Loved each and every performer. Luke James' voice is like no other. James brings back memories of Old Motown. Elle Varner's personality is infectious. Such a big beautiful voice for a little lady. She took control of the stage with her funky eclectic look and sound. Varner's homage to Whitney ("Saving All My Love For You") was nicely done. Estelle was definitely the showstopper. She sang a bit of old and new. She also sang songs from artists who inspired her; Amy Whinehouse, Etta James & Whitney Houston. Everyone enjoyed the surprise John Legend duet with Estelle. The night was filled with powerful melodic, voices that engulfed the audience like a warm fire! Great show. The intimacy of the venue was an added benefit. Better than expected!

Awesome concert. All of artists did an amazing job. I had so much fun that I forgot I was standing.

Estelle is a great performer, singer and composer no doubt about it. Was good to see her live, though I rather her performance was not based on the DJ samples and videos, but on her live performance with a real full band, without backtracks. The were only two (great) accompanying musicians. For a small place like BBKing she could have done something more acoustic, without using the DJ or videos.

Enjoyed the low key setting and limited people, which made it a little more intimate and interactive. I enjoyed how all the artists involved the audience and discussed a background on their songs before singing them.

I had an excellent time at the Estelle concert. Her voice is awesome and she puts her heart and soul into her craft!

Attended the show at Center Stage on Monday evening. I enjoyed the entire show including all of the opening acts- Stacy Barthe, Elle Varner and Luke James. I plan to add all of the artists to my Itunes account.

Its been a long time since Ive been to a concert that was awesome. Everyone was great.

Great show! I would see Estelle again in a heartbeat. One of the most entertaining shows I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of concerts. She has great stage presence. She sang a lot of the old ones and some of the new stuff. Special guest John Legend was there and they sang a duet together. I would highly recommend seeing her in concert. Also it was at the prefect venue.

I had a great time at the concert. I loved being exposed to new artist. I had never heard of Luke James and Stacy Barthe, but i really liked them both. Elle Varner did a great job as well. Estelle was awesome. I didn't go to the concert being a fan of Estelle but I am now! There was not a bad seat in the place and one could even get on the floor right in front of the stage.

The Estelle concert was amazing!! She has an amazing voice! She was outstanding! She danced, made us laughed, and was overall very entertaining! John Legend even came out to perform!! Everything ran on time...I've never been to a concert where ALL of the performers were on time. I didn't even have time to use the bathroom!! LOL Elle Varner was great too! She has so much energy. Even if you don't know her songs, you will definitely want to see her. I would recommend this concert to any and everyone!

I would have paid more than $25 for this concert! Not only did Estelle give a great performance but all 3 of her opening acts were GREAT! Luke James is definitely going to be a mega star soon! Loved this concert! When she comes back to Dallas I'm going to see her again.

Very disappointed. The last thing I need to hear are a bunch of Suprememes covers. We hear plenty of Motown on Cleveland radio thank you. It's not like Estelle has a huge library to pull from so please play the songs we know.

I WOULD GO SEE ESTELLE EVERY SINGLE DAY. SHE WAS THAT GOOOD.

Estelle was great LIVE!! She mixes all genres of music & her eclecticism is definitely a great commodity!!

Line up was great but length of performances was not

The theater is spectacular including the stage; lights and decor. What wasn't done was correct sound checks for the entire area considered the "orchestra" and back. If the volume had been lower then the voices of the artists could have had an effect on the audience and "captured" the feel. It was stadium loud and highly distorted. It also was on the "cheap" side to have 4 talented artists stand on a stage ALONE and sing to pre-recorded beat tracks of their own music. A few instruments might have made it less like a grammar school talent show. EVERYONE was hugely displeased with Eric Benet.... 3 songs and a distorted version of Georgie Porgy? wow.... show needs some fine tuning- it COULD become something going forward.

Very good concert however the late start of the concert by 30 minutes only left enough time for Eric Bonet to do 3 songs.

This concert was very low budget, each of the artist sang 3-4 songs. None of the artists had background musicians or singers with them-they sang over tracks. Eric Benet, the headliner sang 3 songs and said GOOD NIGHT! Had I known it would be this type of concert, I would not have spent my money to attend. The one good thing was that I had an opportunity to see Jon B!

it was not my kind of show. as much as i love johnny gill i was very disappointed he was first. i missed half of it trying to find a park.everyone performed from soundtrack and if i knew that i wouldnt have went. Eric Benet was last and performed 15-20 minutes. SMH

GREAT, GREAT show! From the first act to Estelle, truly enjoyable show. I would definitely recommend people see this show.

