walker did not attend and that some lady was moving people from the back to the front row seats after our tickets were $55.00 - $60.00, It was a bit hot in the auditorium, and I believe that some water should have been given out. Other than those little tweeks, the program was great!

This was my first attendance of a live performance taping so I didn't know what to expect. Having said that, the show was good for what I did see. There were far too many delays and interruptions. Again, maybe this is the norm for live tapings but my wife and I left the show early @ 9pm after they previously announced a 15 minunte intermission at 8:30pm. Hopefully, the Friday night performance was better.

I'm not sure how live recordings work, but there was alot of stop and go during the show. i wasn't prepared for it to be a live recording. the show was too long. we left after 4 hours and the show was still going on. it was kind of annoying to watch someone singing and getting into the song/spirit and to see the producer cut the music, right in the middle of the song. it was a huge distraction. also, i couldn't follow what was going on with the program, because it wasn't in order according to the program booklet. I gave it 3 stars because the actual artist were awesome, but i think i'll run the opposite way, if i see "live recording" listed on an advertisement.

Loved On Me for one of my favorite Fred Hammond songs. And I liked the variety that was presented at Gospel fest. But I probably would not go again to a Live recording again. Unless I had a program to tell me who was next going to perform and there was something to eat or drink during the intermission.
