Great seat and view. Playoff game, so you know the atmosphere in the arena was through the roof!

It was the first time in Miami and the first time that i saw a NBA game. I really loved. I felt like a child when I saw all the lights all the show.

Love the game. The stadium was beautiful. Can t wait to go back we purchased tickets 4 months ago then found out Wade was coming back that was such a treat.

We did the Papa John's meal deal and had a group of six. Everything went well and we had a good time! Only problem was they need more people at the doors for security to make the lines go faster.

Dwane Wade is the key of interesting for Miami Heat.

I was on vacation in Miami and going to this game was just the right thing to do. The place itself is amazing. A lot of options to eat, clean restrooms, polite people... Very very different of this kind of event in Brazil. I and my boyfriend loved it. Additionally, buying from ticketmaster and pick up your ticket at the day of the event was perfect. No lines, no waiting, just fine. I recommend.

The game was great. Intensity wasn't the best but i believe the coach made some mistakes at the end that cost the Heat the game. The audio was missing some power.

Going to the heat game is always enjoyable especially when we win! The AA Arena is great and you can get a great view of the game regardless of where you are seating.

it was the opening night in Miami and they blew away the Knicks! To top it all, the ticket deal that I received via ticketmaster was awesome!

Yesterday's opening game wasn't a thriller and the players still seemed to enjoy their summer vacation. The play systems were yet a little bit rusty and personally I didn't like how the Heat Big Star looking uninterested dragged his feet coming back to the defence. Not a good example to the rest of the team. A future MVP has to play also defence. Luckily the Heat were so much superior to the opponent that this didn't cost this time.

The game was awesome. The seats are high up but I could still see all the action.

The Miami Heat has an amazing defense, I think they might just make the playoffs again. The dancers were spectacular. The retiring of Hardaways jersey was a very nice touch to the whole evening. I have only one complaint $9.00 for a bottle of beer is outrageous. That should not be legal. There should be a cap as to what can be the top price of any beverage/food item. It is ridiculous to think that you will sell at that price. If it was lower people might buy more.

I LOVED THIS EVENT- I WOULD LOVE TO ATTEND AGAIN - OF COURSE CLOSER SEATS. I LOVED THE CERAMONY FOR HARDAWAY AND JUST THE WHOLE VIBE WAS AMAZING. WOULD LIKE MORE SPECIAL OFFERS SENT TO ME.

This game between Miami heat and Sna Antonio Spurs was very pleasant.... The only bad things was the atmosphere... Not to many people due to the importance of this game.... I hope that I will be able to come back during the season.

It was a fun night at the Yum watching the Heat vs the Pelicans, but I didn't know that Miami was going to be the "Home" team. Seemed strange, especially since Russ Smith and Anthony Davis play for the Pelicans and are by far the crowd favorites. Got confusing sometimes.

Great fun. Great atmosphere. Need more NBA games in Kentucky.

Even though Miami was the "home" team It felt like the Pelicans were the real home team because of the 3 locals(2 Ky players and a U of L player). I would've bought an Anthony Davis shirt but they only had Heat stuff. Overall a fun time and wish Louisville would get an NBA team of its own.

We had an amazing time watching Miami Heat play on our very own UofL floor at the YUM center, Watching DWade and Chris Bosh, Mario Chalmers, and of course our very own Russ Smith play his first NBA game back home was great!! My boys and myself had a great time!! :-)

Game 4 was no different than Game 3 for the Miami Heat and us Miami Heat Fans: a brutal ass-whipping all over again! The perfection of the Spurs offense along with a demoralised Heat were evident from the beginning of the game: very little could save us from perfect Basketball, in the hands of the Spurs. It was fun to see Mike Tyson & Tommy Hilfiger among celebrity fans (TIP: always take *binoculars* to the game!), but it was a bit less fun to see the Heat beat at home twice in a row :( On the upside: I got to focus in on Spo & team on the bench, with my binoculars, perfectly - I could actually read Spo's board!!

