Elway was a very pleasant surprise. The singer was hilarious between songs. The copyrights were amazing, they really got the crowd going. Played their set without any stops and were just great pop punky goodness! Lawrence Arms played all my favorites and killed it. Punk danced all night and everybody was so friendly and picked eachother up when they were down. Everybody was soaked with beer and sweat. The sound was perfect, sinclair is by far one of the top venues in the city!

Frankie Negron

We waited almost two hours for Frankie Negron to come on while listening to a DJ and a 10 min performance of BA Star. Great time I just would have liked if he came out sooner. It was a very intimate venue. Max capacity of 500 or so. Which was great. We stood only a few feet from the band and they all put heart and soul into the performance. Frankie kicked out a trouble maker not 45 seconds into his first song. Major loss to that person. Good choice by Frankie!!

The play was funny through and through...filled with passion. But was spiritual. I just bought the DVD and plan to watch it again to see what I missed. I enjoyed the play very much.

Nataly has a great singing voice and a charm on stage. And then there is Jack. Over the top.. As Billy Joel sang, "Captain Jack will get you high tonight."

Off was awesome. My second time seeing them. I met Keith Morris there and got my vinyl signed so it was a successful night. Opening bands were good too. I especially dug Cerebral Ballzy even though they didn't (I don't think) play my favorite song Junky for Her. Venue was nice but a little too crowded. My first time there. There was also a super hot chick there giving me the eye.....fun night overall.

Das Racist

The three opening acts were terrific, culminating in Le1f's utterly magnetic performance. Das Racist seemed like they were drunk or high -- sloppy, low energy, not particularly interesting to watch. I was really bored. They ended 10 minutes early. (I'd guess that they have the capacity to do more, since they managed to attract such great openers.)
