This was the second time we saw The Angie Haze Project and we plan to see them every chance we get! These are 'musicians' musicians'...heartfelt music played with heart! They're a joy to watch as well as to listen to. Their vibe is a wonderful blend of folk, funk, sentiment, mixed in with thoughtful lyrics sung in Angie's ethereally pure voice. I love seeing them in intimate venues because you are so drawn in to her music. She plays many instruments in her show, sometimes all at the same time. Her guitar playing is aggressive, sort of flamenco-like, giving it that 'gypsy' feel. The upright bass player is as passionate about his playing as Angie is, and so is the cellist. The drummer is laid-back cool..and they all play flawlessly together. They did have a guest playing with them at the Akron Civic..one of the reasons the word 'project' is included in their band name. You never know who might guest perform with them!

Joe Kay is AMAZING LIVE, if you ever get the opportunity to see him live please take it. This was the best concert I have EVER been to and I attend a lot of events. It was like I was in a different world. Soulection really is the movement bringing real people together, everyone was living in the moment the concert wasn't filled with people snapchatting the experience, they were actually experiencing it. This is what love feels like.

I've been a fan of these guys since they formed. I was finally able to see them when they opened for New Politics and I have to say it was by far one of the best concerts I have ever been to. They have so much energy when they are performing, It's a lot of fun to watch. Their songs are so addicting that once you start to listen to them you won't want to stop. I was able to meet Jordy after the show and he is one of the nicest guys ever. I'm expecting great things from them in the future. I can't wait to see them again on their own headlining tour.

At one point in the night I thought, yes, this is why it's worthwhile being human, so we can experience music like this. Their album is great, but holds small candle to their live performance, which filled the room just as excellent rock music should

This concert was an absolute blast! My mother and sisters had the time of their lives dancing away. I was so happy my mother was happy, she was able to reminisce times being in Colombia. We all felt the energy and pride in being Colombian! QUE VIVA COLOMBIA!

Venue was nice and intimate, but seeing 5Senti2 live you begin to appreciate the amount of talent and entertainment value. It's not easy to sound amazing vocally and dance at the same time, but they were at their best. Definitely, the best concert I have attended in a while. High energy with relevant pop songs. Look them up on iTunes 5Senti2 and purchse their new release album "No Controles".... Go Senti Go!!! :-)

Compendium is a new show at Planet Hollywood in which musicians pay tribute to legendary bands featuring live music, multimedia and acting during breaks in sets/costume changes. The first band they're paying tribute to is none other than KISS so when I heard that I was all about it. One of my friends who came to town is a huge KISS fan. I arranged to take him along with some other friends to see the show. My entire party had a rockin' good time! The Sin City Theater at Planet Hollywood is on the smaller side but it makes for a more intimate show. Seating was comfortable and waitresses bring drinks directly to your table. As far as I could tell, there wasn't a bad seat in the house. Some of the classics played were "Calling Dr. Love", "I Was Made for Lovin' You", "New York Groove", "Lick It Up", "Shout It Out Loud" and "Rock and Roll All Nite". Luis Reyes does an amazing job as Gene Simmons! That tongue... geez! I was the lucky recipient of a guitar pick from him when he threw it to me. Thanks Luis for making my time at the show special! At the end of the show, the band stayed out on the red carpet to take photos with fans which I thought was a really nice touch. The entire band was very personable and friendly. You can see the Sin City KISS show now through June 30th.
