Six excellent top of their field comedians who put on a show that had me rolling my head back with LOL joy. What fun. One after the other introduced by fantastic surprise big name celebrities; all celebrating what MSG's Garden of Dreams is all about.

The comedians were much too clean (no cussing) and that got a bit boring but overall it was a really great night. A lot of fun and felt like something special.

Adam Ferrara was excellent as expected. Brian Regan was good. Robert Klein was still doing old routines as usual (and expected... only a couple of years ago he was still doing Dan Quale jokes). I expected nothing from Darryl Hammond and got it. I was VERY disappointed in Wanda Sykes and Ray Romano. I have seen better comedy shows for $20.

Sorry to say that I was disappointed....It was said a lot of time, effort and hard work went into organizing this benefit... but, truthfully, as a general ticket holder, I was only slightly entertained.....I found myself unattached and mostly board and wishing I was home. Glad my ticket purchase is going to a good cause....Good luck in the future - I do wish you well.... squashed-seats were made for small children - not for adults.

CHILDREN WERE ALLOWED TO SEE THE SHOW, AND SOME OF THE PERFORMERS WERE SUBDUED BECAUSE THE CHILDREN WERE THERE. ALTHOUGH SUBDUED, STILL HILARIOUS. THE AUDIENCE WAS READY TO BE ENTERTAINED, AND WE WERE. SOME OF THE ENJOYMENT CAME FROM THE PRESENTERS, WHO WERE SURPRISES, AND VERY WELL KNOWN. IT WAS AMAZING, AND THE ONLY WISH THE AUDIENCE COULD HAVE HAD, IS THAT IT SHOULD LAST LONGER.

What a Fun night~ alot of surprise presenters made it all the more enjoyable~ Comics were terrific, (except Wanda Sykes, very disappointing) the Garden Theatre was easy to get in & out and the theatre itself was very nice... all in all a great experience. I will be attending when they do this again in 2 years~!

A very special night of great fun. The comdians were excellent although too many jokes catering to people over 50. The seating was really good although we paid the top price and could barely see the performers. I would recommend some large screen TV's to be put on the walls.

6 great comedians. Special guests to introduce each one. Bob Costas as a good MC. Al Trautwig came out first to explain all the great work done by the Garden of Dreams. A fun evening was had by all while raising funds for a good cause.

Really great event. I liked the fact that I helped such a wonderful charity and had the opportunity to see 6 wonderful comics perform AND was pleasantly surprised by the celebrity presenters. Organizer Rory rocks and really deserved his recognition and award. Congratulations to all who worked so hard to put together this event!

What a great idea to raise money for a great charity. The comics that donated their time were very funny! One suggestion I would like to make - when the presenters were on stage to announce the next comic they were not visible from Section 305. In order for everyone to see them, they need to be more center stage.

5 of the 6 comics were excellent. Even if Wanda was neutered by MSG. Darryl Hammond is painfully out of his element. Celeb presenters were ok but it would've been better if they either did more with their time or didn't go on at all (more time for the comics). Show should have been longer - 2 hrs felt cheap. Hope they get it better next time.

Great show and for a great cause. A lot of celebs were in the seats in section 100 which is where we sat. The seats were perfect. Rows S is the first row of the second section of 100. We were on the railing so there was nobody in front of us. Seats 21 and 22 are dead center. Each comedian stayed on only for about 15-20 mins. The show started at about 8:20 and ended at 10:10. A little too short for me.

Most comedians were not very funny. The show was disappointing. I liked Brian Regan the best. I had seen Wanda Sykes' material on TV. Ray Romano and Robert Klein need fresher material; Klein could have been more political....although I did laugh with both. I just dont think it was worth the money even if it was a fundraiser.

What could have been a great night was instead a dud! Very large venue for comedy and no video screens? It is 2013. Video screens are the norm now. If you weren't one of the celebs in the first few rows you missed out on the full performance of the comedians. Most acts were good not great with the exception of One who appeared either drunk or high and was as unprofessional as could be. Good cause poor execution. The experience of the average joe in the crowd left much to be desired.

Good event and surprised by the presenters (Brooke Shields, Ben Stiller, etc). A little disappointed in the short skits. Maybe half the number of comics with longer skits each or longer event. Ray Ramano was the BEST! Little disappointed in Wanda Sykes, I love her in New Adventures of Old Christine and she's funny as hell but she kinda droned on through her skit.

