The event was amazing! It was my first time in Houston and his first time at a concert EVER! We had such a great time! The venue was beautiful and comfortable.

Joe Thomas has remained my all time favorite solo R&B artist for the past 14 years!!! If you saw his performance at the Greensboro Coliseum on Feb 2nd then you'd understand why. As always, he was a hit with the ladies. But, even the fellas gave him his props after his amazing performance. I heard a man tell his companion that Joe was "tha man". This was my 11th Joe concert, so I am quite familiar with what happens at his shows. But, I'm always extremely excited about attending each one, just like it's my first time seeing him on stage. I've said it before, and I'll continue to say it...Joe loves his fans, and he makes sure that we know it. Thank you for another night to remember, Joe! Your concerts are the best! I can't wait for Joe concert # 12!

I would come back to see Joe again and again and again in a heartbeat.. Huge fan since the beginning..

The show was well worth the money spent. Joe and Chico were off the chain...took me back down memory lane with there songs...look forward to the release of their new cd on 7/14/09.

I can't say that I know a lot of Chico Debarge's music but he did well. But when JOE hit the stage the party began. Lots of Energy and the song selecton was on point.

The show at the house of blues was great had a good seat Joe preformed his butt off. I was imppresed with all the staff.

I only saw Joe perform and he left me wanting more and more he is such a great performer.

My wife and I had a great time at the concert. Joe was great and he sound just as good in person as on CD. His showmanship was very good and he had the crowd going the whole time. This was my first time seeing him but hope it won't be my last. He is truly one of the only real songwriters and singer of our time right now.

The show started on time. Total, NEXT, 112, and, of course, JOE gave a GREAT performance. We danced and sang all night long. It was truly a feel good R&B night.

The artists were great and it was a treat to also have naught by nature on stage. I only wish joe sung more of his number one hits but he was amazing regardless. Can t wait until he s back in town again. Love you Joe!!!

Always been a fan of Joe. He has rediculous numbers of hits. His voice is so strong and powerfrul. And when He sung "hello" at the end as a encore. The fans lost it! We need a new album Joe!!!

Joe put on a very good show. He was very upfront and personal with the audience. He sang to all the ladies. This was a very nice venue. The Saban Theater is very nice. All seats seem to be very good for a show. The only drawback was sitting at the balcony rail there are boxes that you cannot see completely down that should have been a rail. That was the only drawback for a older theater.

Joe's vocals are amazing! Great concert, but extremely disappointed in how short it was.

We all hated how close the seats were and the music wasn't right when Ro James came out to sing and it took them 15 mins to get it right.

The performances were awesome! Dru Hill opened up and set the tone for a great show. Their voices are still amazing...Sysco and Jazz did they thang! THen for the finale! Joe, Joe, Joe...my, my, my! He took my breathe away. He sounds absolutely amazing.

Dru Hills and Joe put on a great performance. Jagged Edge could've did more but one of the singers were hoarse and the microphone was in and out. They might have sang like 3 songs. But overall, the concert was great!

The Joe concert featuring Eric Benet was absolutely amazing! Both men brought their 'A' game.

Joe's concert actually started on time!!!! I paid much more to see artists who showed up 2 and 3 hours late. Tank started the show. He was so funny! He made up jingles about the audience as they arrived. He also gave me a rose!!! I loved his new song. Joe is so dark and fine!!! He song all of my favorite songs. He held me and my mom's hand! He took pictures with as many fans as he could. I will be sure to buy his new cd. I hope he comes back to Dallas soon!!

If I could change anything about that night it would be for Joe to perform much much longer. I can't get enough of him. Absolutely the best performer around. I feel blessed to have seen and heard him in my lifetime. Thank you Joe

The concert was great!! Tank was sexy and should add comedian to his roster, he's actually pretty funny!! Joe, all I can say is sexy and I love to hear him sing. Issues were with having to wait in long lines for my tickets and I could not designate someone else to pick up my tickets. Not sure why that is.

