Myself and a friend went last minute and we were so glad we did!! The concert blessed my soul and was great from start to finish. The artist, the songs, the spirit was on point. All in all, it was time and money well spent.

I totally enjoyed the show. It was 90 percent concert, 10 percent church on a Saturday evening and my friends and I really enjoyed the performances. Erica is amazing and the opening acts were vivacious and sang great as well!

I brought my youth department, jr youth leaders, youth leaders and pastor and wife to this event. It was great. We drove from Ruston Louisiana area (Bernice). It was well worth the trip. If I had to make any suggestions it would be to try to have it on Saturday evening so that those traveling from a distance can be prepared for work on Monday. Looking forward to the next time.

the venue is very small and uncomfortable at times the food was good but highly overpriced.

One word Amazing.... I think Erica Campbell looked great. I was able to take a picture with her husband which by the way was very nice and very approachable... The next time Erica Campbell is in town I will definitely be there..

BB Kings is an intimate venue. If you are not able to make it there extremely early, then I would recommend paying the extra money and reserving a booth. I went to this show with my wife and three kids (ages 5,7, 8). We had a booth that was center stage and we all had a great time. Isaac Caree got the crowd ready with a few songs and Tasha Cobbs set the atmosphere and really made it feel like a true worship service. Erica Campbell came out and was absolutely amazing. There is nothing like a gospel show with live music. Her talent is unmatched in gospel or secular music. Her new album is phenomenal! If she is coming to your. If she is coming to your city then I definitely recommend going. You will not be disappointed.

The Concert was amazing. However, I Did not like that I had to stand for the whole event.

The show started a little late but was high energy once it got started. All performers seemed comfortable with the crowd and gave their best. Erica Campbell proved that she can command the stage, even without sister Tina. Great job!!

Erica Campbell is one incredibly talented gospel singer. You can tell when she worked the crowd it was from a place of love and kindness for her love of The Lord. That was real for me. She is a truly blessed soul for Christ. No wonder her album is no# 1!!!! What was not good is the Howard theatre's inept and absent minded servers and their lack of seating accommodations. The show was off the hook but the venue was not quite what they talked it up to be.

Had to stand up because very limited seating at Howard Theater. Tasha Cobbs was absolutely awesome, wish she had more time onstage. Erika Campbell was good. The album sounds very different from Mary Mary sounds, but I appreciate the diversity.

The concert was amazing. She had so much energy and sounded great! There was so much passion in her voice and you could really tell she felt what she was singing. I cant wait for another concert of hers!!!

Erica Campbell rocked the house. She is so encouraging and has a great ministry inside of her that she is blessing people with through her musical talent. She has so much energy! She tore that stage up and looked GOOD while doing it.

Erica Campbell was absolutely amazing, she was a barbie rockstar. She's so pretty and way smaller than she looks on TV. She can sang, and scream the roof off. She puts her all into every performance and dances like Tina Turner a bit. Erica sang a song called "Eddie" for her father that recently passed away and her sister Goo Goo was there on the side crying. Another sister was on stage singing background for Erica. Issac Caree sung first after the lady from 104.1 spoke, she told her testimony and Issac sang for about ten minutes, only two to three songs but he was amazing as expected. Tasha Cobbs, whom at first I didnt know who she was until they said the woman that sings Break Every Chain, then I realized who she was. She told her story, she sang her story and had a voice that was a mixture of Chrisette Michele, Ledisi and Fantasia; The Perfect Combination. I was blown away. I didnt like how Howard Theatre had only a few tables with chairs because I purchased a ticket for my grandmother and she cannot stand up that long. They ended up providing us with seats because she asked for them a few times. Overall, a wonderful show!!

