Mindless Self Indulgence

This was my first MSI show. I've been a dedicated fan for years, but never saw them live. So when I heard they were finally playing my city, I had to go! The concert was amazing. High energy, humor, and badass stage performances. These guys are truly amazing and the kindest people.

This is my 13th time seeing them and I look forward to the next time they come. They never disappoint and are always a good show.

Saw these guys over a decade ago and still have just as much energy! They stayed after and signed ALL their fans autographs and took pics. Definitely one of the most unforgettable nights of my life. These guys deserve to be where they're at and more. The sound was on point and the crowd loved them. I was a fan before, but this show refreshed my fanhood in them. I will definitely see them again.

Second time seeing MSI live, still the best show I've ever seen.

I was fortunate enough to be able to catch one of Morningwood's final performances and I was not disappointed. The band was tight and Chantal's voice blew us all away. The crowd was totally into the music and Chantal was her usual exuberant, entertaining, and energetic self. Sad to see such an incredible band part ways, but I'm very much looking forward to Chantal's upcoming solo work. Morningwood is a tough act to follow, but MSI came out with immense energy and gave the crowd exactly what it was looking for. They played the perfect mix of classic songs and newer releases and through in some hilarious antics as well, like contacting the late Whitney Houston through a seance. The band sounded great and Jimmy entertained the crowd in a way only he can. An MSI show isn't just about music, it's an experience. And they're still ahead of their time. But it's impossible to explain. You just have to see it for yourself. I'd rank this show as one of my top 5 favorites of all time, and I've seen A LOT.

Unforgettable! The second to the last Morningwood Show and MSI, always the most entertaining! No pissing on stage this time though :)

best night ever ...its been 4 years since ive seen the last msi concert. ever since i found out they were going to perform at the starland ballroom i HAD to buy tickets..ugh!! jimmy was hilarious like always !!great show!!

One of the best shows I've ever seen. The energy was amazing. Loved it, maybe even better than the last time I saw them.

MSI gave an awesome performance, are hilarious entertainers and are a kickass band. They sounded amazing and I regret not buying more tickets for other venues to see them. I would hands down see them again 110%.

they put on an amazing show like always ,however afew years ago i saw them at webster hall in n.y.c and the show was much more extreme i have a feeling that the venue put restraints on them and there opening band morningwood who also put on a good show but it was nothing compred to the main event

Lunic was interesting and good for the type of music they played. Morning Wood was excellent, Chantelle had such energy on stage, this is a band I will definitely see again!!! Mindless Self Indulgence, what can I say, they were crazy!! Had an excellent time.

Jimmy U. was amazing! I'm still a little deaf from the show...and it was totally worth it. They played the best songs, and everyone was so full of energy. The opening bands were OK, but also passionalte and energetic, which made us really get into the show. And unlike last time, Jimmy Urine wasn't so high he couldn't sing, which I was afraid might happen. I can't wait to see them again!!!

What can I say? The show RAKWED!! And It's been too long since I've last seen them at Rev Hall in Troy!

Um absolutely amazing...left with a few battle scars and ready to do it again. A lot of energy and kept the crowd on it.

last time i saw em perform was at the Terminal 5..which was also my first time seeing them .and wow ive been blown away ...jimmy is so hilarious and everyone seemed to have had a good ass time =) woohoo!! ill def see them again!!

Saw MSI three times on last tour, which was sadly more than three years ago. Looking forward to more chaos in 2012.

One of the best live bands & live shows you will ever see!! I've seen them more times then I can count. They always manage to put on an impressive energetic stage show. The singer, Jimmy Urine is hilarious and everyone else is amazing. They each have a lot of personality and energy. The songs sounds great live. I can not wait for their new tour, I will for sure be at a few shows.

I had went to Pops (in St Luis) a few years back for a concert by these guys, and it was amazing. They are energetic and Jimmy (singer) always has "acts" between songs. They are very goofy, and the music is always great. they stuck around after the concert and signed every single persons ~Whatever~ they wanted signed. i see this other guy who said they are not energetic? absolutly not. they are always all over the stage. infact guitar player steve kept kicking over mics and jimmy kept kicking over Speakers! haha. stage hands looked anoyed. and eventualy jimmy asked for clothes off everyones backs, and he dressed up. great show - *10/10*

Seriously my favorite band to see live. I love the band, I love the fans! It's so awesome when everyone's just happily moshing and connected through the music.

