Parking was good. Shuttle bus from parking lot to event. Had a very nice time. Some big name players did not come out for practice on Monday. Next year I will go on Tuesday instead.

Sunday should include more consolation rounds. The tournament should be bracketed in a way to make Sunday more fan oriented. 2 groups are not enough. Maybe consider some other level of play that has at least 8 groups playing the course for something meaningful. Maybe rearrange prize money or Fedex points or double elimination. Sunday should have more than 2 groups playing the course.

Okay , let me get this right. We arrive at 8:00 am and it was 40 degrees, so we had on layers (coat, sweatshirts, rain pants, etc) then by 10:00 am it was beautiful so we took off the layers. Where in the heck are we suppose to put those layers. SINCE THIS YEAR THEY HAVE OUTLAWED BACKPACKS..BOOO!

The golf was great, but the facilities were poor. For those with corporate connections, the facilities were great. For those of us who just had spectator tickets, the parking was very far away, the concessions were very crowded, and the port-a-potty bathrooms were awful and dirty. The disinfectant to use on the hands after going to the bathroom ran out after the first day and they were never refilled. The food choices were very limited and very expensive. If Austin Country Club wants to make this the world class event that it should be, they should take lessons from Augusta National and have better parking, concessions, and bathrooms for next year's event. They have a whole year to work on it.

Overall a great event! Need more drink stations around the course. We had to wait in food or alcohol line to purchase water. Also, more food vendors. The ones there were good, but we were there for five days and tacos and burgers got tiresome. Food trailers on the course next year? The PGA merchandise store was a mad house! Not very organized and not much for women (or just XS and XL sizes). The Porta potties were adequate but ran out of hand sanitizer often. Maybe have water taxis available to bring in spectators next year. Maybe from hula hut or LCRA?

From start to finish this was one of the best golf events I have ever attended. The shuttles worked well and I never had to wait in line. The Lyft/Uber option was smooth too. Getting in and out of such a small place would have been harder if it hadn't been so well-organized. I'm also glad that tickets were limited for that same reason. I never felt crowded even though there were big crowds. That's saying something at an event featuring the top pro golfers in the world. The course was beautiful, and the views breathtaking. Kudos to the membership of ACC for letting the world come in and find out what we already know about the magic that it is to live in Austin, Texas. Thank you, we can't wait for next year!

Enjoyed the Dell Match Play. Plus-Excellent shuttles from the public parking areas. Easy to view the golfers up close. Thanks for limiting the number of tickets sold. Crowds were very pleasant and not unruly. Minus-Not near enough bathrooms. Those that were there were camouflaged from view with white windbreaks. With that many fans, you would expect banks of bathrooms.

Love matchplay and attended the last two years at Dove Mountain. If this tournament is held at Harding Park in the future, would not attend. As a spectator who does not want to spend the day in a hospitality suite we found it difficult to get close to a lot of the play. We didn't even find one set of bleachers available to the general ticket holder.

Nice layout and fan friendly set up. We attended all week from Tuesday through Sunday. The volunteers and hole monitors were friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the holes did not allow crossing to the adjoining fairway or to the other side for moving throughout the course. The Cadillac set up was great allowing for all spectators to share in the food and drink and big screen. Nice to see not all corporate tents. The water and service in the Cadillac center was great. Food was good. Maybe a little high priced but not bad. Fairly lax on taking pictures during tournament. Some fans penalized with comments and others just took pics and nothing said to them. Plenty of bathrooms.

The setting, the course and the players were spectacular and will remain a lifelong memory. Loved the Cadillac center and the Grey Goose 15 th hole. TPC Harding Park has miles to go in terms of guest service. My Bus driver to the course was reading a map and using his GPS at Daly station...and still got lost. The food service was slow, understaffed and the food, for the price, was not the tasty standard of SF food. Had planned to have breakfast at the clubhouse Thursday morning only to find out 'The clubhouse is for those WHO HAVE CREDENTIALS'. I wanted to bring home genuine TPC Harding park merchandise for friends and family. TPC Harding Park needs to make a better path for fans moving between 12-14 and the TEE of 1 and 15.

Fantastic event for golf fans and sports fans in general. Being able to stand and sometimes walk along side the professional athletes while they are performing is truly amazing. Being able to watch the best players in the world, walking a beautiful course, and enjoying well placed amenities makes this event more than worth attending. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!