My dream is to go with my dad to a Miami Heat Game. So going to a Road Rally is the closest to the heat that I can get. It was amazing to be there and see my dad jump up and down and screaming was unforgettable, my dad is 74 years old and gone throw cancer he is a my winner. Again Thank you Road Rally for giving me the opportunity to experience the Heat game with my dad I will never forget it. Thanks.......

I had a lovely, fun filled time at the game. The arena was filled with excitement and great entertainment although the outcome was not I wanted. I was CONFIDENT that King James and the Heat would respond with a vengeance in Game 6. LET'S GO HEAT!

The atmosphere was electric everybody was pumped up. There were more people then the 1st road rally I say 3 - 4 xs more. Upper deck was opened and full. It seemed like a regular season game. Everybody thought the Heat would close out the Championship Series that nite. But Lebron got into foul trouble and was out most of the game. The Heat kept it close to the end and when a basket was scored by them the place got really loud topping the noise meter. I like that when the t-shirt throws into the stands was done the sections in the V between the endzone and side were part of the throws and not ignored like in the last road rally game - I made a note off this I my last review. At the end of the game the Heat down by 2 I said to my gf they have to go for the 3 and the win or bring the series to Miami for a game 6 and a win at home. How sweet it is w the win in Miami in game 6. LETS GO HEAT 3PEAT YES YES YES!

Great time. Being a part of an audience just as excited to cheer on our Miami Heat was amazing....dancers, Bernie and the other staff did an excellent job keeping us entertained and excited throughout!

With every time we go to the Heat games there is always a good time had! From moment we enter the employees are so friendly and helpful. The energy, the show, the DJ, Bernie is a Big Plus, Banana Man the Cheer Leaders, the Golden Oldies, even our own Julia Dale the national anthem singer who will make you have goose bumps, TV Cam so much going on so much excitement. The Fans are the greatest! Wish I could go to more games, love being in this Arena! It's a day of fun to be remembered!

It was very exciting to see a live game and be close to the players, but the atmosphere is great, and definitely, if God permits back to another game in the future; I recommend it.

Heat game is always exciting but against the rockets added more flair. They lost to the rockets 2 weeks ago so the rematch at home was going to be all that. And it was spring break in Miami

I came all the way from st.thomas U.S. Virgin Islands First heat game. wade didn't play who is my favorite player but the experience was great overall and would come again next season. It's ironic though how heat open their arena only 1 hour before but the magic open their amway center 2 hours before! Lol

It was the first time to see NBA game, it is wonderful, I really enjoy the game! I always can see " make noise", "loud Miaim", the feeling is good, I like it! If I have any chance, I will visit the American Airlines Arena again!

The place is really cool, everything works really well, seats are comfortable... Just don't forget to go with a jacket, the air conditioner is extremely powerful and i almost froze in there.

It was an incredible night for me. For the first time, I was at AAA to watch a Miami Heat game. From the outset, upon entering the AAA, the front desk was excellent. Fun, happy and well educated staff. I won a bag and bought the Item of the game, to bring of memory to Brazil. The Heat played very well, started losing but soon prevailed and turned the game, finishing with almost 30 points ahead. Thank you, Miami Heat. What a fantastic night!

The game was great, my first Spurs game without "The Big Fundamental." Miami did battle back, even getting a one-point lead late. The atmosphere and amenities were all great. I will be back again (although I might take the train instead of driving!)

Great family event. My parents never been to arena, they loved it. My dad is a mad heat fan. Seats were amazing. On the normal we can't afford it. So it was great to be able to do this. Amazing experience.

Ohhh my God......this couldn t be better. A big win. We visited 2 home games in 1 week. First game 322 second game 418. There are no bad seats in this stadium..... the 300 and 400 have such a great view on the court. Hope to come back in 1 or 2 years. We were with 3, 2adults 1 9yr. Old. Lets go heat...lets go!!!!

The games are always amazing! The seats were great. Once you sit in the 100s, there's no going back lol I only wish they had a halftime performance as they usually do, especially at a playoff game. But nonetheless, it was a great game with great seats for the price.

