Kraftwerk

The multimedia project Kraftwerk was started in 1970 by Ralf Hütter and Florian Schneider.  They set up their electronic Kling Klang Studio in Düsseldorf, Germany, where they conceived and produced all Kraftwerk albums.  By the mid 1970’s Kraftwerk had achieved international recognition for their revolutionary electronic ssoundscapes and their musical experimentation with robotics and other technical innovations.  With their visions of the future, Kraftwerk created the soundtrack for the digital age of the 21st century.

This was a great concert. No real surprises in the songlist except for some editing of lengthier numbers from the Disney Concert Hall show a few years back. It made the numbers work much better IMHO. The 3-D presentation was cool as expected and seeing them under the stars (including two shooting stars!) was a treat. Opener Lyris Quartet was very good but almost inaudible at times due to the talkative audience. That would be my only negative about this show.

Kraftwerk demonstrated that they are indeed the originators of modern electronic music. Each and every cord was uplifting and unforgettable. I couldn't help but get out of my seat and move. Bravo Kraftwerk!

I was seated off to the side of the stage, facing sideways, so I had to spend the show looking to the right. I was back far enough that the sound was good and the 3D projections worked well. Earlier in the evening I was at their other concert, seated too closely to the stage and the effects and sound were not as good. The curtain dropped and suddenly Kraftwerk were there, dressed in their Computerworld tights, manning electronic consoles lines with ever-changing lighting strips of color and pulsating lights. Although only Ralph Hutter remains of the original Kraftwerk lineup, they sounded fantastic and know what they're doing. Their performance is made up of pre-recorded sounds along with live keyboards and vocals. They played much more music than I had expected, with this performance lasting about 1 hour and 35 minutes.

I'm not a huge Kraftwerk fan, but I took my husband who is a total fan. Even though it was an electronic music show, each performer riffed while a 3-D film played in the background, which made for a cool live show. At Walt Disney Concert Hall, the acoustics were phenomenal. These guys are the godfathers of today's EDM, so it was a treat to see them live.

Words cannot describe how AMAZING it was to finally see Kraftwerk in concert and with 3D projected imagery!! BEST, BEST concert I have been to in a long time! I have always loved their forward thinking music and to see them live was a real treat for me personally. I got my 16 year old daughter into Kraftwerk a few years ago and I brought her to the concert with me and my fiance and she knew all the songs and from what album. We all had a blast!! Please, please come back to Southern California again!

This was an awesome compilation of their best tracks from a variety of their albums. The visuals were fun, and the sound was great. They sound just as "tight" as they did on their recordings... hard to believe they've been around since the 70s!

Even at their worst (the Computer World show was plagued by a variety of bad voodoo problems; Video test patterns showing up on the screen by mistake along with computer windows, audio mix issues, bad monitoring causing one of the band members to take the unprecedented step of communicating with the monitor engineer during the performance), they're still streets ahead of anyone else in electronic pop, a genre they basically invented. There has never been a group with a more fully-developed, elegant, catchy and just plain irresistible overall aesthetic, from their personas to the music and lyrics and the visuals (both in concert and the album artwork.) The 3D component was a fun, flashy and novel addition to their always-evolving live show, as were the LED lights tied to the video. Brilliant.

Kraftwerk was amazing! Not only did they play the entire "The Man Machine", but also a huge selection from all of their albums, including almost half of Computer World. (But not my favorite song, "Pocket Calculator", alas...) I thought the 3d would be kinda hokey, but actually it added a lot to the show. It was like the album covers come to life, especially on "Autobahn". It really brought out the feeling of motion on "TEE" in ways I didn't understand before. I feel like I now understand Kraftwerk's music in a way I didn't before, and perhaps music as a whole in new ways. I left grinning from ear to ear, definitely the best musical experience I have had in ages.

They tried to give this album an updated feel and really, they should have just played the album the way they recorded it years ago. Radioactivity is flawless. Unfortunately this performance was not. Once they played Trans Euroupe Express they brought it. The music was louder, it had a fresher feel and the graphics for this song were way better. Overall, it was still a really great experience. I'm just glad I was able to see all 4 of them play 10 yrs ago because that show was flawless. If this show had been my only time seeing Kraftwerk songs live I would've been disappointed!

