Great show....my grandson loved it! Worth the expense!

was very cute and got the kids in the audience involved, was a bit loud and the civic theater seats are a bit crowded and they have next to no food choices.

The whole family lived the show. It kept the kid's attention and the adults enjoyed it too.

I would recommend it for any family with small children. Shoot, it would be great for anyone who loves Scooby Doo to go and see.

I thought this show was awful nto start, it was 20 minutes late. Not fun when you have an audience full of fidgety kids. Second, the audio was terrible. Squeaking microphones. The singing was bad bad bad. And finally the show just didnt really make sense. I really didnt get it. I thought maybe it was because i was bored and failed to really pay attention but others said the same thing too. Thank goodness it ended. If it werent for the kids i would have left at intermission! If i had known they didnt like it too we wpuld have left! Oh and $10 to park for an event like this was ridiculous!

Show was great. The actors and actresses did a great job. Good visuals. I would take my kids to see it again. They didn't want it to end.

The show was so much fun and a must for all Scooby Doo fans young and old. All your favorite characters right there on stage. We even got a chance to meet Fred, Daphne and Scooby Doo for a photo op, a major plus for all of us. Would give 5 stars except that it was a bit hard to hear some lyrics over the audience participation parts, but since that was for the kids, you don't really care and it doesn't make a difference to understanding the story plot. An excellent way to spend an afternoon with the family.

My son loved the show the only thing we wish it was closer to toms river and hope they would have more mysteries he loves scooby doo also the meet a d greet we should have been able to meet all the characters not just 3 of them but overall it was a great show

I took my grandsons to see this play, they loved it, but, they said it was hard for them to understand what they were saying.

The Scooby-Doo live show was great! As the cast and crew sing and interact with the little kids, I feel a song coming to me. I imagine myself performing a song from Disney Channel to Scooby-Doo and the gang when the show is done not during the intermission.

Not worth the price of admission. Music so loud could not hear dialogue. Storyline appropriate for tweens, not younger children. Tower Theatre food concession exorbitantly expensive and not enough staff to wait on customers. Also not enough staff to seat people. Also, the handling fee was exorbitant. Would not recommend this show to anyone and would not recommend the venue. Nor will I purchase from ticketmaster again because of very high fees. POOR RATING.

Great show, very fun for the kids, and adults. My only disappointment is there were no enough interaction for the kids. Maybe life size cardboard figures or the Mystery machine so the kids can take pictures with them. For other musicals some of the characters are out greeting the fans. Something for them to show they were there.

We enjoyed the show and my children loved seeing their favorite cartoon characters live. The show engaged the audience and the kids liked being part of the drama.

Great show. My son loved it. Very nice theater comfortable.

I've been a Scooby Doo fan as far as I can remember (I'm almost 44). And while this show wasn't a 5-star amazing, it's definitely a 4-star recommended. It was a bit more of a musical than I originally thought, but I guess I didn't notice the Musical Mysteries part in the title. It had everything a basic episode of Scooby Doo had. I wouldn't hesitate to go again.

I've seen middle school productions that were much better than this show.

This show had it all. Great actors, interaction with audience, engaging characters, great singing. I liked the way the show was true to the show. It was entertaining for all ages but the young kids really enjoyed it.

My son really loved the show and that was the most important thing. He's loved Scooby-Doo since he was very young. Having the kids partake in the action was a great idea. He was dancing up a strom during the songs.

While production values were high, special effects were well done, I feel the cost of the ticket was high considering the audience. If the price were less perhaps the venue would have been full as well.

First no one knew where the meet and greet was, sent 3 places. Finally get to it and told no pictures so we have to walk another mile back to the car to put my camera in. Get back into meet and greet and pictures were allowed but we didn't have time to walk to get the camera and get back before it was over. Get to our seats and there was a huge light on stage blocking my view and it kept shining in our eyes throughout the show at various times. Very disappointed in spending the extra money for meet and greet and 2nd row seats and got no pictures and no view if the entire stage. Scooby was an excellent show but not worth the extra money I spent for the tickets :(

Brought back memories of my childhood that I could pass on

I have a 4 year old and a 7 year old and both of them loved the show.