This was my first nba game and first sports events in USA (I'm French and was on holiday). Nothing special to say about the match : it's nba, players are top level, some really good action here. The top thing I'll remember : Americans know how to entertain people : the play time itself is less than one hour, but during almost 3 hours, pre match, game, time out, etc, no pause and no dead time. Music, cheerleaders, camera filming the crowd, small video report during time out, everything is entertaining et make the time past like a bullet! I'm not a basketball guy especially, but I highly recommend nba games in Miami!

First time watching a NBA Game and it was awesome. I would recommend to all the NBA fans to go to a game.

Definite must to go see Miami Heat. I'm not even a basketball fan but it was a brilliant game and the entertainment was second to none. We had great seats too and everyone was so friendly. Got given first timer badges and a birthday badge for my boyfriend. Overall great event and well worth it.

it was my first time in the AA arena and i was amazed with the successful organization and the order. It was very easy to find my seat and everybody was very helpful with their smiling faces. I was amazed with the Heat Nation and played along, cheered up like a fan, especially when it was tie till the very last second. Thanks for the great game!

Good event in Miami is to see the Lakers when they are playing there even with this bad team.

Easy, quickly, fast. Just come to place, receive my tickets. I'll do this way again.

We enjoyed the game very much(the parts we got to see at least) and we were on the 4th level but still considered it a great view. After the 1st half, we went to get our food(the papa johns meal deal) . After waiting for 30 minutes and missing half of the 3rd quarter, we finally get to the front of the line and the lady tells us they are out of pizza. I was really disappointed they were not making this announcement to us while we were in line and instead have us wait Till we get to the register. Then they said we should try the 1st level. So my husband sent us back in the stadium and went down to get the food. He missed most of the 4th half while on this search. His experience was not so great when he got there because they were out of pizza there too, so he asked if they could at least comp us with hot dogs and which they reluctantly did. So overall stadium great, game was awesome , traffic was crazy, food stations by far not prepared. Oh, parking worked out great as I purchased our parking tickets online that same day and within 5 minutes walking distance to stadium.

I would recommend watching a game of the Miami Heat to everyone who is interested in sports. Good entertaining and show without a break. Good value for this event.

Im not a basketball fan but i really enjoy sports. The match was catchy and the Arena is amazing! I went with 4 friends so it was impossible not having fun!!!!

All I can say: it's an amazing experience to all people. even you have 5 years or 80 years, to watch an NBA game is always an incredible and nice experience, with a lot of joy and happyness.

well organized, greatfun. Only negative point was parking, booked online at ParkJockey, as they tried to send away, though booked and paid space via internet. But the Event itself, was great, even police officer nearby was very friendly and helpful.

The Miami Heat Road Rally was so much fun! The entertainment staff made sure the crowd was super hyped and loud! Too bad The Heat lost, but I had fun, fun, fun!

I thought that it wasnt that good. There should have been more interective things or games. Also i couldnt see very well. But the atmosphere was well.

I loved being able to experience the away game with so many other fans! The fans are part of the show. The only regret i have where our seats. Seats arents bad to watch a live game but not good to watch the game in the monitors. Horrible view of the TVs. I wish they were bigger. But other than that it was fun!!

We wanted to have as close to a play-off experience as we couls without being there. The big screens, the band, the DJ, the Heat Dancers ans the background music in between plays made us feel like we were there. Given the price of game 7 tickets, thank you American Express for providing an option for families. My kids had a great time.

Our family had the most wonderful experience. It started with meeting Tim Hardaway and getting his autographed photo and a photo with my son. We then had photos taken with the 2012 NBA World Championship Trophy. This was ALL FREE. The entire game event was just like a home game, minus the players. At the end of the game we were allowed onto the court to shoot free throws. The HEAT organization are top notch in showing fans a great time. We look forward to next year. LET's GO HEAT !!!

It is fun seeing other Heat fans get into the mood, plus no wife behind you saying "tone it down a little bit" when you cheer for your players.

The road rally's are great! Lots of entertainment and watching the game on the screens is great! I would definitely recommend this event to pror, wait I already do! Let's Go Heat :)

How could it not be, Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals. And of course the Heat winning and moving on the the NBA Championship Finals. Parked close by. Fans were electric. Arena had good views all over. And the company was great.