Tuesday was a practice round and Pro-Am. All the top named golfers played in the event. There were 48 pro golfers that played in the morning and afternoon matches. I walked around the course during the morning and afternoon sessions and saw Rory, Jordan, Justin and Bubba and others along the way. Food concessions and Merchandise Tent were all in operation. Great day to see the best golfers in the world play.

The setting of Dove Mountain GC was wonderful! The course seemed challenging for the those who competed and the volunteers did a good job. My only suggestion is to move the "main gate" back up to the practice, golf club area for a more impressive entrance.

This was our first PGA tournament to attend and it was very well organized. And the cost was reasonable. We hope to attend more in the future and hope to return again next year to dove mountain to watch again and to bring other friends. We were not sure exactly what we got for the price of the ticket. Being at event was really great. I however don't think I would go to the quarter finals again. Not enough groups to stay in one place to watch the action. Only 4 I think going to the 1-3 day would be more enjoyable as far as the action. However, I would most definitely attend again.

Dove Valley, unlike the Princess GC in Scottsdale, is not a stadium course. The tees and greens are all raised above the general terrain, so it is difficult to see much. The tickets were very pricy, $62 and parking was $10.

The Golf Club at Dove Mountain is unbelievably beautiful, with panoramic vistas at every hole. The Match Play was well organized, moving people in and out of the venue with ease and minimal waiting. What was impressive is how many of the staff and volunteers thanked the spectators for coming. The course is accessible to the visitors without unduly interfering with play. The players exceeded the expectations for great golf and high drama in the extra holes played, spectacular shots out of the unforgiving desert and new faces getting international recognition. Any possibility that the Match Play would leave Tucson would be a huge mistake. The Match Play benefits from the winter tourists already in the area, and the area certainly benefits from the presence of the Match Play.

A great opportunity to see the top 64 world ranked golfers in head to head action in the late winter higher altitude AZ desert.Every match is like a Sunday final on the PGA tour. Sudden victory, or else pack up you bags to go home. Tiger W, Phil M, and Adam S choose to skip this event, but they were not missed for a minute. The golfer's shot playing was superb every day, and the tramping aroung the AZ desert trails to follow the action was FUN.

the Dove Mountain course is the absolute best location for this event which doesn't draw a tremendous number of spectators yet is such a great event to have the pros play in the match play format. The course is also a lot different than the standard PGA tour courses they play which makes it all the more exciting and fun to watch. Whether you are watching on TV or go in person the course is such a treat to view a match play format on !!! Hope the new sponsor sees the great value in this !!!

Mercifully we did not have tickets for Day One, which was snowed out. Ours were for Day Two, so we got to see the entire field finish. A stranger came up to us and offered three free tickets to the Canyon Club, which was a total windfall. Great food and open bar for the day, and up-close views of the 15th tee and 16th green. Nice! Say, those guys are good, but you get to see things that they would never show on the Golf Channel. All in all, a great day on a very nice golf course.

Beautiful golf course but, not very viewer/fan friendly. I was surprised of the $10.00 parking fee as the tickets were higher than the TPC Waste Management Open. Limited seating and hot food, (burgers/dogs) were cold and concession ran out of hot drinks, (coffee/hot choc.), this was day 2. All grounds people were very friendly and helpful. People did not respect seating guidelines.

Snow it Tucson is rare, and has made for beautiful news coverage this year and last. It delayed play but did not dampen the players or the fans enthusiasm for Match Play. It is the best event in Tucson, and so great to see the worlds best players here. The Ritz Carlton course is beautiful!

We know tucson can't control the weather, but how the officials handled it left much to be desired. We planned our vacation around the tournament and have been every Accenture tournament since they have been held in tucson. The weather was disappointing but the offering the use of Wed. Tickets for Sunday play missed most vacationers, they reversed themselves later but not in time for the conclusion of first round on Thursday which we could and would have attended. We will not buy our tickets til the last minute, if at all next year. Very poor public relations on their part.

Everything was very well organized. It was a pleasure to watch the pros practice putting, chipping and working on the range. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. The pros were very friendly and casually spoke with fans, signed autographs, etc. The course is beautiful and in great shape. We walked 6 holes and enjoyed being so close to all the action. Going back on Friday to watch matches and will definitely be back again next year. Keep up the GREAT JOB!

For the benefit of the spectators, I would recommend something to keep half the world's best players around more than a day. How about a double elimination tournament? The only issue we had was that the local papers really didn't put enough information out to people who are attending the tournament. For example parking was mentioned, but not real specific. Sponsor tents were not covered. On course areas to use cell phones. Although once we did get parked, the tournament it self was great. Volunteers were very cordial and helpful, and overall it was a great experience.

