So awesome. Sherwood rocked live. The whole band is so nice. And the opening bands Reece and Black Gold were awesome too. Can't wait to see Sherwood again!

I had the pleasure of seeing Sherwood open for Hanson 11/01/09 at the Dallas HOB and I was so pleasantly surprised by them! Not only did I really enjoy their music, but they were also great performers! They obviously love what they do and it really shows in their performance, especially for Mikey! I was front row right in front of him and my eyes were glued to him for most of their set! On my and my friend's way out of the venue, we were stopped by guitarist David who was selling their CD. I am SO glad I had an extra $10 in cash on me! We all bought a copy and he signed our booklets for us! He was very nice! We ran into David, the lead singer, as well and were able to get him to sign it! I plan on seeing these guys again in San Antonio, TX and it is my goal to get the rest of their signatures! I can't wait to see them again!

So many things were against this show and it was a bummer the weather inhibited some of the bands from getting there. The time change didn't help matters much, but it was a nice change of pace to have an earlier show. Black Gold put on a great opening performance. Sherwood was really wonderful and got the crowd stirred up. Reece was able to use their gear and played two songs, and I ended up really falling in love with them. It was a nice intimate performance and I'm glad they were able to come out.

The Sherwood concert was awesome!! The crowd was really small, but it made the show more intimate and personal. Hot Chelle Rae was pretty amazing too. Reece's (the first band) first song was really good. And Sherwood covered Party in the USA, which had everyone dancing. All the band members hung out after the show, and they were super nice and friendly. I am so glad I went!

The venue was so small that everyone was able to see the bands from anywhere. And the band members were all able to meet and greet everyone.

Justin Reece and his bands started the show and they got the mood started. Black Gold performed next and continued playing super amazing. Their sound was perfect throughout their set. Next, the reason why I went to the show, Hot Chelle Rae performed. They played most of their best songs, even the slow ones. They always get the crowd hyped up adn the lead singer, R.K, jumped around and up on the stage. It was awesome. Sherwood closed out the show and they played amazing.

Sherwood is an amazing band and they didn't disappoint last night at the Masquerade. The three warm-up bands - Reece, Hot Chelle Rae, and Black Gold - were also great. The Masquerade is annoying because the band upstairs sounded like a train going overhead, plus one across the entry in Purgatory room. Not cool.