I went with my mom, she enjoyed herself even though it took a long while for Estelle to come out. I wish they would have said 'doors open' and not 'show starts' @ 7pm

Estelle put on a great show. My friends and I were dancing in the Aisles!! The special appearance by John Legend was just a cherry on top to a really great show.

The entire show was great. The opening acts (Luke James, Elle Varner and others) completely wowed me - can't wait to see how their careers develop. Estelle however was beyond amazing! She puts on a great show and the surprise guests were the cherry on top. I definitely plan on seeing her again and would recommend everyone to see her as well!

Although I planned to see Estelle, I was pleasantly surprised by all the other acts (Bridget Kelly, Luke James, Elle Varner) who also performed.....it was a wonderful lineup and everyone was fabulous! Even had surprises during Estelle's set (because she brought out John Legend and Jadakiss).....definitely an event that I will never forget!

Too much waiting for that show! I actually came to see Estelle- i knew there were gonna be 2 other singers before- but 4!?!?!? Elle was actually not bad but the first Singer and that guy were horrible! Estelle was complaining about singing her song American Boy too often in the past- and yes i can imagine that it's boring if u do the same version of it all over again but if she had actually a good band she would be so much better, plus she could do complete other versions from time to time- and isn't that what a good performance is all about? She has such a good voice but i just think she could be better with a real band!

I had the most wonderful time! Estelle, Luke James, Elle Varner,JOHN LEGEND, everyone was great! It was a party from start to finish. The set changes were fast. I love going to shows at Irving Plaza!

I loved that Estelle went old school. The covers she did of Real Love and the tributes to Amy Winehouse, Whitney, and Etta James were so great.

Fantastic event in terms of performers. However, was very displeased with the hour to hour and a half wait in line ourdoors, when the show was scheduled to begin at 7pm. We were not let in until after 8. This was ecspecially discomforting, when the concert was standing room only. As one could imagine folks feet were extremely uncomfortable halfway through the concert.

Estelle arrived late, made it very clear that she didn't feel like singing American Boy but would do it anyway because we ignorant audience only wanted to hear this stupid song, and then left basically without saying good bye, and without thanking and introducing her musicians, or anybody else for that matter.

Luke's performance was beautiful. Elle Varner did a great job as well they were my favorite and the reason I attended the concert and it was so worth it :)

Estelle performance at the Birchere was one of the best I've seen in a while. She kept the crowd involved and hyped all night. I've been a fans since her earlier days, when she did alot more rapping/singing combo.This time around she seems to be maturing more vocally on this album. My only wish was that she performed at an open floor venue instead of seated, then it wouldve really been a party! Still loved it and she totally rocked!

Estelle's performance was one of the best I have ever attended. She is engaging entertaining energitic and her voice sounds phenomenal. El Varner also performed she is extremely talented and gave a great show. El is a star on the rise

Not only did we party with Estelle who gave a energetic and fantabulous show, we had a up and coming new BET artist and Elle Varner who took us straight back to the late 80's with old school Hip Hop. It was a great show, truly enjoyable.

Love the Birchmere. Very good opening artists and Estelle was great as always. I was introduced to the music of Elle Varner. Great night

First, but definitely not the last Estelle event. She is awesome! High octane, vocally talented, explosive energy from start to finish. The music arrangement was the best I've heard from any artist in years. Her backup singers put on a better show than some headliners. Well worth the wait, not to mention the added benefit of BET's other talent lineup...Elle Varner - smoking.

I did not know Estelle could put it down like that. I was floored. I Hate that so many people don't care for her. If they would come to see her they would change their minds! Estelle is THE TRUTH!

Estelle has a good voice, but rather stiff performer. Wish she would have performed more of her own music...maybe I would be inspired to buy a full cd rather than download her 3 songs I know. Suggest her team bring CDs for her to sell and sign - would have been great! Nice addition having 2 opening acts with short set-up time between the acts. Dislike the Birchmere begins handing out numbers for general admission at 5pm ...disadvantages those with jobs who can't get there by 5pm.

I truly enjoyed this show. I felt that Estelle did a fantastic job. She was extremely crowd friendly and really encouraged everyone to participate in the music. She made sure to keep the show energized and she sounded fantastic. I loved it.