I've loved this band for a very long time, now. I had to walk out of their show. I was trying to enjoy myself, but their sound was horrible and the band, themselves, although energetic, displayed absolutely no sense of the musicianship they showcase on their albums. They've gone seriously downhill.

What can I say? The line up was excellent: The Bunny The Bear, Chantal Claret AND Mindless Self Indulgence. Chantal was very cute while performing & dealing with band merch. Jimmy is always unexpected funny & gives a great performance. No slouch to everyone performing--they RULE!

I have always been a fan of MSI but I had never got to see them. They did not let me down with this performance. They were amazing and I would definitely go back to see them.

We waited almost an hour for the opener and they weren't very impressive. But when MSI came out it was a whole other story and I got a workout just when they came out. Everyone was really excited and jumping and although it was a little claustrophobic it was a lot of fun.

I always love seeing Mindless Self Indulgence. The high energy on-stage performance and banter is entertaining, the music is awesome, and the band really cares about their fans. The show covered various songs from their albums and didn't just focus on the latest album. If they are anywhere near me again, I will definitely see them again!!

Great show. Saw them 10 years ago at a venue in Maine--still great! Great performance, and very talented artists.

Had a great time, Jimmy is a blast to watch on stage. He keeps the crowd going! Definitely will see them again!

This show was insane, as to be expected for a electro punk rock show. Seen this band before an the show was just as entertaining an unforgettable as the last. Little jimmy urine is the best front man EVER.

Absolutely THRILLED with the show!!! First time seeing Mindless Self Indulgence & I most assuredly will be going back to see them again next time they come around. Been a fan for years & they were a bucket list band.

MSI always bring a high-energy, lively show to wherever they are playing. Although the venue was a bit shady, security was tight and plentiful. Jimmy, Kitty, Lyn-z, and Steve were amazing, jumping around and playing their instruments. They truly know how to put on a show. Some advice, stay hydrated and towards the back if you don't want to be pushed and shoved during the show, and watch out for each other. It was a fun night to remember.

I've seen mindless self indulging multiple times and they never let me down!!! If you haven't seen them GO!!!

Even if you have never heard a single song from this band, you can still go to their shows and be thoroughly entertained. It's a good thing their music is so rad. Jimmy Urine is running around onstage, getting undressed, saying awesomely offense things, kissing fans on the mouth, and eating dollar bills, and LynZ is playing her bass and bending in ways that even makes a straight girl like me gawk. HIGHLY recommend. There is nothing this band cannot do.

My second time seeing MSI was not as spectacular as the first, but the amount of ass that it kicked is a testament to the superiority of this band. I had to change my pants (TWICE) when I got home (once for beer, another time for... another reason). They invited a fan from the pit to sing the chorus of my favorite song of theirs; and this was not a good looking guy, either. The merchandise was sold out, which was sad, but they did have the new CD (got it autographed after the show by Jimmy Urine). With amazing synchronization, vocals, enthusiasm, wit, humor, and sex appeal, the memory of this show will survive as one of the best times of my life!

Best performers I've seen, can't wait to catch another show. Venue is spacious, with ample bars and smoking area.EXPENSIVE drinks though

This was my first time seeing MSI so I had high expectations. They were even more fun that I had expected. Excellent show, made you want to jump and dance around .. . not a statue in the house.

It was awesome. I hope I get to see them again next year. This was my 2nd time seeing them. They are my favorite band.

Well first of all, the opening act was fabulous. Chantal Claret was hilarious and their unique way of performing definitely caught my attention! The show MSI put was awesome, they really know how to entertain a crowd. Everyone in the crowd looked like they were having a great time, and the band was great! I want to go back, it was definitely the best show I've been to!