Performers were great. Sound could have been better when Joe performed with his band (band sort of drowned him out). Duration could have been longer (was only two hours whereas three hours were listed on the ticket). One of the seats we were assigned was broken; so the venue staff worked diligently to remedy the problem by reassigning us to different seats. Bartender was warm & friendly. Venue was clean (ladies room).

I would definately go this concert again and again!

From the hometown opening act Century, to Tank giving us his all belting out "I Need", "Maybe I Deserve", to Joe reminding us of All The Things Our Man Want Do, and Him Not Wanting to be a Player. R&B was represented well and I enjoyed every minute.

It was Lit! They put on a great show wish it could of been longer. Sound system issues with Case was wack. They could have did better. He showed great showman ship though. #Joe #Case love you both.

First things first, I'm a die hard Joe fan! I had such high hopes and expectations for my first Joe concert at the Howard theatre. Needless to say I was so disappointed. The show started on time at 8pm and it promptly ended at 8:45pm with a thank you for coming and have a goodnight. It wasn't until we started booing that he came back out for 15 minutes...I'm sure he came out to fulfill his contract obligations. Nevertheless he came out and asked for ANY REQUESTS! I say what? I only wanted to attend an awesome 60+ min concert, not plan the shows song lineup! I'd bought my tickets months in advance with much anticipation.. but I was so disappointed and felt I got a warmed up half show! I would've been willing to pay more for a better show, especially if it was acoustic! But unfortunately I'll have to settle for past acoustic performances on youtube! Joe, I hope you or someone on your team read these reviews and you give your die hard fans a better show next time! As for me and my husband...I'm not sure if we would waste our time and money again. Such a shame because I want him to succeed because he's so talented. Joe...please stop taking your fans for granted! If I can pay for your albums and concert tickets the least you can do is show us love and appreciation by giving us a great 60+ min concert with new and old songs...and a little guitar wouldn't be much to ask.

Joe and is band are an amazing, talented, humble group of musicians!!! I think Joe is underrated, he should have won awards by now for his amazing voice!! It's truly the most amazing voice I've ever heard!! Joe and his crew put on an amazing show and the way he interacts with his fans is truly wonderful to see!! And it's a rare thing to see these days. I just wish his concert went for longer as I didn't want him to stop singing :( I can't wait to see him in concert again, I hope we can get him out to South Australia!!!!! :)

Thank you, Joe! You are my favorite solo male artist! I can't wait for my 10th Joe concert!

I never get tired of seeing my favorite R&B singer, Joe, in concert! What an amazing artist!!! He was the perfect opening act for the Charlie Wilson tour. Nothing was different about his performance, simply because he always sings well AND looks so good on stage. I have said this over & over. Joe seems to make an extra effort to thank his fans for their support. I appreciate that so much! And, that's why I attend every Joe concert that I can, in NC. I am just a huge fan of this humble & extremely talented guy! I've seen him 8 times. I hope to attend my 9th Joe concert soon! Thanks Joe, for another wonderful evening of great music! So far I have seen Joe twice not including the upcoming concert on February 21, 2015 . My 1st time was 2009, Chico DeBarge opened for him. My 2nd time was November 2014 in Augusta with Kem and L'Renee. Joe is my all time favorite singer. Seeing him live is a must. Kem also, he sounds better than his albums. I'm going to see JOE,CHARLIE WILSON & KEM <------ these guys are my favorite hands down. This concert is about to be sick. Long story short, if you haven't seen Joe live you don't know what you're missing.

I had the pleasure of seeing my FAVORITE R&B singer, Joe, in Greensboro. He was on tour with the amazing Kem. I can't tell you how awesome this show was! This was my 7th time seeing Joe in concert, and definitely not my last one. It was my first time seeing Kem. They did their thing! They even took time to thank God for their talents & to have a little church during their performances. I appreciate Joe & Kem for their true singing talents. But not only that, they're both just really humble artists. I hugged Joe, during his performance. He even gave me his towel, one more Joe souvenir for me. Kem had a meet & greet. It was really cool talking to him. He speaks softly, but he has this strong, angelic singing voice. My only wish is that Joe would have a meet & greet too. To be as talented as he is, to have worked with Mariah Carey, to remake Frankie Beverly & Maze's "Before I Let Go" & do it just as well as they did, to remake Marvin Gaye's "Soon I'll Be Loving You & do it better than Marvin, I still don't think that Joe doesn't get the credit that he deserves as a GREAT R&B artist. So, I'll keep supporting his music.Thank you to Joe & Kem for a wonderful night of entertainment. I would gladly pay to see this show again. I can't wait to attend Joe concert #8 and Kem concert #2!

this concert was amazing the sound was on point, the performers interacted with the fans . it was very entertaining. I took two of my sisters with me they had so much fun I was very pleased with all the performers.