It was a fun show. It was action packed. Very muscial. It is geared toward young children. My daughter is 10 years-old and it was a little juvinelle. She liked it though. It was a fun time. Only problem with venue is that the seats on the side have a problem with seeing the whole stage due to curtains sticking out on sides.

I've seen better performances by Jr Highs! The story line made no sence. The songs were impossible to understand as were the actors. Not to mention the technical difficulties with a mic. In their attempt to get the kids to interact, they ended up with kids screaming "ghost" every time a ghost appeared on stage. This meant it was impossible to hear the actors speaking. Even my five and seven year old Scooby fans were bored. The only good this was the half of the theme song they played at the beginning and end allowing the kids to sing alone.

My 4yr old loved Scooby live. She loved the ghost too. Seats a little cramped and concessions expensive.

Great Children's Play! Kept the attention of young kids, was slightly interactive & running time was just long enough for children that age. Acting was very animated, & the songs got the whole audience singing. Scary ghost was funny enough that small children were not frightened. The actors all did a great job reenacting the Scooby doo cartoon characters & their voices were very similar to the characters on TV. The only downfall was the lighting. The stage was dark and not lit very well which made it hard to see good. Overall well worth taking your children out to see Scooby solve a mystery!

A very entertaining 75 minutes of show. I would say though that unless you're more towards the middle of the seating areas, you'll miss some of the staging/action that heads off towards the wings. Performance hit all of the key parts of a typical Scooby Doo Mystery. Good job to all.

Scooby Doo was great for the adults and kids. The only factor that could be improved was the sound for speaking parts. It was difficult to hear some of the actors during the speaking parts. Shaggy did GREAT!

We all enjoyed it, but the six year old loved it. We had VIP tickets and second row seats. Meet and greet with cast was great, but Shaggy and Scooby were not at meet and greet. Acting was pretty accurate.

The show was great! It kept the young and old entertained. I have seen many live children's shows over the last three years and this one is at the top!

It's a great show for family entertaiment. ..However I would not say that a upper teens kid would enjoy it as much as a younger one...

A great show full of music and dance that was fun for young and old!

Enjoyed the show. The actors/singers were very good. Audience participation, especially for the kids, was great, though it sometimes made it difficult to hear the dialog or singing. Acoustics were not very good, which made it hard to pick up the plot. Overall, it was a fun presentation.

The show was fantastic!! My son was in complete shock to see his buddy Scooby Doo.

This show was fantastic. My son was in awe most of the show. He was so involved in singing, answering the questions and had a raspy voice from yelling "ghost" to alert the performers. The tears welled up when they were finished because my son wanted it to last longer and was sad he didn't get to meet Scooby.

My daughter and I absolutely loved it....The cast of the show were great. I would recommend all parents to take their children. The fox theater always gives excellent kid shows all the time. I would definitely see another show if it returned. Scooby doo was great as I had already expected anyway

The kids really enjoyed the show and wanted to watch it again as soon as we got out to the parking lot.

Thought the show was great! The length of the show kept the kids attention. The music was upbeat and my six year old Scooby Doo fan, as well as my husband and myself thoroughly enjoyed it.

My 5 year-old son & I really enjoyed this show. It was so neat to see how excited & really "into" the show my son was. The characters really looked like the true characters & the show really kept our attention. Would definitely recommend this show!

Granddaughters, Grace, 6, and Alexandra, 3, watch Scooby Doo all the time! They were enchanted by the lovable characters and the dancing and singing was entertaining! They were captivated by the drama and mystery.

