Very disappointed with my purchase. I surprised my husband and kids (their first crunch game) with these tickets for xmas. Ticketmaster said "full view of ice" which could not be further from the truth. Please see picture of our view.

Over a great experience. I would have enjoyed if we could have moved down a few seats (to the ones that were not being used) to give us more space between other fans. Rink was not freezing and very comfortable.

The game was fantastic. The crunch played an amazing game and the fans were incredible. The only downside is that the concessions are a bit pricey so I recommend eating before or after the game. For those over 21 depending on your budget the beer/wine/drinks are quite pricy as well.

Great entertainment for the whole family. Reasonably inexpensive, considering what it costs to go to a SU Basketball game. Would recommend, go see the Crunch great hockey. You won't be disappointed.

Had a great time. If you have a family and want an inexpensive night out go to a Syracuse Crunch game. Every seat has a good view of the ice. Go and see for yourself you'll have fun. The only thing I would suggest for management would be to replay goals on your scoreboard. The guys in charge are not very good.

I bought tickets on ticket master and didn't pay enough to the online seating chart so I thought we were on a aisle seat. Unfortunately we were blocked all the way in a aisle so had to bother everyone to get in and out, and the guy who flips the goal light was blocking our view of the net. Fortunately tickets were only $5 so we just bought new tickets.I only gave 4 stars because of the original seats and the way seating chart is online. Just be sure to pay close attention.

We love going to Crunch vs Comets games. These seats were horrible. Row X is on the aisle and everyone walks by. I also think the rivalry games are more fun at the Aud.

It was a smaller arena, but the sound system has to be the worst I ever heard. You couldn't understand anything the announcer said. The seats were good but they didn't totally latch the top of the net behind the goal so a puck wouldn't drop down so easily. The seats were good.

This was my first crunch game. My husband and I took our out of town family with us to a crunch game. Parking was easy to find, right across the street and under $10. It was a safe short walk across the street to the war memorial. We had tickets on my phone and the ticket taker knew just what to do so we could scan them. There were jerseys and shirts on sale on the first floor. We looked, but since it was my first game, I didn't know which player I liked yet. Our Sears were on the second floor. They were one row from the top of the second floor, but we could still see almost everything. Beer, drinks and food were in the concourse on our level. The bathrooms were tricky to find and the cheerleaders were a little lacking in spirit and energy, UT overall we had a great time! The goalie for the crunch is my favorite player and hopefully we will return in the future.

Good game. It was fun to watch. Crunch won, but they were a little lucky. The two minutes when they were playing 5 on 3 due to penalties was amazing. Our defensmen held and no one scored on us. Our Goalie was awesome. I cannot wait to go to another game.

I bought tickets online for the game the day they went on sale. We got to the game sat down and we're having a great time till a group came with the same seat numbers. Apparently they double sold the seats which happens. I said I would just move somewhere else. Stuff happens and not a big deal but I had multiple people coming to look at my ticket, making a scene, asking all these questions and I missed 2 goals so overall the game was ruined. They messed up the tickets and I was simply just gonna move but your people constantly bothered me while I was trying to enjoy the game and made the wife's birthday a little less enjoyable. I buy front row seats every year for the wife's birthday and the Crunch call me once a month to try and sell me tickets for the last couple years. I don't even listen to the messages anymore. Stop calling me. If I need tickets I'll contact you but after the last fiasco I probably won't

As a Pens fan, I expected nothing less from Syracuse than to play incredible hockey in the quest for the Cup. The Crunch played exciting incredible hockey. The Crunch fans are respectful and the staff is very courteous. We totally enjoyed our time at your arena. This was our second time at The Onecenter and it will not be our last. The trip from Tampa, FL and finding a hotel was well worth it. Exciting game and the players and fans are the best. Met a longtime facebook fan for the first time and added a new one. I had forgotten that the arena is truly a War Memorial. These players are great hockey players and really nice human beings. I hope they not only go to the Calder Cup playoffs, but bring it home. Good luck, see you back in Tampa when you come for training or playing for the Lightning.

This was a win-win situation for me. I'm a New York Rangers fan, so seeing all the prospects on the Hartford team was great. And, it was certainly good to see the home team win. Very fast paced physical game from both sides.

Seats were right on the ice, sat right in front of Hartford's locker room. Able to talk to a couple of players while they stretched and chatted with team staff throughout the game. Loved being right on the glass. Great atmosphere even though our team, the wolfpack lost that night.

My daughter and I both had the same idea. When John Scott, the NHL all star game MVP got sent down to the minors we wondered if his new team played the Crunch and when they came to town. We usually see a Crunch game right after Christmas (her present to me) and we thought why not add another game this year. After all, it's not everyday you get the opportunity to see someone like big John at the Oncenter. Crunch games are always entertaining and the marketing folks definitely put on a good show. The Oncenter's location in downtown Syracuse allow us to catch a dinner and walk to the game from convenient parking.

What an evening. I'm so glad I got tickets and became part of this history making hockey event. I was there when the Crunch did the outdoor game...and I'm on board next time the team wants to do something wild. The parking, logistics, and everything was great. No complaints...other than-- what's the deal with NOT giving out any commemorative souvenir? A hand towel, bumper sticker, a pen...something!!! That was a bit disappointing. But again- glad I went!

I go to as many crunch games as possible each season and every game I attend is just great. The atmosphere is awesome and ticket prices well worth the price! I've experienced seats against the glass and all the way up to the very last row and I have ZERO complaints. For this game we sat in section 5, row DD, seats 6-9 (behind visitors bench) They are conveniently located behind the team shop on the Montgomery street side and only feet from the CRUNCH locker room. The only downside was that it was a bit hard to see what was going on in front of the benches due to players and staff moving about. I would still recommend these seats, but I would also recommend going at least one row higher if possible. Also, for those who may not know, players come out of the locker room after each game and sign autographs for waiting fans and i think that is awesome!

