TAO: PHOENIX RISING

I can't get enough of taiko drumming. TAO brings a fresh take to a traditional art form. There is even some humor woven between the displays of athletic prowess and virtuoso drumming. I recommend this group and any of there shows to anyone with even a slight interest in music, theater, dance, drumming, Japan, Asian culture, or who just enjoys checking out really hot guys on stage :-)

Tao was really enjoyable...I would go again if they came back.

This show was one of the best performances I have ever seen. I loved the drumming and dancing. There are not words for the delightful and creative ways the troupe created an atmosphere of fun and drama. I would definitely recommend this performance to young and old. I want to take it all in again.

The show was amazing. The performers were non stop action, and they really seemed to enjoy puting on the show. I purchased a dvd of one of their shows in Japan, the show in Appleton was better I think.

My son of 5 was just amazed and loved every minute of it. My husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves as well. Wish it would have been in town for my other friends to get a chance to see it. Many of my friends heard of it but it was too late for them to go. The music and entertainment was just incredible!

One of the best performances I have seen in a long time. The energy level was so high and you could see on their faces, they enjoyed what they were doing. When the performers enjoy themselves, it makes for an excellent show. The price of the seats was great also. Please bring them back

A very FUN, playful and engaging performance featuring a variety of instruments.

I thought it was so amazing. My brother and friend also thought it was amazing. If its ever in town again I buy the tickets in a heartbeat. We really enjoyed ourselves and something that we will for sure watch again as well as recommend it to others about it. So the bottom line is that it was EXCELLENT!!!

It was fantastic. Every time they play I found my self saying out loud, WOW!

I took my mother to see this wonderful performance for Valentine's Day. She absolutely loved the show. We wanted to see if we can go again to one over the weekend, but knew that there would probably be no tickets available. Both my mom and I are hoping they will host another performance next year, or sooner! ;)

This event was great. The drum music is incredible and the energy from the performers takes your breath away. You should go see this event.

Loved it from beginning to end. Imaginative costumes. Excellent marshal arts moves. Humor. What's not to love.

This was a great cultural experience for everyone to enjoy. I would highly recommend it.

A...M...A...Z...I...N...G So much entertaining from beginning to end. If they come near you, do not miss it. My 10 year old son also enjoyed as much as we did.