Although I did enjoy Tuesday's concert, it did seem that there were some sound issues. I am open to the possibility that where we were sitting (Orchestra East Row C, seats 71-73) contributed to a perceived 'dead zone' I noticed 'behind' me. It seemed like on some songs I could barely hear the melody (I wish I would have taken notes as I can't remember which song/songs it was during). Personally, I felt that the 3D images and multimedia show distracted me from the music so I closed my eyes through most of it to concentrate on the music. The song Radio-Activity was one of the best and the imagery did not distract me from this particular song.

The ushers ran out of 3D glasses, so we were stuck watching a 3D show without the glasses. Pretty annoying. Thankfully, this was Kraftwerk, so the music more than made up for it. But still, could have been a much better experience.

Music and animation were both spectacular, but it's Kraftwerk, I already knew that. The only problem was that Walt Disney Concert Hall crew, who was really good in preventing anybody in taking pictures prior and during the show, let everybody who was in late (at least 20-25 people) in, and so I had to stand up several times and for the first 10 minutes of the concert my sight was often blocked, and you'd understand that in a concert were the visual part is really important, it's not the best. Now, I've been to several concert halls around the world, and they usually have bels ringing 5 before the show. When the show starts, if you're in you're in, if not, nobody cares if you have to finish your beer and whatnot, you stay out. This is also what you'd expect to a more educated crowd that usually goes to classical concert hall. Well, this wasn't the case...

It was wonderful to see and hear the seminal electronic pop band Kraftwerk. The sounds and visuals were very well presented, and if that were all there was to the experience, I would have nothing but praise for the evening. However, I was disappointed by the apparent confusion of the staff. We were told on entry that there would be no return to the auditorium if anyone left during the performance to use the restrooms, yet this rule was consistently waived for everyone who left and wished to return during the performance. My sightlines were frequently interrupted by patrons leaving and returning. Rules regarding recording and cellphone use were inconsistently applied, and my enjoyment of the concert was interrupted by the use of bright cellphones by patrons around me throughout the evening. Repeat offenders should have been asked to leave the auditorium, but were not. A+ for the music. Solid F for the staff of the Walk Disney Concert Hall.

the venue was chill because they let me bring my own wine and pound it in the lobby. The seats were a little small. The sound was perfect. The 3d glasses were cheap and uncomfortable. The visuals were perfect low fi and simple. I am not too convinced every single guy on stage is necessary like it once was but I like the fact they have kept true to the sound, look and feel of the Kraftwerk aesthetic. They were supposed to play one album cover to cover. I am glad the played more than that.

These guys practically invented electronic rock music forty years ago, so my husband and I wondered what they could possibly do in concert to impress us once again. But we adore their music and so had to go. Upon hearing that the show would be in 3D, we thought, "Aren't all concerts in 3D?" But we grabbed our 3D glasses at the gate, and then proceeded to be blown away, along with the rest of the audience, as Kraftwerk guided us through a tour of their masterpieces. We were treated to a trip on the Trans-Europe Express, the Autobahn and the Tour de France. Most of the on-screen visuals were simply stunning. Further enhancing the experience was the detailed lighting. The four musicians, outfitted in light-up uniforms, remained stationed at their lit-up consoles, and they changed colors to provide contrast and punctuation to the visuals behind them. Can't say it enough: just awesome. We're so glad we got to go! Thank you Kraftwerk for all of these great years. We'll be there next time too!

Kraftwerk performed most of their greatest hits from the 70's, but didn't push the envelope, or bring much new to the table. I enjoyed the first half of the first set quite a bit, the songs and graphics were great, and I expected they would only get better, but then the momentum dissipated some and the graphics became more rudimentary. When Kraftwerk brought this stuff to us in the 70s, it was fresh and trend setting. It launched the era of digital music. The original pieces from that era still hold up, and my nostalgia for that time was sated. However, I was hoping for the group to bring out newer, fresher, more modern songs and images, maybe something more sophisticated and using the vastly improved modern technology that is now available. I hoped that they might continue to push into uncharted territory. There were a few cool things, but mainly they stuck to the format of the hits from the 70s, and I left somewhat disappointed at the missed opportunity.

