Brass Transit

Once again, an amazing show by these guys...phenomenal horn section and just overall a great act to follow. Looking forward to having them perform on the Floating Stage in Bemus Point, NY on Saturday, July 27th, 2013!!!

This is my 3rd time seeing Brass Transit. They are an amazing band. Everyone of the band members is extremely talanted. I hope they come to my area again.

Brass Transit was incredible. The cost was reasonable and the band sounded just like Chicago. Would definitely go again.

Simply put: If you are a fan of Chicago - you must go see Brass Transit. If you are not a fan of Chicago - you must go see Brass Transit (you will be after the show). These are 8 of the most talented performers you will ever see on stage at one time. Neil (Vocals), Bob (Guitar/Vocal), Jay (Bass/Vocals), Doug (Trombone), Phil (Woodwinds/Vocals), Paul (Drums), Don (Keyboard) and Tony (Trumpet) are the real deal!

If you want to hear Chicago at their best and in their prime, see Brass Transit. If you want to pay a lot of money to see 70 year olds try to sound as good as they used to be go see Chicago.

Just got to see them again. The vocals were fantastic. Percussion ditto just blew me away!! The whole band far surpassed my expectations!! Guitars WOW!!! Thanks guys for a unforgettable evening!!!!

Outstanding show! The singing was pitch perfect! Drums, brass section, keyboard, guitars were all fabulous!

These guys are incredibly talented and sound as good as (or better than) the original band. Yeah, the light show probably isn't what you'd get at a Chicago concert but the musicians are world-class (check out their credentials on their website). Will definitely see them again the next time the come to Turning Stone.

An exceptional performance that we will not forget. We would (and already have) recommend this performance to anyone familiar with Chicago. We would like to see this group play in Buffalo, New York. We ran into the sax player in the lobby at Turning Stone and told him we couldn't have been happier with the performance. Since they are from Toronto, we are surprised that they have not played either in Niagara Falls on the US side or in Buffalo. They need to do so as we felt they were one of the best performances we have seen since the Jersey Boys. With a little more Chicago history built into the performance they would become a top notch act.

This group of fine musicians did an extremely wonderful rendition of Chicago tunes. They displayed a real sense of enjoyment from playing and being with each other. We will never miss another time when they play near us. Great music and great entertainment.

Really loved the show. The band was great! Would definitely go to see them again.

Even though they were wearing the exact same outfits, they sounded just as good as the first time we saw them. Definitely a fun show!

They lived up to my expectations and more. Their musicianship was exceptional. They truly are the best tribute band to Chicago in the world. In fact, I saw Chicago several years ago and I must say, Brass Transit performs the music truer to the sound I love from the original recordings. I brought three friends with me and they were so pleasantly surprised and left the show beaming.

This band was fabulous!! The lead singer sounded just like the original group , great voice!!! The brass sound was great for the most part but the pitch of the trumpet player was a bit off. Great horn player but sound a bit dull.

While most cover bands are mediocre at best, Brass Transit plays Chicago's music so well that they could easily have been Chicago. It's easy to see that the band members love what they are doing. Their vocal and instrumental harmonies are fantastic. Perfect pitch vocals, a chance for each member to demonstrate their skills with solo time and a great rapport with the audience. They sound just like the real Chicago band will definitely see them every time their in my area.

When I read about Brass Transit in the newspaper, I knew I wanted to see them. I love Chicago, and seeing they were actually friends of the band, that convinced me to see them. What a great group of entertainers! If you close your eyes, you would swear it WAS Chicago!!!! I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone to see. I was also impressed that they came back for an encore and played another THREE songs!!!! Just amazing....great, great show!!!

Great venue, great performance by opening band, America Made. Brass Transit did an excellent job. The music brought me back to the 70's and 80's. Close your eyes it WAS Chicago. Surprised the venue was not sold out.

Sound was very unbalanced. And combined with the sound being much louder than it should be, we were very unimpressed.

Sure sounded like Chicago with Peter Cetera singing lead. These guys are fantastic. We will be sure to see them when they return

This is one of the few times where the cover band is as good as the original. These guys were spot on and their music is fantastic. We brought our kids (high school age) they loved it and knew most of the songs. The band puts all of their energy into the show and you get your moneys worth. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are solid all around. From brass section to guitar to drums to keyboards to vocals. Hard to pick what they do best because all members are so talented. If you like Chicago you'll love Brass Transit.