I recommend capturing the first few moments when the play first starts and your child is in awe. Mine said, "this is the coolest thing ever" with a look of pure enjoyment. After intermission the show loses some magic but earned some cool parents respect on this one! (4yrold and 6yr old)

The singing and dancing was great! My son had a ball!! Orchestra seats allowed us to be up close and personal!!

The show was amazing for my child!! To have a 4 year old sit through the whole show and not want to leave his seat is AMAZING!!! However the person in charge of the audio gets a horrible review!!! The mics kept going in and out and of course my 4 year old my not have noticed but the money us parents paid for the tickets....should have been fixed after the first mishap 5 minutes into the show!!! Scooby Doo show was AWESOME!!!

Took my 3 year old grandson to see this show because he loves the cartoon so much. He normally has a short attention span but was riveted to his seat the entire time. We loved every minute! Well done!!

We loved the show! SCOOBY DOO mysteries are fun for the whole family!

I was very disappointed in this. We took our grandson, age 6, and our granddaughter, age 9. I thought the story line was hard to follow. The kids seemed to enjoy it, but I would not recommend it and wish that I wouldn't have wasted the money on the tickets.

The performance was good- the actors very animated and energetic. The set was very bright and colorful, and the ghost wasn't too scary for my five-year-old granddaughter!

Being a big Disney fan, I was expecting a lot more from the props. I purchased 10 tickets to take my nieces and nephews, as they had all been big Scooby Doo fans. I apologized afterward for putting them through the show. I'm very disappointed that I spent over $35 per ticket and the show wasn't that great. The musical part was OK, but they sang too much. There was so little spoken that it was hard to follow the plot. Also, most peoples favorite part of Scooby Doo is the dialogue between Shaggy and Scooby showcasing their unique voices. There was very little of that.

To be fair, if you were 10 or under, this probably was a pretty decent show as you did not go so much for the plot as just seeing the characters. The show did try to involve the kids as they were supposed to yell 'GHOST' anytime the ghost appeared on stage, and the kids seemed to be into doing that. Our five-year old grandson enjoyed the show but only from the standpoint of seeing the characters on stage. He did not follow the convoluted plot but did not really care. Adults: you go for the kids, so just grin and bare it. Don't expect much entertainment value for yourself.

It blew my 2 kids mind. They love scooby doo and we took them to the show as a surprise. Great show for the kids and the adults seemed to enjoy it too! Lots of singing and dancing keeps the kiddos engaged. Every time a ghost comes out all the kids would yell "ghost!" Lots of fun. Would definitely go again.

I took my 3.5 yr old and we enjoyed it. A little hard to follow at times (even for me) - some of the speaking/singing scenes were not that clear but overall a good hour and a half spent. Wished the characters would come out after. My daughter wanted to give Scooby a kiss!

This looks like a very fun, entertaining, evening for a family with young children. Would recommend for ages 3-10. We left after we realized it was not like the "Addams Family" and more for younger families.

Had great seats for the entire family. Musical had great energy and great performers.

So, our grandson looked foward to going to see Scooby and his friends for months, that made the ticket price, which I thought was high, easier to accept. This was his first show in a theatre and the Tower was very impressive to him! He was thrilled to see the mystery machine and even looked under his chair when asked if the ghost was there. Grandpop and I agreed that the show had cheap props, bad sound quality and the seating in the theatre made it hard to see over the person in front of you (grandson ended up on my lap for a good part of the show) but, it was for the children and our grandson only saw Scooby- Doo and his friends "ALIVE not a cartoon Grandmom!"