Kraftwerk is a known entity. They don't dance around on stage. They basically stand at their synthesizers. The real show is their projected screen offerings, which illustrate each tune perfectly...and this time with some fun 3D effects. Some of the numbers in Numbers move toward you and back. During Spacelab "we" approach Earth and land in the Hollywood Bowl. For Autobahn all go on a 3D road trip. The best 3D effect might have been in the song The Robots, where their robot selves reach out to the audience, very stiffly. A don't miss act!

this ranks definitely in the top five concerts and performing art experiences I have been lucky enough to enjoy over the last 40 years. The Grandads of EDM were in amazing form; they birthed and developed a whole new genre of music: electronica. Their use of amazing 3-D visuals, animation and film enhance their performance and are seamlessly interwoven with The songs they perform. Moreover it is all reflective of and a commentary about modern life in the computer age. They do not shy away from controversial topics including nuclear energy and environmental disasters; and alienation, isolation and pseudo relationships resulting from technological society. I was pretty much riveted it from the start to the end between the moodiness emanating from there synthesizers, the impressionistic "lyrics," and amazing 3-D visuals creating an amazing sensory experience.

I have been listening to Kraftwerk for 40 years, and I am still listening to them. I missed their shows in 2014 when they were in LA and Vegas, and since they decided to come to San Diego, where I live now, i decided to finally go see them after listening to their music for 40 years. I think they were the very first band to ever use a drum machine and drum machines did not even exist at the time they built their own gadgets so they can make sounds that did not even exist in the early and mid 70s. Their concerts are known for being 4 guys standing at laptops or gadgets in front of a movie screen with a 3D video. The concert was exactly as I expected. They dont dance, or move around, they just stand there with their hands on their gadgets, wearing suits that look like wetsuits with grid lines on them. The suits they wear remind me of the original TRON movie from 1982. There were no surprises at this concert, other than a few images of San Diego they used from Google maps on their video. Its pretty much exactly what I expected.. 4 guys standing in front of a movie screen.. they delivered. They never talk to the audience at all, except that the very end when they said thank you and took their bows. If you dont like watching electronic music bands just standing in front of a movie screen, then this show will bore you, but if you really like Kraftwerk, and you are expecting the show to be what it is, then you can have some fun.

I was a fan of Kraftwerk and other electronic groups back in the 80s. I had no idea what to expect 30 years later. The show was the perfect mix of nostalgia and modern kitsch. There was no opening act, and the show started on time, which us old folks liked. Each audience member received a pair of 3D glasses upon entry, and each song was accompanied by a cool video. The group played all of my favorites songs and the show lasted a good 2 hours.

Getting to see Kraftwerk at all is a rare thing, and they sounded great. They also played all of their hits. My only issue was that the 3-D animation was fairly unremarkable. I suspect they were using some of the same video they used 20 years ago. A lot of the time I didn't even bother to wear the 3-D glasses I was issued. Kraftwerk used to be ahead of technology visually speaking and now it's left them behind. I think they should update their video displays and obtain better projectors and perhaps incorporate some lasers etc... Also during the song "We Are The Robots" the robotic versions of the band members that were brought on stage did not move at all. I suspect they had some technical difficulties because I've seen these robots move in videos on YouTube. Other than those things it was a good show by a seminal techno band that anyone would be lucky to see.

I haven't seen Kraftwerk for 30 years, and didn't know what to expect. I brought my 17 yo son with me and asked him to be open minded. He was floored. The 3-D graphics were even better than the show we saw by Coldplay (he of course immediately recognized the lift Coldplay had done from Kraftwerk). The staging fantastic, sound well balanced, and we finally realized they are actually "playing" the music, not merely seeing them stand still on stage. Interestingly, I found some of the older material like Autobahn and TransEurope Express sounded brand new with terrific graphic presentations. A few songs sound a little dated at this point - The Robots and Model, but otherwise things held up fantastically. Even tracks like Tour de France which had sounded lightweight to me, were completely re-invigorated with the intense visuals and archive footage of the race. I hope they come back again and again.

This concert was astounding. Incredible. I am a fan of old Kraftwerk and am used to seeing 50-year-old white computer geeks filling the seats. At this show there were a ton of young people, girls, people of color, which I felt was fantastic. These folks consider Kraftwerk to be modern Electronica and Dance. And the show came off both ways -- satisfying the dancers with the Boom, Boom, Boom, (Tschak! Ping!), and also satisfying us traditionalists by playing the songs we love. The show is a banana in comparison to apples and oranges of say AC/DC and Dave Matthews, two other great concerts this year. Kraftwerk is four old German gentleman, each with a computer console and nothing else, standing practically motionless on stage with huge A/V behind them. The music is absolutely infectious. 150 minutes straight. The best part is seeing these old rigid men start to shake their booties (just a little!) This was one of my lifetime concert highlights.