I thought that Brian Regan, Ray Romano, Adam Ferrara, Robert Klein were hysterical! Wanda Sykes, although I love her, did not bring her A game. Darrell Hammond was horrible. Not funny AT ALL! Show was entertaining and went to a great cause. Would have enjoyed more comedy from Wanda and less from Darrel Hammond and Robert Klein since those guys were mediocre at best. The theater was clean, the bathrooms were clean and the show was great. Darrryl Hammond was the only downer but it was for charity so his appearance was appreciated. I'm a 38yr old guy from Brooklyn. Vulgarity is just fine with me so this is not about curses.... It's about funny. Leslie Jones and Bob Saget are just not funny. The event bookers may feel unfunny is nec because time must be filled?? IMO people would just as well go home 20-30 minutes earlier. Every other comic absolutely more than makes up for them but I can only give 3 stars because for 20-30 minutes you made my life very difficult lol. Otherwise amazing night. The giving and charity aspect of it was great.

We had the best evening, full of surprises. This was our first time attending Garden of Laughs and the night was just perfect for a worthy cause. A lot of fun. But when some jerk booed Louis Black, they should have taken that guy out. Instead he remained in place and continued to make remarks. I was very exited with the lineup for this event. John Oliver was great. The next comedian went, I don't know his name but his comedy was a lower level and misogynistic. The crowd seemed to love this so the other comedians followed suit. I was really disappointed that this was the running theme through each comedians bit. Lewis Black was the last one; he didn't pander to this so much, he actually criticized it. Overall I will not attend again as I was sorely disappointed.

I was very excited to see this line-up of comedians. Looked forward to it for a while. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the show. Each comedian did 10-15 minutes at the most. It is a great cause so I wont complain too much but the first comedian came on around 8:30 and the show was done by 10pm. It was like they all had somewhere else to be later Sat night. In addition, cutting off alcohol sales at 9:30 was a joke..........

While I applaud MSG for holding the Garden of Laughs, I am not a fan of the Theater at MSG where the event was held. Bathrooms are a very long walk from seating and the SEATING itself is extremely uncomfortable. There has to be a balance relating to just how many seats you can squeeze into a row and the COMFORT of the ticket holder. The seats were extremely narrow and I will think twice before purchasing tickets at the Theater at MSG again.

Brought some good names but was pretty short for how many comedians there were and really wasn't very funny at all. I've been to so many comedy shows and I always love them -- never had a problem laughing. But I was pretty disappointed with this one. Maybe I was expecting too much because it was at MSG and it was a lot of money, especially compared to other comedy shows?? Not sure. I was also pretty offended by a lot of the jokes, which I usually don't have a problem with at other shows. A lot of the jokes were just completely offensive without anything funny attached. I can usually handle offensive jokes if they're funny in some way, but it wasn't funny -- just rude. Unfortunately, I definitely won't be going back next year.

This was our second time attending the Garden of Laughs. The first one was amazing and I didn't think it could be topped. i was wrong - the second Garden of Laughs provided nonstop laughter. We laughed so hard it was difficult for us to catch our breath. The bonus is the money raised to help ill and at risk youth. Although the line up sounded great, the material was not even funny, almost like they improvised at worst, or at best didn't bother to come up with new material. The only comedian who even made me laugh was Brian Regan.

I had high hopes for the Garden of Laughs event because it featured respected and well-known comedians, plus it was for a good cause. However, most of the comedians made jokes based on deterioration from age, ranging from Robert Klein singing about a colonoscopy (great voice, though) to Ray Romano giving me an unpalatable visual of part of his genitals being affected by gravity. Wanda Sykes just stammered until almost the end of her set. The most generally relatable entertainer was Brian Regan who didn't allude to anything anatomical. Even then, it would have been tolerable except for the security staff who huddled near our seats, which were by the exit, and who didn't bother to lower their voices or their walkie-talkie conversations, and who kept going in and out of the exit doors nearest us as celebrating Ranger fans walked by. It took me an hour and a half to get to the venue from Long Island and I had to spend for the train, too. I'd rather just send a check to this charity and watch TV comedy shows than take the trouble of trekking in and being disappointed and unable to change the channel.

Overall, the event was great. There were a lot of famous people coming together to support a great cause. I suspect the event will keep getting better and better. My only complaint is that they didn't have big projector screens up so if you weren't sitting upfront, you missed out on key facial expressions.

I enjoyed the entire night. It was fun watching the celebrities walk npast us to get to their seats. The comics were good. I will say that I saw Ray Ramano on television the week before and he used some of the same jokes which was a little let down. Robert Klein was hysterical.
