The Murder Junkies
THE MURDER JUNKIES IN CONCERT:The Murder Junkies got their start in the early '90s as punk legend GG Allin's backing band, and they continue to carry on Allin's snarling legacy more than two decades after his untimely death. At their live shows the band reprises the attitude-filled onstage antics the late great punker was known for as tattooed, shirtless frontman PP Duvay antagonistically delivers choice morsels like "Bite it You Scum" and "Die When You Die". From Duvay's menacing growls to the driving basslines of Allin's eldest brother Merle, The Murder Junkies always treat ticket buyers to a wild and uncompromising display of punk rock showmanship. BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:The Murder Junkies formed in New York City in 1990 as the backing band of GG Allin, the legendary punk rocker and provocateur best-known for his violent, over-the-top stage persona.