At the start of the evening, I was extremely disappointed because the venue where Erica was performing ran out of seats, although I arrived 1 1/2 hours before the show AND had my tickets a month or more in advance. I talked to the manager and was refused a refund, as I didn't want to stand for 3hours. That's nuts to me. By the time Erica sang I NEED JUST A LITTLE MORE JESUS, having no seat was a distant memory, and I was so glad that I stayed. As they used to say in my church, Erica "showed up and showed out"!!! She put on an outstanding (no pun intended) performance, and you could feel the spirit there. I love that song and her band was on fire as well. My advice, if Erica Campbell comes to your town, BUY A TICKET!!! You won't be disappointed.

Erica was great!!! Energy was wonderful, band was great, and her vocals were amazing........venue, not so great, and food and drinks are way over priced

Erica Campbell is an anointed, spirit filled and beautiful representative of a Christ-Like performance. She truly gave her all in the name Jesus! I loved her show!

The show was great all the performers were good with the exception of Tasha Cobb's she was Awesome she had the annoiting all over her. I would have given this rating 5 stars however standing for several hours was the worst. I would not recommend attending a event at this venue.

I have nothing but great things to say about Erica!!I love her! She is amazing in every way!She is kind and down to earth and did not hesitate to talk to us and take a picture with my husband and I!!!

The Gospel Explosion was great entertainment and ministry!

It was an awesome show from start to finish. Canton Jones, Jerkalyn Carr, and Erica were amazing.

The Gospel Explosion was AMAZING! I was not disappointed at all. We had great seats and were pretty close to the stage. I had never heard of the Comedian Smallfire before but o know her now and would see her again. Jekalyn Carr & Erica Campbell did an outstanding performance and I would like to see them come back. Continue to offer more gospel concerts of this magnitude.

The overall quality of the concert was mediocre. All acts were good, but the sound system was horrible. Obviously no sound check was done before the concert started. There were issues with sound balance the entire night, so much so that Erica's band couldn't even accompany her on stage. She had to use tracks. Also, there probably was too many acts on the ticket. Concert started at 7:30pm. It was 11pm before Erica hit the stage. Too many people on stage during performances that were not a part of the performance. This was distracting to say the least.

The Erica Campbell & Friends show in Florence, SC was ok. There was a lot of local talent, which was great to see. However, some interpretive dance by not-very-talented folks. Also - Erica finally took the stage, but it was more than THREE HOURS later. Sound problems - the entire left tower of speakers kept cutting out. In all, the show was FOUR HOURS long - Erica sang 3 songs, and I didn't want to leave because I had paid to see HER. Production was amateur and they should have cut 30% of the other "talent."

The venue ran out of parking but they didn't know. I would prefer they have someone keeping track. The show started 15min after 8. Every performance was wonderful. I thought the amt charged for a floor seat was wack since we had to sit in plastic folding chairs. We were very close together not enough space to really praise and worship with the singers. Overall the performace from Janice Gaines, Brian wilson, byron cage erica campbell and gerald haddon and his wife were phenomenal. A+ ON THE PERFORMANCE

This was a great concert by Erica Campbell and friends. Ms. Erica gave a terrific performance and gave her all to the audience in her hour set, which included her music from her Help CD. She even teased the audience with snippets of rearranged Mary Mary hits! My only suggestion would be that there may be a tad too many "friends" on the show. Erica did not come on stage until after 10 pm and the concert started at 8 pm. This was a Sunday night with work and school the next day. Moving forward, I would suggest more Erica Campbell, less friends (also the friends sang too many songs which caused the concert to feel prolonged). Can't wait to see Erica and Tina back together again doing what they do best...Mary Mary!

I truly enjoyed myself. I was not just a gospel concern, we worshiped and praised God in that place. All the performers were wonderful and you can tell are truly blessed. Of course Erica Campbell was the star and she is an awesome artist and performer.

Erica did a great show, however was very disappointed with the meet and greet. The advertisement stated that it would be a meet and greet with autograph. This was not the case the meet and greet consisted of a 2 min pic opportunity with not Erica Campbell all performers taken by the radio station and then pretty much pushed on out the door. To me this was FALSE advertisement and very disappointing!

