I should have done more research about the show before I bought tickets for my husband and I. Although it was somewhat entertaining, I was under the assumption that it was a real Circus with tigers and elephants (like the old Ringling Brothers). It's definitely more for kids than adults.

Superb entertainment, I'd go again. An excellent production that will keep you engaged and provide another fun memory. The atmosphere was lively and electric keeping the audience engaged. I forgot about the option of reserving meal plans which would have made the experience even better. I have done this before and I'd highly recommend this experience be added as a part of the overall adventure.

First of all, I haven't been to the circus in quite sometime now. So this was a real treat. I didn't know what to expect. But I wanted to take my Mom and I to a show together. Glad I brought her to see this. She enjoyed it as much as I did! It's a great show for everyone. I saw lots of families, couples, and friends together. If you get a chance to catch this show, you will not be disappointed.

This was an interesting experience, being able to watch an old-style circus in comfort. All the performers were amazing. A segment with the ringmaster interacting with children from the audience was particularly pleasing. We would have enjoyed it even more if our grandson had been there, so take your kids.

This was in impressive show, very well written, staged, and performed. It didn t include stars, and it wasn t a musical, so it didn t reach the apex of a theater experiences. Nevertheless, the show was excellent and a joy to attend. Very exciting at certain points. It was well worth the time and price. It's wonderful for kids!

I have loved the circus my whole life and I was very sad when Ringling Bros. closed down. This is a nice little circus fix with real circus performers on a stage instead of in three rings. There is a lot of talent in the group and a lot of energy. Bring the kids -- especially the elementary school age ones -- and you will love it.

This was a valentines day outing and the show did not disappoint. My wife and I both enjoyed every minute of it. This show is for all audience: mom, dad, children, husband and wife. Children, especially, will enjoy the show because the circus master randomly picks audience members to participate on stage.

I bought the tickets thinking this was a musical. It isn't . It really is a circus circa 1903. Things real people can do. Jugglers acrobats and arielists. No glitz and no fancy technical equipment. No net, either. Some spangels but nothing outrageous. The ringmaster is wonderful and interacts very well with every one in the audience. He works well with kids especially. Polite patter...some local references and just the suggestion of snake oil salesman. I missed the big cats but they have 2 wonderful "elephants"; mother and child. They are the inhabited puppets made famous by "The Lion King" and very well done. A very satisfying and refreshinly different evening.

The preview trailer for the show looks excellent, but the show itself was a big letdown for me. The production was really poorly done and felt very cheap. There are a couple of talented performers and the show, but overall the quality is below average, especially for Las Vegas. More than half of the show was audience participation with small children, which was wonderful for the parents but not so much for the rest of the audience. The "elephants" in the show are pretty laughable puppets. The costumes are not great. Overall the show under-delivers. The ticket pricing is way off. I'd say $30/$40 person would be a fair price for the show, bot $50-$130/person that they are charging. I'd say save your money and go see a good cirque show, or better yet, Le Reve

AudienceCritic
The circus performers in this show are very excellent at their craft and the stage is so close, you instinctively feel more tension with each trick. The troupe of acrobats that opens the show is terrific. Their music is enthralling and the choreography of the troupe is timed perfectly to it. The contortionist completely boggles the mind as she flexes in directions no human was meant to go. The juggler is really fun to watch and endearing with the audience. The man with the bicycle ballet provides a calming break before the high wire act, which does great tricks for the small amount of space available on the stage. The elephant puppets are amazing works of engineering and extremely well manipulated by the puppeteers. The movements are very natural looking. The Circus Master's role is designed to be very cheesy with a running patter that the children in the audience rarely understand but tickles the adults. However, on this night, his session on stage with four little children from the audience lasted way too long and killed the momentum of the show. The audience became quite subdued. So when the high wire act came out right after his piece, the audience offered very little applause to show appreciation of their performance. You could tell the performers energy level was affected. It made me sad that the audience had deserted them. They are very accomplished on the wire and really deserved much more applause. The venue is wonderful. There are no bad seats and the room is small enough to feel the energy coming from the performers on stage. I would advise the director and producers to cut down the time and lines given to the Circus Master a little and add another act. The website shows a knife-throwing act that never appeared. Maybe a short high-energy act with fast-paced music would reinvigorate the audience before the high wire act finale. Overall - it's a time to let your inner kid out to be amazed and have a good time.