This concert was AMAZING!!! We had a surprise performance from Jon B...and he still has it! Lyfe Jennings did his thing.....Live performance is a must see...lot's of energy. Faith...what a voice! But Joe....WOW!!! What a class act! He is just poetry in motion and a voice that touches the hearts of all ladies!!! A lot of ladies fantasy came true once he stepped into the audience. He came out just banging hits back to back...just like I like it...you got to go check this one out!!!

This was my 6TH time seeing Joe in concert! I drove 3 hours to see my favorite R&B artist perform on his birthday. As always, he looked sexy, sounded great, and made his fans a part of his show. I will continue supporting Joe, because he is a talented R&B artist! And, I can't wait for show #7!

I enjoyed the concert and loved JOE" I try to go see him when ever he is in 300 miles, Last I saw him was in VEGAS and this show was even better then that one...maybe because I sat in the second row but OMG!!!!!!! it was heavenly....truly AMAZING!!!!

I love all types of music, but Joe is my absolute favorite solo male R&B artist! I've been a fan since his first hit in '93. This was my fifth time seeing him in concert. And, he has yet to disappoint me. He makes an extra effort to interact with his fans. Even after the show ended, he returned to the stage, because the fans were chanting his name. I appreciate the fact that he can truly sing and represents what R&B is really about. Avant did a great job, as well. I didn't know much about his music, until the show. But, I did recognize his remake of Christopher Cross' "Sailing". He gained my respect. The comedians were extremely funny. Damon Williams had everyone in tears. Joe Torry was good too. I hope to attend my 6th Joe concert soon!

THE WHOLE CONCERT WAS GREAT, ALL THREE OF MY FAVORITE MEN TOGETHER ON THE SAME NIGHT, TANK AND JOE WAS GOOD BUT GINUWINE HAD THE MOST ENERGY LOVED THAT THEY WAS THROWING VALENTINE CANDY AND FLOWERS OUT TO THE LADIES, ALSO LOVE MY PIC WITH GINUWINE!!

Lyfe Jennings was outstanding. Killed it. Great voice and backup singers. Joe-Where's the band? It was just him singing to a tape. No band behind him, no backup singers, no DJ. Strange. He didn't even have his acoustic guitar. The other bad part was he sang for only 40 minutes and didn't go on until after 10pm. I would have rather had him sing everything acoustic than to a mix tape. The good-Joe was Joe, ladies were happy!

I wish that they came out with a live band but regardless the show was still great.

I saw Joe I Houston over the Memorial Day Weekend and he was amazing. It was my first time seeing him in concert live even though I had seen him on TV and video performing. We had a ball. He was with After 7, En Vogue and Heads of State (which consisted of Bobby Brown, Ralph Tresvant and Johnny Gill) who were all alright. Joe was the only act on the entire show who had current music out. The sound system in the Reliant Arena left a lot to be desired - the mics kept screwing up. All in all - Joe rocked. I saw him again up close and personal in Chicago when he did the BMOA Block Party for V103 and got to give him a big hug and watched him perform and greet the audience. I've been a fan for years but this experience reinforced by "fanship" for life!

It took about 2 hours to get into the city and I got to the venue about 8:30pm. It was a sold out show! Standing room only. I will say it was extremely hot inside the venue! When Joe came out he was sweating so badly he had to keep wiping his face with a towel. I think that's why he only performed for about 1 1/2 hours. But what a performance! He is even more handsome in person! It was great to hear how wonderful he sounded live. I will see him again!