The Winter Classic was an amazing event, one that compares to nothing I've ever experienced before. The cold weather ensured that none but the truest of hockey fans were in attendance. There are few things in life that are a guarantee, but one of them is this: if you put 20,000+ true hockey fans in the same place at the same time and give them beer, a wonderful time will ensue. The game was outstanding as well - an excellent showing from both teams with the hometown boys taking two points, just as it would have been were it a Hollywood production. HOWEVER... there were some major issues. The first was the traffic situation. We arrived in the city of Syracuse at noon. We did not park at the grounds until 1:40pm. Our parking spot was plowed immediately before we pulled into it. How could you not have enough parking prepared? If this was the issue that caused the traffic issue, SHAME on the fairgrounds for their underestimations. Many (including my party) missed the beginning of the game because of this. Also, the bathroom situation. 20-45 minute wait for a porta-potty? There are only 20 minutes between periods. More of the game to miss.

The Oncenter is a really great rink for hockey. Good barn layout, and a cozy ring with the amenities surrounding it all. The Crunch have a good following, so no matter who is playing expect the place to be packed.

I cannot believe the way the Syracuse Crunch handles the concessions I went to the concesssion stand at the end of the first period by the time returned to my seat 7 30 had gone by in the second period. That is disdraceful two people working how much can they make when a small sode and a box of popcorn cost $7.50 really I certainly hope when the owner complains about loosing money someone tells him go check out the comcessions. Shameful

since this was a playoff game everyone was excited and in a good mood. I did not like how some fans kept booing the referees and yelling that they "sucked". I don't think this is in the best interest of the Crunch players, when referees have to make judgement calls.

I have not been to a hockey game in a long long time. I got so involved in this game due to the music, fans, ice skating, chanting and especially my seating in the 6th row from the ice. I had perfect view of the ice and the scoring of each goal. The Syracuse Crunch gave the fans what we wanted. Excitement, thrill and the desire to return to another game.

Game and seats were good, although some lower seats had obstructed view. Building temp was comfortable. Dome staff was generally officious and unpleasant as usual. Only two lower level concession stands were open during college game. Concessions were running out of some beers and food items by the second period. All problems were blamed on the Crunch.

I bought tickets immediately when they went on sale and I couldn't see more than half of the ice from my seat. We were behind the team benches and unfortunately the team benches were hiked up higher than our seats, so they were blocking many fans' views, including ours. It was a high priced ticket and the night was pretty much ruined. The parking was not very good and fighting traffic before and after the game was ridiculous. However, the atmosphere was great in the Dome and the game was a good, close game (they broke an indoor hockey attendance record), but our inability to see less than half of the ice was frustrating to say the least. I wouldn't recommend attending one of these hockey games if they have them in the future at the Carrier Dome unless they make it much more convenient to park, leave and view the game from your seat.

Bought presale tickets and they were in an additional section that was added directly behind the players benches. There were a couple hundred seats that were unable to see partial or full views of the rink. Most of the people i talked to, including myself, bought these seats during presale with intent to be close to the ice. Customer relations was very accomdating with switching my seats for seats with a better view, however, the fact that there was a need to complain over seating configurations, was frustrating. Additionally, the tickets by the ice probably costed more than if I were to originally buy seats in the section I ended up sitting in. Also, the comets were treated as the away team without having the players announced, however, the event was announced as the two teams playing together at the dome, and the dome is neither of the teams home rinks. Lastly, a schedule of the events was not released until less than a week prior to the event, when these tickets were purchased almost 6 months ago. It was hard to plan in advance for the event without knowing the times of the games. Overall, it seemed quite unorganized for how big of an event it was.

It wasnt as good as I expected. There was so much hype about the event and the dome definitely fell short. There was no lights show and the music was horrendous. The refs were horrible too. Its apparently okay to punch a player in the face and continue on with the game.

Worst layout ever. Thousands of people like me who paid 50$ a seat were left without a seat to watch the game because of the poor seating layout. They need to give all the folks left without seats to view the game refunds.

Went to the Crunch game Nov. 8th. Seats right behind the penalty box. Game was great. Crunch were losing 4-1 and came back in the third period to win 5-4! Plenty of penalties.

After giving up two quick goals at the end of the 2nd period, the Crunch trailed 1-4 but rallied back to win 5-4 in regulation. This event greatly affects my review. If there was no comeback it would have been a disappointing experience. Seats were great and comfortable. Always someplace close to get concessions. Showing the tickets on my phone was so quick and easy. I do have one big complaint. An HDTV needs to be installed in place of the current display. There is always going to be a place on the ice you can't see and it is disappointing to see such poor quality up there.

This was a great game. Lots of ice hockey action. The only detriment was the fighting. I wish the guys would just play hockey.

Loved going to this game...only problem was someone was sitting in my seats and the usher moved me and my date instead of the people in the seats I paid for. We ended up being in great seats but it was odd and we could have gotten much worse. Loved it otherwise!

Easy parking with pre-purchased pass. Great to have Hoffman Dogs offered at concession stands. Very clean well maintained building.Excellent view lines, great game with winning goal scored right in front of us.This row of seats were extremely close to back of Row GG. I'm 6 feet tall and could not sit straight. I had to keep exchanging seats with companions in an attempt to stay behind an unoccupied seat which provide a bit more room. Between the cramped seating and the cold arena my legs stiffened to the point of causing several days of lingering discomfort. Selling seats like this with warning is a true disservice to the facility.

Syracuse Crunch Hockey is a staple in CNY in. The winter/spring. We love going to their games. Our seats this time were center ice. FABULOUS!!! Great fans surrounded us and we all had a great time.