Much of their music written in the 1970's and 80's is so far ahead of its time listening to it today sounds as futuristic and fresh as ever. Combined with Bauhaus geometry, modernism's efforts toward mathematical perfection, and rhythms generated by atomic precision, Kraftwerks music transcends typology as "Techno Pop" into unbelievable works of emersive art.

Teenage years of listening to Kraftwerk on cassette tape made me a fan of analog synth pop... but I never thought I would get to see them perform live. And to top it off, they added some cool 3-D effects for the show! A dream come true...

If you like Kraftwerk, you'll love them in concert. It was the first time I saw them live and I really, REALLY enjoyed it! The 3D was fine just as something different but wasn't necessary. What I like about The Electric Factory is the general admission. Priced reasonably and if you go early you get right up to the stage!

Kraftwerk is classic awesome. A spectacular event, they put on a great show, 5 Star All The Way! Great Sound and it was a 3D show with kewl visuals throughout. They opened with Robots and it was freaky mind blowing awesomeness! The display screen they chose really captured the sound and was very well thought out and put together. These guys are each awesome in their own way, genius to the maximum! It maybe could have been a little louder in the venue but it was loud enough to really Enjoy.

When I was a teenager, I practically wore out my "Man Machine" album. Kraftwerk opened their show in Las Vegas by playing the entire album. Although it was four men standing at consoles, the 3-D video and perfect sound made for an amazingly engaging experience. Their two-hour set list also included favorites "Autobahn", "Tour de France", "Trans Europe Express" as well as most of the "Techno Pop" album. Interestingly, the song "Radioactivity" has evolved to have a definite anti-atomic theme. As the one of the pioneers of electronic music, Kraftwerk's contribution to modern house music was clearly evident. From the bouncy rhythms of "The Model" to the hard pulse of "Music Non-Stop", the show was entertaining throughout. It has renewed my interest in Kraftwerk's music.

The show was brilliant - Kraftwerk's 3-D performance was everything I had been dreaming of after missing the Minimum - Maximum tour and being part of the 99% of people who couldn't get tickets to the MoMA shows. I am such a huge fan, their music has inspired everything I do artistically and musically since the 70's and in the early 90's I re-discovered them through my electronic - synth bandmates, and as a DJ. They are just everything to me. I can't begin to explain their impact on the music of that moment let alone today's music, and honestly much better writers have done that already. They are so unbelievably influential. They did every song I'd hoped they would and surprised me with the additions of 'Metropolis' (that featured a 3-D animated black and white cityscape straight out of a Gilbert Hernandez comic book) and 'Computer Love' (with the most beautiful animated sound waves I'd ever seen) which blew my mind. They also did versions of tracks way closer to the original album versions than I'd come to expect ('The Man Machine', 'Autobahn') and it was so much fun. Unfortunately the first night crowd was awful - these were obviously the jerks that bought up all the tickets to the MoMA shows. I remember I tried to buy a MoMA ticket on craigslist and the person would only sell it to me if I was a 'hot asian girl' lol. I don't understand why people feel the need to go see artists they don't like just because it's listed as the hottest event in NYC that night - to me it's like going to a disco and sitting in the middle of the dance floor looking at your phone the whole time. Surprise, surprise to newbies, Daft Punk (whom I also love and have been a fan of for almost 20 years) weren't the first to claim to be robots. Kraftwerk are so brilliant and so funny and clever on so many levels. They write songs in five languages at once so anyone on the planet can enjoy it and everyone there just seemed dumbfounded the first night. Almost like they were fooled by the 3-D movie part, thinking that they should sit in silence with a bag of popcorn and watch the film. How can you hear their music and not want to DANCE? I mean this this is the music by the artists that spawned not one but almost every genre popular in music today. These synth sounds are still the industry standard, these beats spawned not just House and Electro but Hip-Hop and Rap! How can you not be moved by this or at least CLAP to it? But then again, these are the same people ruining Techno and House at the moment that go to 'see' DJs and not hear them and talk about 'Deadmau5's brilliant set' - as if they've ever heard a real DJ play for more than a half hour while they stand there and watch the DJ instead of dance. I just don't get that new aspect 'normal' people have added to the 'EDM' experience that the rest of us have been enjoying and dancing to for years and years. The new people (whom I applaud for embracing our culture - albeit 30 years late) just stand there making little heart symbols with their hands or doing bad versions of Sid Vicious' pogo dance instead of actually dancing to dance music. Not that any of them really bothered me until I got in a fight with some herb from Brooklyn with a soul patch, Keith Haring glasses, 400 strategically placed tattoos and a fedora - shame about that fedora lol, but god bless the guy's confidence in his pose... Apparently I was 'clapping too loud' for him and that was almost the end of the show for me right then and there but I decided to ignore him and not let the boring people around me ruin the show for me. You know the jerk actually complained to an usher that I was being too 'enthusiastic' or something, and the usher laughed in his face and said, "IT'S A CONCERT." The punk left early too didn't even stay till then end, missing a two song encore that I'm not going to give away to the people that haven't seen the show yet. So that was the impression I got and we were practically in the front row. The second night we sat way in the back and danced the entire time. Much more fun the second night. Kraftwerk played longer too, adding 'Ohm Sweet Ohm' to the set. The first night It was clear that all the real fans were up in the balcony losing their minds, dancing, cheering, clapping and getting the most out of the set. I was in the orchestra surrounded by the cast of 'Glee' unfortunately.