Awesome show. Its like watching an episode on TV. Great for kids of all ags

We had a great time at the Scooby Doo live show! We had VIP tickets so we lined up around 12:30 p.m. for entrance into the theatre (Tower Theatre in Upper Darby). The meet and greet was handled well. The line went quickly. They took us all up to the third level in the theatre so it was private and no other people were wandering around. You don't get a lot of time with the characters but it was still worth it. We met Scooby, Velma, and Shaggy. They were all super nice and chatted with my 5 year old daughter. She was in heaven!!! As we were leaving the area, we were given a free program (they gave one to each of us so we got 3 of them.) They are sold for $10 so we were happy about that! Then down to the theatre to wait in the lobby so we could get to our seats. We bought some snacks and yes they are expensive, but we knew that so it was no big deal to us. The show itself started about 10 minutes late. The actors were all really good and they all had great singing voices. The story was fun and easy to follow along with. The cast had a lot of interaction from the crowd which my daughter loved. She almost lost her voice because she screamed "GHOST" so loudly and so many times! There was a 15 minute intermission and the entire show lasted about 1 hour 15 minutes. It was a fun time and I would recommend it.

The show was wonderful. Well worth the money. However, the backstage meet and greet was a JOKE!! The extra money I paid for it was NOT worth it. All we got was a picture we had to take ourselves, only 3 of the characters and we were not allowed to talkt to them or get their autograph. If I had to do it over I would just purchase the regular tickets. It was not worth the extra money I paid.

We had VIP tickets with a meet and greet and got to meet Scooby Shagy and Velma which my son LOVED. I thought we were suppose to get a singed poster but it was not signed. We had front row seats but the lights and stuff that sit ont op of the stage block the view for most little kids so they def need to fix that. other than that it was GREAT!

My son so enjoyed this show! It was entertaining and really cool for kids.

The show was very good, the singers were excellent and my 3 year old daughter has begged to go back every day now. The only bad thing that I have to say is that the stage lights were blinding and they were shined out into the audience too many times. Other than that we absolutely loved the performance.

Everything was great except the sound,, could only catch every other word. Didn't matter for kids, they don't follow story, Difficult for adults.

The overal performance was okay, although I would definitely say it is geared to a very young crowd. At 7 y.o. my daughter was almost too old to enjoy. The meet and greet, however, was very disappointing - my daughters favorite two characters (Fred and Daphne) did not participate and apparently never were planning on it as when asked about them we were dismissed out of hand. Had we known none of the "cool kids" were showing up to the meet and greet we would not have spent the extra money or time on it.

This was a very cute show. The kids were loving it. All the children were up dancing, yelling and trying to help solve the mystery. The performers were great, really into the roles. The ghost was perfect, not too scary but enough that the kids were ready to help trap him!

Story line was too hard for a little child to comprehend. It was too adult and my son loved Scooby Doo until he seen this. Now he hates it,. Thank you for that you bums!

I thought this show was awesome, I would recommend it to anyone would love Scooby-Doo! My only complaint was the suggestion to the children to scream "GHOST" everytime the ghost appeared on stage. This caused us to miss the lines or songs while the ghost was on stage. To have 500 children screaming GHOST non stop was very annoying and so unneccesary! Hopefully the producers of the show get this review and make changes, then it would be a FABULOUS show!

Great performance, my five and four year old were memorized the entire time. They loved the yelling when they saw the ghost.

It might have just been the venue, but it was nearly impossible to understand what any of the actors said or sang. The actors had great energy and it looked fun and kept my kids attention but none of us (5 in our family) had a clue what the story was since we couldn't understand the words.

Overall the on-stage performance was good; however the actual on-stage performance was only a little over one hour in total. Very disappointing for my grandson who wanted to stay and see more. At $50 total a ticket, I was hoping for a little more too.

Scooby-Doo Live was a very interactive onstage performance. It held the attention of my 3 year old, and she loved singing along and yelling for the ghost! The colors and use of stage were very good. My girls were trying to guess who the ghost was the whole time!

Good show & well casted...However, we were disappointed that there were no interactive ideas at all for the kids in the lobby before & after the show...at least someone in a Scooby costume walking around for photos...numerous ideas come to mind that seem cost effective...