Joe's performance was good except for the fact that it only lasted about an hour... had I known that it was only going to last an hour, I wouldn't have driven 3 hours to see him. Also, he didn't talk to the audience in order to give some background info about himself or the songs he sung; he didn't really interact much with the audience other than singing. Otherwise, I enjoyed myself.

Joe put on a fabulous show. I love him and I will be purchasing his new CD doubleback

Joe's performance in KC MO was phenomenal..I have always been his biggest fan and have seen him several times but this time I had front row seats and I will never see him any other way..When he came and sang to me and held my hand I was in heaven.. His voice is flawless. He sang all the hits except for "My Love" which I missed but he started off with my favorite song from his latest cd "Time of Your LIfe" If you have never seen him in concert you have to go. I am looking to see when he'll be anywhere near KC and I will be there again. Thanks Joe for keeping great R & B alive. LOVE LOVE LOVE YOU!!!!!

JOE did an awesome performance. HIS songs, HIS music, HIS band was all TERRIFIC. We had a wonderful time. JOE interacted with HIS audience. HE put his all in2 HIS singing. JOE is a great entertainer.

Joe is always an amazing performer every time that I attend one of his concerts, which is once or twice a year. Joe gives you a taste of his new songs as well as his old ones. He also gives you a little dance moves too. Joe plays his guitar and allows the band to do their thing too; individually, as well as introduces them. His show is a variety of entertainment. Joe Gives You A Show!

Joe was awesome! Wish it lasted longer! The crowd sang along with all his songs. His music is timeless, classic, and absolutely off the chain.....he performed old and new songs. Joe is most def one of the most underrated r&b singers. He is my favorite and I will most def see him again very soon....LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!

The venue was very small but that was a plus because you could get up close and personal with him. The show only lasted an hour but it was totally worth the money.

I have always been a fan of Joe and followed his music career. I was stoked to see that he was having a show and definitely had to be in attendance. I was sooooooooooooo pleased with his performance and he looked absolutely great!! The show was amazingly better then I expected. I would certainly advise anyone interested to go and see him. I recorded parts of the show on my phone and I watch the clips over and over!! LOL

This was my first time seeing Joe and the first time at the venue where the show took place. My sister and I didn't know that this place was a restaurant as well so that explained the reason why it was twice as small as I thought it was gonna be. We had front row on the right side of the stage and we were twice as close to the stage as I thought we were gonna be, so close I could almost put my feet up on it! LOL! But after a 15 minute delay, the show did start, so I would say 15 minutes isn't bad considering the other shows I've been to. Joe came out looking hot and sexy and had all of the women going nuts! LOL. From the reviews that I've read on here about him putting on a great show was definitely uncontested because he did just that! He had the crowd going all night as he sung all of his greatest hits and even threw a few towels to women in the audience, LOL. His band was great and he introduced them one by one during the encore. Also, at the end of the show he sung Saving All My Love for You by the beautiful late Whitney Houston, who just passed away hours before this show- I was really shocked and sad and didn't even know if I was gonna enjoy the show, but I definitely did. I will definitely see him again! Just wanna say sorry for only two pictures since there were no cameras, audio or video recording allowed. The only two I was able to sneak in was during the encore on my cell phone.

I've been JOE's fan for many years but this was my very first time going to his live show. Thank God that I had a chance to see JOE in person all the way from Tokyo, Japan and simply loved his performance!!! I will definitely go back to B.B. King Blues Club and Grill again if I have a chance. Thank you, JOE, Japan loves you!!

This was undoubtly a fantastic show. I have never seen either artist live, and have been trying for some time now; it was surely worth waiting for. Jon B opened and I couldn't wait to hear him sing some of his old tunes as well as new; he did not disappoint. To see him play various instruments during his session and still be able to sing without the distraction "newer" artists exhibit was amazing. Joe -one of my all time favorite male singers -simply amazing!!! I love this man and his smooth voice. He sang so many of my favs (ok maybe all are) I could barely stay seated. He was soooo worth me flying down to Los Angeles, renting a car and driving one hour(2 in darn traffic) to Riverside to enjoy the intimate show both he and John B displayed. I want to thank you for making my night a fantastic one.

