I had been badly wanting to see Finding Neverland since it debuted on Broadway- a musical about my favorite book and author had to be good! I d managed to avoid seeing clips or hearing the music before the show, so I was absolutely blown away with the visual and musical feast that appeared! The meshing of reality and imagination through exceptional sets and special effects was fantastic and paled only in comparison to the uplifting story brought to life by an excellent cast and beautiful musical score. The icing on the cake was having John Davidson, one of my childhood silver screen crushes, as part of the cast and meeting him afterwards at the stage door. It only heightened the sense of childlike wonder weaving itself through the production. I can t reccomend this musical, particularly with this cast, enough. They well-deserved their roaring standing ovation given them at the performance we saw.

Amazing cast, great story, wonderful music - a great night of musical theater! Took my niece and two daughters and everyone enjoyed themselves! Shea's is one of my favorite places and they didn't disappoint us! Staff was helpful and courteous to just make the night so much more enjoyable!

I took my mother and 5 year old daughter to the performance of Finding Neverland. We all loved the show! The performers were amazing and the show was much more than I could even imagine! I wish I could have gone to see it again!

This was a first rate production. Did not feel like a "road" show. Truly felt like I was right on Broadway.

We brought our granddaughter to see this play. I was concerned about how they would explain this story and still keep it fun and light for her. They definitely pulled it off. We loved it.

Simply fantastic!!! This is a must see. The four boy actors are wonderful. The ensemble was super amazing too. Tom Hewitt is so detailed. He's wonderful. Must see!

This is one of the best musicals I have seen in a very long time. The story line left me in tears as did the quality of the singing and dancing. The kids are unbelievably talented. Being able to see this at Shea's is an honor that the rest of the country is missing. We have a fantastic performing arts center. I think I have a new favorite play!

Some effects were quite nice, but overall the music was not memorable and rather boring. And the action on stage was uneven and labored, lacking emotional connection to the audience.

Incredible visual entertainment and enchanting story that is fun for the entire family. Can't wait to see it again!

This was an absolutely spectacular show. The songs were wonderful and the story was achingly beautiful. I saw the show on Broadwwy and this rendition surpassed my expectations.

Many changes were made to the Broadway production of how JM Barry tells the story of how he came to write the play, "Peter Pan." I found most of them are in improvements; however I did miss the first song, "All of London is Here. " Despite that change, the musical remains well written and poignant. At times, it is very funny. I do like the changes to the ending. The ending is now uplifting. I left the theater with a smile this time instead of tears! A definite must see!

I was absolutely amazed with the level of talent, choreography, staging and music of this production. If you didn't know you were in Buffalo, you would easily believe that you were watching the show on Broadway! Top notch!

Finding Neverland was absolutely magical. The entire cast was incredible. The children portrayed their characters perfectly. There were plenty of laughs and cries. Highly suggested for children of all ages!

I expected the show to be good and it exceeded my expectations! So happy it premiered in Buffalo.

I took my 11 year old son and be both LOVED it! The way the stage came alive in every scene was just amazing! They truly did a fantastic job making you feel like everything was real and happening right in front of you. I would recommend to anyone of all ages.

This was by far the best play I have se n in a long time. Act 1. Was a little drawn out but act 2 made up for it. Good thing my date brought tissues

My 14 year old daughter and I saw Finding Neverland at Shae's in Buffalo. We love the venue - so pretty. The show was full of fantastic costumes, sets, characters, and actors. The voices were perfect. My daughter loved everything about it. I loved everything, but a few of the songs I only liked. There were however some songs that brought us to tears. So moving! The boys voices were incredible. Young Peter was phenomenal, the youngest boy was so adorable.

Great show. All the seats at Shea's are good. The teenagers with me loved it and the humor was appropriate. Would highly recommend this show.

Loved the show! The lead was absolutely wonderful (as were all the performers). I took both my daughter and 5 year old granddaughter both loved it. If I were to have any constructive criticism it was that some of the mics produced verbal sounds that were a bit garbled. We lost some of the words Captain Hook spoke as well as others.

Finding Neverland has all the qualities you would expect to see if you were actually on Broadway. Great music, story, costumes, set design, Neverland has it all. It is a high quality production for All ages including children over 8 years old to seniors.

What a fantastic show! So impressed with the lead who was onstage the entire show. His voice and acting abilities are fantastic! The visual near the end of the show is something I ve never seen and was mesmerizing. My young granddaughters thought it was an awesome play! Well done! Would go again.

