The energy was amazing, the production electrifying, and the powerful talent from both For King & Country and Skillet were above expectations. These musicians and singers brought it all to the stage...and gave their audience a fastpace, God filled celebration. I am in my 50s and worried about the loud sound, especially in the VIP seat where I was next to the peninsula portion of the stage...but it was tempered just right! Great duo of Pop and Rock! Plus the added introduction performance by Ledger was on the same level of wow!! Maybe after all these years I am a Pan Head...but it was truly a great experience!!!!!!!

The concert was worth every penny. It was worth the wait when I got my tickets about 3-4 months ago. They kinda over did it with the opening bands, when Hawk Nelson played one too many songs before Skillet. They are a great band, but we paid to see Skillet, not them. Oh, did I mention that I got a pain in the neck in the morning from all the headbanging that night...

Seeing Skillet at the Nokia Club in L.A. was incredible. They're such an awesome band, very personable, entertaining and super cool. The Club was a great experience as well. Seats were comfy, close to stage from the VIP1 seating area, bar staff was great, taking drinks to seat was a ++++. The bar offers a little bit of food but the food service was VERY slow. All in all it was a GREAT experience and Letter Black, Decypher Down and Hawk Nelson did a great job opening for Skillet. Great job everyone!

We have been going to see these guys in concert for sooooo many years!! This was by far the best show they have ever done! We were blown away by the venue and what a great job they did! Love Jen! their new drummer (well not too new) but she is just a pistol! The violinist and the Cello players added such an awesome twist! Had a great time! Keep praisn the Lord!! All of you!

All the bands, the letter black, Decypher Down, Nelson Hawk and especially Skillet, "killed it". Nokia was pumped with hard hitting drums, thumpin bass, whip lashing head banging, and crazy distorted guitars. Skillet easily was the best (of course). Smoke, rising platforms, and the lights just made the night even better. Words do it justice in describing how electric Skillet was. All I wanted to do was jump and pump my fists in the air with every single beat. It was so loud you could barely hear the words but it didn't matter. The female guitarist/keyboardist (khoury I think her name is) was an awesome performer. The best was the female drummer. That chick was hot! A must must see! You won't be disappointed!!!!

Awesome show, as expected. I was hoping for more of the old-style shows that included their old stuff (stuff from Alien Youth, etc.), but it was high energy and not a letdown in the least. Skillet always delivers--this band plays "as unto God" and it shows. Opening bands were good too. The venue was cozy.

Overall, this show was well worth the money and trip to Downtown L.A. The new construction in Downtown L.A. added some excitement to the experience, but the traffic was a nightmare!! I did not care for the first band, The Letter Black, but I am not a fan of female lead vocalists.....only a few. Decyfer Down was GREAT!! I really love their style and sound. They are the real deal! I have been to at least 4 or 5 Hawk Nelson shows and this was not one of their best.....good, but not as playful and energetic. Now Skillet did not disappoint at all!!! They are amazing!!! I have seen them at the Harvest Crusade, but nothing compares to the intimate atmosphere Club Nokia provides. I love this venue...beside the fact that I had to stand the whole entire 5 hours....but I am almost 40. :( The sound, passion, energy and effects really made this show "AWAKE and ALIVE"!! I highly recommend seeing Skillet and really hope they come to the Sothern California area again real soon. <3

Rocking action for the whole family! The drummer is out of this world. My favorite song of the night was Comatose ... I think .... The strings added to the traditional rock band instruments was incredible! The stage show was great with the elevators and smoke! I would go see them again today if I could! All the bands did an amazing job! The Letter Black was great to see, I can't wait to hear more of their music! Decyfer down was great to see I'm a huge fan I loved seeing them live, God really shines through in them and thats cool! Hawk Nelson was AWESOME!!!! The concert was so great! we were up front and the show was exciting and fun. There is nothing bad that I can say about the concert except that there were no seats and after a few hours our feet and backs were hurting. But based on the performance it was the best concert I have ever been to!

I really must thank my 14 year old son and my 11 year old daughter for asking me to take them to see Skillet. I am not really into the whole Christian Rock scene but as an old guy from the 80's rock scene, their music is what sold me on going. Wow what a great show, these guys/girls can really bring it! I was very impressed with their energy and their playing. The girl with the black hair or as I was informed by my kids, Cory, (not sure if that how she spells her name), was a "monster" on stage. This was also my first time at Club Nokia- a great place to see a band. I really enjoyed the show and I hope to see them again when they are in So Cal. I would love to see them open for KISS next month. I think they could more than hold their own with ANY crowd not just a Christian Rock crowd! Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks, first Stryper now Skillet!

