Tevin Campbell

Despite the negative local radio reviews and bashing, Tevin put on an awesome show. I really enjoyed seeing him again. His vocals were stronger and more mature. The crowd loved him and received him warmly. I look forward to seeing and hearing his new music soon. Stay strong Tevin and don't look back. Love you!

Tevin has a wonderful voice. He was cute and entertaining. Hearing our old favorites was fun. The only thing I did not like was the self-deprecating talk. He kept saying that he was off-key and can't hit the notes like he did when he was 15. If he was off-key, I didn't notice and would probably never know. I thought he sounded great. I would go see him again. His fans are loyal. Everyone was excited to see him and sang along to all his songs.

I have been a fan of Tevin Campbell since I was 12 years old when I first saw him on The Arsenio Hall show. He was unbelievably talented then. I can recall how his joy seemed to leap from the stage and into my heart every time I would catch a glimpse of his perfect smile... Over twenty years late I was glad that I was able to relive that experience of witnessing unbelievable talent. I left B.B. Kings still on an emotional high feeling like a school girl again. Of course Tevin is much older and more mature now, he did a great job of balancing these two extremes or child star and grown man. Throughout his performance he continued to relay to his now mature fans that he has grown up too by saying things such as,"When I was 14, I didn't know what this song meant, but I know now, referring to the incredibly sexual lyrics in his hit "Break it Down." The show was great stroll down memory lane however, Tevin also promised his audience that he will have new, long awaited music available soon. If you were present that night then you would have gotten a taste of what Tevin has in store for his fan, I'll be the first to say, you won't be disappointed.

I absolutely loved the show. Tevin still has he same beautiful voice and he put on a performance!