Absolutely loved the show. The singing was fantastic. The choreography was on pointe. The actors were out of this world. Would have loved to take my kids to this (7,6,& 4), however, this was our date night. Saw a lot of kids in the audience, and most of them did great. It was such a wonderful story and really was quite magical. Thank you

The cast sang beautifully and delivered their comedic lines perfectly. The set allowed you to be transported. I loved it. The best I have seen.

Finding Neverland was magical. The actors were amazing and I was crying at the end. I'd never heard the music, so I was excited to add another soundtrack to my collection. I highly recommend it to anyone. The cast of small boys also had me riveted. They were strong singers and actors. That was a surprise as well.

I really had no idea what this was about when I bought the tickets, so I didn t know what to expect. It surprised me and made me laugh and cry! Any play that can do that is a hit, in my book!

This musical is among the best I've ever seen. Lots of music, dance, action, costume changes, set changes, etc. Definitely recommend going to see in a city near you.

One of the best performance we have seen to date. The music was grand the special effect amazing and the cast was right on cue each moment. The child actors in this play were especially grand in keeping up with all of the experienced performers, Go see it if you can!

Cast for Finding Neverland was amazing as it truly felt like a Broadway show. I was wowed and dazzled by the talent of the actors. It was pricey but worth every penny.

A fun show, but not in the same league as Hamilton or Wicked or Phantom.

The play itself was amazing. However I was quite appalled at the amount of cursing that was in this play especially since the audience was filled with children and was obviously catered to children based off the story of Peter Pan. Most could be looked over until at one point the F bomb was dropped....or should I say mouthed. The smaller children present possibly did not catch this but my 12 year old did. I think that type of language is inappropriate at all times but especially for this type of entertainment.

Was not sure how we would like this production. I ll I can say is it was awesome!!! Very impressed by all who had a roll in this !!!

Our entire family enjoyed Finding Neverland! The set, costumes, cast and orchestra were all magnificent. We all laughed, smiled and cried. Just a wonderful afternoon at the theater.

This was my second time seeing the show. The cast was phenomenal and so professional. The Fisher theater is a gem and kept up well. If I had unlimited funds, I'd follow this tour around to every single city. Positively fabulous!

I got my 16 year old daughter tickets for Finding Neverland for Christmas. We saw the show at the Fisher Theatre this past weekend. We LOVED it! It was a beautiful Theatre and free parking was a nice surprise. If given the chance, I would definitely go see this show again.

It s entertaining but not great. Was fun to see for the first time, but would not go to see it again.

Best production I've seen since Wicked. I didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I did....I took my 12 year old daughter. We laughed, we cried and we are still singing the songs and talking about it. Thank you!

My wife and I enjoyed Finding Neverland very much. The quality of the actors, the voices and particularly the stage set and scenery. The ending was awesome. A little slow at the start but really picks up. The second act is short but very good with a lot of action. You have to BELIEVE to enjoy it fully.

This was an amazingly well-staged production. It was a good story, well-acted made even better by the magic of the set and imagery.

Finding Neverland, a loose adaptation of the movie of the same name, captures the joy of the storyand is consistently fun. The kids could not have been better. Remarkable, actually. The weakness might be the music, as there was not one great song, but there are two showstoppers...the Pirate finale to the opening act (amazing!) and the whirlwind scene at the end, which is truly inspired. I was also surprised at just how funny it was. I expected the music and tears to be jerked by the tragedy within the story, but the comedy was spot on and clever. A tremendously entertaining show, well performed. They strongly deserved their standing ovation.

I took my family to see Finding Neverland at the Fisher Theater in Detroit. The show was amazing, one of the best I ve ever seen. The singers and dancers were fantastic. We sat on the luge level and the seats gave us the perfect vantage point to see everything. I would recommend this show to anyone looking for something to do with family.

I took my 17 year old nephew to the show and we both loved it! The music is so incredible, the actors' voices just blew us away, the stage, set design and props were fun and colorful, everything about this show was spot on. You do not even need to have a child to enjoy this show either, it is for everyone of all ages, especially the kid at heart. I have been telling my friends and family that this is my favorite show of all time, even more than Phantom of the Opera, Love Never Dies and Cinderella. All were fabulous, but I would not think twice about seeing Finding Neverland over and over!

