1st time ever seeing Roller Derby and I love it! The Crazy 8's rock! I will be back for the next bout. This is a very energetic, fun sport. These Women bring it! The Beerleaders are great too.

brewcity bruisers should have $5 tickets and then with that it should be a free drink and snack could not understand this game to save my life

If you've never been to Roller Derby, Go! These ladies are warriors!

Always a good time. Strong women, fast moving game. Fun for a first timer and even better after you learn the rules!

We try to go a few times, at least, every year in a group, and even though it takes us a few minutes to remember the rules and hand signals, we get into cheering the bouts quickly and with great enthusiasm. The seats are comfortable and it's nice that you get to choose your area when you arrive. The uniforms are adorable, the girls work very hard, the announcers pay attention. I think roller derby is going to become a much bigger sport, again.

It was so much fun. We didn't understand it but it was still fun, the comentators were hilarious as well as the names of the participants.

Highly recommended. Entertaining, fun, interesting!

This was a fun evening's entertainment. $20 all in ticket cost for over 3 hours of entertainment compares favorably with other events you can attend. General admission seating allows you as much distance from the action as you want, even trackside within about 10 feet!

It's been several years since we attended the roller derby. We took our 6 year old for her first roller derby. She really loved the names of the girls. Thunder Pants was her favorite. We all had a great time!

What a great series of bouts! It was very laid back and not too crowded; the venue staff were professional but very low key. Everything worked, and minor issues were solved easily. There was plenty of room for everyone. The proximity to the hotels were comfortable, and Milwaukee is a wonderful place to visit. The only problem was the two tracks were so close that there was whistle contamination which was sometimes confusing for skaters, officials and fans. And it would've been nice to be able to leave gear safely at the venue for the duration of the event.

I paid $ 60.00 for 2 tickets and they did not require tickets at the door, it was a free event

Took my young teenage granddaughter & her 2 friends, they loved it. Great entertainment and an inspiration for teenage girls. It's a rough Sport and gives them the opportunity to express their aggressiveness that society may not regularly allow them to do.

we were given seat numbers, then when we arrived we were told to sit anywhere. i would have gone earlier if i knew that was the case. if you can sit anywhere - don't give seat numbers!!! i was supposed to sit front row, but that was all taken. also, we couldn't understand anything the announcer was saying the whole night. too bad the roller derby can't be in the smaller venues anymore. it was a lot more fun

I can't believe it took me so long to go. Sexy, tough and so thoroughly enjoyable.

This event was an awesome 2 full days of roller derby! The vendors were great too. Lots of great derby gear and swag available to buy or try.

First i must mention that i love roller derby , brings back fond memories of my youth , so i may be a tad bias , so lets start with what worked , having two tracks right next to each other was pretty cool , i sat in the middle and could watch both tracks at once , general admission seating is a real plus , and with all the teams that were there we had 12 hours of action on both days , that was amazing , now what needs improvement , there is only one score board at the cell , so track one scores were on that , but track two had just a little 20 inch screen for the scores, from the other side of the arena its imposable to see even with my spy glasses , and the one thing i found that was really sad there was almost no one there , i am not sure what the attendance figures were but i have seen more people at a mini-golf course , i don't think it was promoted very well , i hope it comes back next year !

Fun Event, Maybe a bit pricey for length of show, but overall great.

THIS WAS A FUN NIGHT OUT FOR ME AND MY HUSBAND. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BETTER WITH THE BANKED FLOORS AND GUARD RAILS LIKE IN THE OLD DAYS, BUT STILL FUN TO WATCH.

This was a first for us, not having been to a live roller derby event before and we didn't know what to expect. What a fun surprise it was! Lots of fun and goofy action on the sidelines, really great fun for the whole family, and the roller derby itself was actually a pretty exciting sporting event. Definitely recommend it for an evening of fun for any age.

And now for something completely different... Who knew that watching a group of women skating counterclockwise on a concrete floor could be so entertaining? These gals from all walks of (day-time) normal life take on completely different roles (night-time) as they strap on the pads and paint on their bare-arm numbers. These women take on a persona as scrappy "characters" each with their own unique stage name and back-story. It's kinda' like watching WWF meets a tavern league softball team in a tough-sexy way. The rules are a bit complex and convoluted, however not totally un-understandable. Come and watch and you'll see what I mean. You will actually find yourself rooting for a team and favorite player before you know it!

No quite what we were expecting. Announcers were horrible, roller derby itself was uneventful, especially the first match. The most entertaining event was the cheerleaders attempting to hula hoop.
