This show was an epic blend of ballads that made you swoon, jigs that made you want to get out of your seats, dance that made you shake your head in amazement, stories that made you want to travel to Ireland and jokes that made you fall in love with all the performers. If I didn't have to work this week I would have followed the tour bus to the next show! Glad I have the cd's and DVD to enjoy this troupe for a long time!

My husband and I have seen Celtic Crossroads twice, and both times they brought the crowds to their feet in standing ovations. Marcus was absolutely superlative as lead dancer, and we could not get enough of him! Violinist Michael McClintock dazzled with his "gypsy" music on the violin. We liked the spacing of the band on stage, and the classy, colorful set design that so tastefully showcases each member. We loved their talent, energy, humor, and spirit! The show is seamlessly produced and there was never a dull moment. I would strongly encourage anyone to see Celtic Crossroads in a live show. We're going again to the upcoming Visalia, CA concert Apr.7th., 2012.

The Celtic Crossroads show on Sunday, January 16, was the best Irish music show I've ever seen! These extremely talented young men and women were so full of energy and enthusiasm, the audience could not stop clapping and cheering after each set they played! I love the way they take traditional Irish music and put their youthful energy into it. But they also could play other types of music just as well. The flute player (Isaac) was terrific with his jazz/blues improvisations. Every single musician (6) and dancers (2) were so talented and had such great personalities when talking to the audience. You could tell that they really get along with one another, too. I can't wait to see them again!

The music was marvelous, preformed by extremely talented, professional performers. We were enchanted. The auditorium offered a pleasant surrounding except for the sun that caused the audience to hold their programs to shield their eyes from the harsh sunlight.shining through the many windows. It seems blinds or shades are needed.

I ve seen a few Irish dance,or song troupes before, and this group had some exceptional musicians, ans some capable dancers, but, the lead female songstress, had a clear, precise, utterly seductive voice as sharp as a knife.....Not knowing if her love of Irish music drives her career, but, she could easily crossover to another genre,an be successful, super successful in my opinion....fantastic voice....loved the show....

Celtic Crossroads blew us away - they are all outstanding musicians - very personable introducing songs and telling stories - clearly they love playing together. The music ranged from haunting to rumbling along - singing was outstanding and the 3 dancers were fantastic too and on just the right amount of time - not all dancing throughout the show. Highly recommend seeing them. Burnsville perfroming arts center is a beautiful gem I had never been too as well. The mayor introduced the show.

This group is very energic, entertaining, and fun to listen to. The musicianship of the goup is outstanding, and each member has multiple musical talents. I especially liked how they explained about the music and their instruments between songs. The dancing was fabulous and mixed with humor. I'll definitely see them again when they're back in our area.

The staff was fantastic. I recently had knee surgery and could not sit in our assigned seat. They were quite helpful and changed our seats at last the minute. The show was outstanding and the level of talent remarkable. Really full of high energy.

Average. Would be a good bar band, but for the road: get a good manager and beef it up.

I expected a showcase of Irish music, instead they played music from Scotland and the South of US as well as some Irish. Also I was thinking it would be a Big show but it seemed to be a series of solos or duets on a stage with flashing lights behind the performers and the extra performers standing around as observers. Maybe it got better in the second half, I left at the intermission. Going to any local free or low cost musical event would be better.

The performers were excellent!! Top quality talent that keeps you on your toes--not to miss! Regarding searing at performing arts center, we had PITR DD 6,8,10,12. 10 and 12 had a partially obstructed view; they were not as shown in "view from these seats" per online seating chart. Seats 6,8--great! We were able to move two seats toward center, so all fine.

The whole group was very talented but my favorite entertainer was Amy on the Harp. She played the fiddle equally well but was so very beautiful on the harp. She also played the audience to the max with such a charming smile and allure that can't be explained. The dancers were very talented and literally floated across the floor at times and others just amazed me with the fast foot and toe work.

Great musicianship! Excellent venue at The National in Richmond, VA. Band members have dry Irish humor with excellent audience connection in between songs. Dancers were very talented. Cannot say enough good about the musicians! Nice variety of music and styles, not all Celtic, but mostly so.

The music was phenomenal. The musicians had a sense of humor. The dancing added a lot to the music. I enjoyed all of it. We bought a celtic crossroads program for $5 and it was disappointing to find it did not have the musicians in it that we saw. I wanted to read about the people I had just seen, not others that had done the show. It was confusing, because, I thought this was the original group.

I thoroughly enjoyed Celtic Crossroads. The musical and dance performances were tremendous and each performer was a delight when he/she spoke. My first experience in the auditorium and, being tall, I would have enjoyed more leg room. Also, having exit doors at the far ends would have helped our egress. Lovely experience otherwise.

While Celtic Crossroads does not have the glamorous sets of many Celtic touring groups, they more than make up for it in sheer talent. Each musician is a master of his/her instrument; combined they are an upbeat, versatile goup. I have never heard anyone play Orange Blossom Express as fast as they did. The two dancers were a welcome addition, especially when the clogger danced without music. We could really hear his tapping ability.