A perfect family show on the Strip at the Paris Casino. The hilarious comedy and magic from the "Ringmaster" throughout the show truly added to the experience. Please be prepared to join the Ringmaster on stage as well. The Circus acts ranged from high-wire action, to balancing, juggling and bicycle stunts along with an amazing contortionist and teeter-totter high flyers. Young and old will enjoy the puppetry of the Circus Elephants too. Missed a 5 rating as it was only 1 hour and 20 minutes. We wanted more. Fun time for all!

I was shocked at this amateurish low budget show. There were only 12-13 people in the show. A juggler wasn't able to complete a stunt after 3 attempts. It was awful. The fake elephants were well made and maneuvered by the employees. The small elephant's trunk was placed into a tub of ice cold water and then those of us in the front row were sprayed with the water. No advance notice and we were soaked. I couldn't believe this show exists as it is far below the standards of other LV shows. I had two guests with me and I was embarrassed for them as this is a horrible show. Don't go. Save your money.

I wasn't expecting a lot because the show was a 'family friendly' one. I was greatly surprised because the show brought the audience lot of laughter, plenty of applause and amazing entertainment. Circuses are disappearing all over the country and animal acts face constant opposition. This show brings the excitement of a real circus with amazing elephants no one will object to. The show brought the audience lots of laughter, plenty of applause and wonderful surprises. I would recommend this show to anyone, regardless of age. The only thing missing was the smell of sawdust and peanuts.

Nostalgic. Thrills for the child spirit of yesteryear. Throwback three-ringed appeal with modern innovation. The pinnacle being next scale puppetry that both emotes and amazes. Shame it's stadium presented. A proper tent setting would elevate the experience. Optional Sideshow might take things to even greater heights.

I've seen all the cirque de soleil shows on the strip and while this is cute and refreshing it does need a little more umph to it or its not going to make it. People are looking for a little more excitement and show...Again sweet and cute but not sure that's going to have much longevity on the strip.

I went to see the elephant and it was pretty cool- I will not support a circus with live animals as they are mistreated. The Ringmaster was funny. The contortionist was gross- I couldn't watch. A few of the acts were scary because it seemed they did not practice enough and could have gotten hurt. The poor juggler had quite a hard time but hung in there. Overall pretty cool

Tell your Friends and spread the word. This show is so different than anything you may have experienced in the past. Its a wonderful mix of old school skilled acts and todays technology in the form of Lights, Sounds and puppetry. The Circus is brought back to Life in the most ingenioius way. It looks, sounds and feels like a real Circus from 1903 and reminds you of a true European Circus. There are Thrills and Spills. Acts that will keep your palms sweaty and on the edge of your seat. Ring Master and Magician David Williamson is Wonderful. His gift of Magic and his Character are all engaging. You will believe that he is in fact Willy Whipsnade. All of the performers are top notch and Willy will entertain everyone in the crowd. I was fortunate to see their Premiere Performance at the William Saroyan Theater this past Saturday evening. It is so Joyus and refreshing. If you do not see this show, you will be missing something great. And yes bring your Children! After seeing this show it's sad to think that Ringling Brothers is bringing down the curtain. If they could just see their way clear to change their ways and do what this troupe is doing they could be viable again. Go see this!

This production was like taking a step back in time...it brought back memories of hearing stories my (long gone) relatives would tell about the excitement of the circus coming to the small towns in America many years ago. It was a perfect evening for reflection - especially during this holiday season. The MC was so clever in the way he interacted with the audience; he was very funny & quick witted with the children he brought onstage. He provided many laughs for the adults. There was time to watch each act because the focus was actually on one act at a time. Do not go in expecting a Cirque show...go in & enjoy the reflection of a step back in time!