The band was awesome. They put on a very entertaining show and sounded pretty good as well. The venue is a great place to see a show. Basically anywhere in the auditorium gives you a great closeup of the performers, the place was very well staffed and everyone was polite and helpful. Also dare I say they have one of the most efficient and well stocked bars I have ever seen at a concert venue. I never waited more than a couple minutes to get my drinks despite ordering for 6 or 7 people. In conclusion, great show and great place. I will be visiting both again in the future.

MSI puts on an amazing show. The lead signer Jimmy Urine is a pure showman. The band maintains a high energy throughout their entire set. Despite their super aggressive lyrics most of their fans are very nice. I have taken multiple friends that went in not knowing their music and came out being super fans. I whole heatedly recommend seeing them.

I had a blast seeing m.s.i. again, and this time in my home town of Chicago. The band played with such an amazing amount of energy it kept the crowd pumped way longer than a lot of other bands could. They played a lot of my favorite songs from their older albums, ones i cant get enough of as well as some songs from their new album, which in my opinion is very much worth checking out. I had an awesome time at their show!!!

The tickets were reasonable, House ofBlues is a beautiful venue and Mindless Self Indulgence rocked it!!! I also liked how HOB staff did not push you out immediately after the show; as a result I was able to meet MSI :)

It was an awesome concert! Standing room only but we got great spots, closer to the band than we've ever been. MSI was energetic, spastic, and put on a hell of a show!

I've been a fan of M.S.I for about 6 or 7 years and I NEVER went to a show of their's because I suffer from claustrophobia and social anxiety. I had so much fun though! I got into the crowd next to the stage, jumped around and screamed. I got to hug and get the autographs of all the band members. Will never forget that night!

They are my 14 year old daughters favorite band so when we found out they were coming to VA, I knew I had to take her to see them. As expected MSI was awesome. The music was incredible and they put on a great show. My daughter screamed along with every lyric and was grinning ear to ear all night. After the show one of the crew gave her the set list from the stage. Then one by one the band members came out to greet the fans that were still hanging around. She was able to meet each one and get their autographs on the set list. She also got a picture with each one. When she met Lynz she cried. Afterwards she told me it was the best night of her life. And seeing how happy she was made it the best night of my life too.

One of the best live performances period. Jimmy is a fireball of endless energy and Lyn-Z Way kicks a$$ as always. Unforgettable performance!

The REd Painting was awesome they brought local artists from the streets of Chicago up on the stage to actually paint on paper and moving people that were canvased black. They were very interactive with the crowd and put on an awesome show. Mindless was an awesome show! At the end he chanted something about minecraft and came back out for an encore with a minecraft head on. Even after the last song was over Jimmy and the drummer stayed and signed autographs for people right from the stage.

This is the 11th time I've seen MSI and they are great every time they play. They stay after to sign things and look like they are really having fun doing it. They really haven't changed that much over the years which is nice.

Must go see them! They put on a seriously awesome show!

This was my third Mindless show. They're so much fun! If you love the band, you need to see them live. It's just the best. So much energy, and then they all come out after every show and hang out, sign things and take pictures with all their fans.

Seeing MSI live was epic, they are so pro! The music is insanely accurate and the performance was just captivating. They were everything and more than I hoped they would be! Club Nokia is a great and intimate venue as well. I can't wait to see MSI again one day, I hope they have many many more shows in the future!!!!

Overall, it was pretty amazing. MSI will never disappoint! It was totally sick! The venue was awesome and the people were cool. The only thing that almost ruined the night was when the security guards wouldn't let us go back up to where we were standing in line. We had to go to the bathroom and get some food and when we got back they told us we had to make line down there. My friend and I were pretty angry. We didn't get to be in the pit because of that. But the way that Club Nokia is built we weren't so far away from the stage so that made us feel better. After the show, 3 of the band members came out to sign and stuff. I thought that was so cool of them. My friend got to take a picture with Steve!

This was my first real concert and it was AWESOME!! Jimmy had so much energy and it rubbed off on the crowd. It doesn't get better than this. I would definitely go to another MSI concert in a heartbeat!! I'm sad that this was Morningwood's last concert but Chantal was amazing. She actually climbed up to the balcony!!