Finding Neverland was very good although we missed the first 1/2 hour because the time given to us for the performance was 30 minutes later than the actual time. The show started at 7:30 and the tickets said 8:00. Given that this was the first play/musical that I've taken my kids to, it was a really terrible way to start things off for them.

We truly enjoyed Finding Neverland. The children were very good actors. The adults entertaining and representative of acting's deva's.

Purchased the tickets because it is one of my favorite movies- this musical topped any expectation I had- an absolutely top quality performance of cast including the dog - I would recommend for any age - loved it

We were completely blown away by this show! From the first minute of the show, our jaws dropped! The choreography was unlike anything we had seen before and was visually remarkable! And the actors were better than the Broadway recordings, flawless singing and with such emotion. I cried almost the entire second Act because it was just so beautiful and the music tugs at your heart strings. I was a fan of the movie before this came out, and I will be honest, I didn't know what to expect. But when the show was over, I leapt out of my seat to give a standing ovation without even thinking about it. We go to shows all the time and I always have little things to pick on (as most do when they are raised in show business), but I can tell you that we had NO complaints. Not a one! This show was magical from beginning to end (omg that end WINDOW SCENE!!!) and I wish it would come back again soon so I can take everyone I know! Everyone who loves music and true magic should see this show! I could keep raving on this show but should probably bring this review to end. Again, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and repeatedly took my breath away!

What an afternoon of theatre! The venue was professional-level and the seats I and my sister had were top-notch for the price. We saw and heard everything clearly. The show itself was also fantastic. Fans of the original Broadway production will notice (and perhaps be thrown off by) some changes to the show (most notably the first 15 minutes, which are completely different, and the finale, which has been reworked and rewritten to end on a happier note). But none of it stopped us from having nothing short of a fantastic time! The cast was all phenomenal (even the replacements), and the effects were BREATHTAKING. Fans of musicals, Peter Pan, and general musical talent will be blown away by this touring production.

This show was completely incredible! I wish I could've gone every night to keep reliving it! My boyfriend and I go to a show every year, and this one is our favorite by far! The actors were amazing, the effects were so ingenious, and the music was to die for. Y'all, go see this is I you ever get the chance. And the Saenger was beautiful as always!

So great! Amazing cast! The young boys were brilliant!! Also, this was our 2nd show within a few days, took a different set of friends. The first show we attended was Tuesday and my husband had passes (thru ABC) to attend the Cast Party afterwards. That was an amazing experience and my daughter and her best friend were beside themselves! The case was sooo kind and generous with them! Wonderful experience!

Finding Neverland is indeed great find. What a wonderful show. It was entertaining and fast-paced, filled with emotion and humor as well as a nice message. I would surely see it again. This, is Broadway in Seattle.

It was really great - you cannot go wrong with Broadway Show. Just wanted to clarify that it is not a fairy tail . Don't take with you little kids who would anticipate a story of Peter Pan. It is about a writer, how he lived in a "boring" adult world, how he taught the adults around him to look for their inner child, and how eventually he came up with the story called "Peter Pan". My 12 year-old enjoyed the show very much, while the 5-year-old needed a lot of explanation, and was a little disappointed by not getting a ferry tale. Overall, we all enjoyed the play very much. Highly recommended, especially for adults.

Finding Neverland was amazing! The cast were all very talented. My 16 year old daughter and I sat in the middle in the very back and could see just fine. We both really enjoyed the show!!!

Appreciate all the hard work from each of the cast and the support team. It was so touching when the "blink blink" appeared. I think the child in my heart has revealed as well :)

Our family went to our 4th viewing- even drove to Southern California to see it. We had a great time and got to meet Sammy, the dog that played Porthos, while he was out for a pre-show walk. Only wish that all of the songs would be on the CD.

Excellent show all around! The writing, the choreography, the musical pieces, the singing, the acting and the story line ALL are spot on and heart warming. Lot's of energy with good use of highs and lows to give you all the feels.

I thought the play was very informative, and it made me want to dig out my copy of the 1956 live TV broadcast of Peter Pan. The children in the audience seemed to be dozing off towards the end, so it may have been a bit too long for kids under 10. The boys in the play were good singers, and seemed to be enjoying themselves. The singing was wonderful, and I especially enjoyed the performances of the lead role by Will Ray, and Capt Hook by John Davidson. I was surprised and pleased by the special effects, including the moving clouds in the background of the outdoor scenes, and the fantastic display of sparkling pixie dust.