I surprised my big sister and took her to the concert. We're both married with kids and needed a break. What better idea than to have an affair with Joe and Jon B without violating the marriage contract. These songs brought back memories over the course of my life- the high and low points- the good times and bad. But the music made you feel like you're drifting, it made you feel like you were young again, like you could do anything. I felt good and I hadn't felt like that in a long time. The experience was wonderful. If Joe and Jon B comes back to Fox theater I will be first in line.

Jon B opened the show with a small band. He is an incredible performer, and a great singer/songwriter. His set was just long enough to warm up the crowd but not so long to bore us. When Joe came out, of course everyone was ecstatic. His voice was clear and audible. There were occasions where the vocals became unbalanced, and the background vocals were drowned, but overall, I enjoyed his charisma and charm. His songs are targeted toward the mature audience, with a flare of romance. His voice is always very smooth. I love JOE! The theater is an old building with charming qualities that bring a nice old time flare to any performance. All the seating in the venue had a good view of the stage. Downtown Riverside had many nice restaurants to visit prior or after the event.

The Lyric Opera house is a nice place to watch a show for medium sized acts. I thought it was the right size for these groups. I was disappointed that both acts skipped signature, sing along songs that I was looking forward to hearing. Dru Hill didn't do Cisco's "Thong Song"? And Joe sang one line of 2 or 3 of his most popular songs at the end of his show like he was running out of time? Ouch...

OMG! This man performance was amazing! He walked out on stage so smooth with his white blazer, white silk button down and black slacks. Looking like my night and shining armor. He sang like a song bird, hitting every note and singing all the right songs(he can really sing). He moved with grace and confidence. I tell you truth I could listen to him sing forever. I live in Memphis TN. And I drive 21/2 hour to little Rock AR. To see him and it was well worth it. If by chance he stop in or near your town treat yourself to his melody.

Everything was nice except they did play most of Joe's music so he had to sing some of his songs without music.

I couldn't tell if I was suppose to be at a concert or a play. Security wouldn't allow us to stand in the aisles or up out our seats.My main concern was Joe and he didn't deliver what I expected. My baby "Joe" gave us what felt like 15 min, of performance. His Dj couldn't pull up his music and it didn't put Joe in a good spot. All of the performers were on point with their vocals, I must say.

I took my wife to the show as a Mother's Day gift and it was truly a show. Dave Hollister really did his thing and made me glad I had brought "My (second) Favorite Girl" next to my mother. Ginuwine gave the ladies single or not a show they seem to have truly enjoyed and (no homo) left me and my wife "So Anxious" to see Joe who sounded as good if not better than his cd's and really put his "Signature" on the show for all the "Sensitive Lovers!" Infact the only part about the show I didn't enjoy had nothing to do with the preformances but the venue itself. Having formely workded for Emmis Communications and been involved with many shows I thought the stage could have been accented a little better, the people walking and sitting in the background of the stage was very unprofessional and the almost more than an hour delay to the start of the show (which in my experience usually means someone hasn't gotten paid and is refusing to go on) which made Joe have to cut his session short was all done in bad taste and was only done because it was a Bronx Venue and not a Manhattan Show. Oh I almost forgot my man and friend Kiss FM's Lenny Green was an awesome host and they couldn't have found a better person to host this event. Big Shoutout to the House DJ that opened up the show and S&S who kept the party moving.

The concert was unbeleivable, Joe's energy was high and he connected with the audience, took us back trhough his songs and even performed songs from his new album. His voice is so smooth and he knows how to reach out to the audience. Chico has not lost his touch, I especially liked it when they performed together and sang tribute songs to Michael Jackson.