My friend and I got there at 6:30 and were relatively close to the front of the line. Once inside, we stayed around the middle of the room while the first two bands played. Before MSI started, we went to the railing where I got some awesome pictures. MSI was AMAZING!!! They sure put their whole beings in the performance and definitely gave me my money's worth. Jimmy was the crazed hyped up singer we know and love, Lyn-z, while looking a bit worn down, gave it her all, Kitty was psycho on drums, and Steve got the crowd psyched up with his off the stage performance. We stayed around after the show and there was maybe a 1/3rd of the people that were there left when they came out to sign stuff. I brought a pair of pink panties for them to sign and while making my way to Jimmy, his eyes lit up when he saw the panties and screamed "PANTIES!!" while snatching them up. He handed them back replying I now had syphilis. Kitty and Steve were easier to get to and I even got to give Steve a hug and got a picture of him and me. He actually signed my panties twice because the first time he signed them on the back, but I was framing them and needed it on the front. I didn't see Lyn-z and don't think she came out to my knowledge but she did look worn down so I truly understand why. All and all, it was a great performance!!!

Best live show you will ever see. Hands down. MSI ROX.

Very great show, wasn't too fond of getting smashed up front but I'm just getting old I suppose! I'd rather be in the back dancing like an idiot, which is easy because msi puts on an excellent show! Entertaining between songs from Jimmy, awesome hair thrashing and dancing from Lyn-z, Steve's adorable antics, and Kitty throwing down some thick bass. Not to mention after the show the band came out and hung out with the fans for a long time afterwards taking pictures and signing autographs. Great time, great performance, highly recommended if you're an msi fan!

AWESOME SHOW, AS USUAL!!!!! Loved both bands who performed!!! There was great energy all around and it was just a fun night. Can't wait to see MSI again!

that was the best concert i've ever been to; and to top it all off i met Jimmy Urine & Lindsey Way, who were amazing. Lindsey was such a sweetheart, and Jimmy was...Jimmy. The show was fantastic, it had me laughing and dancing the whole entire night. Normally at concerts that long, I get bored. But this one...I never wanted it to end. Seriously incredible, best one i've ever been too. And I've been to so many great bands like Rise Against, My Chemical Romance, A Day To Remember, even Blink182. Yes, MIndless Self Indulgence put on a greater show than blink182. I hate to admit it, but its so so so true. idk if anyone will read this but if MSI ever come back please oh for the sake of everything let them come back to the Starland. Such a small venue and its perfect and yeah jesus what a great concert

Mindless put on a high energy show that took the crowd by storm. I have not seen a pit that energetic in quite some time. They know how to make you move!

Yes, MSI was scheduled to play L.A. But I hate the venue. I was so excited to finally see MSI live that I couldn't ruin it by seeing them at a 2nd rank venue. Sooo... we drove to San Francisco from Orange County. The Fillmore is AMAZING. The staff are super-friendly and the sound was electric. I hope they return to touring again because I will check them out each and every time they are within a 12 hour radius!

This was one of the best shows i've been do yet and the Fillmore is an amazing place for a concert. I'm going there anytime i get a chance to. The food there is surpisingly really good, too and you should try something if you get the chance. MSI is hilarious in concert, very entertaining and they have a very energetic stage presence. I would totally go see them again. I loved it!

I try and see MSI in concert every time they come to town. They always put on an amazing show. There's never a dull moment.

My boyfriend asked me to marry him when the first song started. MSI will always be apart of that day. The performance was epic too.

I've seen Mindless Self Indulgence four times, and they just keep getting better. Their show is quirky, the music tight, and above all, they are entertainers in every sense of the word. They embody what underground rock represents.

Jimmy and the band put on an energetic and entertaining show, playing a nice mixture of new and old material.

My advice, you need to see MSI before you die as many times as you can!! Always a one of a kind show, always high energy, you get what you pay for 10 fold they are the best live show I've ever seen!!! Get out your seat and go see them!!!! Little Jimmy Urine will blow you away!!!

Mosh was intense. Couldn't even breath. Music was awesome.