My daughter (5 years old) loved the show & didn't want it to end. I enjoyed it myself & so did my parents. So it entertained all ages! Some of the little kids (probably 2-3) were a little scared. But the scooby doo show on TV is a little scary for that age anyway. But my daughter keeps asking me when it's coming back into town. Will definitely go again!

The musical was awesome , the theatre gorgeous and the acting and singing kept both my toddler and 11 mo old entertained. I would definitely see it again

Took my almost 4 year old daughter to see Scooby Doo live. She LOVED it! Everyone was clapping along and having a great time. Show was long enough to be worth it yet short enough for a child's attention span. I would recommend this to any Scooby Doo fan!

The performance was great for the target age group. I thought they did a wonderful job mimicking cartoon characters. My only complaint is the sound was too high. At first I thought it was just me. Then my granddaughter wanted to leave because the sound was piercing her ears too. Afterwards, I find the rest of the family experienced the same issue but just covered their ears. Couple notches down on the volume would have made it a perfect performance.

I took my 4 and 6 year old and they had a ball watching Scooby and the gang run around. The best part was hearing the kids yell GHOST every time the ghost entered the stage to warn Shaggy and Scooby. All the performers were great and had wonderful voices and stage presence. Worth the money.

I spent way too much money for this production. There was a very hard to understand story line for young children which was the majority of the audience. my grandson figured out who the villain was because he saw the costume under his other costume and he is only 4. very disappointed. I thought he was going to love it. It was too short, the sound was terrible.

The show was great! However... The VIP experience (for the cost) not so much. We purchased the VIP pass which was supposed to include a meet and greet party an hour before the show, signed poster, and a photo. We arrived and registered an hour early only to be rushed upstairs for a 5 minute experience of having a picture taken on our own phone (which looked like we were rushed through) and handed an unsigned folded poster before being rushed right back downstairs (a 5 minute experience at most). To top it off we didn't even get to meet the whole crew. My four year old thought she was going to get to meet the whole crew and get autographs. I read several reviews and none of them reported this kind of service. We even received a voice mail a few days before the show reminding us that we should arrive 1 hr early for the pre-show party... There was obviously no party.

I'll preface this by saying my 7 & 8 year olds did like it. They didn't love it but they liked it enough. That to me, wasn't enough for the cost of the tickets in the Pit. I obviously wasn't thinking this was going to be a broadway show but it was worse than I had imagined. As in, I was annoyed as I sat there knowing we couldn't have been doing something WAY more worthwhile (and fun!!).

We took our 6 year old daughter to see this, she is a big fan of Scooby Doo. We had the Meet and Greet tickets, and she loved it. It was very entertaining and funny! We all had a great time. My only complaint would be that it was a little on the long side for little kids. Otherwise it was wonderful.

The story really made no sense. I liked the actors' performances, but overall not impressed. Kids 6 and up were bored. I do LOVE the Akron Civic theater.

Loved this show my entire family had a blast! Best musical I have seen in a long time!!

Good pacing, acting and plot - only complaint was the "explanation" of the caper at the end- too long and complicated for the young crowd. Overall very pleased all around.

The show and cast were fantastic and I love how the cast engaged the audience from the beginning! There could not have been better choices for any of the characters. We loved every minute. There were as many adults singing the Scooby Doo song as there were children!!!

I really didn't think the show would be as good as it was. My daughter and I really enjoyed it a lot. All of the singing and dancing. The actors did a great job and even made the audience a part of the show. Worth seeing again for sure!!

I took my 11 yr old daughter to see this. We both enjoyed it, but I think it is geared to a more younger audience. There was a lot of audience participation which caused it to be very loud and got annoying by the end. There were comical moments and Mrs Warner stole the show in my opinion.

Took my 3 year old daughter to go see it, her eyes were GLUED! Could not stop talking about it on the way home! It was a great bonding experience and a great show for children! Even I as an adult found it awesome!

It was only about an hour and 10 mins long. It started ten minutes late. Save your money & stay at home!!!