Christian music has a face, and every time their music is played (either live or played in a car or home stereo system) it rocks the face off, and faces off of anyone within earshot of the awesomeness. I firmly believe that the Holy Spirit gets down and beats demons into the ground while listening to their music. Skillet is also a great medium to bring friends into the Christian community. Overall the best Rock I've ever listened to without feeling like I've set God on the back burner to be able to listen to it. Their new Awake & Alive album is great. Every song is worth listening to. Although, it is hard to break away from listening to Hero, Monster, and Awake and Alive over and over... I WILL be going to the Spokane concert for the Awake and Alive tour. You should too.... And don't burn it! Buy it!

Jen Ledger was amazing. So proud of her stepping out. Her opening up like she did about her anxiety really touched me in a big way. For King and Country was amazing! First time seeing them. I was really impressed at how great they were! So much fun too! Great light show, they were just SO great!!! Skillet, well, they are always AMAZING!!! My son and I had a great time together. I bought him the tickets for his birthday. He had such a great time. He cut loose and that's something special for him. I really love this combo of bands... Really great tour!!!

Sonically, Ledger sounded the best of the 3 bands. You could hear every instrument perfectly and Jen Ledger's vocals were out front in the mix where they should be. My son and I didn't even need our earplugs. Jen has a great voice, very unique. Fantastic! For King & Country put on an amazing show. Their sound was perfect. It sounded like you were listening to a CD through the PA speakers. Skillet put on an amazing visual show as usual. The sound was way too loud. The vocals and drums were kind of buried in the mix as the guitars were too loud. Other than that all around great show.

I've seen both of these bands several times, and Skillet a few months ago @ Winter Jam Tampa, Jen Ledger was amazing cant wait to hear more of her, and this is by far the best I heard the event was absolutely of the charts the arena was very nice and the music was loud and clear just how I like my music. It was my wifes birthday present and she totally loved it. I bought tickets right up to the stage and was so close I could have touched their toes when they would walk out to the front. This venue was smaller than the big stadiums and allowed for a much more comfortable setting with interaction between attendees and with the bands. Skillet and For King & Country were great as always and new band Ledger was an excellent surprise and definitely a band to follow!

This was a tremendous show. I don't consider myself a religious person, but I definitely felt some different emotions during this show. Ledger was great, I love Jen's voice! I had never heard of For King and Country before. They were Fantastic. Full of energy and a great show. My first thought was, they are the Imagine Dragons of Christian music. Definitely check them out! And finally, Skillet brought the heat! They were amazing! Full of energy, very aware of their fans, and emotional at moments. I definitely look forward to seeing them again!

I loved every second. It was my first time seeing Ledger, for king and country and skillet. I didn't want the show to end. There was so much energy for all 3 performances. The artists were interactive and went to the audience and shook fans hands,gave hugs and took pics . I had the pleasure to meet Ledger and give a high five to Luke. What a night to always remember!!!

I was Extremely impressed at the way For King and Country rocked the stage! They really kept the energy level high, and came out into the crowd to shake hands while performing. Skillet has been one of my favorite bands most of my life. I've grown up listening to them, and now I have my teenager hooked on them as well. We were both so pumped up with their energy level!! I took my son for his 8th Birthday and First Skillet concert with VIP Tickets. I ve seen Skillet 7 times and 4 King & Country 3 times. It was a smaller venue at Topeka, Ks Expocentre so the VIP Q&A was around 50 people. My son who has ADHD and mild Autism raised his hand and boldly commented and asked John Cooper that Skillet was his favorite band and asked if he could get his autograph on his Skillet shirt. That is rare as the Q&A MC said autographs after, but I knew that wasn t going to happen. After the Q&A, they got up and my son yelled out to John, what about my autograph? John told him to come on down, along with another 8 year old girl and signed their shirts. He also got Jen Ledgers autograph after the concert for $10 which you got a photograph and CD of her side project band that just released called Ledger. He said it was the best night of his life! The only thing that I recommend is that there be no beer sales at Christian Concerts! An incident occurred in front of us with 2 drunk guys and a drunk woman arguing and cursing around families with kids and another father and I had them removed. Dropping the F bomb at a Christian concert around kids is not cool.