I've been waiting 35yrs to see Kraftwerk. They did not let me down. They played the hits without tweaking them too much and when they did tweak them it was very tastefully done. Kraftwerk's "Autobahn" show at Walt Disney Concert Hall on Tuesday was fantastic, and even better than I'd hoped it would be. Great visuals, terrific sound, and of course the songs were all outstanding, including the two cuts they played from the album. But the second night a massive let down because the set list was virtually identical to the one from the night before. Wednesday's show, "Trans Europe Express", opened with the title cut from the album, which was fine, except that I'd already seen/heard it the night before, so it had less impact. The second song was also from the album, and was new and previously unperformed, but visually it was a bit of a throw-away compared to the superior visual experience of the rest of the set, which as it turned out, was IDENTICAL to the previous night's set. "Autobahn" had one unique song, as it turned out, as did "Trans Europe Express". I imagine each of the other six shows repeated the same pattern, but that's just a guess, and I hope I'm wrong about it. Everyone I spoke to was expecting more variety, and there was great excitement about which show we were going to, because this or that album was someone's favorite. But as it turned out, none of that mattered because each set was virtually the same as the others. I flew down from Portland for this because I thought that seeing two different shows would make it worth the cost of taking time off work and traveling. I loved the first show I saw, but felt cheated after seeing the same show again the next night. Below are two photos of the same song, taken on different nights, from different seats.

Kraftwerk, proving once again, they are truly, the godfathers of electronic music.. so many artists have sampled them over the years but it's best to hear the original every time.. 3D visuals are amazing and add a whole new dimension to their show mixed with original and remixed versions of their songs.. and the sound was possibly, the best I have heard at a concert, ever..

The Hollywood bowl is a really nice venue, you go in with your drinks (soft or alcoholic) which is awesome but at the same time people around your seat gets easily tipsy and sometimes a person who can't handle their liquor can ruin the whole experience... It wasn't the case for us, but as me and my friends were leaving the venue we saw people heavily wasted, the show was all ages and no I'm not a super old lady(yet), I'm in my late 20's but it's supposed to be a concert venue not a bar!!!!! Besides that the concert was cool, visuals were great but the audio was somewhat faulty compared to the San Diego show, the shooting stars we saw at the concert were awesome too... It was a great experience for us since we traveled all the way from Tijuana to the show, I would love to come back to this venue somewhere in the future :) (sorry for any grammar errors, English is not my first language)

travelled from NYC to Philly... misadventure in public transport.. The Electric Factory was not the best venue for this show. There was a Deathstar arrangement of projectors in the middle of the room that was impossible to ignore unless you were in the from 1/3 of the room. Was very crowded. The show was enlightening... Kraftwerk are old, but not stale! I saw a couple of them move more than their fingers. A couple of them were moving their feet!

