Beauty & The Beast In Concert - Film With Live Orches

I had great seats and the show was amazing (even if a few of the characters forgot their lines).

Such great casting! Rebel Wilson killed it!! Yess!

The atomosphere was magical. Seats were great no matter where you sat and the performers did their roles justice. It had live comedy that went with the film well.

The show was great! I loved the lighting and graphics/animation on the actual surrounding arch. Singing was amazing and hilarious. Overall great experience and I'm looking forward to my next show there.

I was there opening night. If I was told it was a rehearsal, I would have believed it. First song, mics were not properly connected and Belle was terrible! She looked like she had missed rehearsals. Her second number? She forgot lyrics and stared blankly at the audience for a few lines. Aside from Belle, there were a few times when cues were missed and a couple of transitions took way to long. Now the positives. The lighting and animation throughout the movie were flawless. The rest of the cast was great. The best number was "Be Our Guest". Seeing The Little Mermaid Live was terrific but sadly this performance really turned me off to seeing future "live" movies.

I would definitely recommend going to see this!! It was better than I expected all the musicians were fabulous and the performers were great!!

Great event all around. I went to little mermaid live at the Hollywood bowl and beauty & the beast lived up to the hype. Great actors/singers. Fun \u2018surprises throughout the night. The only bummer was that they didn t allow alcohol in this time

The cast and orchestra were so good! I must say though Rebel Wilson made all her numbers memorable! A very fun night!

It was an amazing show. I just feel that the movie was playing more than the presenters presebting. Like if I just went to a movie night.

Great venue & great show!! What a magical evening was had at the Beauty & the Beast show! From the pre-show entertainment to the ending numbers with Alan Menken, all was wonderful. The producers did a fabulous job! What's next? Maybe Jungle Book?? Lion King?? Can't wait for the next Disney movie at The Bowl.

Beauty and the beast was very cute. They actor were amazing although zoey dechannel looked bored and unimpressed but Rebel Wilson made the show she was amazing.

Love the interpretation of a Disney classic. The music, guest stars, and animation combined was fantastic!

The movie and entertainment was great. I loved the way the stars were woven into the movie. I wish they could of been dubbed into the whole movie, song and script.....I took my granddaughter who dressed as Belle and was so excited to be in the costume contest. No time was announced for the contest so we thought it would be at intermission. It was however much earlier then the start of the show so she missed it. My only suggestion would be to post/announce at time of ticket purchase when the contest would be. Had we known it was going to be so early we would of allowed for it. Overall it was a great night....

The show was packed with entertainment. Live actors interspersed with the film which played on stage and the jumbo screens, with orchestra accompanying the movie.They also had musicians play related pieces of music. And most enjoyable was the way they revamped exiting the car lot. They had more attendents and it was much more efficient...had a great time

So beyond fun, filled with all sorts of surprises and unbelievable performances. Find this on YouTube because it was every Disney fans dream night.

My friends and I were very disappointed in the show. It seemed like the cast hadn t rehearsed the performance at all as there were multiple awkward transitions, forgotten lines, etc. Overall it seemed very unprofessional, especially for the quality performances I ve come to expect from the Hollywood Bowl.

Saw Beauty and The Beast Live in concert. I sat in the first row of K2, seat 12. Amazing performance by everyone and great venue!! Zooey Deschanel was Belle, Taye Diggs was Gaston, Rebel Wilson was Lafoe, Kelsey Grammar was Lumiere, the list goes on!! Had an amazing time and already bought tickets to JAWS Live in concert for next month and Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back for July. I ve lived across the street from the bowl for 3 years and don t know why I haven t now gone all this time. Amazing time!! Definitely recommend it!

The venue was so welcoming when we first got in 40 minutes before the show with Disney music playing and opening acts before even there all show began. It went beyond my expectations and then the actual show was incredible with the movie displayed not just on the screen but on the framework of the bowl itself. The visuals of this film are spellbinding and to have them portrayed in this unique way was phenomenal. The performances were wonderful and and then to top it all off having Alan Menken appear at the end as a surprise was AMAZING!! I grew up loving his music and this was soooo special to see him LIVE!!! Thanks for an amazing show and then the orchestra partially being from the original score.... Wow!!!

Wow! I LOVED this show! The orchestra played beautifully. The live performances were great. The extra performances from the pianist, violinist and cello player were a real treat. I also saw the Little Mermaid live I felt that this one was a little better as they had more dancers on stage and the lighting was much better this time. Anytime a Disney Live performance comes up I highly recommend worth every penny.

This was my first time seeing anything like this and our first time at the Hollywood Bowl. It was spectacular. It was a wonderful evening and can t wait to do it again!

Hollywood Bowl + Disney's Beauty and the Beast + Live performances = Perfection Concert incorporated portions of the live version and Broadway version. Singing and performances were delightful and fun.

The show was excellent! I thoroughly enjoyed the talented cast. I flew all the way from Texas to see Beauty and the Beast live! Anthony Evans (Beast) was my favorite. Definitely worth it, and a wonderful nostalgic experience!

