Prince Royce

Since his 2010 debut, Dominican American crooner Prince Royce has become a permanent fixture at the top of the Billboard Tropical and Latin charts. His third studio album, 2013’s chart-topping Soy El Mismo, blends bachata and mariachi elements with sleek R&B-inspired production to dazzling effect, as featured on lead single “Darte un Beso” and the Selena Gomez-featured “Already Missing You.” Born in 1989 in the Bronx, Royce started writing songs in his early teens, ultimately settling on bachata, an Afro Latino style of music popularized in the Dominican Republic, as his genre of choice. His self-titled 2010 debut and 2012 follow-up Phase II were both hugely successful, earning him Latin Grammy nominations for Best Tropical Album and Best Tropical Fusion album respectively.

Prince Royce was superb. Only part of the concert that I would change would be the part of him bringing two girls up on stage. This part was completely lame and killed the concert. But I would certainly like to see him again.

The venue was very classy and decorated nicely. Once Prince Royce came out the area near the stage became very hot and warm and people started to become dehydrated. It became very sticky and uncomfortable, but it was worth it! He was amazing!! : )

First off his entrance was adorable I loved how he started off with the song "Ven Conmigo" it was a perfect way to get the crowd going. I was so in love with his whole performance. He was super engaged with the audience he kept it going and above all made everyone feel apart of his journey he did amazingly well. I was so glad I was able to witness his first performance in San Diego I can't wait for future performances he is a MUST SEE. <333 I regret not getting meet and greet tickets I met him once before and I would love to meet him again.

My daughter And I had a wonderful time at the Prince Royce Concert at Radio City Music Hall. He was Amazing ! we sang to all his songs. he's such a humble person ,my daughter was filled with so much joy and happiness when she got the chance to meet Prince Royce after the show. It was her Dream Come true! I am so thankful to all who made it happen. The Staff was pleasant and helpful with us especially that my daughter is disable and uses a wheelchair this was my daughters first time at Radio city and the staff made it a memorable experience. thank you.

First of all, he is SO HANDSOME and never looks bad. He is so engaging with his fans and makes everyone feel special. No Autotune, no electronic gimmicks. Just the band, and the pure talent of his voice and charisma. Music at its finest. Truly unforgettable experience and the venue was very intimate but yet he still performed like 50,000 fans were watching. Truly Talented.

Must say, it was probably one of the best night ever!! I did the whole meet and greet, and was very pleased! I would do it all over again! The only not so cool thing was the whole general admission...it was just sooo hot and girls trying to push over to get to the front. One thing, GET THERE EARLY, as i did. This was the best show that I have ever been too. There were a few roblems though. First off, the Meet & Greet was originally scheduled to be done before the actual show started, and at the last minute it was changed to after the show. Then the show was supposed to start at 10 pm and it didn't actually start until about 11:45pm - 12:00am. The show itself was excellent, (I recieved the rose from him during his love song) He is an xcellent preformer. But at the end of the show, when we were supposed to do the Meet & Greet, we were rushed into a small room about three at a time and were only given enough time to snap a quick picture and then rushed out by his management team. This was a huge disappointment because I paid so much for the VIP ticket. Hopefull I will be able to see him again in the future and actually have longer to say hello. I LOVE PRINCE ROYCE!!! The only thing that could top this show is seeing him again and getting to actually speak to him!!!

The reason for my 2 star overall ratings is due to the following: first, there was a super long line that wrapped around the block, the staff were rude and not directing people correctly, the concert started about an hour late and the opening DJ was extremely annoying - he kept on saying that P.Royce was coming out in five minutes for 45 minutes. The air conditioning should have been on HIGH since the theater holds 3000 people, it was too hot. The event was about 1hr long. I guess you get what you pay for. However, Prince Royce and his short performance gets a 4 star. He has a bright future ahead of him, I wish him well.

Prince Royce Concert was excellent. But the meet and greet was a total disappointment. I did not actually meet or greet him. it was a 2sec picture and then nexttt. The workers kicked us out. so I was very disappointed I paid so much money for practically nothing.

I love prince Royce no matter what I'll never stop going to his concerts!! What I wasn't happy with was that I paid $400 for meet and greet tickets and what we got was 2 secs with prince Royce ... They rushed us right out and we didn't even get to take our own pics but the one they took ... Which was 1 picture and I looked terrible !! I will def think twice about getting meet and greet tickets next time was not happy at all .........!!!!!

Prince Royce's concert was the best. Rosemont theater was the perfect place because since its a small place i got to see him so closely. The staff wasn't rude and really helpful. Meeting him was the best experience i got to hug my idol :D . I really enjoyed this experience, such a beautiful memory I'll never forget. Rosemont theater is the perfect place for a concert if you really want to enjoy a good view.

Prince Royce was awesome!! Only complaint would be the selling of shirts. A worker told us we would be able to buy a particular shirt and when we went back she told us we couldn't purchase them anymore. Other than that, the event was an amazing experience and super fun!

This was the best concert I have been to, though I was sitting first row center! Prince Royce is an excellent performer and interacts with the audience a lot! I have seen him perform two other times and he just keeps getting better and better! Of course Frankie J was incredible as well the surprise appearance by Daddy Yankee! I was able to do the meet and greet and I will say that Prince Royce is such a down to earth guy and he has an awesome sense of humor too! I cannot wait until the next Prince Royce concert!

Let's separate the review. Prince Royce: Amazing, charismatic, charming, excellent voice, wonderful song list, entertaining...but not on time. The opening act was another artist name Coronel (never heard of him) and it was almost on point 7.30ish pm. He finished 30 minutes later and Prince Royce did not start until after 9pm. This made as leave at 10.45pm missing the best songs (he left them for the end) cause we needed to catch the sitter and next time everybody needed to work. I do consider the artist been late very disrespectful like our time is not as important as his. And, it was raining, open concert, we had to sit under the rain for a while. While nothing was happening at the stage. Boohhh The Venue: The Bayfront Park Amphitheater. It needs renovation. Desperately. Many of the seats were broken, signage is not properly distributed, people would jump from seat to seat. It was raining and they allowed umbrellas (ridiculous) so whenever someone in front of you would open the umbrella you would see NOTHING. Only a singing umbrella. Sound was ok. But I would not recommend this venue. NO.

I've followed Prince Royce since his first single- "Stand by Me" . I knew he was a Latin artist I had to see in concert one day so when I found out he was coming to NYC I got so excited. I went with my mom as a fun summer night out after work and it was TOTALLY WORTH IT! He had us on our feet the whole time- Singing and Dancing the night away. He performed songs from all 5 of his albums, which the whole audience enjoyed. From 2 Dominicanas we give him 2 thumbs up!! :)