OMG, still swooning from that concert. I can't think of a better way to spend a Saturday evening. JOE actually sounds better in person than he does on the albums. He is AMAZING. He looked so sexy and was dressed to the 9's, as usual. LOVE him. Chico looked cute, and sounded okay, but he can't hold a candle to JOE, sorry. They did a couple duets: "Rock with You" (MJ), and "No Guarantees" (Chico). Both sounded good. I stood right by the stairs so I could touch JOE every time he came to the side of the stage. Did I mention he's amazing? Goodness. Sang every song I wanted to hear (except Sex Girl). Nice mix of the classics and the new stuff. Wish he had done autographs for more than the big girls (what was that about?) they let backstage:(

I was able to attend the incredible outdoor concert of Joe and Chico Debarge. For all of those who were not in attendance YOU MISSED A GREAT SHOW! Both artists sound exactly like the music on the cds, radio, etc. Bringing real soul music and true showmanship back is what Chico and Joe did on Saturday, July 18th! Amazing voices, beautiful musicians...you can tell they both eat, breathe, sleep their craft. Truly a blessed event that will go down in my record book among the greatest live performances I've been able to experience. THANK YOU JOE AND CHCO DEBARGE for a wonder experience...it was truly food for my soul. God Bless :o)

The Joe concert was amazing. He knows his fan base--women-- and caters to them entireley. He took the audience on a sensual journey with one romantic ballad after another. He closed the show by doing a tribute to the late great MJ. He sang Rock with You and Human Nature as only Joe can sing it.

The show was just one word; Spectacular! The opening act, Bella Dona, those young Women are amazing, and should be recognized. Chico is Chico, a great musical artist. Joe is just simply brilliant. He captivates the audience without a lot of gimmicks and "hype-men..." His voice and musical talent is relentless. By far the best concert I've been to.

This concert surpassed my expectations 100%!! A Perfect venue, Great seats and a super band!! Joe put on a great performance hands down! Chico was awesome too! Joe has energy and style, he gets into the crowd and sings old and new songs...everyone there enjoyed the show! Chico was soulful and kept it real, they both have new albums coming out this summer and they give you a pretty good taste of whats to come.

Joe and Chico DeBarge's performances were excellent!!! Joe, in particular, sang all of my favorite songs ... I think he sang every song he ever made. He left EVERYTHING on the stage. He did not hold anything back. Joe clearly enjoys performing for his fans and wanted to give them their money's worth. The concert EXCEEDED my expectations!!!

When I purchased the tickets to see Joe and Chico Debarge, I was just looking for something to do on my birthday. I was already a fan of Joe but only somewhat famliar with Chico Debarges work. I definately got more then my moneys worth. These two men brought there heart and souls to that stage and put on a performance that was worthy of a week long run. I left that night a huge fan of Chico Debarge and bought all of his cd's the next day. I will definately attend any show that they do in the near and far future.

Joe did an amazing job. His vocal performance was flawless. Consider him one of the few people that sound even better in person than on the CD. I'm not exactly sure how Chico Debarge got on the ticket. He had good music... an awesome band (which I believe was Joe's band), but horrible horrible vocals. Above all the biggest disappointment of the night was being under the impression that the concert was beginning at 7pm, and then being forced to stand outside in the heat until 7:40p. The concert did not begin until 8:45p!!!!! This was my first time attending an event at House of Blues. If this is an indication of how their concerts are managed I am NOT a fan.

JOE'S PERFORMANCE WAS OFF THE CHARTS! I LOVE HIM. NO ONE CAN COMPARE. JOE IS A SINGER. JOE NEEDS TO COME BACK TO DALLAS EVERY CHANCE HE GETS! JOE IS THE SEXIEST MAN ALIVE. HIS PERFOMANCE WAS AWSOME. AND AGAIN THE MAN CAN SANG! HE DID A TRIBUTE TO MICHAEL JACKSON, AT THE END OF HIS SHOW. I THOUGHT THAT WAS SO GREAT OF HIM. JOE IS A TRUE ARTIST (THE SOUND COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE CLEARER AT SOME POINTS DURING HIS PERFORMANCE)

Too much lapse time in between artist. JOE WAS LIT!

Loved the venue. Joe's performance and swag was amazing! Michel'le gave a sweet performance, KeKe Wyatt looked gorgeous and sang her heart out, and Jon B gave his soul. Memorable!

Joe, Jon B and Keke Wyatt were great! However, the D.J. that hosted...and I use that term loosely....was terrible. He can't mix, kept cutting Keke's music off and really needs to move into another profession!!!!!!! The Revention Music Center has a good vibe and I enjoyed the show.