This was the 4th time I have seen Skillet. My family and I drove 600 miles to see this show. After this show they had two more shows scheduled to conclude their Air1 Positive Hits tour. It was not their best show.... it was clear from the beginning John Cooper and Jen Ledger's voices were tired. I still loved the show. I love their music and message and would go see them again tomorrow.

I have never been a VIP and it was such an amazing experience. 4 rows from the front, my best friend and I were able to see all of the artists clearly. Jen, John and Britt all made eye contact with us and smiled, waving while singing-- how awesome is that!?!?! The staff and volunteers that night at Silverstein Arena were so kind! The artists were all down to earth and so funny! I loved being a part of the q&a session, just listening to their stories and the vulnerability they shared with us will never be forgotten. The concert was amazing, and I'm so thankful to Air1 and everyone behind the scenes who made the tour possible. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I went mainly to see Tauren Wells & my son went to see Skillet & they were better than we've experienced in the past! Also, Britt Nicole blew me away with her heavenly voice & Godly heart, Gawve was inspiring and energetic and Colton Dixon was passionate and real. The Q & A was so personal we felt like their friends and it added to the concert experience so thank you! Lastly, the concession areas blew me away in comparison to order venues for their friendliness and customer service :-)

This was such a wonderful show...fast-paced...never a dull moment. The energy was off the charts and the artists gave it their all (even though I was sad to see that it wasn't sold out event, the artists gave their all for those who were in attendance.) This was our 13th time seeing Skillet and they never let us down. Thank the Lord for such encouragement in some dark and scary times.

The only reason I didn't go 5 stars was the vocal volume was way too low compared to volume of the instruments. I really couldn't hear the lead singer much at all. Other than the poor mixing, they absolutely rocked!

The show all together was awesome, we assumed we would be allowed for pictures before the show with the vip pass that s as the only bummer. But we got to take a picture with Gawvi so it made up for it. The rest of the lines for signatures were too long and it was a school night for my 8 yr old. Still worth every penny.

I have never been to a concert before and this will be unforgettable! I had a smile on my face the whole time. We brought our 10 and 8 year old and they were completely blown away as well. Concert was great!!! Seats were awesome!! Only problem I had was I asked Ticketmaster if I had VIP tickets and they told me I didn't have VIP tickets. When we got to the show I was told my tickets were in fact VIP tickets but we had missed the Q&A session with the performers. Broke my sons heart. Show was great but Ticketmaster let me down.

Minus having my hand up for 30 minutes waiting to ask my question during the VIP experience, the concert was awesome!!!!! I wish they would have cut out the Third Day guy to insert more Gawvi and Tauren Wells songs. Skillet was amazing and the VIP was amazing. The pastor who talked about Food for the Hungry did such an excellent job, that we decided to sponsor a child.

Skillet was so awesome live words can't even describe what I want to express. They were just flat out amazing and fantastic. Best band I've ever seen live. They are better live then on disc. They had awesome stage energy and rocked out hard. I could feel the passion behind their music and it was just so damn cool and a great show. Jen ledger melted my heart with her voice and got my adrenaline kicking non stop with her drumming, Jen ledger is a very talented girl on many levels and things. I'm glad she joined skillet I love her and I love skillet!!!! John kept the party going the whole time and had that command presence that said you all better rock out hard! Kory is just awesome with her multi tasking and she kept the Music flowing without incident and with passion. Seth just shredded up that guitar and is pretty bad ass. Enough said best band ever!!! This was my 2nd time seeing Skillet. I hadn't seen the other bands before but they were good and the guy who emceed was passionate and amazing. He definitely got me motivated to help these kids, but I always get a lot out of Skillet's concerts because I believe in God and i worship and turn on fire like never before because i am speaking that in the music I love. Jen Ledger is amazing as a drummer and a singer, the violinists were also amazing as always and the videos were great to watch before they went into a song. My neck and voice were sore the next day, a sign of an awesome concert.

Did anyone else goto this who didn't know it was a christian rock jammie? I had no idea, only found out that day. RED got a little too religious at one point, which sucked. Skillet did not , thank gawd. They were the only 2 acts I went there to see. Skillet was great. I would like to see them again and I would go and see RED again if they promised not to do that again.
