The look and sound like Bruce and The E Street Band. The BRUCE interpreter, has him down to a tee. This includes sprinsteen's movements and his rap. If you love Bruce, you will love The Rising. The rising played 2 1/2 Hours, much like Bruce would. The singer did not even drink water for the last hour. An amazing performance.

When I first asked my friend (who is a HUGE Springsteen fan) to go. I figured it would just be a night out for both of us. However, when the opening band "Bon Journey" came out, we kinda laughed because it was a bit hokey - then sounded pretty good, then proceeded to be excellent! They sang all the hits and he hit every Steve Perry high note! Enter "The Rising" Holy Cow does this guy look like Bruce! Sounds like him, walks, talks, moves, sings....We actually had to watch his mouth because we thought it was not real. We were in awe of him for the most part all night. This was a GREAT TIME! They were excellent and we would go see both bands again!

The Rising played an impressively energetic set of ~25 songs that lasted over 2 hours. The show is a must for the real fan as this tribute surpasses all prior attempts to recreate the Springsteen concert experience. This isn't merely a glorified Karaoke gig. The band is made up of solid musicians that work together as a team. Frontman Tom Vitorino pulls it all together applying grace to a performance that reflects, not mimics, the style of a legend.

Big Bruce fan. Seen e street band live 40 times live. Difficult to see imitation. However the songs are still great to hear. See it once.

As a 30+ year fan of Bruce and the E Street band who has seen numerous ESB shows, I wasn't sure if I would enjoy seeing a tribute band like The Rising. Well, The Rising put on a great performance that any avid Bruce fan would enjoy. This band has definitely done their homework in replicating the live versions of all the Springsteen classics. I notice subtle things in The Rising performance that only avid fans would pick up. If The Rising is performing in your part of the country, go see them. You won't be disappointed.

Been a Boss fan for 40 years...seen many concerts - seen many tribute bands...The Rising was the best I've seen! 7 member band - big sound - great selection of songs - not just the hits...and as a boss fan - I like to hear the other stuff...very engaging! Lead singer - "Bruce" was very energetic - had all of the boss mannerisms down to a "t"...had all the moves...but delivered the goods...got the crowd involved...we had fun and heard great music...what more do you want! Definitely got my money"s worth! Will see them again if they return - definitely!

The Rising truly is a great Springsteen cover band. They played a great variety of Bruces' music and sounded awesome. I am a huge fan of the venue that they played at in Huntington, New York. The Paramount is a small concert hall with great sound and the crowd was totally into the band. Lots of Fun.