The show was WAY TOO LOUD!!!! My sister and I had to leave before Erica got on stage because of the music being loud. First singer wasn't too great but the rest of the show was enjoyable as could be with the bass thumping WAY TOO LOUD!!!

The show was great. Anita Wilson and Bryan Courtney Wilson were AWSOME. The really set the atmosphere.

It was very nice. I thought the music was a little too loud except for Ms. Campbell's performance. However, I was very disappointed that my VIP tickets did not yield a photo or autograph but it was a pleasure meeting her. I would recommend this event for others as well.

This was the worst show I have ever attended, the music was so loud that we couldn't understand a word the.performers was singing. We waited for Erica to perform in hopes that the show would be better. It got worst my wife and I left the show after her second song . We ask the waiter several times to tell the manager that the music was too loud. No adjustment was made to lower the sound. of the patrons sitting around us also left the show before and when we left the show.

Erica Campbell was PHENOMENAL! The acts before her were magnificent as well. I will surely support her again!!!

Although a late start due to soundcheck issues, Erica definitely made up for the lost time that we stood outside. The opening acts were really good especially Brian Courtney Wilson and the Greater Allen Cathedral Choir.

Erica Campbell was great . What was upsetting was the seating I was not informed that seating was on a first come first serve basis, had I known that I would have gotten way before show time so I ended up standing. The next big problem I had was that it wasn't just Erica Campbell it was Erica Campbell and friends. I don't like all gospel music so had I know that there was others going to perform I would not have gotten the tickets. Finally I left the show early standing for two hours was very uncomfortable.

We had 3 tickets for a show named Erica Campbell First we wait 30 mn before beîg served as no server was assogned at our table. Then after 1h15 no Erica Campbell. We had a godspell chorus, and we were not hete to listé to "Jesus will" or my prier are for you. Another guy then with a syntetjiser band. At 9'15 we quite as Erica Czmpbell was not yet on stage and not in the quick annoucement. We buy tuckets for Erica Campbell not for her friends. A real scandal

Erica-Flawless. Her Friends - Flawless. Even with sound issues (BB Kings Sound Board Issues???) Everyone gave their ALL.

The Erica Campbell show was OUTSTANDING! It was DEFINITELY worth the TWO HOUR (up & back) drive from Wilmington Delaware!! I would do it again when she returns!

Concert was fine BUT the seating was insufficient.

The event, the show was really good, but I was not impressed with Howard and won't recommend this venue for anything.

The show was AMAZING. I felt the spirit of the Lord in that building. I had a great time once the show started. People and artists alike had to stop and give the Lord due praise. I left feeling uplifted...all kinds of chains were broken (s/o to Tasha Cobbs), we praised Him in the middle (Hey Mr. Caree) and I realized that with a little more Jesus it looks like I'm gonna make it thru (Yes! Mrs. Campbell!). The ONLY reason I didn't give this show 5 stars is because of the seating arrangement. Per the artist (EC) request only a half floor was available for seating and according to the manager of the theater they had to convince her to allow that. Now I understand Ms. Campbell wants her fans to have the space to run and dance and get down on a praise break...but we're mostly church going folk and we know how to shout in aisle if need be. There were several elders who were without seats and had to stand for hours...people with knee, back and hip problems. I was NOT happy about that. Older folks being sent up about 50 steps to arrive to no seat? SMH. Other than that mess....It was a wonderful experience!

The entire concert was amazing...Erica Campbell is such a blessing and an inspiration...Her live for Christ was evident and it changed the atmosphere...Good job Erica

The anticipation of this event grew all during my busy week leading up to this event. The traffic and the parking got on my last nerve, but Erica made all that disappear as she gave her all in a grand performance during each of her many selections. She truly put on a great show and at a good value too. I look forward to seeing her again in the near future.!!

Loved the concert had a wonderful time but I wasn't happy with the standing room only it wasnt comfortable standing for 4 hours.

I really didn't like standing outside for 2 hours. Doors didn't open until 7:00 not good
