It was a super show. We enjoyed it so much. I am so glad we got tickets for this show. We brought two friends with us and we all had a nice time. I can always count on the best entertainment at the Rialto. I am so pleased to see all the talent in the area. The show was so good. I cant even imagine how hard it would be to judge such great talent. I was very pleased to see my fav singer won. I would have been happy to see any of them win as they were all very good and did a amazing job. I will definitely plan on coming back next year.

The selection of the finalists was good. They were all talented and deserved to be there, however the hosts and one of the women judges were annoying and totally un-professional. Their remarks about their favorites, (to one man, "you are the best we have seen, by far" were un-called for. Not one man made it to the finals. Maybe there should be a finalist man and woman. Especially, since this winners voice, and presence is so much like last years idol. They need to 'shake it up" and give different types of singers a chance. Having the mother of the winner come up and hug her daughter may have messed up the voting. How many other spouses, parents etc. would have liked to hug their finalist? I know the mom was in the competition, but so what! When the woman judge said you made me cry and could hardly control her emotions, she should have passed it on to the next judge to make the critique. I had people around me saying to the judge "shut up" and "you gotta be kiddin". For next year, if the same hosts are involved, they need to clean up their act, and keep their opinions to themselves. Every finalist is in it to win it and they do not need the hosts sending "biased signals" to the judges. For the most part, the judges (mostly the men) gave good advice about stage presence etc. They gave advice that the person could use in the future, to make their performance better but the women judges injected too much emotional baggage into their critiques and they came off sounding silly.