Course is extremely long and tough to walk. Better off bringing a stadium chair or buying club tkts. Concessions on course should have seating. The ones that do dont have enuf seating. Parking/shuttle went very well after they fixed the glitches from the previous day(Wed). Course and weather were fantastic! The golf was even better!

Desert golf is unique, and the course at Dove Mountain has many spectacular views and challenges. The event was Very Well managed by the PGA and the Town of Marana. Sight lines made it easy to watch players, and concessions were reasonably priced. The crowd was, for the most part, was obviously knowledgeable of the game of golf - they knew how to behave. Exceptions were at the paid viewer stands (alcohol involved??), and a couple of over-zealous know-nothings yelling "in-the-hole", even when the shot wasn't close. Well worth the price of admission.

Loved seeing all of the golfers on the first day of the Match Play tournament. Had a great seat by the ropes on Hole 7 and we saw everyone come in on that hole. We plan it that way for the first day. Later, for the Championship, we have a different strategy. Only glitches were minor -- a) parking delays (which were promptly dealt with and improved for the rest of the tournament); and b) think you should show the locations of all the actual handicapped shuttle stops on the map in the daily pairings brochure. Then, have the shuttle stop by regularly, rather than having to find a conquistador to call someone to come.

Match Play was a great experience last year, so I wanted to return this year. It is just a lot of fun out there even if you are not into golf at all.

I was pleased that this event allowed cell phones with the understanding that any phone usage was done in specific areas so as not to disturb the players. I was displeased that many people did not follow this rule and were a distraction to the players and the fans around them. Other than these selfish people not obeying these minimal rules it was a fun event to attend and I highly recommend it.

A spectacular event! However, traffic getting there was horrendous, and that was just to will -call. In talking with other attendees, I should have arrived at 6:30 in order to avoid the traffic problem...necessitating getting up at 5:00 A.M. I don't think so! Also, more bleachers would have been appreciated, plus staff knowledgeable of bathroom facilities (was told they didn't know where they were, so was sent back to the entrance from the 9th hole)... Not good!

Wednesday's at the Match Play are simply the best! You get to see your Favorite players up close and personal, I spent the early morning following the Dustin Johnson and Jim Furyk match for the front 9. Furyk was in complete control. Dustin looked lost and his game in disarray. Obviously I should have watched the back 9 because Wow what a turnaround. I picked up the Tiger on the first tee and followed to the completion of the match. This match had the biggest crowd as usual for any Tiger match. The course offered lots of great spots to view the action. Tiger was fortunate to win his match. Once again he was plagued by a balky putter which would be his demise in the thursday match. The venue offered easily accessible parking with a short shuttle to the course.

Tournament itself is fantastic because you have the top 64 players in the world on Wed. However, parking was a disaster and caused us to miss at least an hour of the tournament.

With a bad knee, I decided to stay close in. I only had to walk a short distance (50 yards) to watch players go off 10 and come in 18.

Great event. Unbelievable opportunity to see the 64 best golfers in the world in one tournament. The golf is great... ...however, the concession stands are a mess. Not enough people to handle the crowds, not enough food, long, long lines...and no place to sit and eat when you get your food and drinks.

Horrible. Fools changed parking arrangements after 2 successful years resulting in a 2 hour crawl from the highway exit to parking. Also as a deset layout not well suited for viewing. Wish I had stayed home and watched on TV

The tickets tell everyone to exit on tangerine what they fail to mention is it will take you about 2 hours once you exit the freeway until you see your 1st golfer. I have been to many golf tournaments and was shocked at how poorly this was run.

Fun day, could have used more concession stands and could have include some non meat items other than peanut butter and jelly especially when it falls on ash Wednesday, Suggest that you go early, there were huge traffic snarls later in day. We highly recommend this tournament have been there every year and will be back again next year.

We LOVE golf and especially the Match Play tournament at Dove Mtn. We heard rumors that it might be moved in the future and can't imagine why. We have been at the tournament 3 different years and feel it's really the best kept secret in golf with it's amazing location at the Ritz Carlton at Dove Mtn. The course is surrounded by Mtns. with a view of Tucson and the fact that you can be so close to the golfers, not to mention the perfect weather AZ Feb. had to offer, it's unbeatable!! We love that it's not overly crowded which makes it even better. We enjoyed the Waste Mgmt. Phx Open in the famous 16th green Sky Box this year but have to say that Match Play in Tucson is even better than that. Don't move it ever.

