The show was unforgettable !!! due to poor sound check. We couldn't understand a word the artists were singing. Will not pay that amount of money any more to come and see an artist at this venue.

Couldn't understand the singer. Seats are too tight. Long lines for drinks and not enough sats to buy drinks. The women bathroom were nasty with vomit.

Was really looking forward for this concert but it was a fail. The sound was horrible you could not understand what they were singing. Not well organized many interruptions from moving equipment to sound change.

The seats are extremely uncomfortable can't enjoy it t all. Fantasma didn't really sing his songs he sang other artist music. The sound was pretty bad and muffled.

You could not make out any of the singers words or lyrics because of the sound system being so horrible. We should all be reimbursed.

I have been blessed enough to be able to go to many concerts not just in Spanish or English but this concert by far was the most disappointing. The musicians were not the issue, they were entertaining and very down to earth. The problem was with the sound and the fact that you could not hear clearly. The technicians should have done a better job making sure that the quality of sound was CLEAR and UNDERSTANDABLE. I hope that they pass this information along to the event planner.