Great songs, amazing voices, visually incredible...I drove 6 hours to see this show and it was worth every second!

The test of a musical is how long it stays with you after the event. Our family is still talking about and listening to music from Finding Neverland, which we saw three days ago, and I don't see that dying down anytime soon. The music gets better upon further listening. I went into this event, not knowing the music beyond what my children had played for me that morning as an introduction. I'm also a bit of a musical snob, refusing to give standing ovations unless truly warranted. So, I didn't expect to be moved by this play, didn't expect to want to listen to the music again and again. I was surprised to find myself wanting to stand when those in front of me stood as the children came out for their bows. The four kids cast in this play were incredible, and the two leads were excellent, especially Lael Van Keuren, who played Sylvia Llewelyn Davies. But stand I did, to show that I was moved, and I did want to hear the music again. Some of the standout songs from the play include Stronger, Circus of Your Mind, When Your Feet Don't Touch the Ground (a song my kids and I can't seem to stop singing), and Neverland. In addition, the special effects were captivating -- from the thundering feel of the canons under our seats to the pixie dust to the moment when Peter Pan truly appeared to be flying. I also appreciated that Finding Neverland was family friendly without being childish. It's a balancing act that many productions don't even attempt. Finding Neverland was an experience that won't soon be forgotten in our home. I would definitely recommend it.

Finding Neverland was an great experience. I went expecting just a musical and was pleasantly surprised it had such wit and charm about it, that I am glad I took my family.

This was a wonderful show! It was a lively musical with a lot of talented actors and actresses. There was a brief intermission. We were in row 14, but I thought most of the audience thoroughly enjoyed it wherever they sat. There's an adorable dog who has an important part and the kids were wonderful actors too! I don't have much time! It's well worth it if you want to go to a show that makes you feel happy and good!

If you enjoy musicals, this one is very good. Every cast members voice was great. First half a little slow moving, but second half of the performance was worth the ovation.

Through the many songs and great storyline, I really enjoyed this show. Although, I have to advise that it does not have Disney magic.

Finding Neverland is such a fun show. I loved the children actors and their adorable characters. The leading man never once missed a note. His voice fit every song and situation and we were taken away with his story.

Finding Neverland was awesome, start to finish! The Music Hall can be rough for small number of bathrooms & elevators, so you usually need to climb a lot of stairs. Orchestra, Acoustics, sound system, & staff are very good.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I took my 15 year old granddaughter and we were both amazed at the talent and special affects!

Enjoyed every minute of it. Cast was great. Lead, Will Ray, was strong and touched my soul. Fun to see John Davidson again. He was funny and voice still going strong! Staging unique and generated oohs and aahs often! It was both comical and heartwarming plus inspirational. Bravo!

The play was absoulutely amazing. We had great seats and my daughter and I just loved everything about it. So much talent!

It wasn't the greatest musical I ever saw but it was worth the price of the ticket. It's a little slow in the first act and some of the choreography is just too corny. My biggest problem with the show was the sound. Whether it was Uihlein Hall, the head sets, or the sound engineers everyone in our group agreed it was extremely difficult to understand the lyrics. So much so that I googled them during the intermission so we could see what we missed in the story and what to expect in the second act.

Great performance. Would recommend seeing it!!! Would see it again!!!!!

I haven't been to many plays, 2 counting this one, i took my wife n had really good time watching the show,the effects they are able to use now are amazing, the music is good as well wish I could see the band,I'm a musician, but understand why you can't. again we had great time looking forward to next play

This show was truly Broadway in Detroit. I thought it would be good but it was so much better than I thought! It was so unbelievably good!

My husband and I brought our grandchildren to see this amazing production! The special effects made the magic happen right before your eyes! Loved every minute! It was a snow blizzard night in Detroit for their opening and many patrons did not brave the cold... but that did not deter these fantastic performers! They gave it their all and created wonderful memories for us all! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

My only disappointment was that it was not the stars advertised! But it was absolutely w wonderful. Beautiful voices and great acting !!!! I would love to see it again !!!! Bought a CD , now I wish I would have bought both CDs !!! Definitely a 5+ ********

The Finding Neverland tour was unbelievable! My only regret is that I saw it on the last night... if I had seen it earlier in the run I would have been back to see it multiple times. One of my new favorite musicals and a must see for everyone!