The idea of a Circus from 1903 intrigued me. What old time acts and the tricks could they have conjured back then and would they be entertaining? I was not disappointed, the acts were skillfully done and the entertainers were full of fun and enthusiasm. The ringmaster was the cherry on the cake, he was witty and skillful. His use of children from the audience brought the audience in closer and gave a more personal feeling. I was overcome with laughter on several occasions by the event and will come back again.

I read reviews of this show and got raves from friends. Now some of the reviews don't make sense--there is no intermission; there is no second act. Not all of the acts perform in every show--the ushers told me that the acts are rotated. Some of the acts I particularly wanted to see weren't on. The acts that were on were great, and the "elephants" are spectacular. But if you expect to see all the acts from the video clips you'll be disappointed.

What a hokey show. Some of the jokes were inappropriate for kids but probably went over their heads. Very little content. The elephant puppet was extraordinary but that was it! Don t go- waste of money.

My wife and I are actually amazed that somewhat with power and influenced green lighted this show. It had little redeeming value and I ll be shocked if it is still playing in three months. Save your money and go see any other show on the strip!

I have been wanting to see this show since I read about it but it hasn't toured to my city yet. I was excited to see if had a short stay in Las Vegas. Theater staff was amazing and friendly. The MC of the show (the ringmaster) was hilarious and interacted with the kids. Circus acts were great and full of so much talent. My favorite part was the huge elephant puppets. We enjoyed the show. We were sad to hear of the show closing weeks early in Vegas. This may not have been the best city for it as there are so many Cirque du Soleil and other similar entertainment options. But of this show tours to your city please do not hesitate to see it.

Shows in Vegas always have a special charm. They are done well and make them entertaining for crowds. Circus 1903 was no different. The "ringmaster" was hilarious and provided great audience participation during act transition. I always strive to get front row seats because I like to see the expressions on performer's faces and the enthusiasm with which they perform. The show itself is about 90 minutes long. There are several acts but the majority of the time it is the ringmaster interacting with the crowd. There were a couple of slip ups from the performers (falls/trips/bad timing) but mistakes happen and that is understood and forgiven. With that being said, my ticket was 120 dollars for being on the third row. There are various other shows in Vegas for the same price with more elaborate acts and colorful props. I recommend the show but I do wish the price was lower for the performance given.

Nothing special no storyline. All the acts are acts you currently see in the circus. Didn't feel transported back in time

We saw this show at Fair Park in Dallas with front row balcony seats. The performance was very entertaining and the ringmaster did a nice job keeping the show rolling and the audience engaged with the various acts. A couple of interactive pieces with children from the audience were very fun. The acrobats were truly death defying, in a few instances. The opening segment featured three acrobats leaping onto a seesaw in turn and flinging each other into the air to do flips and turns, requiring the artist to land perfectly once again on their end of the seesaw! One of the three actually got injured early on, but "the show must go on" and the other two continued to much applause. It was so harrowing, I had to look away! Not all of the acts were this dramatic, but they were all entertaining and the show did feel like a nostalgic taste of old time circus -- 1903. The most remarkable aspect of the show might be the puppeteered full-size elephant and baby elephant. Really amazing. It didn't take much suspension of disblief to get into those elephants. Nice show. Worth the $75 ticket price. A couple of fair warnings. There will be a LOT of children in this show, even though I think much of it would go over their heads. So come prepared to endure the talking, crying and disruption that goes with it. Also, if you are in a balcony or further back seat you might appreciate binoculars. I didn't bring mine and wish I had, though I could see fine. It would have been nice to get a closer view of a few things.

My parents loved it. They are in their 80s. I was not that thrilled about it. It was nice to have the pre-order choices for intermission. Would loved coming out to reserved table with champagne and strawberries waiting for us.