I was highly upset that I was unable to attend due to in climate weather. The highway I take to get to Columbus was closed due to many accidents and I was unable to attend. I did purchase tickets to the Cleveland date the next day and the show was phenomenal. Even though I was upset that I ended up spending 140 dollars to go. It was worth it. It would be better if there was a way to be refunded if a non attendance wasn't your fault.

Great show, great crowd, able to get very close. The still bodies in the front row kinda sucked, but it didn't stop me from enjoyinf myself.

Stage AE has great sound and is not a cramped space. The drinks are incredibly overpriced but I was reslly just there for the music anyway. MSI is an Imcredibly fun band to watch their music is just as good live as recorded just with more energy making for an excellent time. They played a perfect mixture of old hits and new favorites. I would definitely see them again.

As always, the band delivered a 110% unforgettable live experience, never disappointing. Crowd interaction way high, awesome entertainment factor, sounded superb, Opening band extremely good, as well. First time catching MSI in Pittsburgh since relocating here and I hope to catch many more!!

Hadn't seen MSI in about a year before this show, but they're as good as ever! They played a lot of new music, plus all my old favorites, and Jimmy and Steve were entertaining as always. Will always try to catch them when they're in New York!

I've been seeing Mindless Self Indulgence for years and their shows are always good. You pair the musical talent with the entertainment they provide on stage and it's that much more awesome. Been a fan for a long time and also having gone to other shows of different genres and such, the crowd and overall feel is just always fun. Everyone's there to rock and have a good time. I also absolutely love the House of Blues. Great venue! Can't wait for the next one. :)

smaller crowd than normal Fillmore shows but MSI put on a great show. thought the setlist was short but played the good stuff.

MSI always rocks the house! We loved the venue and the concert!

Amazing performance. Played fun upbeat song that you can really jump around and go crazy. The onstage antics were just ridiculous from getting everyone to sing certain parts and do certain dances to playing a game the lead singer called "Find The Pervert". Overall I loved it and home they play somewhere nearby very soon.

Mindless was perfection. Nice philly spot to see a show.

As usual, MSI puts on a great and energetic show. This one didn't quite reach the fever pitch some of their tours after Frankinstein Girls and Los Ninas came out, but I am also older and less inclined to hop around like a tween. That said, this show had me moving again.

The Electric Factory is always awesome; it's one of my favorite venues. This was my third time seeing MSI and their energy was a bit off, although it has been a couple years since I saw them last.

The venue was great, especially because there was no smoking allowed in-doors. The security staff was friendly, but relatively effective. MSI put on a marvelou, interactive, high-energy performance. The opening band, Peter Pepper was great as well and I would consider myself a new fan of their work.

This show was absolutely phenomenal. In my opinion, MSI is the best live act you can see right now. The whole band has such a powerful stage presence, particularly frontman Jimmy Urine. His energy seems boundless, as he is constantly moving and jumping about the stage. I am almost certain even someone who isn't a fan of MSI or just doesn't know about them could have an amazing time at one of their shows. In addition, the venue-Center Stage-was excellent! Lots of room for fans to move around and such. Wonderful lighting and sound. I would love to come back again.

M.S.I gave a great performance. This was my first time seeing them live and they sounded excellent. Jimmy was full of energy and I could tell he enjoyed being there. He interacted with the crowd and used some of the items the fans brought in as props for the show. Steve, Righ also made sure to pay attention to the audience. They played their hit songs and some new music off their upcoming album. I have nothing negative to say about this show or the venue.

As always, Jimmy and the crew always put on an amazing live show and get the whole audience involved

Mindless Self Indulgence was amazing. There's really nothing to it. I'm kind of sad that they didn't come to the merchandise booth after the show, but, they probably would've been mugged. Next time they come around though, I'm definitely sticking it through so I can meet the band. Literally one of the greatest performances I've witnessed in my concert going career. And I mean that. It was so good, I haven't listened to anything but MSI for the past two weeks. I'm probably due at a psychiatrist soon. All in all, if you love this band, then go see them live. I'm hoping they tour very, very soon. Also, Hyro da Hero was energetic, even with a crowd full of goth kids.