I traveled from Texas to see the legendary Kraftwerk at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia. I love seeing music in Philadelphia. The locals are good concert goers. Not every city has a population that understand how to appreciate live music. Austin is a great example of one. So is Chicago. Philadelphia is another. I've been waiting over 30 years to see this band that has had a tremendous influence on the music I listen to and appreciate. Kraftwerk are more than a band. They have a musical philosophy that was born from the ashes of post-WW II Germany and Europe. They clearly set out to make a new type of sound divorced from anything that came before it. The result is a cannon of music that has influenced music well into the 21st century. The sounds and songs of Kraftwerk are instantly recognizable on their own or in the many samples or influences where they appear. And they hold up with time and repeated playing. The show at the Electric Factory was everything I hoped for. While the songs came from their catalog that goes back to the early 70s, every note of every song sounded fresh and relevant. Highlights were SpaceLab where a space ship on the screen behind the foursome landed in the Electric Factory parking lot. Tour de France was a crowd pleaser. And Radioactivity brilliantly played against the backdrop where the message of "No Nukes" played out to the crowd. I am happy to have finally seen Kraftwerk. I am sad that Florian Schneider stopped touring back in 2008, leaving Ralf Hütter the lone original founding member. Hütter is pushing 69, so I don't know how many tours he has left in him. That's why I am glad I got the opportunity when I did to see this monumental group.

I almost came to tears during the "Radioactivity" segment and was blown away by "Tour de France" as well. Even after watching YouTube clips of previous performances and reading descriptive reviews I was completely surprised and thrilled. The crowd skewed on the older side. I brought several teenagers who had limited exposure to Kraftwerk, but they were all literally glowing following the performance and appreciated what true pioneers this group is on Electronic and Pop music in general. Also the venue is stunning. Compared to stadium or outdoor shows I was a little surprised by the comparatively sparse number of speakers when I first arrived, but it wasn't overpowering. The acoustics were fantastic and I don't think anyone could claim their hearing was damaged after a 2 hour show.

I saw them in Philly on Friday night. They were excellent, and I've waited for 40 years for an opportunity to see the great and legendary Kraftwerk from Germany. Meticulous attention to detail - they even tailored a video segment for this specific venue by superimposing an animated flying saucer landing (over a photograph of the venue) in the parking lot. That got a lot of cheers. It was a standing room only club, so about 3000 of us stood for 2-1/2 hours. They played many songs from Computer World and Man Machine (great, as those are my favorites) during the first half or so, then a couple from each of their other albums. I couldn't figure out what each of them were playing or contributing to the sound until the end of the show with their final song, Music Non-Stop. Each member stopped playing, took a bow, and walked off stage in turn, until only Ralf was left, playing melodies and chords over the rhythm program. Except for Ralf, who sometimes played phrases real time, the other three appeared to be starting, stopping, and adjusting program sequences for bass, percussion, sound effects, and counterpoint/musical embellishments, synced together by rhythm tracks. Each keyboard/ computer workstation looked identical, so it seems they were each responsible for certain preprogrammed sequences and adjustments in the mix of sounds. I was told by another concertgoer that one member was responsible solely for programming the video projections. They stood almost stock still, except for hands and fingers. Ralf allowed himself a bit of toe-tapping and leg shifting, but that was about it. The 3D graphics, videos, and animations projected on the screen held almost all of the visual interest. The sound was crisp and clean; loud but not too loud and not distorted. I think they must be rather selective about which places they play, and then they prepare carefully before the shows, so everything is wonderfully coordinated and synced up in the multimedia and sound presentation. It's back to the future, ironically, as they've been futuristic for nearly 40 years! The show itself was fairly similar overall to what I saw of their European tour on the Minimum/Maximum concert video issued several years ago. Some of the song arrangements were somewhat new. I was quite happy to finally see them, especially Ralf Hutter, the only original member. Too bad Florian Schneider and Karl Bartos are departed. They had contributed much in terms of music composition. The current lineup haven't produced any new music after 10 years or more. They are simply reproducing the legacy in concert.

I've been a fan of Kraftwerk since the mid 1970s. I missed them the last time they performed in the Philadelphia area back in 1981 and I wasn't going to miss them again! The Electric Factory show was stunning! The surround sound was magnificant. I heard that Kraftwerk goes to great lengths to ensure top-notch sound quality at every venue where they perform and this show demonstrated that! The 3D visuals were totally fun. Even though the musicians play their synths with very little movement, the large screen behind them becomes the canvas for a totally visual experience! Each song had its own distinct presentation. The set list was a greatest hits collection. This show was everything I hoped it would be!

The band is still going strong. I saw them in the 1980-s; they were revolutionary then and more artistic. They are still great but lost there cutting edge ways and more pop than art. The graphics were amazing. I loved the Tour de France that had the most nuanced approach. I highly appreciated the " We are the robots" addition and that they playing more after the main concert was done. My partner who never heard them found the concert amazing.