My wife and I attended the practice round on Tuesday, this is the 4th year we've done so and will probably be our last. It has just become too expensive, with free parking no longer part of the ticket price, and program prices also unacceptable, we will be watching the event on TV next year. We've really enjoyed the event being in Marana, and access has been very good (ie bus transportation to and from the event) we've decided $100 can be better used for gas/food etc.

This event is a great way to see the world's best players up close and personal. The practice round lets you get close enough to hear and see these guys doing their job without the mobs of a regular PGA weekend. The Ritz Carlton is a spectacular venue.

Shuttles for the handicapped were almost impossible to find or reluncant to pick you up once you did find them. Very disappointing. Other than that, the golf tournament was well planned out - good food - plenty of porta-poddies . Security details need to be the same for everyone - ie: allowing portable chairs and their tote bags into event....for some it was allowed - others not.

Although the golf course was beautiful, the match play golf for Sunday was frustrating. It was hard to view the players when they were on the green, they were surrounded by camera people and special guests. On one hole, I counted over 40 people within the ropes. They had no regards for us people that were trying to view the players. They blocked the view of the hole. For the price of the Tournament, I could have paid my cable bill and sat home and watch it on TV. Also, there are so many golf carts on the course that as a spectator, we had to move off the cart path all the time to get out of the way from carts that were going extremely fast considering all the people around.

It was a beautiful, refreshingly cold sunday morning. The golf course impeccable, volunteers very helpful and nice, food and drinks plentiful, players interactive. My daughter received an autograph golf ball from Matt Kuchnar. Although it was 48 degrees and cold wind, we bundled up and we wouldn't have wanted to miss the championship match!

To many carts around the audience. We almost get run over a few times because they needed to get forward before next shot. I understand the television have them for the equipment. But also single reporters and others? No way! They can walk inside the roops or along with the audience. Some time we found a god spot near the green and waited for 10/15 min for the players. Then the televison just got there and placed the cameras in front so we could not see anything. Thats annoying wenn you have paid to see this event. I suggest that you bring down the amount of carts and let the photographers, reporters and others inside the roop go on the opposite of the audience along the fairways. Then all can see and work.

This was a first for me and I had a great time. Although the parking was too far, it was very well organized. Buses were always ready to go. Security was great. Stands were great and easy to access. Would have like a couple of beers, but not at that price! Military hospitality tent was amazing. All employees were very helpful and friendly. Even with the rain and cold temps, still had a blast watching world famous golfers up close. Love that we could get right up behind them and watch their swing. Looking forward to next year already!

I attended on Wed, Feb 22, and Fri, Feb 24. Both days were exciting and filled with great memories. I have a service dog, in training, helping me who was also welcomed warmly. We never had to walk if we didn't want to. I was asked frequently if I desired a shuttle to get me around the very crowded course. When I needed one, I never had to wait long. The golf stars were all wonderful to see and get close to. Amazing how thin and tall they are compared to on TV. The military comemoration on Friday was outstanding. Even had a Blue Angel flyover. I am retired Air Force and was directed to the Patriots Pavilion where I checked in. That was also handled well and I ALWAYS had offers to get something for me or just be friendly. The observation areas were all accessable and made the day all the more pleasant. I can no longer walk the course as I'd like to, but what I could do was not hindered in any way and will make me want to come back again and again. Thanks too, Conquistators, for two wonderful days. Happy 50th!!

Everything about this event was done to near perfection, the weather, the course, and logistics (even though the parking Wednesday was messy it was sooo much better than the last couple of years since it was miles closer to the action). The cell phone rule worked OK and was appreciated and respected by most fans. Spectators on the fairways Sunday looked great on TV. Even a small improvement like watering the roads and paths more often to reduce the dust really helped.

The golf was very enjoyable. We took two family members who haven't been to a golf tournament before and they had a super time. The Patriots' Outpost was especially nice for my WWII veteran father. We all enjoyed seeing Tiger win on Wednesday. Then we watched the rest of the tournament on TV, made much more enjoyable having been on the course for Day 1.

My wife and I receiver complimentary military tickets which were wonderful. We also had access to the Military pavilion which served soft drinks, water, sandwiches and deserts at no cost to the military member or his/her dependent. What a nice surprise. We only had the water, but we left at the end of the day with a feeling that someone cared that we served. Thank you Accenture and all of the volunteers and beautiful ladies who served us in the pavilion. Oh yes, the tournament, the golfers and all of the action was great as well....
