Armor For Sleep

Armor for Sleep was even better live then i could have imagined. Usually for bands i love, when i see them live, it is a disappointment. For this show though, i was not disappointed. This was their last show unfortunately, So I guess talking A4S doesnt mean much for the future. I'm glad i got to see them at least once! This was the first time ive heard The Company We Keep and Ashtree. The company we keep was surprisingly really good. Beautiful voice, songs werent hard to get through at all. Eventually i could pick up the lyrics and sing the end of the songs. Very nice. Ashtree started off weird. At first i didnt care for them. But then they got catchy and seemed to warm up.

AFS played amazing. The show was everything i would have hoped for and more!!

What is there to say? This was probably the final stage performance of one of the most important emo bands, and the authors of my favorite album. I never thought I'd get a chance to see them live, and then out of nowhere they come back for a farewell tour, and there I am mere feet away from them. Armor For Sleep was fantastic. If I didn't know, I wouldn't have guessed they were a band that had been apart for several years, playing on borrowed equipment. They sounded perfect, and there was such an energy in that room. I think most, maybe all, of the attendees were like me - getting a chance they never thought they'd have, to see a band that was a huge part of their lives, and then seemingly dropped off of the Earth. The opening acts were quite good as well. Sometimes they're a little dodgy, but these guys (The Company We Keep and Ashtree) were VERY good.

Best concert I have ever been to. They (AFS) are great live and was an awesome choice of songs.

i love this band, they have such a unique style that it will be hard to replace!!!! I RElate To Them alot!!!! My Fav Band Next to Linkin Park And The USEd i love u guys!! Kome TO AZ!!!! Tucson and kick some ass!!!!1 Transformers Style woooo!!!!!!