It was truly a magical and unforgettable evening. I love going to the Hollywood Bowl for their "In Concerts". It;s always amazing. Beauty and the Beast is me and my fiance's favorite disney movie of all time. We were so happy to have gotten tickets. The only thing that I wish could have been handled better was the availability of staff. The woman sitting next to me started belting out the opening song and I could barely hear Zoey Deuschannel. If this were a sing-a-long, I would have been singing right with her. I couldn't tell if she was drunk or just inconsiderate. She finally stopped, but was loud off and on. I wish there was an available staff member to go by and tell her to shh. At the end of the movie, she took out her phone and started filming while loudly adding commentary. Guess it was just my bad luck.

Thanks Disney and great musicians Alan Mencken and Howard Ashman..and now Hollywood Bowl and artists! From last year s Little Mermaid, it had to be my personal tradition to watch the upcoming concerts and B&B didn t disappoint! Forever grateful!

Production was great and the orchestra was fantastic.

I saw The Little Mermaid in concert and I loved it so much so I decided to take my boyfriend to see Beauty and the Beast because it is his favorite. He had no idea what to expect and he just loved it, he loved it so so much It was such a wonderful experience for both of us

Yes I will admit that I have lived less then 30 miles from the Hollywood Bowl and this was my first time here, shame on me. I have missed a lot. The venue was great, from the facilities to all the staff. Now to the production. The intertwining of the film Beauty and the Beast original film with the orchestra, the live performers, the singing and the visual projections on the facade of the bowl band shell were all technically superior. I would love to see it again.

The cast was wonderful - great group who played off of and complimented each other. Rebel Wilson was FANTASTIC! The Hollywood Bowl is always a great venue for musical events and this was no exception. Kudos to the lighting, sound, and mixing crew, you all did a GREAT job. You may be behind the scenes but you are the backbone of a production like this. This Event was a feast for the eyes as well as the ears.

Music was great! And I found great seats at the bowl.

Thoroughly enjoyed this concert and I hope the Hollywood Bowl continues their Disney summer tradition. The added effect of the movie screen background being projected on the outer rim of the bowl made for a nice touch. I missed the firework show from the Little Mermaid concert though, would have liked that as a finale.

The concert and performances were all so stunning and came together to create an unimaginably immersive experience! Disney euphoria and nostalgia at it's finest!

This was my first ever live orchestra event, it was unremarkable, loved it, happy tears, i will definitely be attending another event! Also will recommend to all my friends and family.

What a great event! The cast was fantastic, the orchestra was stellar, the projections were spot on. I would highly recommend the Disney Live in Concert event in the future. The casual atmosphere of the Hollywood Bowl that allows concert-goers to bring their picnics is unlike any other venue. The only difficulties are getting through security, the lines can become very long and after the show, the fact that everyone funnels out through one exit is also not very efficient. Otherwise, a great evening!

This show is appropriate for all ages, and is incredibly enteratining. The music is wonderful and the performers are first class! Loved Zooey and Rebel, Anthongy and Taye!

This event went above and beyond what I was expecting. I will be looking for more "live in concert" film screenings here.

After the amazing production and cast of Little Mermaid last year. This wasn t up to that same level.

My husband and I traveled 7 hours to see this. It was one of the best events I have been to. The venue was perfect, the performers were amazing. I would definitely go again if I had the opportunity.

This show was much more than I thought it would be. It was so well performed and was truly amazing to watch. The finale, to watch Alan Menken sing his own song live, who gets to see that! All of the performers were outstanding and the production was spectacular. I would say always get the box seats at the Hollywood Bowl. They are well worth it.

This event was one of the worst evenings I ve had in a long time. We got there an hour early to find that there was no parking anywhere. We drove around the Hollywood bowl in near stand still traffic until at fifteen minutes before the show started I just had my friend get out and walk. I proceeded to continue looking for parking for the next hour with little luck. I eventually found a lot but got turned away as it was cash only. Halfway into the show I was able to get parking at a mall fifteen minutes away and ran to the event. Getting out of the area was just as messy. One would think that a place as big as the Hollywood bowl would have a smooth parking and driving system. I will never be going back to an event there because it was such a disaster and a waste of money.

Such an amazing night. It was my first time at the Bowl, and I was not disappointed! Beauty and the Beast was the best way to experience it for sure! If there was at all something that I didn t love that night, it would be parking, because I did buy the parking ticket in advance for the chatsworth lot, but it was on my end that I thought the ticket was per car and not per person, but the thing that upset me was the lady working at the bus stop for admission. She was very rude and condescending. But once we got on the bus, the rest of the night went so well and I would do it all over again! Can t wait for the next Disney show at the Bowl!

This was not the best. In fact, this was streched to 3 hours...I mean how can a movie that is about an hour and half be stretched out so much? Way too much filler and getting out of the bowl is awful.

I have been to many shows at the Hollywood Bowl, and have been fortunate enough to have been on stage in a few of them. This was my first time sitting in a box, much less in the front row. Disney never ceases to amaze me with their production quality. There are not enough superlatives to describe this experience. If they do another show like this, I will definitely be there.