This was the second time we saw these guys. The replacement singer for the night was outstanding. Can't wait to see them next time.

We truly enjoyed this concert,in the Bears Den it was so intimate because it is much smaller than most venues.

Remind me of Chicago 30 years ago the drum solo was insane

This group was exceptional!!! I hope they come back to the Bears Den. I will definitely come back to see them and bring more people with me. I LOVED THE SHOW!!!! Yes I would recommend everyone I know to go see them. Thanks for a GREAT show and an enjoyable evening out!!

We saw them a couple of years ago and like them then, so went see them again, if they ever come back to the Bears Den we'll go again

If like Chicago, then you'll love this band. Great covers and and fabulous sound. These guys are tight!

It was a great show. Would have thought it was Chicago themselves. All very talented musicians and are very entertaining as a group!. All the songs were 'spot on'. Great solos. Great group. Would see them again!

These guys are OUT OF CONTROL!!!!! I've seen Chicago about 10 times and after the lousey show last year @ SPAC I don't think I'll see them again especially when I can spend a LOT less to see Brass Transit. The lead singer has Peter Cetera down pat!! He's almost got Robert Lamm, but not quite. The drummer buries Danny Seraphine and is REALLY close to Tris Imbodum. And the horn line, all I can say is close your eyes and Jimmy, Lee and Walt are on the stage! If you like Chicago make it a point to see Brass Transit!!!!!

The show was fantastic. My wife is not a fan of concerts stated that she would go see these guys again . I would go as far as to say they are better than the real thing !

If you closed your eyes you would swear you were at a Chicago concert. Lead singer was amazing and horn section was spectacular!!!!!

I have worked at Resorts Superstar Theater in AC for 20 years and we have had Brass Transit in our Showroom twice. (This upcoming October show will be the third time) I can honestly say that of the hundreds of shows I have worked this one is in the top 5. I have never seen the "real" Chicago but this group really can't be that far off. Everyone sounds great from the singers to the musicians and of course the music is great to begin with. Go see them if you can.....you definitely won't be disappointed!! (BTW the others in the top 5 are Duran Duran, B52's, Dennis DeYoung, and Air Supply -- guess I'm an 80's kinda girl!)

We had 2nd row center stage. They were amazing. Would see them again. Bears Den at Seneca Casino is a great venue.

Brass Transit sounded fantastic. We enjoyed the whole concert, the selections of the songs was great. we would go see and recommend anyone to go see them again.

First time I have seen these awesome performers and I guarantee you it will not be my last! Energetic show, you can not sit still! Great sound both vocally and from the instruments. In my opinion this is a must see concert!

People attend tribute band concerts because they love the music of the original artists. The trick is in playing the music well. Brass Transit is one of those bands at the top of the heap that pulls this off. They are all talented musicians enjoying what they do and doing it extremely well. Hats off to these guys and the great time they provide us all. We look forward to seeing them again for the third time.

Excellent value for the quality of entertainment for cost of ticket. they did not just go through the motions.

I have seen Chicago several times in the past and Brass Transit was spot on in the recreation of Chicago hits. All the band members of Brass Transit are accomplished in their own right but together, they really shine. The lead singer Neil Donell has a four octative range and hit the high notes effortlessly. They have a new cd available and did a meet and greet after the show, the band members autographing the cd. This was my first time seeing them but it certainly won't be the last.

You won't get a better bang for your buck than these talented performers. I drove 4+ hours up from Connecticut to see them. If you live in the US or north of the border, dont miss them. Turning Stone, be sure to have than back very soon!

This group was extremely entertaining, and their sound was awesome. If you closed your eyes, you would have thought Chicago was on the stage! We would definitely recommend our friends---even encourage them---to find out where they are playing and attend their show!

Brass Transit was amazing the voices and musicians were excellent. We had no idea how great this show would be. We can't wait to buy their CD and hopefully buy it also on iTunes. The lead singer Neil his vocals were unbelievable such a great talent. The entire band was simply awesome!! We had a fantastic time & will be at their next concert when they appear in New York. We live on Long Island would love to know when they are performing near us!!! Thanks for such a fun & enjoyable evening!!!

We have seen Chicago a couple of times thru the years and these guys are every bit as good.The singer has an amazing range.Best money we spent in AC.Horn section was a real treat.They played all the hits from the long career of Chicago and nailed them all.
